I'm so happy but sad because Ryan, Rachel, Andrew and I are leaving around noon. I love being around my parents but I couldn't wait to go home. Although I wish I got to see Austin more. All the days I was here so far he's spent at his friends house. He's coming home in a few hours though. Rachel's excited to see him too. She couldn't stop talking about it to Andrew.

Speaking of those two they went on a little date yesterday while everyone went bowling apparently. So I think they're a couple but I'm not sure. I'll have plenty of time to ask her when we get back to Myrtle Beach, SC.

"Hey Autie?" Andrew interrupted my thoughts. All four of us were watching tv on the couch.

"Yeah?" I asked him.

He gave me a questioning look. "If your parents are so rich why don't you just live here."

I shrugged flipping through the channels. "I just kind of wanted to have an experience of an adult. So I moved away and got a place with Rachel."

"Wait a minute." Andrew started.

"Andrew don't." Rachel whispered.

I rolled my eyes. "Let him talk Rachel."

Andrew took a deep breath before continuing. "You say you wanted an 'adult experience' but for one you don't have a job and for two you don't even pay your own bills."

I blushed slightly. Deep down I knew I wasn't fully pulling the adult responsibilities I should have been but it was nice to think of me as an independent woman. I narrowed my eyes. "You know what. Your right. I'll be right back." I stood up to go talk to my mom but before I could walk away Ryan stood up and grabbed my hand.

"Babe, don't do anything your going to regret."

I great fully kissed his cheek. "Thank you but Andrews right. I'm 24 now! I need more responsibility."

I knock on my parents bedroom door and entered when they said come in. "Mom, dad, can I talk to you real quick?" I asked.

My mom smiled and patted a spot on the bed. "Of course sweetie! What do you need?"

I gulped slightly. "I'm twenty four years old now and it was pointed out to me that I don't have the same experience that a normal twenty four year olds do. So I've come to ask you to stop paying my rent. I want more responsibility."

She gave me a doubtful look. "Are you sure honey? Rachel's the only one with a job and she can barely afford food for the two of you."

"But mom I want to prove to you that I can be on my own in the world. It bothers me knowing my life is still dependent on you."

My dad rolled his eyes. "Sweetie, most young adults spend time asking their parents for a new car not less money."

I gave him a knowing look. "Okay how about this, you stop paying my rent but next time I fly out here you can pay for mine and my friends tickets."

My mom shook her head. "No. How about we stop paying your rent for a year and if you do fine we'll stop paying completely." She suggested.

"No mom! I don't want you money anymore!" I instead to them.

My dad looked up from the book he was reading. "Ok this is the final offer or things remain how they are. The one year trial of no money and we'll figure out one more thing before you leave that will give you more responsibility equal to no more money."

I smiled. "Sounds perfect. I'm glad we had this talk." They both did a happy and amused sigh before I walked out of the room. Coming back into the living room with a smiled I sat back down next Ryan.

He put an arm around my shoulder and I laid my head on his shoulder. "More responsibility?" He guessed.

"Yup." I said enthusiastically.

Sighing he kissed my head. "Probably going to have to move in with us."

"Yup." I said less-enthusiastically.

"What did you do?" Rachel groaned taking her head off of Andrews lap.

I shrugged. "I'll explain later. But I want to go get ready. We have to leave in an hour to go get Austin."

"I want to drive!" I protested jumping into Ryan's back and trying to get the keys.

"Sorry babe, but it's my car."

I sighed, giving up, but remaining on his back. "Fine."

When we got to the passenger side door i hopped down from his back and climbed in. He rented a car from the air-port. He sat in the drivers seat and drove off. We left Andrew and Rachel at home because Rachel wanted to go shopping before we leave tomorrow.

Austin's friend's house is three hours away. That's why he was over there for the whole week. We were half way there when I put my earbuds in and listened to my heavy metal music. Cause Ryan was listening to his shitty R&B music. I almost fell asleep twice but the first time he stated to scream him music to piss me off. And the second time we ran over a pot hole right after I closed my eyes.

"Hey babe?" Ryan said, grabbing my hand.

"Yeah?" I asked, taking out my earbuds.

"I love you." He brought my hand up to his lips and kissed me lightly.

"I love you too." I blushed. "Your too good for me." I continued. "I really don't deserve you."

He smiled. "Funny. I was just think the same thing about you."

I rang the door bell to the nice house in front of me. A woman answered the door and smiled at me. "Autie! Hello! How are you? It's been a while! Why don't you come in and have some lunch?"

"Oh no thank you Mrs. Davis. My boyfriends waiting in the car and we kind of have to get home and pack. We're leaving tomorrow."

She gave me a sad look. "Well okay. I assume you here to get Austin?"

I nodded. "Uh yes, thank you."

She called to the boys before turning back to me. "He was absolutely wonderful. Unlike my boy, he's actually heard a thing called manners."

I laughed. "I guess all that training was worth it. Glad it al paid off." I joked.

Mrs. Davis gave me a tired look when we heard the two boys wrestling at the top of the floor. And gave me and even more exhausted look when we heard them fall down the stairs.

(Ryan's P.O.V.)

I could see her clearly from my point in the driveway. All the sudden a tall boy ran out of the house and pulled Autie into a tight hug. The older woman hugged Autie and said goodbye. Autie and her younger brother stated to walk towards the car. She told him to wait outside before running over to my window. "Get out." She ordered happily.

"Why?" I asked, unbuckling my seat belt and opening my door.

"Because I want you to meet my brother." She took my hand and dragged me out to the other side of the car. "Austin this is Ryan my boyfriend. Ryan this is Austin my brother." She introduced us. He was the same height at me so about 6'1. He had blonde hair like Autie's but instead of pale blue eyes he had dark blue eyes. And he was tan just like her too.

I held out my hand. "Hey. Nice to finally meet you after all Autumn talks about you."

He looked at my hand for a seconds before glaring at me. "Hurt my sister like that other fagget, and i will rip your balls off and shove them so far up you ass, you'll be coughing dick for the next week."

Without him saying anything else he got into the back seat slamming the door shut. I stared at Autie in awe. "He's usually a sweetheart." She kissed me before getting into her seat.

Totally baffled I stumbled into my seat, started the car, and began to drive back to the house.

I sat back in my chair glaring at the three of them as they continued to laugh. "It was pretty funny." Autie giggled.

"I can't believe Austin, the sweetest thing ever, said that to you." Her and Andrew were laughing non-stop. Although I think Andrew was laughing more because of the fact that I was threatened by a kid nine years younger than me.

We all went out to dinner at the restaurant Maria's. Maria's was right next Navy Pier so after dinner we were going to walk along the dock. I'm romantic, I know.. Okay it was actually Andrew's idea; but I'm the one who agreed to it!

"Yeah, okay guys. Keep laughing." I muttered.

Andrew laid a hand on my shoulder. "Okay, sorry dude. I'm done."

We continued eating our meal when Autie whispered into my ear. "My moms calling me I'm going to go outside."

Rachel, who over-heard, chimed in. "I'll come with you. It's too hot in here."

The two girls left, leaving Andrew and I. "So you and Rachel huh?" I smirked.

He smiled proudly. "Yeah. We made it official two days ago. She's the best girlfriend I've ever had and it hasn't even been that long."

I smiled at him. "I'm proud of you buddy. After all those flings, I think a girl like Rachel is gonna be good for you."

"I could say the same thing about you and Autie." After a second he continued. "Have you two even made it official yet?"

I had to think about that for a second. "Now that I think about it, I don't think we did make it official. I mean, I never really asked her to be my girlfriend."

Andrews eyes widened. "Wait seriously? Okay, we need to fix that. Like soon."

I brightened when I came up with a good idea. "Okay I have an idea. But I'm going to need you help."
