Y/n's POV
I stood outside Kawaii Day Bakery, noticing how cute the drapery was outside of it. It had gotten mostly horrible reviews from other critics. I was the most-known and mostly famous food critic, so I was harsh, but fair.
Walking in, I noticed that that it was mostly empty, even though it smelled amazing, and there were delicious looking treats on display. "Welcome To Kawaii Day! What can we interest you in today?" I looked at the girl who spoke, and I smiled. "Hello, I'm Y/n L/n, and can I meet your owner or manager today? I had an appointment with him." "Ah. Ms. L/n? He is... busy. Should I get him even though he's busy?"
I nodded, smiling. "Could I eat something while I wait? I'm pretty hungry for some macaroons and sorbet." She nodded, and showed me the assortment. "I'll have lemon sorbet, and some vanilla macaroons. Thank you!" "No problem ma'm, I'll bring the boss out."
Boss's POV
I was busy in the middle of jerking off- I mean, making an important business call, when Clarissa interrupted. "Boss, the critic's here. She may be the nicest, please be kind." I grunted, put my pants on, and washed my hands.
"Bitch. I expect her to be nice. If not, I'll make sure she'll regret it." "Fine Sir. Be nice." I huffed, and walked out to the entrance to the bakery. "Hi, I'm Karl. The owner and manager of this place. Nice to meet you." She smiled, and thanked me. "It's a very cute place you have. I personally like it. The macaroons and ice cream taste great together." I was surprised. "Really? Everyone says that it sucks..." "nope! It's really good. Five stars. I don't need to see or taste anything anymore."
"That's really nice..." I'll check her review later. I wanna stay and talk with her first. "Can I get you something else? I really feel like I need to earn the five stars." I could feel my face blush as I say this, scared that she'll just say no and leave.
Y/n's POV
He needs to earn it? "You already have. I don't want you to feel like you have to work for it. It's a cute little cafè. I don't want you to feel like you need to work for it." "You're still paying full price. I just want your little stay here for the next few minutes to be enjoyable." I laughed, smiling at him. "Alrightie then, I'll have a pink lemonade with some more macaroons. Same flavor, vanilla."
He smiled, and went off to go grab my order. "What a peculiar man..." I muttered, chuckling to myself.
////Time skip////
He came back with my order, along with a strip of paper. "Here's my number. I want to get to know you better, is that alright?" "Sure. I hope to become good friends, Karl." "Great. Swing by whenever you want to, Y/n."

I stepped into Karl's Bakery, expecting to see him at the counter. He wasn't there, so I went back to where the stairs are, leading up to his room and such. I walked into his room, only to find a gruesome scene in front of me. Other food critic's heads in a chest next to the bed, and on the dresser there was a shrine that said "Y/n" on it.
I opened the shrine, only to gasp and stumble back. Right into Karl's chest. "Sweetheart, what are you doing in here? You're supposed to be downstairs, like a customer should." "I-I won't tell anyone what I saw, but please don't hurt me." He walked around me, circling me like a predator should his prey. Running his fingertips through my hair, he chuckled. "Hurt you? Only an evil person would hurt you. I, my dear, am not evil. You're too precious to be hurt."
"Now, my little critic. You will stay here like a good girl. I'll be back with snacks. Goodbye for now, sweetheart."
FINALLY DONE! haha. That took a lot.
Love y'all! I'm going to sleep now. <3
