Ushi Hina turned into stone upon Narisa Zeno's question. Her body froze as every part of her screamed to take flight. Without her noticing, her fingers lightly trembled. She should've known, Narisa Zeno was only playing a game. He was watching to see what their every actions were going to lead to. Now, they've made a fool in front of the most dangerous man in the school.

"I-...Zeno, give me some time, alright. I understand that you did give us a warning even before and I also fully understand that I," Ushi Hina began speaking fast, as if she was trying to find any way to calm down Narisa Zeno.

"Hina, you shouldn't bother me for such small matters like this then." With that Narisa Zeno smirked, his eyes flickering. Throwing a glance to Tendou Yagami whom merely shook his shoulders, Narisa Zeno continued, "I think you know fully well what I have decided to do. Or, at least what I'm going to do. Don't you remember how I climbed to this spot? I may have been quiet for a year, I may have retreated back but that doesn't mean that I am weaker now. It seems like it's time for me to step up to my spot once again, right, Hina?"

As Ushi Hina heard those words, her eyes widened. No! What have they done? Narisa Zeno had kept quiet for one year. For that one year, he tried not to get into fights, he controlled Lucifer to not make any trouble. Because of this one year, the rest of the gang leaders were able to get back onto their feet, they were able to forget about the horrendous things Narisa Zeno had done.

Within her silence, there was an unimaginable fear. She had watched it happened herself. Even though she was only there for a matter of seconds, she still suffered from fractures and broken bones afterward.

Tendou Yagami watched Ushi Hina's reaction. Noticing that the woman seemed to be stuck in a hallucination of some sort, he turned to Narisa Zeno as he asked, "Should we go?"

Narisa Zeno turned to look at Ushi Hina once more. Noticing that she was frozen in fear, he simply smiled and nodded his head. "Let's go, I'm sure that Akita has already talked to Kaneki and Karma by now."

Without another word, the two walked out of the room. They left without knowing what kind of fear they were inflicting on the person who was still remaining inside.

Ushi Hina didn't even notice the two of them leaving before she suddenly grasped her rib, a dull ache responding from it. All it took was one punch. With that, her ribs almost punctured through her organs. She bit her lips, conflicting emotions within her eyes as she tried to plan a way out of the trap she had led herself into. Ultimately, she came out with nothing and was unable to hide the strangled scream that came out of her as she teared at her hair. What should she do now?

On Narisa Zeno's side, he and Tendou Yagami walked together. Since he had made a move, Narisa Zeno had long since prepared for any counterattacks and ruled out any possible attacks he and Lucifer would face. It wasn't hard, high school students couldn't compare to the worlds he had previously lived in.

"So you've decided on everything?" Tendou Yagami was the first to break the silence. His eyes wondered to Narisa Zeno, losing the normal snarky look from within them. Now, he was actually curious about what Narisa Zeno was trying to do. But for now, it was only curiosity. It was not yet love.

Narisa Zeno smiled with that question, losing his sternness from before. "Definitely, I wouldn't make a move until I'm sure that everything is in place. I felt that I've given them enough time to change but, it seems like my initial thinking was wrong. Well, I'm not too surprised by what they did. They only stopped bothering you because they knew that you wouldn't hesitate to break them. If that wasn't the case, maybe now you would still be drifting here and there, not in Lucifer."

Hearing that, Tendou Yagami suddenly smiled. It was a smile that lighted his normally cold face, and it lighted up his eyes that seemed to always be filled with ridicule. "No, I feel that sooner or later, something would've pulled me towards this path. You know, I still don't believe that you love me."

Narisa Zeno raised a brow even as he continued walking, "Why? Am I not making it obvious enough?"

Hearing that, Tendou Yagami shook his head. "No, not that. I don't think this 'me' is the one you are in love with. There is someone else that you see from within me, someone that you truly love. I am merely the host of that person."

Hearing that, Narisa Zeno froze in his steps. Then he began thinking about Tendou Yagami's words. He wasn't correct, but he also wasn't wrong. Even so, Narisa Zeno still felt an attraction towards Tendou Yagami, even if it was also because of the soul within him.

"No, you are the reason too. Maybe I do see someone else from within you but you are also there too. I can't find the correct words to explain it. But, I really do love you. Whenever I see you, I can't help but smile. So while it feels fake, my feelings for you are real. That, I promise." Narisa Zeno's words were a confession, said with sincerity that even he didn't know was within him.

As Tendou Yagami saw the light from within Narisa Zeno's eyes, and the warm smile on his face, his head suddenly ached again. Passing by, a string of images appeared. A man with long white hair, a gentle smile on his face. A man with short white hair, gloves on his hand with a cold expression. A man with gray-purplish hair, a playful smirk on his lips. And a man with black hair, golden eyes with a teasing smile and raised brows. Then, they merged into the image of the man standing before him, Narisa Zeno.

(Male lead's love percentage is at 40%.)

"I've met you before. But not in this world. Am I correct?" Tendou Yagami asked, tilting his head. His eyes narrowed slightly as he watched Narisa Zeno's face carefully.

Narisa Zeno's heart almost stopped when he heard that. Was it possible? Was he starting to remember things from every other world too. "I'm not sure?" He tried to calm himself as he said this. He didn't think that Tendou Yagami would be able to discover this.

Tendou Yagami's eyes narrowed even more as he heard this. No, he was sure. He had met Narisa Zeno before, even if the man wasn't admitting to it, something in him was telling him that this man was someone once close to him. And Narisa Zeno's denial was weird. It was weird even though it clearly seemed natural.

Actually, Tendou Yagami had no idea what was going on with himself either. Ever since Narisa Zeno and him had gotten closer, he had been having more weird dreams. They had become more constant, and the main person in those dreams were always changing. It frustrated him to no end as the dreams become more and more constant, his headaches were also getting worse. Yet, next to Narisa Zeno, Tendou Yagami always felt calm. He didn't suffer from any pain and he was always calmer than normal.

"I see, I must be overthinking things then. Forgive me for my sudden words, you probably weren't expecting that." As Tendou Yagami said this, his eyes flickered as he looked ahead of them. Standing before them, Noru Kaneki and Suon Karma stood with a pissed face.

"What the heck was that, Zeno? Was that a threat? Did you just threaten me by sending over your side kick?" Noru Kaneki was the first to break the silence as he jumped right into asking questions with fury. His delicate features were twisted as he glared at Narisa Zeno, dismissing Tendou Yagami

"Yeah, what the heck was that? If you were going to do that, you should've come in person." Suon Karma's own face was lit with anger. He glared at Narisa Zeno even though his body didn't move.

Narisa Zeno knitted his brows as he watched them with concern. They were acting like they weren't expecting it at all which was kinda funny.

"Are you really surprised?"

AN: Steal The Male Lead has hit 1 million reads! Yeah! This is a little late, but I prepared a little present and an announcement. First off, there will be a sequel to this book. The main couple for that book has been decided but I will not say who it is yet.

And finally, the first two worlds/arcs changed the lives of two characters dramatically, giving them a second chance. Now, I give you their own ending to the story of their lives.

Peach Blossoms Bai Mengxiang

The peach blossoms bloom once more, only words are left unsaid. And even as seasons rush to come, as time continues to pass, The peach blossoms continue blooming year after year. Under this tree, so many words were exchanged, vows of a lifetime.

As the blossoms fell to the ground, who stands there so still? With tears in his eyes, and yet he only wished a simple farewell. Collapsing to the ground, betrayal and hatred in his heart, The loss of a child ate him, tearing his heart apart.

So overcome by hate, he sought to avenge his child, His beautiful child taken from him just like that, his only joy. Even after being left, he still held onto one thing, his child. When his own husband betrayed him, he still had his baby.

Oh, how twisted love was, he thought as he stared at his husband, The man he loved held another within his arms for him to stare at. Years of love forgotten just like that, his pain was buried forever. Death, it was not so bad, he thought as he drifted, now a spirit.

A second chance he was given, his body no longer his. He watched as his child was saved, his husband returning to him. He couldn't help but smile even after such pain, for he knew. That soul inside his husband was no longer him anymore.

He was a different soul, his husband had already ceased to exist. Yet he couldn't help but smile even as tears gathered in his eyes. No matter what, he was taught a lesson by the man now inside his body. Finally, he could move on without the heavy burden in his heart.

Oh, the peach blossoms that bloomed through such beautiful times, When your petals fall, for whom does it fall for?

A Lifetime For Love Andy

The love of a parent's, who wouldn't yearn for it? His whole life was spent trying to find a home for himself, To finally feel like he belonged, that he too was also loved. But that love wasn't for him, it was for his brother.

Searching for love, he found a young boy, a joy in his heart. It was the first blossoming of a beautiful love, his heart skipped. So young he was but too old when he finally realized what love was. Years passed by, that boy could no longer be his, he had been forgotten.

He watched as his brother fell for the man who he loved most, The one to begin the blossoming of his heart, a place once frozen. He yearned so much for love, something that he had never had, And he became the villain in a story that was never meant to be his.

He offered a deal, exchanging his life for one year of love. Oh, what a silly thing it was, exchanging his life for love, For in the end, it was never going to be him anyway. A childhood stuck in torture, wounds scarred upon his body.

His brother was saved, that man turned to shun him, His family tossed him away, and it hurt so much. Though he knew he was never loved, he yearned for it, Even if it was false, he wanted so much, a home that could be his.

As he grasped a bottle of pills, tears spilled from his eyes. Love, it had never been kind to him but only cruel. Because he had never been loved by another the way he did. No one was there when he was alive, no one cared when he died.

And as he drifted, he looked upon the reflection of himself, The soul within was different, but the man in there was still the same. That soul got revenge for him, something he was never able to do. And, that soul within the man he once loved was also different.

He couldn't help but cry, his hands filled with scars were grasped. And in the spirit world, he met a young man. A man who fell in love with him and gave him everything. Smiling now, there was a man by his side, loving only him.

To spend a lifetime stuck searching for a false sense of love, Why spend a lifetime searching for something that will never be real?
