Y/N's POV

We live in a world where soulmates see the same color. I see dark green, and I haven't found anyone seeing the same color. My current boyfriend, Yi, sees the color red on me. I don't want to break up with him, so I said that I could see red. Funny rule, if you cheat on your soulmate, you die.

Yi walked up to me and swung his arm around my shoulders and asked how I was. "Fine, just tired," I told him as he walked next to me. "Nice red lipstick today babe, I quite like it." Red lipstick, when I put on green eyeshadow, fun. "Hey, Y/N, nice green eyeshadow ," I heard from Ace, a guy that I have science with, but he stays quiet and in the back. "Green? She can't see green, you idiot. Those red pants look stupid on you," Yi glared at the man as he threw insults back at him. "I like your green socks and shirt, Ace! Thanks for noticing." Yi and Ace froze and they stared at me, and I realized what I just said.

"Green? Babe, you said you can see red."

"I'm glad I finally found a soulmate."

They both glanced at me as I walked away from Yi, nodding. "I can see green, I'm sorry." Yi slapped me across the face and I felt tears come into my eyes, as I ran away. Ace ran after me and shouted at me, "Y/N wait! Stop running! I'm not mad. Just slow down, and we can talk about it!" I stopped and fell to the ground, letting my skirt flare up and expose my panties. Ace came up behind me and picked me up, bridal style.

Ace held me and carried me to his car, putting me down in the passenger side. "Just fall asleep Y/N, I'll get you home." I didn't even question it as I fell asleep in his car, curling up into a ball as he drove with one hand and petted my head with the other. "You'll be safer at home, my love."

~~ Time skip ~~

I woke up in a bed, not in my room. I got up and walked out of the room, noticing that I was wearing a green, figure hugging, nightgown. I make my way through the house, as I hear a noise coming from downstairs. I make my way downstairs and see Ace humming and cooking something. "Ace? What are you making?" I ask him, as he turns around and smiles, looking me up and down while licking his lips. "Something good for my yummy soulmate. You look ravishing for just waking up. Want some steak, or do you want some cake, or do you want some baked potatoes?" "All three please, I'm really hungry." He nods to me and prepares a place of steak, Chocolate cake, and a baked potato. He sits down next to me and we eat with some small talk, and when he finishes he kisses me on the cheek, and he walks away.

Ace's POV

I felt her phone buzz in my pocket as I walked to the dishwasher, to put the dishes away. I open her phone to see it blowing up with hate. I kiss her forehead as I see her getting drowsy. I take her plate and put her dishes in the dishwasher as I hear her snoring softly.

I head upstairs to my shrine of her. I open it and moan, praying to it, seeing pictures of her, a lock of her hair, her tampon, (you know, I'm grossing myself out) "I need her so much," I moan as I grab a knife and move to leave the house through the window.

"You'll be okay, my Green Princess. I love you."
