Fifty-Six: Couples Therapy?
The night was fairly cold, Tess couldn't help but curl into the bunching of Darricks hoodie where she sat in his lap no matter how annoyed she was in that moment, she found comfort in the warmth of Darricks large body. She could of fallen asleep like that, his hoodie something like an oversized blanket around her which she'd come use to curling up into. Darrick kept his hands on either side of him, his knee bouncing every now and then subconsciously the longer Austin drove. She thought that to be suspicious, lifting her eyes toward Austin who had a smirk at the corners of his mouth as he looked at the road in front of them. Tess couldn't see anything from where she sat in Darricks lap, but took a mental note knowing home didn't take this long to drive to.
"Austin, I wanted to go home" Tess brought her knees up and made an effort to stand, moving towards the middle of the car toward the dirty cup holders. She could see darrick move to help her or stop her, but quickly sat on his hands pushing his fingers under his thighs. He knew not to touch her, not after the moment they had back in his bedroom
"You will. After this" Austin peered down from the road quickly at Tess who struggled a bit to find her footing in a moving car "Surely you want to see your own boyfriend grow?"
"I couldn't care less.." she looked at Darrick to see his reaction, looking over her shoulder seeing he was looking out the window and having gone incredibly quiet. It reminded her from the first days meeting him, how he'd sit in the back without a word, looking out the window as if he were a shadow to be ignored "I just want to go home. I'm tired" she spoke up to Austin
"Oh boo hoo Tess" Austin looks down at her then, keeping his hands firmly on the steering wheel as he spoke "liven up a little, you don't always have to be such a drag. Ever since I got hit by Lenny.." Darrick cleared his throat next to Austin, who rolled his eyes at the black haired boy "ever since I got hurt at training, I'm learning to live life to the fullest. You should take notes, instead of hiding in your house all day, you should just go out and just go for it. Do whatever you want. And I think, seeing a giant Darrick would be pretty fun"
"I see him giant every day.." Tess looked to Austin, moving from the cup holders toward his seat. She struggled a bit, loosing her footing a few times but didn't dare ask for help. In that moment she would rather be with Austin, she couldn't tell if this was her being petty or not, or if she was just trying to annoy Darrick, but she moved to climb onto her step brothers large thigh to sit down on. She could see Austin look down at her, looking a bit confused at first but then quickly turned into a smug look as he peaked at Darrick.
Darrick looked briefly, but then turned his attention back to the window, sitting on his hands still his knee bounced infuriatingly fast, up and down, looking a bit annoyed himself but she could tell he was probably pissed but didn't want to show it. She could tell by how his jaw clenched and unclenched, setting into a hard line as he stared out the window as the world drove by. She turned her attention away from Darrick, she knew he was annoyed but also probably didn't want to say anything in front of Austin. Darrick was definitely one to keep his private life a secret from the boys, their argument would have to wait til later. If Darrick really wanted to, he could so easily grab her from Austin's thigh and bring her back onto his side onto the passenger seat. But he didn't, instead choosing to ignore her and where she had decided to seat herself
"Well.. I don't" Austin spoke, breaking the silence in a matter of fact tone "I can experience a new perspective on things. See the world from your eyes" Austin spoke so confidently, excited also to see Darrick grow. That is, if he could. Tess didn't know how she felt about it, she didn't really want Darrick to but she really had no say on the matter.
"Austin.. I don't know about this anymore" Darrick spoke softly "I don't think this is a good idea" Darrick shifted where he sat, adjusting the seat belt across his chest as if it was constricting him.
"Don't be a pussy, sure it is. When don't I have good ideas" Austin smiled while Darrick gave a belated sigh
"Every idea you have is shit, Austin" Darrick mutters beneath his breath and found as she looked at him that they're eyes met, his dark eyes looking down on her as she had stayed seated in Austin's lap. She rolled her eyes at him, looking away to stare at the ground, watching Austin's feet on the pedals
The car bounced then over a pot hole, Tess reaching for anything to hold onto to not go tumbling off the seat. Grabbing for any article of clothing, she managed to find a handful of Austin's shirt near his abdomen. Darrick was watching her, ready to reach out at any second to help her if she ended up falling. She chose to ignore him and adjusted herself, Austin not seeming to have noticed his reckless driving and continued to drive unaware that he'd nearly sent Tess flying off the seat
"The last idea I had was pretty brilliant I think" Austin smirked over at Darrick.
"What idea?" Tess was lost, looking around the car at the boys for answers. Austin looked amused by the topic while Darrick face had changed to a shade of ombré reds
"So you don't know yet? Huh~" Austin looked down at Tess as he brought the car into park, tess not having even the slightest idea where they could have been or what austin was talking about "I would've thought Darrick would've said something by now"
"Don't Austin" Darrick warned in a low tone, reaching for his seat belt he let it snap back into the side of the car before climbing out of the car angrily. Tess was confused, she didn't understand what they were talking about and her head snapped between the two larger boys.
"What did you do?" Tess asked, looking up curiously to Austin with a confused look then at Darrick who slammed the door firmly behind him. She rolled her eyes at her boyfriend, still annoyed at him she turned her attention to Austin who sat for a second longer in his seat whilst Darrick stood outside the car waiting for the two
"The man has spoken I guess... let's just say, i took care of a certain matter to make life a lot easier for all of us. You'll thank me one day" Austin winked, moving his fingers slowly towards her he offered to allow her to climb on. Hesitant at first, feeling uneasy a bit allowing Austin to actually pick her up again. Taking a slow breath, she carefully climbed over his fingers to sit down in his palm. What did that mean? What had they gotten upto that she didn't know about? Was Darrick keeping a secret from her?

Jamie pulled his bike with a jolt from behind the garage door, rolling his bike down the garage to leave his home he cringed at every creak. The night was cold having pulled a white hoodie and some black cargo pants on with sneakers to leave his house, trying to hurry while also being as quiet as possible so that his overly protective mother wouldn't wake to see him trying to sneak out of the human street intending to go to Ava's, which was located in the giant streets about 20 minutes away when biking. Looking at his phone, the time read 3am.
Jamie: leaving now 💕
It would've been easier if he owned a car, he would love to have owned a car in these moments at 3am every night when he'd bike to Ava's house after his parents fell asleep. But he'd have to buy his own car, had been told as soon as he could get his license he'd have to buy his own car with his own money. Forced into a job at 15 years old he'd been saving up, but now after years of saving, he had plenty of money but his parents would say to him everyday, now that they lived in the Giants Quarters that driving was "too dangerous at our size"
Hopping onto his bike once far enough from his home, so his mother couldn't see him if she were to look through the blinds, he bolted. Pumping his legs, he sped down the long road of domed off human houses and apartment blocks. The wind burnt at his cheeks, eyes watering at the wind in his eyes. He'd had applied to a few places since moving to the Giant Quarters, needing a job ASAP since he had wanted to move back home at first when he'd arrive, hating the idea of living in the giants quarters, but now was mostly saving money so he could pay for Ava when they went out. Being about the same size as his own girlfriends hand, it was somewhat embarrassing when going out since Ava would have to carry him around, pick him up if they wanted to go somewhere and even babied him just because of his size. He could Atleast pay for her meals.
In private it wasn't bad when they were together, if asked he would begrudgingly agree that he somewhat enjoyed when she would cuddle her large face up against him and let him lay on her stomach or chest. But In public, it was embarrassing to see eyes watching over the couple as Ava would coo at him for even the littlest of things. While he hated the judgment he also couldn't help but love every moment spent with her.
Swerving around a large rock he made his way onto the giants path, the human street growing further behind him. Speeding across the large slabs of concrete, breathing heavily he could feel the heat growing beneath his hoodie like a hot dinner plate on his skin. He'd been biking to Ava's home for nearly a month now and he'd been feeling the fittest he'd ever been, had been exercising more and more since he'd been dating Ava since he couldn't help but feel insecure since she could see his body entirely all at one time. He pretty much fit in the palm of her hand who wouldn't feel insecure.
Being naked in front of her was embarrassing at first, being the size of a Human compared to that much women was most definitely emasculating. At home exercises had to do, considering there were no gyms for a person of his size, he had only his bike and street to run up and down. Sit ups along with other at home workouts made do, even though he was already in pretty good shape he felt he needed to be better for her.
Hed never been with a giant girl before, having lived his entire life up until moving in the Human Quarters, strictly only ever having been with human sized girls. It was different being with a larger girl, much, much larger. He was anxious he wasn't enough, couldn't satisfy her in many ways including sex. It made him nervous, scared even to move forward with her. They'd done some things together, one night finding his mouth on one of her very large nipples. That was an experience in itself he probably would never forget.
He was no stranger to women but it was a totally different ball game with a giant. How was he expected to pleasure her at his size! He'd looked up videos, for educational purposes only, but they were unrealistic and to say the least, terrifying! He began to regret sometimes looking up those videos, having fallen down a very dark rabbit hole with his research. Hell, there were articles of people getting stuck! And he didn't wanna risk those chances. He shuddered at the thought. She was definitely more keen to go further together as a couple, to take it all the way, but what was he to do! He could easily lay in her panties as if it were a hammock, her bras something like a cushioned bed. Maybe he was overthinking it but the reality was, he was honestly scared
As he peddled down the large empty street, he found his ears burning at the thoughts running through his mind. He didn't have to be home the next day, or had school. They had an entire night and day together, he couldn't help feel nervous she was going to mention to go down under again. They had tried, but he'd get to nervous to continue. Make up some excuse to stop. She was a lot of women for such a small guy. It was overwhelming to say the least. It wasn't like he didn't want to, it would be any straight mans wet dream to go further but when actually getting the chance he couldn't help but chicken out
She reassured him it was okay but he knew it wasn't. Maybe he should give it a go.. he knew she wouldn't hurt him. But those videos.. he couldn't shake his nerves. Grunting, he felt frustrated and annoyed at himself. He was being a little bitch! That was for sure and she was his girlfriend now! Tess and Darrick had been together longer then they, he was sure they'd done stuff together with how close they were. But it was different, vaginas are complicated! And apparently Darrick could shrink! That was a total other matter on its own he had yet to process.
He hadn't heard a word from Tess, been texting her hoping she'd reply to give him an answer on what the hell happened! Apparently, according to Chris, Tess and himself were just having a chat on the balcony when all of a sudden a human sized darrick burst from the door to steal Tess away in a mad fit of rage. Jamie was already somewhat frightened of Darrick, but now knowing he could shrink down, Jamie couldn't tell if he was even more terrified or not that he was able to manipulate his size.
Groaning again, he had to slow down as he came to a large corner. At first biking to Ava's was exciting, a moment to clear his head before seeing the girl he liked but now it was more of a torment with his mind overthinking everything, every moment with Ava. Every kiss he had, was he in a weird position, did she even feel him kiss back. Did he look stupid that time he tripped over her bed sheet, or that time he slipped and fell between her thighs. He wasn't usually one to be so self deprecating but he just couldn't shake this feeling.
Now the thought of Darrick filtered into his brain! He knew darrick wouldn't hurt Tess but the look in his eyes when he'd burst through the front door, naked also sent a shiver down Jamie's spine. Especially since he hadn't heard from Tess, made him worry. She was his friend after all, and ever since she'd been with darrick she'd become so distant with Jamie and the other humans. Hell, he had become closer with the other humans at school more then she was and she'd been attending school longer then he. He never really knew what Tess was up-to, she never wanted to hang out anymore. Hardly called, sometimes a simple text but nothing going into too much detail. Her world revolved simply around Darrick, she didn't even come to school anymore. Spending most of her days only with Darrick. And the one night she had the chance to spend with the humans, Darrick had come bursting in to ruin it and steal her away.
To say the least, Jamie wasn't the biggest fan of Darrick much.
Arriving at her home he could see Ava standing on her front porch waiting for him, the dim porch light illuminating her large form as she sat on the bottom step on her phone. He knew she felt bad that he would bike to hers, having offered to come pick him up on multiple occasions since it was a simple walk for her. He wanted to bike it, wanted that independence even if it risked being on the giants streets at 3am.
Walking up the path toward her home with his bike at his side, he felt his knees shake a little feeling exhausted. He could feel his muscles burning and his head spinning a little, feeling out of breath. Looking up from her phone, she didn't wait for him to make it to the steps, instead standing to her full height she took a few long steps before she was loomed over him. Her long legs towering over him like trees, she was wearing a tank top and pyjama bottoms that were loose around her thighs. Over her shoulders she had on a large jumper, having pulled the hood over her head to keep her warm while she waited for him
"Took your time" she smiled playfully, crouching down she easily lifted himself and his bike off the ground into her hands. With delicate fingers, she turned to carry him inside, her lips finding a spot on the top of his head to gently kiss "I don't know why you don't let me just come get you myself"
"Because I told you, I like riding my bike here. It's not that bad anyways, it's only few minutes" he huffed, his thoughts from earlier drifting into the back of his mind as he was now in her hands. Locking the door behind herself, she hurried to take Jamie into her bedroom so she wouldn't wake her father. Her father she'd said, wouldn't really approve of the relationship and would much rather keep the two a secret for now until she found the right chance to say anything. Jamie didn't complain, he'd much rather be a secret to her father for a while longer to keep the peace
"It's not just a few minutes.." she spoke lowly, "and there might be weirdos out at this time. Imagine how I'd feel if you didn't show up?" She frowned at him at the thought "What would you do if someone tried grabbing you?"
"Peddle my ass off and hope for the best is what I'd do. Besides, I'm fine, aren't I? Safe and sound" he lounged into her palm as she sat in her bed, ignoring the disapproving look she sent him "what?" He chuckled a little, smiling up at his girlfriends large face
"You stress me out, Jamie." She shakes her head, brown locks falling into her eyes she brushed the strands aside with her free hand.
"Don't stress then. I'm fine" he spoke calm, he really was fine and he never saw anyone out on the streets at this time. He'd much rather bike it, enjoyed that moment of being able to feel normal in a world he didn't really fit into
"I can't help that, can I. Your gonna get yourself killed" she furrowed her brows, laying down in her large bed, she placed him onto her chest where he liked it the most, moving until he was spread across her chest near her collar bone. He allowed his body to relax, feeling warm from his bike ride he pulled his hoodie over his head and set it aside, leaving his chest bare while Ava moved her hand to to delicately take the small article of clothing to place onto her side table to not loose. He'd already mis placed multiple shirts whenever he had taken them off, not liking to sleep with a shirt on.
"Anyways.." he cleared his throat, laying comfortably he grazed a finger over the soft skin near her neck "something weird happened at that party we threw for Tess today..."
