Hearing her doorbell ring, first peeping out of the peep hole, Paris smirked as she stepped away from the door unlocking then opening it .. With her hand on her hip and the other hand on the door. she shook her head as her lawyer stood there with a huge bouquet of flowers in one hand and a few white gift bags in the other hand that had Pandora written across it ..

"What has he sent now ?" Paris asked as she stepped aside inviting him in ..

Glancing around her penthouse, Her living room was filled with gifts delivered by Shane threw her lawyer since he didn't know where she lived .. Staring at the bags as he walked in Paris rolled her eyes !! It was the same thing every other day, jewelry, flowers, clothes, bags, cards, the works .. Shane hadn't missed a day so far showing her how 'sorry' he was ..

"I don't know, I didn't look !!" Her lawyer responded as he sat the stuff down, and handed her the roses.. "But what I do know is .. " Stopping to catch her full attention, Gary watched as she sniffed the roses and looked up at him .. "He's not signing the papers Paris, I've spoken to him .. and he's pretty much made up his mind !!" Mr. Edwards said

Shrugging, Paris walked to the kitchen "I knew that !!" She said as she grabbed a vase filling it with water ..

"Well what do you wanna do about it ?" He asked as he watched her from the doorway ..

"Isn't there like a certain amount of days .. before the divorce is finalized or some shit .. whether he signs or not ?" She asked

"Yes, but that's after you go to court .. He has 30 days to respond .. If he doesn't then, you'll be appointed a court date where the judge will decide what you two should do !! Or he does respond declining the divorce .. either way your in for a fight !!" He sighed

Rolling her eyes Paris sat the vase on the counter "Do you realize the fucking law doesn't apply to Shane, I wouldn't be surprised if he's already picking which judge he wants right now !!" She huffed

Shaking his head Mr. Edwards nodded "I wouldn't be surprised either Paris, Like I said .. You're in for a fight !! As your lawyer I suggest you sit down and talk with him !! That's your only hope, as long as you're fighting him he's gonna keep throwing his power in your face, and you're not gonna be able to do anything but take it !!" He responded before walking out of the room leaving Paris with her thoughts ..

Laying in bed with one hand on the remote, and another on her phone Ana was waiting for Shane to call .. She hadn't heard from him since that night in Cali, and she was a mess .. Too occupied with her own thoughts, she wasn't handling any of her business with the firm .. She hadn't even thought about it actually !! Hearing the downstairs door open then close, she quickly hopped out of bed and ran downstairs only to be greeted by Olivia .. Disappointed she rolled her eyes and walked back upstairs ..

"Hey to you too !!" She said as she followed her "Bitch !!" Looking around Olivia followed her upstairs ..

"I thought you were Shane !!" Ana said, her voice full of disappointment

"I see that much !! You still haven't heard from him ?" She asked as she sat at the end of Ana's bed ..

"Nope !!" She said getting back underneath the covers

Shaking her head, Olivia stared at her bestfriend ..

"What ?!" Ana asked raising her voice ..

"Don't tell me you're sittin around up in here all depressed over Shane's ass ?!" She asked

"Could you leave please ?!" She said sitting up ..

Sucking her teeth Olivia chuckled, "You do realize the reason he's not contacting you is because he's too busy kissing Paris' ass to give a damn !!" She said folding her arms across her chest

"He's busy !!" Ana answered in a low voice focusing on the TV

"Busy, trying to mend his marriage !!" She replied "I'm only saying this because I love you Ana, baby move on !! He's where he wants to be !!" Watching as a tear slid down Ana's face Olivia scooted closer to her .. "It's okay to be heartbroken but don't be stupid !!" She said ..

"Liv, please .. leave !!" She yelled with her eyes squeezed shut

Sighing, Olivia shook her head "Ok, I'm just a phone call away though .. remember that Ana !!" She said as she got up to walk out .. Pausing at the door she stopped ..

"The best way to get him to respond is to pop up on him !! Then you'll really know whether or not he's just busy !!" She said as she walked out

Thinking about what Olivia said, she agreed with her .. She was gonna go where she knew Shane would be .. and find out once and for all what's really up ..

Hearing a knock on his office door, Shane turned his attention to the door ..

"Come in !!" He yelled

Watching as the door opened, a smile crept across his face as the familiar face peeked inside ..

"Hey stranger !!" She said with a smile as he stood up from his desk ..

"Jessica !! What's up baby !!" He said as he walked over to her giving her a tight hug ..

"How you been ?!" She asked looking him up and down ..

"I been aight, how you been ?" He asked as he walked back over to his chair ..

"Good, very good !!" Sitting down, Jessica took in her surroundings before locking eyes with Shane .. "Where's Paris ? How's the kids ?" She asked

Shaking his head he laughed "I don't know where Paris ass at !!" He said looking at a picture of her he had up on his wall .. "I've been tryin to figure that out for the past 3 weeks !!" Shane looked back at Jessica and finished "The kids, they good !!"

"You don't know where Paris is ?" She asked confused

"I fucked up, she left !!" He replied

Shaking her head Jessica rolled her eyes "You're Shane Carter, you haven't found her ?" She asked

"I had people looking for her but we been back and forth from here to Cali, so ain't nobody been able to really find her !!" He replied .. "Plus, she filed for divorce !!" Shane said looking at her ..

"Divorce ?! Shane what did you do ?!" She asked frowning up

Shrugging he shook his head "I fucked up !!" He replied, Changing the subject he asked, "So what you doin in town ?"

"Just business, I had to come and check on you too !!" Smiling Jessica took a look around once again ..

"I appreciate that !!" He smiled

"And while I'm here, I'll be helping you find wifey !!" She said as she stood up "Don't worry about nothing !! I got you .."
