Narisa Zeno flinched, his eyes opening with shock. There was sweat piled on his forehead and there was still a lingering pain in his chest as he remembered his dream. No, it was his memories, not a dream.

His breaths came out heavily, his chest lifting up and back down as he calmed himself. As he finally took a deep breath, he turned to look at his phone. 7 o'clock, Narisa Zeno needed to arrive at Takimura before 8:30.

Narisa Zeno finally picked himself off his bed, even if his body felt heavy and got into the bathroom to take a shower first. This way, he could also think about his dream. He knew what it was about. That dream was when Xue Lu, impersonating Baicheng, had gotten married. It was also how Narisa Zeno had hurt the man he later grew to love.

Standing under the water, Narisa Zeno could feel a soft ache inside his heart as he remembered the words he had said to Tendou Yagami, or at least the soul inside of him.

And, in the finally image Narisa Zeno was able to see was himself turning...evil. There was a coldness from within his own eyes that made Narisa Zeno flinch. This would go on and Tendou Yagami would end up losing his life to save him.

Turning off the shower, Narisa Zeno decided that there wasn't much he could do even if he remembered now. He could only focus on regaining Tendou Yagami's soul and see what awaits him at the end.

But there was still much that he didn't know. Narisa Zeno knew that he would need to find out everything or at least most of it first before he could do anything else.



Tendou Yagami held a pen in his hand, biting it as he looked down at the paper in front of him and the laptop situated on the desk. As he looked, his eyes slowly glowered. A wave of pain came to his head as he closed his eyes, rubbing his temples and sighing. Standing, Tendou Yagami walked over to a cabinet and grabbed a bottle of pills, swallowing down two without any water.

Tendou Yagami looked at his phone when the sound of his notifications went off. Staring at it, he merely silenced his phone with a look of annoyance. He cocked his head, clicking his tongue as he roughly grabbed his bag and walked out of the empty house.

Putting on his headphone, he walked towards the bus station near his house. He hated anyone touching him so he couldn't help but exude an air of menace for others to keep clear of him. Unfortunately, even if people were a bit afraid to get near him, the bus was too full to not have any mishaps.

Tendou Yagami waited for his stop to come, his music blocking out any sound from coming in. Even so, he was still able to notice the girls near him who kept leaning to whisper at one another while pointing at him. If anything, it just made him even more annoyed than he already was.

Since skipping classes yesterday, Tendou Yagami had come home right away. When he had gotten home, his head had begun aching with pain.

Eating medicine didn't help, only making it go away for a moment before it came back. Not to mention, Tendou Yagami had had the weirdest dream last night. About an unknown man and himself. And, they were holding hands, doing things that Tendou Yagami utterly despised.

Because of this, upon waking up this morning, Tendou Yagami was past the point of just being annoyed, his irritation was at its highest. Especially after getting a message from his step-mother.

Although his step-mother wasn't the worst compared to other women, it didn't mean that Tendou Yagami would like her. Not after his own mother's death, someone who wasn't dead for long before his father brought another woman into the family.

At the age of 8, Tendou Yagami grew to hate everyone around him to no means, especially after the arrival of a new mother and a new step-brother. It also fueled his snarky attitude and his cold personality, how he ignored pretty much everyone around him and did his own things. His tongue was poisonous, able to make even the nicest person boil with anger when he talked.

Although Tendou Yagami also didn't like his father, he couldn't do much. After all, that was still his guardian until he became 18. The only thing he could do was not even bother about his father's existence.

His older brother, Tendou Akiyama had opened his own company at the age of 19. Now 22, his business was thriving but he still found time to spend with Tendou Yagami. The two were separated by six years but they were the closest to each other. Unlike Tendou Yagami, his brother took after their mother, graceful with a mature personality. Tendou Yagami was more of a man who attributed to foul-play quite often and liked to break the rules.

Unable to help but click his tongue, Tendou Yagami sent a stink eye to the girls who kept whispering and pointing at him. Didn't they know that pointing was rude? Most of all, they didn't even look old enough to be looking for men, they barely looked 13.

Rolling his eyes as he saw the girls turn in contempt, he merely smirked as he took off his headphone, hanging it around his neck as he stood up and got off the bus without looking back. School, huh?

Honestly, school was boring. He didn't understand why it existed or why it was so torturous. The classes moved at such a slow pace, Tendou Yagami could skip all the classes and still be caught up. He learnt better by himself too. Rather that than listening to the teachers preach about some other stuff he didn't care about.

Just as he walked past the gates, a man bumped into his shoulders. Tendou Yagami cocked his brow, dusting his shoulder with a hand. He hated people touching him. He hated people in general. So as he stared at the man who did so, the only question on his mind was, who the heck is this?

Not that Tendou Yagami would know anyways, he didn't care for irrelevant people. So basically everyone at this school, except for those in Lucifer since they were his new 'friends' now.

"Watch where you're going," Tendou Yagami muttered as he saw the man turn to look back. That man had an angry expression on? Wow, Tendou Yagami was barely able to stop the curse threatening to come from his mouth. That man was angry? He should be the one angry, he got bumped into and wasn't even given an apology. If it wasn't because he had to go meet Narisa Zeno, his fist would've flown at this man already.

"Never mind, since you seem so bit*hy, continue on your act. Keep walking, I wanna see your smash your di*k into a pole." Tendou Yagami said, a smirk at his lips with a taunting expression. He watched as the man's face turned green, delight rising in himself. This was fun. Why be nice when you can piss people off?

"Fu*k you!" The man said, glaring back at Tendou Yagami.

It was only then that Tendou Yagami recognized the white hair. Wasn't this Tsukki Ren, the girly-looking man?

"No thanks, you're not my type." As Tendou Yagami said this, he politely made a sorry signal with his hand and walked away, ridicule within his eyes. That definitely made his day better. He just loved pissing people off. It was always interesting to see that split second where they 're about to explode but try to hold it in still.

Even as Tsukki Ren yelled out more vulgarities, Tendou Yagami didn't turn back, merely smirking as he made his way to his class.

As he walked in, the first person he saw was Narisa Zeno, actually he was the only one inside. How could he not when that man turned towards him at once, his eyes once again gleaming as bright as ever. That merely made Tendou Yagami as confused as ever but he just walked his way towards his desk.

Narisa Zeno noticed Tendou Yagami right away, how could he not? Before he could stop himself, he was already smiling. He had already told the members in Lucifer about Tendou Yagami's agreement with joining them and to much surprise, everyone was shocked but still happy. After all, Tendou Yagami was nicknamed the Feral Dog, he didn't discriminate between anyone, whether you be a girl or not.

"Hey, good morning," Narisa Zeno greeted, a smile on his lips, his eyes lighting up unconsciously. Seru Akita wasn't in class yet, he was most likely fooling with the other students or probably flirting with some other people.

Tendou Yagami turned to Narisa Zeno at once, and with a rather hesitant approach, he replied, "Good morning."

Narisa Zeno didn't like the huge space between them, he was barely able to hear Tendou Yagami talk so he got up at once and sat down on the empty desk by Tendou Yagami. "I told my members that you have joined. I made sure not to let the information leak and I also made sure that none of my members would leak it out."

Tendou Yagami didn't know what to say to that. He had a poisonous tongue, he was barely able to tall normally to people without letting out a few curses. "Uh, thank you."

Narisa Zeno knew what Tendou Yagami was thinking. After all, Fei Shang had showed him Tendou Yagami's encounter with the main character and it was quite amusing. The memories that came back were startling, but he also knew that what's been done has been done. He also wanted to treasure the time he spends with Tendou Yagami.

"I saw your conversation with Tsukki Ren." Narisa Zeno said, a smile on his face as he looked at Tendou Yagami.

Tendou Yagami's eyes widened for a second as he then nodded and said, "Yeah, we had a little bit of an argument."

"That's why Tsukki Ren looked a bit angry," Narisa Zeno said as he shook his head, the light in his eyes shining.

Tendou Yagami stared at Narisa Zeno for a bit. Those eyes were still there, a deep emotion within them that seemed unnoticeable to many but was all too evident to him. He debated for a bit, wondering what he should say. Finally, he decided to take the risk of asking it. It wasn't like he had anything to lose. He didn't like playing a game where he had to continuously guess and check.

Narisa Zeno looked at Tendou Yagami, his heart gently speeding just by looking at him. Just as Narisa Zeno opened his mouth, a shocking question was asked.

"You like me, don't you?"
