"Gio I think its time you bring me back now" I said easing myself up from his chest.

Gio and I have been laying here and just talking for hours but it was now time that I get back to the restaurant so that I could get my van and go home.

"No, let's just stay the night. I missed holding you like this" Gio said wrapping his arms around me once again.

"I'd love to stay here all night being all cosy with you but I really do have to leave" I said getting up once more. "If anyone of my family members found out I'm here, we're so dead, especially you. After everything that has happened they now hate you even more than before".

"Yeah I can only imagine" Gio said getting up as well. "I don't blame them, I mean things got out of hand with us and I hurt you. I hate and want to kill anyone who hurt my family as well".

"Exactly, so right now I've made this stupid decision of giving you another chance, its gonna be like I'm a teenager once again and sneaking around" I said sitting on the edge of the bed putting on my shoes.

"Stupid decision?" Gio raised a brow. "And you sneak around as a teenager?"

"Yes it is considered a stupid decision- giving the same man who hurt and almost ruined you another chance? If that isn't a stupid decision, I don't know what is" I said before standing up. "And that story about sneaking around is story for another time".

"There's just so much to learn but I'll figure you out eventually Lexi, I always do" Gio said putting on his shoes as well.

"Like how you figure out the mole in group?" I raised a brow challengingly. "Maybe you should stick to trying to figure that out".

"I'm handling it" Gio said picking up his jacket.

"I hope so, are do you need my help? I'm pretty good at drawing out the rats" I smirked.

"This is my fight, my group I'll deal with it" Gio replied.

"Suit yourself Italian boy" I said walking out the room.

When Gio reach back at my restaurant it was already starting to get dark. I tried pulling the car door but it wouldn't budge. Sighing I turned around to look at Gio.

"Gio the whole point of you bringing me back here is to let me out of the car you know".

"I'm actually rethinking that idea" Gio said.

"You've got to be kidding me. Do you want me having to shoot myself out of here or shoot you to get out? You know I will?" I said to him before leaning over his side of the car to unlock the doors.

"I'd have to punish you for that" Gio said grabbing me before I could get back on my side.

"Oh yeah? What do you have in mind?" I teased smirking.

"Something like this" Gio replied before claiming my lips in a rough kissing.

"Woah" I breathe out once Gio let me go. "Lesson learnt, so can I go now?"

"I'm not so sure" Gio replied.

"I'd love to stay cage in your car with you but its getting late and if you want me to get home safely, you should just let me go now" I said before opening the door.

"I'll call you" Gio said to me.

"Yeah, okay" I smile before giving him a peck on the lips. "I'll see you around Gio"

~|~ " So what you're saying is that the house is gonna be filled with nearly a hundred men from the group?" I raised a brow at Dad.

"No its just about 20 of the more higher rank guys" Dad replied.

"Tonight?" I asked just to confirmed if I was indeed hearing correct.

"Yeah at 7, they're joining us for dinner then we'll proceed to have discussion in the conference room" Dad replied.

"But why?" I asked.

"Why what?" Dad asked confused.

"Why here? I mean Dominic is now in control so shouldn't they be having that discussion at his home?" I asked.

"You see Dominic maybe the boss now but I'm still involved and need to sit in and have these discussions from time to time" dad replied. "I'm still their elder and have a say".

"Oh. It's just that I'm only being aware of this now. And having all these guys here is gonna be a bit awkward".

"Why would it be? We're all family plus you're already familiar with most of the guys" Dad replied. "Besides you would have been informed earlier but you weren't here before".

"Some of them Dad, not most of them" I replied. "Marc, Pietro, Ian, Zach and I'm not sure who else".

"See you're familiar with a lot of them" Dad smile at me.

"Great. So guess we can all just sit down to dinner as one big happy family" I said plastering a big fake smile on. "I'll go get ready for dinner".

"You go ahead" Dad chuckled seeing right through me.

"Fine" I said before heading off upstairs.

At dinner there were about twenty three of us present at the dining table for dinner. There was Me, Mom, Dad, Dominic, Kathleen, Marc, Pietro, Ian, Zach and 14 other guys here. Some of the other guys I was indeed familiar with like Miguel and Nate who worked with Dad before Dominic took over but the others I was only formally and properly meeting them tonight. There were a few casual conversation between us as we ate dinner.

I was seated between Marc and another guy Rico on one side of the table across from Pietro and this guy called Adamo or at least I think that's what his name is. Dominic was sitting at one end of the two tables that were joined to accommodate the others with Kathleen at his left side of the table while Dad and Mom sat at the other end. I would have to admit that sitting here between and with all these other men was actually a bit uncomfortable, especially since I've realized that some of these guys seemed to be attracted to me. I didn't like the attention I was getting from them.

I was actually not that hungry anymore after I'd have a couple bites but since dinner wasn't over I remain seated and continued picking around with the food on my plate. Marc and the other guys have been saying that I've been so scarce while I tried to tell them that they were the ones who have been scarce since I was still around. Dominic asked about work and so we kept having a conversation until my phone started ringing.

"Sorry, excuse me guys. I have to take this" I said getting up from around the table.

"Hello?" I said answering the phone without even looking at the caller's ID.

"Hi beautiful" I heard Gio replied.

"Uh... Hey" I answered looking back at the guys at the table before making my out the dining room area.

"What, did I call at a bad time? You sounded a bit distracted" Gio replied.

"No, its just that I was kinda having dinner with the family" I replied. "What's up?"

"Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lonely. I'm here back at my penthouse suite all alone and I just can't get you off my mind" Gio replied.

"Aww, poor baby. You miss me already?" I chuckled. "No clubbing or 'business deal' tonight?"

"No tonight is my night off and its not funny Lex, I really wish I could just get to hold you tonight. You know its been months. I really missed you and holding you in my arms" Gio said.

"You're so cute, you're just full of sweet talks" I smiled walking upstairs to my room.

"Its true, I just wish I could get to steal you away to myself for tonight" Gio sighed.

"And what would be in it for me?" I replied.

"Well for starters you'd get to be with a hot handsome guy who could keep you warm and extremely comfortable, who could offer you anything you want" Gio replied cockily.

"Oh really?" I chuckled.

"Yeah really" Gio replied.

"How about more of those massages?" I asked smiling even though he couldn't see me.

"You know I could give those too" Gio replied.

"Well then Mr.Masseur Gear up, I'll be there in a couple minutes" I replied.

"Really?" Gio responded excitedly.

"Yeah, I'll see you later" I chuckled before hanging up the phone.

I head to my closet grabbing a few extra clothes that I could wear to work tomorrow as well as an extra pair to just leave at Gios, and throwing them in an overnight bag. After putting in other necessities such as under garments and deodorants and stuff I decided to change before I left. I decided to put on a black lacey corset lingerie and throw on a black coat that came just a few inches above the knees as well as some black leather knee length boots. I then pick up my keys and my bags and head downstairs.





I went back to the dining room and apparently everyone was still seated at the table. Dominic was the first to look up as I had entered then the others turned their attention to me as well. I put on a small apologetic smile.

"Are you going somewhere?" Dominic asked raising a brow.

"Yeah" I said sheepishly. "I'm sorry everyone but I've got to head out. I just got a call from a friend, she's got some major personal issues so she needs me".

"Oh, she?" Dad asked.

"Yeah, she's having a bit of a melt down, I probably won't be back until tomorrow" I told them. "I'm really sorry that I have to leave on such short notice guys. It was nice meeting you all, hope to see you guys again, enjoy the rest of your night".

They all nodded or murmured their goodbyes and nice meeting me too.

"Drive safe honey" Mom replied.

"Yeah I will, thanks mom" I replied going to give her and Dad a hug.

"Goodnight everyone" I smiled before turning to leave.

"Yeah, I hope your friend does feel better soon" I heard Dominic replied.

"Me too" I said turning to look at him. "Bye"

I don't know if Dominic suspected that I was lying or not why he said that, but I didn't have time to stay and try to figure it out.

*** "So I'm here, ready to give those massages you promised?" I smirked just as Gio opened his door.

"Get in here" Gio replied pulling me inside before shutting the door behind us and taking my bags from me.

"So impatient..." I started saying but Gio's lips on mine had stopped the rest of my sentence.

I throw my arms around his neck returning the kiss. Gio's placed his hands on the back of my thighs before lifting me up with my legs around his waist. He led us back to his bed before dropping me on and climbing atop.

"Glad you could make it, I missed you so so much" Gio said kissing me briefly before going to nibble on my neck causing me to giggle.

"Oh yeah? How much?" I asked still giggling as he continued kissing my neck which for some reason was really ticklish right now.

"Allow me to show you" Gio said as he started pulling off my coat. "Wow" Gio said seeing what I was wearing underneath. "This is so hot".

"You like?" I laughed finished taking off the coat and throwing it aside.

"Not like, I love it" Gio breathe out. "Tonight its gonna be just you and me. ".

"I like the sound of that" I said before pulling him down to kiss me.

I was just about to lift Gio's shirt over his head when a phone started ringing. I knew from the very minute that it wasn't any of mine.

"Dammit!" Gio said pulling away and easing up off me to get the phone. "Sorry, just give me a minute, I have to take this".

"Your little girlfriend?" I said sitting up.

"Lucas" Gio replied.

"Exactly what I meant" I replied. "And then there were three".

"I'll just be a minute okay" Gio replied before putting the phone to his ear. "Lucas, e ora?" (What now?)

Just hearing Lucas's name reminded me of how mad I still was at him and that I still haven't gotten my revenge. I started pulling off my boots before tossing them aside as well and getting under the covers. After nearly five minutes of Gio talking in straight Italian to Lucas he finally hang up.

"Sorry about cara, it was just some issues that needed taking care of" Gio said getting in beside me.

"Oh" I nodded.

"So with that out the way now, what do you say we get back down to business" Gio said leaning over to kiss me.

"I don't think so" I said turning my back to him and pulling the covers up over my shoulder. "Goodnight Gio, I'm sorry but business is closed"
