Nandini's POV

Sitting in the dark room all curled up in a ball I stared somewhere aimlessly trying not to think about anything. I don't even know how many days passed, I've been locked up in this room.

After Navya had been with me in this room I felt a little relieved but my happiness was short lived as she was again taken away. I had screamed, cursed and banged on the door to let me out and stay beside her but there was no one to listen. That whole day I had been screaming to open the door and when finally I lost all my energy I curled up myself in a corner crying to myself.

The door had finally opened but only for food to be passed inside. I didn't touch the food and sat in one corner wishing for Manik to come soon and take us out of this hell.

When Lily said she was Andrew's sister we were shocked. How can a person treat his own sister like this? She was kept here as a slave and not even allowed to step out of the mansion. That day she was out only because I was hurt because after that I haven't seen her as well. But something about her seemed off. She seemed weird!

I was lost in my thoughts when the door opened and I made no movement.

"Baby!" The voice made me shiver and I scooted as far as possible. He came inside and closed the door behind.

"So here I am to finish what was left that day! Now let's not waste time!" I could feel the smirk in his voice. I had vowed to myself that I won't even kiss anyone else other than Manik.

"You know that day my father had come and interrupted us! But today no one will interrupt us! And I'm sure your wound must have healed right?" He sat infront of me making me gasp in fear.

"Come on! Get up!" He pulled me up forcefully and trapped me there.

"Look at me baby!" He cooed but I looked away. He held my face harshly and made me look at him.

"Pl-Please let me go!" I cried but he laughed making me cry more.

"I have this insane desire to taint your body and you think I'll let you go without feeling the pleasure of being inside you?" His words only made me more disgusted.

"I have nothing to do with you! I just want to fuck you raw and hear your screams! Then you are free to go!" He smirked evilly and I didn't know how but the next second my fists collided with his face leaving both of us shocked.

His breathing was ragged as he slowly looked at me with rage holding his face which now had a cut and was bleeding. Next I know he slapped me so hard that my head banged on the wall making me cry out in pain.

"Bitch you deserve a lot worse!" He spat before he punched me in stomach and I screamed.

"You made this a lot worse for yourself! I would have let you go after fucking you but now I'm going to enjoy keeping you here and fulfilling all my desires!" He wiped the blood and then in the next second he tore my sleeve making me gasp in shock.

"Noo!" I screamed and pushed him running to the door but it was locked. He laughed seeing my state and walked towards me. I ran around the room but there was no escape.

"Give up already baby! There is no way out!" He smirked but I looked here and there frantically to find something atleast. Finally I found something and picked it up without him noticing.

When he came near me he held my hand and pulled me towards him caging me in his arms.

"Wait is over!" He sang the same words he had written on the window.

Before he could kiss me I stabbed the knife in his stomach and he froze moving a little back. He looked at me with shocked eyes, both his hands on his stomach where blood oozed out. I pulled out the knife and he gasped stumbling back. Without wasting another minute I pushed him and he fell down, and taking it as an opportunity I took the keys out of his pocket and rushed out but not before locking the door from outside.

As expected his men were outside and as soon as they saw me they became alert.

"Don't! If you even try coming near me I will throw this key and your boss will die inside!" I threatened showing the key and the knife in my hand. And like the fools they were they believed me and stepped away.

"Now tell me where is Navya!" I asked but they stayed mum.

"Where is she?" I screamed.

"I'll tell you!" I whipped around scared and saw a man in his late sixties standing there. He came towards me and everything about him screamed danger.

I didn't realise when he took the knife from my hand and threw it away. I came into my senses when he took the key from my hand and threw it away himself. I looked at him shocked whereas he smirked.

"Although he is my son and is probably dying inside, I don't really care as after being attacked by a girl he has lost his chances of becoming the heir of my Mafia business!" Each and every word he spoke screamed nothing but cruelty.

"Wh-Who are you?" I asked gathering courage.

"Does the name Francis Russo ring a bell?" He asked and I tried to remember if I had heard this name. But the truth was I hadn't because all I had heard about was Manik Malhotra.

"Never mind! I run the Mafia's business in Russia! And I'm here to take my son back!" He informed and I gulped. The way he stared at me was giving me jitters.

"But h-he ...!"

"Not him! The other one!" He cut me off and I was confused.

"Manik Malhotra! My son!" He said and I gasped loudly looking at him wide eye.

"You raped Manik's mother!" I blurted and he was stunned. In that moment I wasn't scared even if he was the king of Mafia's world.

"So he told you everything!" He said casually and my blood boiled.

"Are you even human? You kidnapped her, raped her and destroyed her life! And now you want to destroy Manik's life too!" I said furiously and he chuckled.

"I see what Manik likes in you! Feisty one you are!" He smirked and I shook my head in disbelief.

"But you know what! You just know half of the story! He hasn't told you everything!" He tched.

"I don't care!" I yelled and his eyes darkened.

"Roy!" He yelled and I jumped on my place in fear. I watched with fear as he never broke the eyelock with me. When Roy came he stood beside bowing down his head.

"Go and check whether Andrew is alive! And if he is then kill him!" He ordered still staring and me and I shivered on my place. He ordered to kill his own son! The guy named Roy looked stunned for a second before he nodded curtly and left.

"You don't even know what kind of beast I am little girl! So I suggest don't instigate me!" He said coldly and I gulped.

"W-What do you want fr-from Manik?" I asked and the smirk returned.

"Isn't that obvious! After me I want him to run my business! And I know he is capable of doing it! Sure he has his own name here but all he does is total opposite! He helps people and what kind of Mafia helps people?" He cocked his head.

"I know he hates me but now that you are here I'm sure he will come here to save you and that's when the game will begin!" The evil glint in his eyes told me that he was planning something big.

"So! Enough of the talking! Robin take her to the room where that pregnant girl is kept!" He ordered coldly and was about to leave but stopped.

"Also ask Lily to see me!" Saying so he left and it felt like my mind will explode.

I was pushed inside the room where Navya was kept and I hoped that this time they don't separate us. She was sitting on the bed resting her head back.

"Navya!" I called softly but she didn't respond. So I walked towards her and sat beside her. Still no response from her. Finally I put my hand above her and she jerked ahead.

"Navya relax! It's me!" I said softly and she looked at me blankly.

"Nandini!" She hugged me tightly and I rubbed her back.

"What ..What happened to your arm?" She asked seeing my torn sleeve and I looked away.

"Nandini!" She warned and I closed my eyes taking a deep breath. I told her everything that happened after she was gone and she was furious.

"That bastard! He deserved this!" She seethed.

"But I killed him!" I said lowly feeling a lot more worse. I was a murderer. A killer.

"No you didn't! That was self-defence! And stop thinking that you are a killer!" She said sternly and I looked at her.

"Navya he is here!" I said and her face scrunched up.

"Who?"

"Manik's father!" I said and she gasped.

"Andrew and Lily are his children! Just like Manik! And he said he is here to take Manik with him! He wants him to take over his business!" I ranted.

"Manik doesn't deserve this Nandini! He has already gone through a lot!" Navya said and I sighed.

"I know Navya! I know! I don't want him to even see his father! It will be like opening the wounds which weren't even healed!" I was hell worried for Manik. He won't be able to take it if now he sees his father. And after knowing what he is here for he sure as hell kill him.

"But we have to get outta here! How can we?" Navya asked and I couldn't help but think about it to be dangerous. I don't care about myself but Navya, she is pregnant! How can I risk her life.

"Nandini!" She shaked me.

"Navya I can't put your and baby's life at risk! This isn't going to be easy and you know its very dangerous!" I pointed out and she sighed.

"I know but then what are we supposed to do? We have to take chances!"

"No we can't! We can't take chances Navya! Think about your baby! About Cabir! What will he go through if something happens to both of you!" She knew I was right and so she said nothing.

"Wait! We can ask Lily to help us!" I exclaimed and Navya's eyes twinkled.

"She also must want to get out of here right? And also she knows everything about this mansion! She can help us escape!" I said and Navya nodded.

"Yes! You are right! But where will we find her?" Navya voiced out.

"That you leave it to me! She will be here in our room! And that is my promise!" I said determined looking at the door.
