I walked to main hall where everyone was having a discussion.

"Sit" the guy named Aditya pointed to the empty space.

I looked around.

"I..I left my..home six years ago" I told them "because..I..I didn't want to deal with..with the things my father and brothers had been doing" I said "trust me...Mom and I have no part in their..cruelties"

"We didn't kidnap you because of your mistakes" Aditi said "It's because you are his daughter"

"No! I'm not his daughter, I am my mom's daughter, I don't want anyone to relate me with my father or brothers!"

"Your father assigned you bodyguards, That means he cares for you"

"It's more like a jail for me!" I said "trust me...I..I hate them as much as you do, I never considered them as my family from the moment I knew about them" she said "My mom don't have any part in this, She helped me get out of there and have freedom" I said truthfully "what you are doing now is dragging me back"

Trishana had been so quiet for the last couple of days now.

Whenever her car moved, It was only her camera man, Nitin.

Which means she's with the gang or secretly working on her magazine.

Both are hazardous to me, But I have something to accomplish in the meantime.

I need to break into her secret room and there's no chance for me to do it better than this!

So I reached her house and waited and made sure that there's no one at home.

When it was past midnight, I slipped inside and started my work.

I removed the wall frame and watched the locker.

I had been having lessons on how to open this locker for a few days now, I really don't want to bring anyone else here and make unnecessary risks.

I don't trust anyone else to do my job and most often operates alone, Because hiring someone else means I am leaving a witness behind.

And I don't want that, Especially when Abiram and Mahesh is trying their best to prove themselves to father and get rid of me.

I clicked the locker and started to work.

Finally, After about 30 minutes, The door clicked open and asked for the fingerprint.

I can open her locker once I get her fingerprint!

I closed it back and searched around for something that would have her fingerprint, That I can take with me without being noticed.

And I spotted the dressing table and opened it and saw the cosmetics and perfumes.

Okay! This is good!

I took her lipstick and pocketed it.

She's working and not staying at home most of the days, So as soon as I get her fingerprint, I can open her locker now.

I was in a good mood when I walked to my car.

I am one step closer to finding what's she hidden inside, I am sure that it has something to do with ruining surya group.

But my mood was turned dark as I get the phone call from karan.

"Sir!"he sounded panicked "Something big happened!" he said "you need to come here, right now!" he added.

"What's it?" I asked.

"Er...sir...Don't be mad-"

"What did they do this time!?" I asked him, demanding an answer.

If karan is calling me to come to the headquarters now, I Am sure that Abiram or Mahesh would've done something.

"Mahesh killed... Abraham" he said and I slammed the break.

"Sir, I am sorry, I just knew it from nakulan, He was ordered to find him, but Abraham tried to escape and fell down from the hotel room" karan said "I know, you are angry, but don't get into fight with them, They are already treating you like-"

I disconnected the call, changed the gear and flew forward.

Abraham is the ex-ceo of the latest fashion world whom we have just merged with.

Even though he hasn't signed the contract yet, He has announced publicly about his plan to merge with surya group.

I had personally made plans for him to escape, Then why did he stay back!?

It was totally unreasonable to kill him.

I reached Mahesh's main hotel in record time and walked to his private suite.

"You can't visit him now" mahesh's private goon, nakulan blocked my way and I stared up at him "sir" He added quickly "He's working" he said.

"Move" I ordered and he didn't move.

"I.said.Move back!" I stressed and he slowly moved back.

So I moved forward and stopped by him "This is the last time I am Warning you, If you ever blocked me, I will personally take care of you" I warned before proceeding to the elevator.

I opened mahesh's suit room and walked inside to hear loud music and laughter.

The anger that was bubbling inside me just reached it's boiling point and I walked to the private pool area, Where Mahesh was having champagne with his women.

I pressed the button on the speaker, cutting out music and walked to him.

"Arjun you! Why are you here..how dare you!" he jumped up in shock as I marched to him.

It looks like he hadn't heard any warning calls as he was too busy entertaining his half dressed lady friends.

"What did you do to Abraham?" I asked and he looked shocked.

"Nakulan made a mistake-Aah"

He covered his jaw with his hands where I had got him and his lady friends screamed and ran away.

"Arjun! Are you crazy!?" Mahesh screamed and I raised up my hand for a second punch.

"Why did you kill him!? he already handed over his firm!" I said as I swung again, But never hit him as people were grabbing me back and I struggled.

"DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE EVERYTHING TWICE DIFFICULT!?WHY DO YOU BEHAVE SO RECKLESSLY? ARE YOU GOING TO CLEAN UP AFTER THIS?" I shouted at him and he grinned slightly.

"Now I get the situation, Arjun" He said "Yes,You are right" he said "Nakulan killed him as soon as we found him, It was my orders"

"You!" I shouted.

"But do you know whose order it really was from?" he took a step towards me, looking self satisfactorily at me.

"It was father, Father wanted to get rid of him and he trusted such an important task to me!" he said and I was stunned now "I too wanted to settle a score with that bitch, Varsha, Who escaped me twice!"

father is not stupid,I know that,But why would he do such a dangerous thing?

My mind was working as mahesh confirmed my worst fears.

"He's playing a new game" Mahesh said "A new game against palace group" he said and I turned to the guys who were holding me off mahesh, They let me go and lowered their gazes.

"Why?" I asked "why did he use Abraham to trap palace group?"

"You see Arjun, I finally understands that you don't even come close to father who thought this whole thing, I really admire him!" Mahesh said and took his champagne glass and sat down.

I moved near him "Abraham was ready to merge the company with us, We only had to sign the contract"

"Exactly" Mahesh nodded "The CEO of latest wanted to merge his company with us and he just died before signing the contract, who do you think will benefit from all these?" Mahesh looked up at me "Palace group was also trying to get the contract from him" He reminded.

"Palace group is really big, We are only half the worth of it" I said "Do you really think We can fight them with something as insignificant as this? They will fight their way out, And there's no solid evidence"

"That's where the twist comes" Mahesh said "Father already know that we can't fight them head on, So he's planning to bring them down through this rumour" he said.

"He wants to make their shares go down?" I asked "but what help will it be? It will raise again after the investigation" I said.

"I already have one of their major shareholders on our side" he said gleefully, unable to hold back the achievement he got for the company.

"So, When the shares go down, We will start buying their shares at a lower price and request for the change of power?" I asked, now finally understanding.

"Bingo!" he raised his glass to me "once my director gets the power, palace group is as good as under us"

"Don't you think it's too dangerous, Even if we get the majority shares and request an election for changing the president, The results cannotbe predicted" I said "Don't forget that they are best in India, Anything can go wrong "

"My guy already have directors that support him" Mahesh said "it's an ingenious plan"

"Then what will happen after they prove that the murder of Abraham has no link to palace group?" I asked "people will naturally turn back to us" I said.

"They would never find any clue against us" he said "And even if they decide to involve us, we have surya law firm with us" he said.

Of course, sooner or later it will end up with me.

I controlled myself and turned around to go back.

"Wait" Mahesh said and I turned back to face him.

He placed the glass on his table and got up from the poolside chair.

"Since you dared to come here and insult me like this, it will not look good for my reputation to let you go like this" he said.

"What?..Do you want to have a go at me here and now?" I raised my eyebrows.

I would love to have a fight with him too, I have often suppressed the urge to Knock him out of his senses a lot of time.

He chuckled.

"I am not Abiram, Arjun" he took a step to me and I refused to back down "But I will be happy to give you my most trusted follower-Nakulan" he called his professional killer, who walked to us on his orders.

"He's nothing but a intruder here" Mahesh ordered "Show him what happens if people force their way in here" he said "I will take care of the consequences for you"

So nakulan turned to me with a smirk, Apparently happy that his boss have his back in attacking his younger brother.

On the other hand, I know he's the most popular and number one private goon in surya group now.

"Bring it on then" I said turning to him and he screamed a war cry before lunging at me, I waited until he was near by and moved out of the way just in time to allow his steps to falter, Then turned around and placed a powerful and aimed jab at the centre of his backbone with my elbows.

I rotated and came back to my place while nakulan went flying to the pool.

The water spilled as he fell down to the pool and I turned to mahesh who looked startled.

"I warned you" I took a step to him "if you think that I am still that old pitiful boy whom you and Abiram used to bully in the childhood, you are wrong" I whispered the last part. "Iam as strong as you two, I never put my efforts to destroy you or Abiram till now" I stepped closer to him "but I assure you, Mahesh, When I do that, I will not spare you or Abiram" I stopped "so don't make me" I warned and turned back.

The other bodyguards who had helped to hold me before took a step back as I walked out of there.

I am well aware of what I have done today, I have just replaced the ranking of surya group's power.

I had hid it all along, I was careful to not do anything and lay low, But it's time I finally starts to teach them a lesson.

I was always bullied and made fun of during the first few years of my stay at the family house, Until I was sent to the boarding school.

I had practiced defence classes and martial art until I felt like my limbs are going to fall off and I was as good as dead, Each time I improved, I always had two targets on my mind-Abiram and Mahesh.

I touched my temple, now fed up.

"So you are have feeling for one of your cases now?" karan asked me "this is bad!"

"No, Of course not!" I exclaimed "I just find her...interesting" I shrugged "and you know how I hate the useless violence" I said.

"Are you sure?" karan asked me again.

"Yea- wait a moment, Why am I bothering to answer you!?" I said more sternly now "Go and do a good job of it, Be safe and don't leave anything behind" I said "make sure that you get her camera this time" I said.

"Yes sir" he walked back.

It was late night when I went through the final round of editing.

The content was ready to be published. It would have been ready if I had used all of my staffs, But I prefer to work with nitin and the other two chief editors now.

"Good work everyone, Our final draft is ready" I said and looked at my watch "ooh! it's already 12:15? I am sorry to keep you all-" I stopped as I heard the sound.

"Who's it at this hour?" I looked at nitin "Go and have a look" I told him as I turned to the draft.

But before anyone could move, around six or seven masked guys moved inside.

"Hey! who are you? What do you want?" Nitin stepped forward and I touched his hand.

"You know what to do" I said before looking up at the group of masked men.

"But-"

"Now! Do it now"

It's our rule to protect the news first.

So Nitin backed away.

I looked around again "who are you?" I asked "I will call the police-"

"Don't waste your time calling police" I heard his voice and trembled.

Abiram came forward and took my mobile phone as the others stationed themselves around my two editors.
