ARGYL'S POV.
I smiled at him nodding as adrenaline rushed through my spine at the mention of fighting.
He had asked me not to fight out anymore. But I was glad he changed his decision. May be because he promised me that he won't hide me away when he would need to me.
I was really happy that he let me help him in something. This was something really important and my heart warmed at the thought that he considered me to be capable of doing something this important and difficult.
He didn't see me just as a girl. He didn't think I was weak and I couldn't do this. He didn't think I was any less than them.
He treated my like an equal and kill me if I didn't love it.
"Where are you lost?" I heard him whisper near my ear and I broke out of my trance. Ken had left the room, his chair empty.
His hands were placed on the hand rests of the chair I was sitting on. He leaned forward, his warm breath tickling me. His scent filled my mind and he gazed into my eyes adoringly.
"Thank you." I said looking into his deep blue eyes.
He slightly raised an eyebrow.
"For letting me do this." I said.
He smiled.
"Don't thank me love." He said, "You are perfect for this and I had promised you that I won't ask you to stay away if something happens." He said.
I nodded.
"We all will be there though." He said, "No one can hurt you."
"I know. No one can when you are there." I smiled at him.
"Are you afraid?" He asked.
I shook my head, "No."
"This is dangerous." He said.
"It does sound like it." I replied.
"But I know you both will win." He said trailing his finger down my cheek touching my ever so lightly.
I shivered at the touch and my breath hitched.
I saw him smirking proud of the effect he had on me. But his eyes looked at me softly.
"Don't let anything happen to you Argyl. I can't afford to loose you now." He said.
I kept looking at him so much in daze to answer him.
His blue eyes held me captive. I couldn't look away from them.
Just like the first time I saw him. I couldn't bring myself to move my eyes from his. His eyes were showing some different kind of emotion. I wasn't used to see this in them. I had seen thousands of emotions in his eyes.
But this was different.
It had slightest touch of fear.
He was really afraid to loose me.
His thumb kept brushing against my cheek and his eyes kept looking deep into mine.
I loved to look into his eyes. They were so beautiful. They were just different. The deep electric blue colour of theirs shinning under the light. The dark blue ring enclosing them and some light dark specs of blue colour adorning them.
His eyes spoke volumes. They were the way to his soul.
His eyes showed what he felt when his face didn't. They were intense. The intensity in them, almost impossible to handle.
They were always warm and soft when he looked at me.
It was amusing how his icy cold blue eyes turned warm and soft when they were set on me.
"What do you find so interesting in my eyes?" He asked me in a low voice.
"I don't know. They are just so beautiful." I whispered back.
"Yours are more." He said.
I shook my head lightly not looking away from him.
"They can't be." I said a soft smile gracing my lips.
He leaned a little forward. His face only an inch away from mine. Our noses touching. His warm breath fanned over my lips. But he didn't move his eyes from mine.
He didn't say anything and captured my lips in a soft kiss.
His lips warm and soft against mine. They moved slowly. Feeling me. My mind became foggy from this gentle kiss. He took all his time kissing me softly.
Every thought from my mind vanished as he lightly ran his fingers brushing my cheeks.
I didn't close my eyes and so didn't he. I kept looking at them as they looked at me like I was the most special thing in the world. Like I was his world. He was mine.
His touches were always soft and delicate. Mending every bruise. Every small broken piece in me.
"Promise me you will be fine." He said against my lips.
"I will be fine." I said.
"That you won't leave me."
"I would never leave you." I whispered.
His lips claimed mine again this time passionately sealing the deal.
I held his shirt pulling him closer to me as his hand angled my face.
I closed my eyes basking in the feeling. He pulled back and I felt his thumb running over my lips.
I opened my eyes to see him looking at me.
"You are special." He said planting a soft kiss on my forehead and I smiled.
"I will see you in the room tonight." He smiled placing his palm on my cheek for one last time and pulled back standing up to his full height.
I nodded getting up from the chair.
"Ken will be waiting for you down there in your usual fight room." He said and I nodded walking to the door.
I gave him a last glance and saw him picking up some file that was kept on the table.
I smiled to myself before walking out closing the door behind me.
I could still feel the warmth of his palm on my cheek and his scent still filled my mind.
I could never get used to his kisses and touches. They always made me feel weird things.
I smiled to myself as I walked down the stairs spinning the knife in my hand.
I walked to the room and opened the door to see Ken practicing punches on a bag.
He stopped as he heard me. His senses going all alarmed and eyes snapped to mine.
"Oh hey!" He said as he realised it was only me.
I smiled his way, walking towards him.
"Are we starting practice from today?" I asked him.
He nodded.
"Only if you are feeling good." He said.
"I am!" I replied as soon as the words left his mouth. He chuckled.
"Okay. We will just discuss about the Double Ring today." He said.
I couldn't stop the scowl from appearing on my face but I reluctantly nodded.
"Ignoring your sad face, I am gonna continue this." He said walking towards the wall and he settled down wiping off the sweat from his forehead with a napkin he had. I sat down beside him.
He drank some water from the bottle and turned to me.
"What you know about this?" He asked.
"As much as Damion told in the office." I said.
"Okay. So we have to start from the beginning." He said more like to himself.
I didn't say anything on it.
"Okay. So Erik Santos, the other Spanish mafia started this ring. Just for his mere profit and greed of hell lot of money could make from this ring." He said venom dripping his voice.
"The rules of the ring are different than our usual fighting rings. This ring is only one of it's kind in this world which makes it special and gets him more money as all of his fighters fight in there." He explained.
"Few rules. Very simple. But listen carefully." He said pointing his index finger in a warning gesture at me.
I nodded.
"Rule 1: Erik's fighters in the ring are called Double Duos and they are not allowed to fight in other rings."
I hummed in response waiting for him to continue.
"Rule 2: Anyone can challenge Double Duos. But only once per each Duo.
Which brings me to another rule,
Rule 3: Once you loose the fight in this ring, you can not fight again.
If you win over one Duo, they would never ever fight again and you can challenge another Duo." He looked at me waiting for me to take it in.
I nodded an the continued.
"Rule 4: You can use weapons like blades and knifes which are as per the standard sizes decided by the ring." He said.
"Rule 5: Once you challenged the Duo, you can't step back, neither can they. If any one of the four player steps back, he can't fight anymore."
"Last rule, Rule 6: You can not quit when you are in the ring unless you pass out or something." He said, "Any question?" He asked.
"What if one of the two players pass out?" I asked.
"The other continues." He replied, "The other player can fight alone with the Duo until he passes out too or looses." He said.
"How do they decide if one has lost?" I asked.
"It's just like our usual fight. If you fall on the ground and you don't get up until the referee finishes the counting, you loose. They take you out of the ring and your partner continues till his looses too." He said.
"And what if one fighter is out of the ring but his partner continues and wins?" I asked.
"Then the team wins and the knocked out player can fight too. If your team wins, even if because of one fighter, you can fight again." He explained.
I took that all in and nodded.
"Is it like we fight two different fighters at a time or we four fight together?" I asked.
"We fight together. Like both of us can attack only one fighter but then there is this other who would attack us. So it's the same. No fighting rules nothing! It depends on you. They don't come in between to stop even if you are dying." He said.
I nodded.
"How does it seem to you?" He asked raising his eyebrows.
"Brilliant!" I exclaimed.
He laughed at me words.
"Out of all the things I expected you to say, that definitely wasn't on the top of my list. But of course, you can say such thing." He smiled.
I smiled back at him.
"Come on now. Let's see what you can do with the knife except of spinning it." He smirked provoking me and I got up glaring at him.
His smirk widened as he realised he had successfully got me annoyed and he led us to the ring we had marked days before.
I took off the jacket I was wearing dropping it on the floor.
"Let me see your knife." He said.
I handed it to him.
He observed it closely running his finger on the sharp blade drawing a single thin line trace of blood on his fingertips and the edge of knife.
His face didn't show any emotions.
"This is good." He said, "One of Damion's favourites."
I wiggled my eyebrows. I didn't know that knife was his. That he had given me his favourite one. I just didn't ask him.
Ken didn't look at me as he studied the knife concentrating on it.
"This would work." He said after few moments handling it back to me.
"Do you know how to use it professionally?" He asked.
I nodded.
"I was trained for it." I said.
He raised his eyebrows.
"Where?" He asked.
"The fight club where I fought." Replied not wanting to go deep into the starting days and my past.
He sensed it and didn't ask me any questions.
It was a part of me I didn't share with anyone. It was my dark past. The things which drew me into this world.
The things I had left far behind. The things that didn't scare me any more but they sure did to my twelve year old self.
I shook my head clearing all the thoughts from my mind.
"Let's start then." He said smirking and I nodded excitedly.
Hey guys! Here you go with another chapter.

And as my best friend asked me, I don't think there exists such thing. This is complete my imagination just to let you know.
