Boling Canglan didn't recognize her and thought she just some commoner who saved Boling Chuzhen, the boy. Boling Chuzen is an adopted because Canglan didn't have a son, and Chuzhen is engaged to Fuwei even though Fuwei is 9 years older than Chuzhen. After the test, Ming Yuexin who got letter recommendation from Lanxi Liuhua tried to follow her but got chased by Chu Ye. She went to human and beast arena, she bet her last money and make a bet with a boy who turns out Lanxi Liuhua little brother. Liuhua make another bet who he know will make Chu Ye win then he gave back her engagement jade. Chu Ye bought a residence and guards for her mother then leave for the academy. She got into the same class with Lanxi LiuXing and Murong Chang. Chu Ye went into duel with Murong Chang, she beat her using force. Murong Chang use her fire ability to kill Chu Ye but Boling Chuzhen saved her and got burnt badly. Chu Ye want to kill Murong Chang but got intercept by Liuhua, he said not to kill just slap her. Chu Ye slaps Murong Chang. When the vice principal, Caroline come, she heals Chuzhen but his face still badly burn and ugly, when she tried to heal Murong Chang, she got pained. Chu Ye said internal force will make the pain intensified, it will go in 3-5 days. Caroline make her as disciple and give her books and manual for 10 grade which said the maximum but she said that she'll only teach her after Chu Ye become 10 grade wizard. Chu Ye asked why he came back, was it because he is her teacher, Liuhua answered that because he's her fiancee. Chu Ye got touched, they fled together to an abandoned house. They met a ten grade wizard and Murong Chang. Chu Ye realize that it was Murong Chang scheme, her friend put some fragrance in Chu Ye's shoes to attract ants. Chu Ye and Liuhua ran and met with the others, they decide to move to the second floor because they need to wait the pagoda's door that only open in the next day and they need to avoid the ten grade wizard. In the second floor, they got attacked, Mingyue lost one of her arm when she tried to save Chu Ye. Huancheng, the boy who sell his sword come out and save them. He's a level nine warrior, Chu Ye paid him to protect the other, she went on her own leaving her team.

She met Mrs. Huan who want to buy Huancheng's sword previously and got into conflict with Chu Ye. Mrs. Huan collect a lot of handsome boys and man as her husbands and live in the second floor. She captured Chu Ye and a handsome man. Chu Ye escaped with the man to a forbidden area inside Mrs. Huan residence. The forbidden area has a magic array that absorbs person's power and make them stupid, there's a tiger beast chained nearby. Chu Ye tamed the tiger beast, then she destroy the array, taking back some jewel who stored the power. She gave it to the tiger beast and named him Xuan Yin. Xuan Yin said he's a seventh grade beast who attempt to upgrade to the eight when he got captured by Palin, a wizard who live in seventh floor and Mrs. Huan's master. Because Palin can't subdue the tiger, he caged him in the second floor and make Mrs. Huan as the protector, he intend to weaken the tiger and tamed him while taking his power for himself. Chu Ye broke out from the forbidden area with Xuan Yin and the man, the man cut off Mrs. Huan's arms and feet and dump her inside the forbidden area. While the men who got captured said the have a poison, they'll die soon if Mrs. Huan die, Chu Ye said that they should spend their last time with their family. A boy went to follow Chu Ye. Chu Ye want to search an elemental elf since she only got one, she need it to heal Chenzhu (in the last post I thought his name is Chuzhen) and to restore Mingyue's arm. She mention it to the man and the boy who follow her. Chu Ye met with Lanxi Liuhua and the others, they went to the exit and met Murong Chang again. Huancheng fight with the ten grade wizard while Chu Ye fight with Murong Chang. Murong Chang got scared, the ten grade wizard ran and leaving Murong Chang. Chu Ye want to kill Murong Chang but got stopped by the man, Murong Chang fled. They went out of the pagoda, the boy gave Chu Ye an elemental elf and part with her. The man and Huancheng also went on their own.

Chu Ye went back to the school, Caroline drive out Murong Chang's friends who set up Chu Ye, she stopped Chu Ye class since it's not suitable for her. Chu Ye went home, on the way she got some problem and met a man who take a bath. He took the elemental elf and make Chu Ye kiss him if she want it back. Chu Ye kissed him 3 times before snatching it back. She met Huancheng who went into rage and killed some people in the inn. Huancheng said that he left his father in the inn and he was missing. Chu Ye brought him back home, when she got home she found a coffin and thought that Chenzhu died. When she open the coffin, she saw a middle age man, Lu Shi said that she found the man unconscious and brought him home turns out he already dead and she meant to bury him. Huancheng found out and said that the man is his father, he got hurt by his mother in the past, the body is dead but the soul still alive so he preserved his father's body with some medicine. Because he need to keep buying the medicine, he need money and left to the pagoda, leaving his father in the inn. The innkeeper thought that he found a dead man and throw him out. Chu Ye let him stay in the house then she gave the elemental elf to Chenzhu and Mingyue. The next day Chenzhu still hiding from Chu Ye because his skin become smooth like baby and he become like a woman, he's afraid Chu Ye will disdain him. Chu Ye reassured him and make him out for breakfast. Chu Ye said that she'll accompany Chenzhu to Boling's family competition which decide the next family's head. Liuhua asked Chu Ye for a date, Huancheng and Chenzhu tagged along on the date, Liuhua proposed Chu Ye. Chu Ye refused him and said she want to be free not a stable life like Liuhua proposed. When they went back, Chu Ye found out that Lu Shi, her mother wiped Huancheng's father body carefully, she thought her mother like Huancheng's father.

Chuzhen sign up the competition, when Boling Canglan and Boling Fuwei found out, they change the competition to a team. Chuzhen team up with Aya, a guard's son and Green (read by MTL not sure what's her name), Aya's childhood friend. Chu Ye told Chuzhen that she's Boling Yili, the seventh miss from main branch. Chu Ye fought with her second sister who come back home after she became a widow, her husband is from Murong and her mother support Boling Fuwei so she need to help Fuwei and fight with Chu Ye. Chu Ye said that she need to live for herself not for the others. After Chu Ye win, Chuzhen become the next family head, Chuzhen proposed to Chu Ye, Chu Ye refused. Chu Ye brought Lu Shi, they broke their relation with Boling family. Chu Ye's second sister also follow her and broke the ties. Chuzhen stayed with Boling family. Chu Ye confront Mingyue and said that she like men not a woman, Mingyue insist to love Chu Ye and stay in her residence. Chu Ye come to the banquet, Murong Chang make some trouble for Chu Ye. Chu Ye met with the man in Mrs. Huan, he's Prince Edward the crown prince. He propose Chu Ye and again Chu Ye refused. In the end they got into duel for life and death. Murong Chang lost and died, the queen which is Murong Chang's aunt accuse Chu Ye for using poison in the battle. Chu Ye told her that she only tossed Murong Chang from air, and Murong Chang choked on her own blood and died. Chu Ye revealed that Princess Sisi poisoned her wine cup but got snatch by Murong Chang.

Stopped reading on chapter 160, I lost interest when Chu Ye seem to search the assassin from her previous lifetime, refusing all the other men pursue saying she want to be free but she never reject them, she still have close relation with all the men. Well it is reverse harem, I think it's not my cup of tea since I prefer 1 on 1 with a lot of pampering. I peek the last chapter it seem Chu Ye become a god and meet perfect god or something and I think he's also become Chu Ye's follower which my instinct tell me he's the assassin from her previous life. The god promise her a lot of think but Chu Ye said she want to go home to her husband (not sure if it's a husband or husbands), again my instinct is she end up with Lanxi Liuhua because I read the other men got angry with him and Liuhua said why they bicker each other when they all have the same feeling which is their love to Liuhua.
