After I met with the headmaster I met up with Chris. All the students had to gather for another speech from the faculty before they could start their lessons. I had informed him of what the headmaster had said and he was not the happiest about not being the every class together. We would still have one class together and he would join me in the student council meetings as he was in the council and the future king of the kingdom. He was automatically made the head of the council as no one had a higher say than him in the whole school. Other than that we would still get to eat meals together and enjoy breaks together so it wasn't all bad.

During the gathering, all student council members and representatives were asked to join the headmaster on the stage. It was to introduce us to the student body so they knew who was in charge and who to go to for help. I felt more eyes on me the anyone else had on them and I tried my best to keep my eyes on the headmaster as he spoke. Sensing my nerves Chris grabbed my hand in his and squeezed it. I will always be thankful that I had him by my side.

It wasn't hard for me to get into a routine. I had only one class that was in the afternoons. Battle strategies were mostly done outdoors. While the teacher did ask us to read a book or two he thought the best lessons were learned hands-on. He would often have us battle other students whether it be two spell casters or a swordsman and a spell caster. He taught us techniques and tried to train our instincts with battles. Even though this class was the only one I had to attend it was my favorite. Not only because Chris was with me and often found ways for us to always be partnered together. As the future king, no one had the guts to deny him what he wanted.

I spent the mornings after breakfast either helping students or teachers. Sometimes I would hang out in the library with a cup of tea and read. It was quite relaxing getting to choose how I spent most of my time here. Once a week I attended a student council meeting. They talked over simple arguments between students and upcoming events. Nothing ever too serious happened.

There were only a few times that I had to break fights between students. I tended to stay out of arguments until they got physical. Said fights would end quickly with one or more people bound by vines and taken to the student council.

Regarding the school clubs, I had visited most if not all of them before making my decision. I was torn between the Horticultural club, the taming club, and the book club. Since I had most of the days free and they scheduled their meetings at different times of the day I decided to join all three. When I had nothing to do I found myself lingering in the club rooms to occupy my time.

Although she had never gone to school in her last life, she had found it so enjoyable now that she sometimes felt saddened that she was refused the choice the first time. The more she thought on the matter the more she realized that it would most likely be different than how it is in this world. The people from her past were never kind and she could never imagine being shown the amount of respect she is shown now.

Lily was well-liked amongst the student body. Most of the girls looked up to her and often tried to invite her to gatherings or shopping trips. She also managed to catch the eye of many of the young men as well. Although the many threats Alexander and Christopher had thrown their way had kept them silent about their affection for her. All the while Lily herself remained oblivious to the many longing eyes that would follow her as she walked through the school halls.

She was often seen chatting with one or more of her spirit familiars. How the girl could just chat with such legendary beings as if they were long-time friends shocked people at first. The student body would eventually grow used to her friendly behavior, but everyone always watched in amazement when her familiars were around.

Drago and Alaska had become very popular as well. They would both pick up the young master and lady of the duke's family to take them back home on the weekends and would bring them back before school started again. It was a quick and convenient way to travel and was the best way to keep her familiars calm enough to stay away from guarding her.

Thanks to her newfound popularity, she rarely found herself not surrounded by a group of students. Just as the maids at the duke's estate had been swayed and entranced by her aura and kindness, the students and staff members found themself affected just the same. Only a few understood her effect on people had something to do with her magic, most were oblivious as to why they cared about her so quickly.

The headmaster and some of the teachers were aware that her magic was special and seemed to have special effects on the people who were exposed to her aura. However, they also saw how she treated everyone she met with respect and kindness regardless of who they were. The church had been preaching about her being a saint. Having holy power would explain the people's attraction to her. It would also explain her intelligence and power.

However busy Lily felt at school she found the atmosphere somewhat calming and entertaining. Every time she visited Alex and Chris during their swordsmen classes she found their friends would mess around or show off. She couldn't help but smile when Chris would become jealous when they took their flirting too far. Alex would be standing behind him sending death glares their way. As I smiled at the boys who ran away with excuses of hitting the shower, all I could think about was that school wasn't such a bad place to be.
