After we got back from seeing Amelia Grace, the gang and I went back to GreenRock as well as Uncle Carter and a couple of Warriors from his pack. Well, it wasn't right when we got back from seeing Amelia Grace, but it was soon enough to make me pissed and throw a tantrum.

That stopped when I had gotten into the car, tucked into a ball and fell asleep. Every so often, Thaddeus would poke my nose or something to see if I was alive, and I ended up biting his finger once, causing him not to do it again. I did not know I bi him, because I was just very exhausted, mentally and physically.

When we got back to the Pack, training for me began up again, and this time it was basically full on attack and learning how to figure a way out of different situations. Brick pushed me harder than before, because sadly, Elder Jeff was right. I couldn't change the past, but I would make sure that no one else got hurt because of me.

So, for two weeks straight, I did back to back training on anything and everything that Brick could offer me. When I surpassed him, Brick gave me over to one of his friends, whom happened to be in the pack that I grew up in. I wasn't really comfortable with that, but the male did not talk about my parents death and showed me basic respect.

The funny thing was, Vulcan didn't hang around me that much during those two weeks. I found it rather odd, but he was a grown Vampire, so I didn't worry about it that much. However, when Vulcan was around, he seemed more distant towards me. I didn't know the reasoning behind it, and when I tried to talk to him about it, he shut me out completely.

Vulcan wasn't even sharing a room with me at night anymore. That lead for Cooper to come in at night and just lay beside me.

And, if I was being honest with myself, I rather enjoyed it. I enjoyed spending time with him, but I was still cautious. I knew how to keep my guard up, and I wasn't going to let him in for him to just walk out of my life again. I wanted to be certain that he had changed, and I guess he understood that because he never pushed me past my boundaries.

"Oi, Rylan," someone said, plopping beside me where I was playing with my food at lunch and at the hell- well, school. That's right, I was back in school. And, thankfully people were mainly leaving me alone. It probably took beating up two girls, whom seemed to think that they were all "that".

I flinched, slightly when someone snapped their fingers in front of my eyes. I had been so engrossed in my thoughts that I had no idea what was happening. So, when I looked up, I was surprised that the whole group was there and Bailey was the one that had snapped her fingers in front of me. "Huh?" I asked, blinking.

"Are you alright?" Rhett asked, worried. Still the same old brother, worrying about my health and well being. I kinda liked it, but it was, slightly getting rather annoying with him being a worrywart.

I nodded my head before rubbing the bridge of my nose, a headache appearing out of nowhere. "Oh, uh ya," I said, finally. "Sorry, I was thinking."

"'Bout?" Luke asked, talking with his mouth full of food.

I scrunched up my nose. "About how handsome you look with food hanging out of your mouth," I replied, sarcastically. I shook my head and sighed. "It's nothing, really. I'm just worried about Vulcan and having to teach people how to fight." I kept my answers vague, knowing that there were humans around.

"Hey, don't go brain dead on us," Gigi teased, grinning. "We need your powerful mind." She poked my head which caused me lean towards Bailey, holding my hands up in defense.

"Hey, now," I complained when Bailey took the advantage and poke me in the head, also. "No gaining up on the thinker."

"But that's all you do," Addy groaned, laying her head on the table. "That or fight big guys."

"Hey, I could join the wrestling team and kick some major butt," I said, wiggling a fry back and forth. "All those sweaty men." I shook my head, making a yummy sound while popping the fry in my mouth.

"Mine," someone growled out, and I was instantly picked up and placed in someone's lap.

I groaned, which caused the group to laugh. "Can't I even eat in peace?" I asked, looking at my food, longingly. "I had a good spot."

"Yes, where you were staring at your food and playing with it," Rhett said. "And I don't know if I like this whole picking up my sister and setting her in your lap, Cooper."

Cooper growled softly, but he stopped when I patted his arm. "Now, what is this about sweaty men?" he asked in my ear, causing me to shiver. This caused him to smirk and put his hand on my leg.

Holy hell, this was going to be a long lunch period if I had to sit on him. "N-n-no touching," I stuttered out. I cleared out my throat, which caused everyone to chuckle, while my face turned a shade darker. "W-we were talking about..." I bit on my lip when he rubbed his hand up and down my leg, biting back a moan. Oh Goddess, I couldn't get enough of this.

"Talking about what?" he asked. Amusement filled his voice, because I guess he was enjoying watching me struggle against him.

I glared at my brother when he snickered and didn't help me out. I huffed and turned myself around so that I was now straddling him. My back was to the table, and my hands were on Cooper's chest. A wicked grin appeared on my face while I moved my hands up and down, knowing the effect that I had on him.

Cooper stiffened at my sudden touch and bit back a groan. He grinded himself against me, which made me almost gasp. He thought he had me there, but I knew how men worked. I lived with one.

I leaned closer to his ear, knowing that this movement had caused him to shiver, causing me to smirk. "We were talking about men and how I can kick their asses," I said in his ear. "If you do not want to be next, then I suggest you don't play around." With that, I got off of him and left, knowing that I had won for now...

"Why are there so many cars?" I asked, curious to see so many cars in the driveway. "Hey," I yelped when Rhett pulled me back and almost shoved me underneath a seat. "What the fu-"

"Stay there and stay quiet," he warned. He gave me this look that instantly shut me up and nod to what he had told me to do. "We'll take care of it."

'If you get killed...' I warned, narrowing my eyes at him.

Rhett just smiled. "I know," he said. "You'll kick my ass."

I just smiled at him before going further down underneath the seat. My whole body was tense, and my heart started to pound when I felt that everyone else left. I took a deep breath and calmed my nerves and Wolf down, even though it was slightly. We were both on edge and ready to attack if-

"YOU ARE NOT TAKING HER!" someone yelled, breaking me from my thoughts and causing me to stiffen. "SHE IS MY MATE, AND I DO NOT GIVE A SINGLE FUCK WHAT THAT VAMPIRE HAD SAID ABOUT HER."

"By the Order of the Council, I COMMAND you to calm down," someone else growled. There was some scuffling sound before the door to the van was opened. "Rylan Regina Recce, by the Order of the Council, you are hereby under arrest for the protection of all the Supernatural Species. Will you come quietly and willingly, or do we have to go in there?"

"I'll come willingly," I said, keeping the smirk out of my voice. I made my face blank while I got out of the car and stood in front of the Council. I did not look straight at Elder Jeff, because I was basically going against what I had told him that I would do to get the information that I needed.

"Andrew I-"

"Save it, Grimmes," Elder Andrew growled, glaring at him. "Cuff her."

The Guards grabbed me, roughly and placed Silver cuffs on me. Someone stuck something into my back, and that caused my Wolf to wither in pain before falling still and losing conscious.

I could feel myself about to lose conscious, but I kept fighting it. I looked Elder Andrew, boring the way his brown eyes seemed to look black as well as that nasty sneer on his face into my memory, while he walked up to me.

He took off the blood gem and tossed it onto the ground, making me feel slightly naked. "You don't need that where you are going," he said, causing Vulcan to hiss, silently. "You won't make it out alive," he whispered that close to my ear, knowing better to let anyone else to hear it. "Take her away," he ordered.

I kept my head lowered, not caring about the fact that people were calling my name and trying to get towards me. A small smirk appeared on my lips before I lost conscious to whatever they had placed in my system.

A/N: Well damn, that was a sudden turn of events. What was Vulcan up to? Do ya'll not trust him anymore?

I hope that he doesn't do anything bad to Cooper or anyone.

Don't forget to check out my other books, preferably 'The Year of the Wolf', but it's your choice.

Anyways until next time

Peace out Fluffy Munchkins
