"Paris !!" Shane's voice broke the silence over the phone as Paris never took her eyes off of the cameras

"Shane !!" She said

"What's wrong Paris ?!" Paris could feel the urgency and concern in his voice ..

"Zya said somebody in a black beamers followed her, they tried to trap her on the road, they had on black ski masks so she couldn't see their faces !!" She blurted out in one breath

She heard Shane sigh on the other end of the phone "Where she at now ?" He asked

"Downstairs with your mom, I'm upstairs looking at the cameras !!" Her voice was shaky and Shane could hear it ..

"Was SJ with her ?" He asked

"Yeah, she was taking him to school but she turned around and came here once she lost them !!" She said

"Aight, listen .. Stay y'all asses in the house aight !! Nobody comes in, nobody goes out !! I'm about to send extra security over that way .. but other than them nobody is to come to that gate Paris !! Y'all stay on one side of the house, together !! Make sure the kids with y'all at all times .." He demanded

"Shane can't you just come home ?! We need you here !!" Paris begged

"Paris, I'm sending everybody that way aight .. you won't be any less protected without me there !! It's now or never I gotta do this shit now .. I'm coming back as soon as I can .. plus nobody know where we live babygirl !! You good !! And if anything was to happen you know what to do.." He said

Sighing, Paris gripped the reciever tighter as she leaned back in the chair .. "Who are we dealing with Shane ? and why ? I need to know" She asked

The phone went silent then Shane cleared his throat, "Mexicans, Vatos Locos !! They not too happy about the moves we been makin, look I can't explain it all right now .. it's a money thing !! It ain't nothin I can't handle so don't worry !!" He said

"Is that why Shamar died ? Did they kill him ?" She asked

Paris heard Shane sigh again "We'll talk when I get home alright ?!" He said ending the conversation

"Shane !!" She said

"What ?" He asked

"You sure you can trust Ana ? She knows where we stay !!" She said

"I'll call you back in a minute Paris, everything under control alright ?!" He said

Not saying anything Paris sighed .. and Shane ended the call ..

Hanging up the phone she focused back on the surveillance monitors ..

"What he say ?" Kelsey asked

"He's sending extra security over !!" She said, her voice low .. Not wanting to worry Kelsey anymore than she already was she changed the subject

"Let's go get the kids !!" Standing up they walked out of the office ..

As soon as Shane hung up with Paris he called Jessica !! Answering on the 2nd ring he heard her voice ..

"You got her ?" He asked

"Not yet .. I'm on it though as we speak !! I'm outside her house.." She said

"Alright !!" Ending the call

Shane dialed Ana's number for the first time in months.. Answering on the first ring he could hear the happiness in her voice ..

"Babe !!" She said in excitement

"Ana, is there anything you wanna tell me ?" He asked

"What do you mean ?" She asked confused

"Have you spoken to anybody ? About where I live ?" He asked

"No, no .. of course not !! You know I know better than that Shane !!" She said laughing..

After that he heard a loud thud .. And he already knew why as he smirked .. Hearing someone pick her phone up he listened as he heard shallow breathing followed by a quick kissing sound then the call disconnected .. Smiling, he knew it was Jessica ..

Rubbing his beard he turned his attention to Trey, "Aye, get extra security over to the house !! Beef it up thick until I get back, if somebody so much as lay a finger on my family it's gonna be some problems can't nobody handle !!" He said standing up

"Paris nem aight ?!" He asked

"They good, and I need it to stay that way !!" He said as poured him another drink

Nodding, Trey picked up the phone and made a couple phone calls ..

Throwing the shot back Shane facetimed Paris.. Answering on the first ring he heard Paris' voice first then her face appeared ..

"Yeah ?" She said

"They on they way, I'll stay on the phone with you until they make it !!" He said ..

"Okay !!" She said

"What you doing ?" He asked as he sat down

"Trying to put Shilo to sleep, he's cranky .. and I'm paranoid !! Bad combination !!" She said as she bounced him in her arms in Shane's office chair

Laughing, Shane watched as she struggled with their youngest son ..

"Hold on !!" She said, Propping her phone up on Shane's desk so that he could see her and the baby she continued trying to rock him to sleep ..

"He definitely has your temper !!" She said sighing in frustration

"Well in just a couple weeks ago this shit will be over and I'll be there alot more !!" He said

Not saying anything Paris ignored him, never taking her eyes off of the baby ..

Noticing her silence Shane spoke up "You still tryin to go through with this divorce ?" He asked ..

Rolling her eyes Paris shrugged "We'll talk about that later !!" She said

"I wanna know now !!" He said

Sighing, Paris looked at him "Talking about it now won't do no good Shane !! Plus it's not the time !!" She said glancing back down at the baby then up at the surveillance cameras

"Well I'm stuck thousands of feet in the air, and you stuck in the house .. how come it's not a good time ? We ain't going no damn where .." He said

Biting her lip Paris glared at him "We got other stuff to worry about !!" She whispered ..

"Just tell me, yes or no !!" He said

"I don't know Shane, I haven't had time to think about it !!" She said

"I'm not signing shit .." He said

Glaring at him once again Paris rolled her eyes ..

"Where SJ, & the twins ?" He asked

"With your mom, downstairs !!" She whispered ..

"How Kelsey doing ?" He asked

"She's fine .." Paris said

Noticing her tone Shane decided to not make her any more mad than she already was ..

She hadn't even thought about the divorce in detail since she had been there ..

Now she was questioning herself on what she was going to do ..

After a few minutes passed by of pure silence she finally spoke up ..

"Somebody's at the gate !!" She said ..

"It's just the security, they just texted me !! Listen, check in with them then call me back once everybody in .. I need somebody in the house too .. Once they done call me alright ?" He said

"Okay !!" Paris replied

"I love you" He said

"I love you too !!"

Ending the call Shane closed his eyes ..
