"What in the Luprus name do you mean your moving in?!" Demos shouted. The guard stood there awkwardly wanting to be dismissed from the room instead of listen to the wrath of Demos.

"It is exactly what it means Demos. I'm moving in."

"The heck you are." Demos growled out. Both brother's glared at each other as guard stood behind them awkwardly.

With some courage that he had, the guard spoke up. "Uhm, A-Alpha, may I be dismissed." Both of the brother turn from the heated stand off and look toward the guard. The guard look at them nervously. "S-So, I th-think I will go." He said walk backwards toward the door and leaving.

"Well, I'm going to go and make sure my slaves-I mean servants put things up correctly." Xerous knew about Demos 'Human forced laborers'. He even bought a few from his brother's auctions.

Xerous walked out of Demos office and headed toward the front entrance of the palace. "Xerous, why can't you stay at one of my guest homes? I really don't want you breathing presences in my home." Both men stopped in the hallway and looked at each other.

Xerous had a fake wounded look on his face because of his brother's words. "Wow is that anyway to treat your little brother you not seen since Luprus."

Demos shrugged. "How else am I supposed to treat trash?"

Xerous playful look dropped into an agitated look. He looked at Demos and continued walking toward the front of the palace.

Soon both both reached the foyer of the palace.

"Lord Xerous where would you like us to move your things?" His newest slave asked with his head bowed.

Xerous smirked. "The one right beside Demos' room should be fine."

Demos growled at his statement. "If you do I will rip both of your limbs off." Demos said. Xerous smirked at his brothers statement.

"Your cousin?" Katherine asked.

"Yeah. His name is Dallos. He is my aunt's son." Bethany said with a smile on her face.

"Oh." Katherine said wishing she could see her family.

"I haven't seen heard from him since he did not come home one day. He has been gone for two years and I finally have him back." Bethany said with tears in her eyes.

"Come on let's go see him." Katherine said making my way to the door.

"What about Demos?" Bethany asked cautiously. Katherine rolled her eyes at the thought of Demos.

"It will be alright I'm pretty sure he wouldn't do anything." Katherine said as Bethany gave her a look knowing good and well he might do something crazy. Katherine rolled her eyes and sighed.

"Katherine, I thinks it best I go alone. Especially under the circumstances you're in."

"I know I just want to get out of this room. I been in here for several days now." Katherine said pulling her hair. "I'm about to go nuts."

"You know what I don't care I'm getting out of here." Katherine said getting up suddenly and started heading toward the door.

"No Katharine you can't De-"

"Look Bethany I'm just about had it with Demos." Katherine said as she opened the door. As soon as she opened the door two guards stood in front of her blocking her path.

"You can't leave this room Luna Prime." One of the guards said.

Anger build up in Katherine. She walked forward in front of the guard. "I don't give a crap what Demos said." She said point her finger in his chest. "I have been in that room for too long and I can't take it anymore. Either you let me by or I will scream my lungs out and cry bloody murder. Don't piss with me!" She said crossing her arms over her chest. Giving both guards a glared at both of them.

Both guards looked at each other and hesitantly stepped aside. Katherine smiled satisfied that she had finally got her way as she made her way down the hallway.

"Katherine I can't believe you just did that." Bethany said catching up to Katherine. "Standing up to the guards like that."

"I know right, but I had to. I get tired of these dogs pushing us around." Katherine said.

"I know, but that is the way life is now. The new world order." Bethany said. Both of them fell into silence for a moment.

"So, where was cousin seen in the palace?" Katherine asked.

"Oh, back that way. We passed the hall." Bethany said rubbing the back of her neck awkwardly embarrassed by her mistake.

"Seriously, Bethany."

"What? You distracted me." Bethany said in defiance.

Eventually they both made it to the front of the palace. Katherine looked around the room and saw Demos and Xerous arguing.

"That's my cousin over there." Bethany pointed to a servant holding luggage and standing next to Xerous. Katherine couldn't shake the feeling that she had seen that man before, but where and when.

"Hey that guy, your cousin, looks familiar." Katherine said.

"Really?" Bethany asked surprised.

"Yeah, I believe I seen him somewhere I just don't know where." Katherine said still looking at him. As if the man can sense someone staring at him he turned to look at Katherine and Bethany. The man's eyes widened when he saw Bethany.

"Bethany." he said. Everyone in the room including Demos and Xerous turned their attention to Katherine and Bethany.

As if not caring that his master was there the man dropped the luggage and ran over to Bethany and hugged her. "It's so good to see you." The man said as he pulled away from the hug.

"I can't believe you're here, Dallas." Bethany said as she hugged him again.

Katherine couldn't help but smile at the two as they hugged. She wish she could do the same with her family.

"What are you doing out of your room, Katherine?!" Demos asked stepping into her line of vision. Demos had an angry expression on his. Demos hated begin disobeyed especially as an Alpha Prime that high show of disrespect.

"Wel-"

"What the going on here?" Xerous said catching both Katherine and Demos attention as he point toward Bethany and Dallas. Interrupting what Katherine was about to say.

Bethany stood there awkward and nervous beside her cousin who showed no fear as the two lycans and Katherine looked at them.

Katherine decided to step in and try not to get her friend and cousin in trouble. "Uhm, this is Bethany and her cousin Dallas." She looked at Demos who had a 'who cares?' expression on his face. "They got separated two years ago. Don't get mad at her I encouraged her to come down here."

Demos looked at Katherine then at the other two humans suspiciously. Xerous just rolled his eyes. "Who cares? Just take my stuff to my room." Xerous said walking between Demos and Katherine and out of the room.

Demos just rolled his eyes and looked back at Katherine giving her an angry look. "When I give you an order next time you do it." He said gripping Katherine's arms. Then letting her go and walking away. Katherine watched as Demos walking away hating him even more than she did now.

"I knew you look familiar." Katherine turned to Dallas and saw him smiling a little. "You were that girl from that auction place."
