"Katherine?"

"Rebecca?"

Both women stood there in shock and joy. Tears filled Katherine's eyes blurring her vision some as she stared at her long lost sister. This felt so unreal. For years she wondered if her sister was dead or alive. Now she knows.

"Oh my gosh! Rebecca!" Katherine cried as she ran and hugged her sister. The two held on to each other in a tight embrace afraid to let each other go. After a good while of tears and a long embrace the sisters released each other staring into each others eyes with tears of joy.

"What? How? Where?" Katherine asked a series of questions. Her thoughts were all rambled up in her mind.

Rebecca let out a small chuckle as she wiped the tears from her eyes. "I missed you too, sis."

"Where have you been?" Katherine asked taking a step back from her sister, but not letting go of her hands. She looked at her younger sister up and down as she noticed much has changed of her. No longer was she this annoying and immature teenage girl. What stood before her was a fully grown woman.

Rebecca let out a sigh. "A lot has happened, Kat."

Katherine felt pain in heart as she can only imagine the torture she has gone through. Tears spilled from her eyes once again as she thought back to that night she was taken. If only she had fought for her sister instead of running. If only she could have...

"It's okay Katherine." Rebecca said as if she knew what Katherine was thinking. "It's not your fault. You were afraid and didn't know what to do." Katherine wiped her tears and nodded, but still held the guilt inside of her. "So, what happened to you?" Katherine asked once more.

Rebecca then looked around to see who was watching them. When she noticed no one was watching she motioned for Katherine to follow her to the serving table. The particular area barely had anyone standing there making it a perfect place to talk. Once over there Rebecca began to tell her story. "Well after I was pinned down to the ground and bitten I passed out from the pain and shock. When I woke up I found myself laying on a soft bed and that's when I saw him." Rebecca paused for a moment and let out a shaky breath. "Ever since I looked into his brown eyes my life hasn't been the same since. For the last few years I wasn't allowed to leave his house thanks to that stupid tracker. This is the first I had social interaction in years."

Katherine gave her a look of sympathy and gave her sister another hug. "I'm sorry, Rebecca." Katherine said softly as they pulled apart. "The past few years haven't been great for me either. Our family has been worried sick about you."

Rebecca looked up at Katherine as a thought crossed her mind. "Mom? Dad? Where are they? Where's our brother?"

Katherine shook her head. "I have no idea. I tried to find them, but I couldn't." Katherine looked around a moment and pulled her sister closer. "I have sort of a plan." Rebecca gave her a confused look. "I'm leaving this place tonight."

Rebecca gave her a shock look. "Kat, you can't. What about Alp-"

"You can come with me Rebecca." Katherine interrupted.

Rebecca let out a sigh. "I can't. I-"

"Mate." Both women turned to see a large man with curly black hair and dark skin complexion approach them. The man wrapped his arm around Rebecca's waist causing her to flinch. This reaction did not go unnoticed to her causing her blood to boil and her fist clench. 'This is the same bastard that took my sister.' She thought with rage.

"Luna Prime." The man said in greeting as he bowed his head. He then stood up and looked between Rebecca and Katherine confused. "Mate, do you know Luna Prime?"

Rebecca looked back toward her sister and nodded. "S-She's my sister."

The man looked over at his Luna in surprise which was then followed by a look of pride. "This is a great honor." He said. "I am mated to Luna Prime's sister. Mate, did you tell your sister that you are mated to the general of the Alpha?" He said now looking toward Rebecca.

"Her name is Rebecca." Katherine said sternly causing both of them to stare at her.

Before anyone could speak they heard a voice behind them. "Mate. Katherine." All three looked to see Demos standing behind Katherine with a curious and concern look toward them especially toward Rebecca and her mate. "Lieutenant Burr, I'm glad you can make it and formally introduce yourself to my mate." Demos said wrapping his arm around Katherine's waist possessively. It appeared both lycans held their mates in a possessive manner.

"Yes and it is an honor to meet her. It was also great to hear that my mate and the Luna are sisters." The lieutenant proclaimed. Katherine glanced over at Demos to see his reaction, but his face still had the same expression. No surprise or anything. Did he know something? Or just didn't care?

"It's nice to meet you." Demos greeted Rebecca. This is truly his first time meeting his lieutenant's mate since Rebecca has been so isolated from the world for so long. "Well if you will excuse us. Katherine and I must move on to greet other guests." Demos said as he began to lightly push her on.

"Wait." Katherine said, causing all of them to pause.

"What?" Demos asked, slightly annoyed and curious.

"Look I really just want to spend a few more minutes talking to my sister." Katherine said, glancing at her sister. When Demos glanced at Rebecca then at her with an uncertain look Katherine continued. "Please, Demos. This is my sister I haven't seen in years. Just let me talk with her in the back foyer of the palace. I wouldn't go far. I promise." Katherine said, giving him a pleading look.

Demos looked at Katherine, her look caused desperation and sorrow caused a small prick to his heart. Demos let out a sigh. "Fine, I'll give you twenty mintues then we must meet to start the feast." Demos then pulled her close and lowered his head to her ear. "Don't try anything funny." He whispered moving then stepping back from her. Katherine just nodded her head. "Lieutenant, care to join me and my brother for a drink?"

The Lieutenant looked toward his Alpha. "Of course Alpha Prime Demos." The Lieutenant placed a kiss on Rebecca's head. "I'll be back." He told her and followed Demos through the crowd.

"I'm surprised he listened to your request." Rebecca said.

"So am I." Katherine replied. "Look, we need to talk. We don't have much time." Katherine said, pulling her sister to the side away from everyone back to the foyer of the palace. "Rebecca, I'm leaving tonight with the help of some friends and I want you to come with me." She said getting right to the point.

Rebecca let out a sigh. "I can't."

"What do you mean you can't?"

"I just can't." Rebecca said looking around.

Katherine let out a frustrated sigh. "Rebecca, I know you're scared. So am I, but we hav-"

"Katherine." Rebecca said, grabbing onto Katherine's shoulders. The look in her eyes was serious enough to cause Katherine to close her mouth. "I-I can't leave because...I have a son."

Katherine just stood there frozen not sure what she heard was right. It felt like the new information given to her was a slap in the face. "W-Wait? What?"

Rebecca let out a sigh. "I have a child." She said as tears began to stream down her face causing tears to form also in Katherine's eyes. "A-All you need to know that it was not an intimate moment when I had my son...Arrow." Rebecca then began to sob as she thought back on that painful moment of her being forced on.

Katherine now had a river of tear running down her face; her breath hitch in her throat as she processed the torture her sister has gone through. "Rebecca, I-"

"Look, Katherine whatever you got to do. Do it." Rebecca said wiping her tears. "I'll buy you time, but please forget about me. You need to find our family and find a safe haven."

Katherine shook her head furiously. "No, I just found you. I can't lose you." Katherine declared pulling her sister in for a hug as they both cried. "I will not lose you."

Rebecca's head rested on her sister's shoulder as she tighten the embrace. "K-Katherine, I'm sorry, but I have a son now and I can't leave him. Even if he was brought into this world in the most inhumane way he still is my son." Rebecca whispered to her.

"I know." Katherine mumbled back.

They both held each other a little long not wanting to let go. "I'm sorry that our lives turned out like this."

"Me too." Rebecca replied. They both released each other and began to wipe away their tears. "When the time is right I will find you, Katherine."

Katherine nodded. "I love you."

"Love you too, sis."

..........

Katherine had a heart ache for her sister that final moment she had with her had to be the most painful thing she has experienced. She found her only to lose her once again. She sacrifices her freedom for her and a nephew Katherine has not met. Rebecca was a good and humble woman.

At this moment, Katherine had no idea what her sister was planning for a distraction, but she hoped her sister would not be put in any harm for it.

Katherine ran down to the prison area which was a hard task since her dress was a bit long. She had a gut feeling she would be down here since Dallas is still locked away. As Katherine came further toward the dungeon part of the palace. She stopped dead in her tracks when she saw two guards standing in front entrance of the dungeon. 'What am I going to do?' Katherine thought as she hid behind some furniture.

Just then commotion came from the upstairs above them. It is loud enough to get Katherine and the guards attention. Although it was loud enough to hear it you can tell it was further in the palace. 'Rebecca.' Katherine thought.

Suddenly then the sound of multiple footsteps came rushing down the stairs. Katherine looked over the furniture to see three guards call out to the two lycans standing guard. "Come quickly something has happened?!"

"What?! What happened?!" The two guards asked.

"It's the lieutenant's mate!" The other guards shouted back. At that all the guards immediately left the area giving Katherine the chance she needed.

She quickly made her way to the dungeon. Opening the doors she ran down the stairs while calling Bethany's name. "Bethany! Bethany!"

"Katherine." Bethany then suddenly appeared to Katherine running from the other end of the hall.

"Bethany, we have to move quickly a distraction has been provided for us." Katherine said with urgency grabbing her shoulders.

"Distraction? By who?" Bethany asked confused.

"By my sister."

"Sister?" Bethany asked with a raised eyebrow.

Katherine let out a sigh. "No time to explain. We have to leave now!"

This is do to the fact of me revising them since I am a little unhappy with them and how they turn out. But, don't worry I will try not to anything too dramatic and hopefully updates will resume sometime in mid-April. I do plan to end that book sometime in May.
