"Oh! Terry, this must be your sister right?" Eliza asked excitedly.
He glanced at Mary who didn't say a word.
"N-No, she's not... We should go, Eliza," Terry said, trying to pull her away.
"Oh... Are you really not his sister?" Eliza asked with questioning eyes. She looked like she had a lot more to say to Mary.
"I--," before Mary could respond, Vinny interrupted.
"He knows Mary alright, but she's definitely not his sister," Vinny scoffed.
"W-What? I don't understand, I--, then who--,"
"Eliza! I'll explain later, just--," Terry tried to explain.
"He two timed us," Mary blurted.
Eliza looked at Terry with contempt.
"I joined the knights as I surprise. Because he couldn't spend so much time with me. But I was the one who was surprised when I found out about you two seeing each other when he first joined..." Mary explained.
"You liar!" Eliza screamed and slapped him hard across the face.
"You know I hate lies! I told you everything about my parents! How my father left us for his other woman! How dare you make me the other woman?!" She screamed, knocking him down.
Arian covered my ears as she began to curse him with hard core profanities.
"Get out of my face!" she screamed.
"Eliza, I--,"
"Before I get you kicked out of the knights. Uncle Adrian won't be happy," she growled as Terry was forced to back off and leave.
"Well that was enjoyable," I scoffed in amusement.
Suddenly Eliza dropped to her knees and begged Mary for forgiveness.
"I'll accept any punishment, what I did is unforgivable, pull my hair out if you like, I won't mind at all--," Mary panicked and helped Eliza up.
"Please! Miss Eliza, I'm sure you didn't know about me," Mary smiled.
"But I knew he was hiding something from me! I should've investigated! I shouldn't have stopped looking for you--," Mary laughed and hugged Eliza.
"I think we'll get along fine, miss Eliza, how about we get tea sometime?" Mary smiled.
"Oh! Yes! We should!" Eliza gushed.
"Ahem," I cleared my throat and smiled as Eliza finally recognized us.
"I'm so sorry for this distasteful display, your highness! Your majesty!" She bowed hastily.
"Please, any friend of Mary is a friend of mine," I giggled.
"And any friend of my daughter is a friend of mine as well," my father smiled.
Eliza was overwhelmed by the extremely elegant father daughter duo and started to ramble on.
"I think I should take Eliza away now," Mary said with an awkward laugh.
She steered Eliza near the bleachers and they both sat there talking like best friends.
"Well that worked out," my father smiled.
"Not a word from you, father," I smiled threateningly.
"Yes, Snowflake..." he sighed.
"The third knight on Princess Snow's side is Vincent Green," Sierra announced.
"The third knight on King Victor's side is Emily Carver," Caleb announced as I squealed.
"It's Emily Carver! Emilyyyy~," I shouted in excitement as I saw the platinum blonde beauty with eyes of orange and gold.
"Um, you look star struck, Princess," Hero laughed.
"Of course! That's Emily Carver! The best female knight in Fantasia! Known for being undefeated and stronger than any man! She's my idol!" I fangirled.
She looked my way and smiled as I started jumping up and down.
"Go, Emily!" I cheered with hearts in my eyes.
"Who exactly are you cheering on over there, Princess!?" Vinny shouted in annoyance.
"Oh, sorry, Vinny! Go, Vinny! I'm counting on you!" I laughed as Vinny smiled.
"Much better," Vinny smiled.
"Do you like my guest knight, Snowflake?" my father laughed.
That would explain why uncle Liam and the twins were able to watch. Since Emily is uncle Liam's niece.
I turned around, spotted him and blew him a kiss as a thank you.
The Twins cheered and Lennon glared at the father sons trio.
"Thanks to you too, of course, father," I smiled so as to save uncle Liam from another beating.
Father stopped with his death glare and pat my head.
"Anything for my darling," he smiled. The duel started as I observed closely.
Vinny stayed still and predicted where Emily would strike.
He was annoying her by not moving.
Though he would flinch when their swords clashed, it was like Vinny didn't take her seriously at all.
But we knew better. He's annoying her on purpose.
Like Mary, Emily was extremely speedy, but unlike Mary, Emily had the strength to hold out against any man.
Vinny held back his strength until Emily started to slow her attacks.
Instead of blocking with his sword, Vinny spun to the side and left his foot which tripped Emily and Vinny was victorious.
"Yay! Vinny won!" I shouted happily.
"The point goes to the Princess," Sierra announced happily as the twins cheered louder than anyone.
Emily smiled and shook Vinny's hand.
"I underestimated you, my mistake, congratulations on your win, sir Vincent," she smiled elegantly.
"Emily is so cool~" I exclaimed.
"Thanks, I don't think I could hold up in a real spar though," Vinny laughed sheepishly.
I went up and hugged Vinny.
"Heh, how'd I do?" He asked.
"Eh, good enough," I said, rolling my eyes.
We all laughed as he ruffled my hair and went to join Mary and Eliza.
I saw Hero was sweating slightly.
"Nervous?" I teased.
"I thought you told the princess to believe in us, don't tell me you're chickening out now," Arian teased with a laugh.
"Who's the chicken?" Hero asked with a sly smile.
"The fourth knight on Princess Snow's side is Hero Gates," Sierra announced.
This would determine whether or not the tie breaker would commence.
"The fourth knight on King Victor's side is Benjamin Everheart," Caleb announced as my eyes widened in surprise.
I noticed him come from the forest. He was watching everything and I didn't even notice.
When he came out I spotted the future wife of either twin and her secret male lead brother.
Alexandra and Elliott Everheart.
The father of the secret male lead and second villainess? Not to mention the current duke of Fantasia. He counted since he is technically a knight even though he's also a duke.
"Oh... That's not good..." Is all I managed to say.
Everyone knew who he was. The one who defeated king Lennon in a duel. The black wolves of Everheart.
With a prodigal son who could defeat grown beasts at the age of 6.
I glared at king Lennon as he shrugged sheepishly.
"And how did you get the famous Duke to participate in our little bet, father?" I sighed.
"I have my ways," he smirked.
I glanced at Hero. "Do your best, Hero," I smiled.
Though I know there's no way the Duke would take any duel lightly. He had no problem embarrassing King Lennon. Trying to get a scratch on him wouldn't be your main problem. It would be trying not to get scratched.
He wouldn't even let you think with the amount of speed he'll display.
He gets in your head pretty easily, he doesn't even aim at you directly. He just scares you until you make a mistake.
One stumble is all it takes.
"I'm sorry to say, it seems that I can't duel," Hero smiled.
"What!?" Me and father shouted in unison.
