Review: Personally I would rate this 3/5 because sometimes I got confused with MC and ML interaction. but actually the story is well written. It should be deep but because the story often brush off the past and not clearly tell the details, it feels just like that. I felt MC is like a scum and ML is a bit psycho. ML met MC in middle school. ML fall in love at first sight. Not much why he loves MC for years without wavering even though MC left him. ML felt MC is the only light in his life. ML father died young, it was said he was a drug police officer but in the end he was jailed. Not sure why ML father is jailed. When ML father left, his mother become a bit crazy and abuse ML. ML knew he was a monster, he doesn't have much feeling for others. He tried to cover it up with his gentleness. ML sat with MC from middle to high school. They dated for a while before breaking up. MC knew ML has possessiveness, she couldn't stand his love. Then ML move away without news. MC then went abroad. MC parent died early. She lived with her uncle and her cousin. She heard her uncle said he was fighting with her dad over business and MC mother. The uncle has affair with MC mom. MC mom plan to divorce MC dad. Not sure if MC cousin is MC step brother or not. After hearing that, MC doesn't believe in love. She is afraid she'll do something bad because of love. So she run away from ML. They meet again several years after. MC is an actress, ML is forensic + drug police officer. ML is cold toward MC. MC felt conflicted, she is attracted to ML but she is afraid she'll love him too deep or she doesn't want to take responsibility. ML is actually still love MC. He just let her go because he knew MC won't leave him due to her guilt. In the end they got together again. There's a woman who's also their classmates and love ML. She provoke MC telling she doesn't know ML pain. But nothing much about her. In the end she just confess her love to ML and asked if ML love her even for a day. ML just said sorry. It feels funny when they never has any relationship and the woman ask if ML love her. It feels the woman has some delusional. The closure is ML got hurt, MC panicked. Then ML promise to change his department.
