Alex's POV

The cut on my cheek stings, but I ignored it as tears ran down my cheeks, despite my best efforts on trying to hold them back.

My knees were up to my chest with my arms wrapped around them. I was burying my face in my knees, quieting my sniffles.

Where are my mates? I want them. I'll do anything to be in their warm embrace right now. Are they worried about me? Are they looking for me?

Probably not. After all, I'm just a silver hair omega. A freak. Something that wasn't supposed to be born. I love my mates, I really do. It's just...I don't understand what they see in me.

They really are weird.

Feeling my eyes begin to droop with exhaustion weighing them down. Moving closer to the ground and holding myself more tightly, it didn't take long for me to fall asleep.

-FlashBacks/Dream-

Staying low to the ground, I slowly crept up to the unexpected Alpha who was taking a drink at the lake. Her golden, blond fur glistened in the sunlight.

Just as I reached the front of the bush, I stopped and waiting for a moment, not tearing my eyes off the Alpha before taking a giant leap.

Pouncing on top of the Alpha, she yelped in confusion and shock, trying to look on the tiny wolf on her back as I laughed, or, tried to laugh in my wolf form.

Getting off the Alpha still laughing, Emma gave me an annoyed look. Huffing as she too a seat and watched me rolling around, losing the ability to breath.

When I was finished, I was laying on my back. Moving to look at the Alpha, I saw a tiny smile on her wolf face.

Bending forward, Emma nuzzled against my neck, letting out small, content, whimpers. I closed my eyes in bliss.

"It's so late, Winnie." I whined, followed Jane while she held my hand, guiding me somewhere. She laughed, not stopping in her tracks.

Rubbing my tired eyes, I tripped over a tree root and nearly hit the forest floor if it wasn't for Jane catching me.

Her eyes full of worry for just a split second before she smiled at me, showing her long, pointy fangs. "Be careful, little pup." Blushing, I gave a small nod.

Helping me get back to my feet, Jane carried on dragging me to the special place she wanted to show me. Even though it's the middle of the night and she woke up while I was sleeping.

Why do vampires have to be such night owls? Yeah they can sleep for centuries and stay awake for a long while, but that doesn't me I can do the same.

I need my beauty sleep, even though there's nothing beautiful about me.

"Okay, little pup. We're here." Snapping out of my thoughts, my eyes widened at the site in front of me.

We were on top of a hill, below was a field of all types of gorgeous flowers. And up above, the full moon made light which made the flowers even more stunning. And with stars scattered across the sky, it just took my breath away.

"Well?" Jane let go of my hand, standing in-front of me with her hands behind her back, her smile bigger than before. "Do you like it?"

I eagerly nodded my head, the sleepiness all but gone. "It's beautiful."

Bursting out into laughter as Taylor beat yet another one of her warriors. He whined in pain, rolling onto his side while the people surrounding him and Taylor either roared in victory or groaned in disappointment.

Standing before him, Taylor grinned, cracking her neck. "Didn't even break a sweat." Slowly getting up to his feet, the warrior bowed before leaving the circle.

With that, the people broke up and began going back to their own training. Taylor turned to me, her grin still there as she walked over to where I was sitting.

Swinging my legs, I smiled at the tiger. "Are you always that rough when you fight your underlings?"

"Of course!" Taylor stopped right in-front of me, looking down at me and staring right into my eyes. "Life isn't smooth sailing. It's bumpy and unexpected. Just like war. Plus, he challenged me."

My head tilted to the side. "Have you ever lost a fight?" Taylor looked offended when I said that, her ears even flattened against her head. "I have never lost before."

"So bold you are. I'm sure you've lose a fight or two during your lifetime."

"Oh?" Taylor placed her hands on both sides of me, trapping me and leaned forward until we were face to face. "You wanna bet, little 'mega?"

Before I could do anything, Taylor lifted me off the crate and began spinning us around. "Taylor!" I laughed, getting dizzy quickly.

Taylor didn't stop and continued to slip. Laughing at how I was clinging to her.

Star handed me a shiny coin. I examined it with wide eyes, flipping it back and forth and saw designs I never saw before.

The coin was slightly chipped but still shiny, which grew my interest and urge to hoard it. "Where did you find this?"

"It was currency during the era of uprising for the elves." Star smiled, leaning against her hand as she watched me. "There was a battle for the throne by two brothers, and the brother on the throne made those coins before he was killed. Only a few were made."

I flipped the coin again and trace my finger over the sword design. "I was fortunate enough to come across some during my younger years." You're still young according to dragon age. "I've kept it ever since and am now, gifting it to you."

My head snapped up to look at the dragon, feeling shock but happiness. "Really?" She nodded her head.

Beaming, I threw myself at the dragon queen and wrapped my arms around her neck. Repeatedly saying thank you as she chuckled, rubbing my back.

Tilting my head, arms crossed, and a muddled expression, I looked away from the painting to Eli who was waiting for my response. "It looks a little weird." My nose scrunched up.

"I got that feeling too." Turning to look back at her painting, Eli crossed her hands and began examining it, wondering what was missing.

Doing that same, we both stood there, tilting our heads side to side, thinking about what needed to be added.

After a while, it hit me and I perked up. Unfolding my arms, Eli watched as I picked up the paint brush and added what needed to make it complete.

When I was done, I took a step back. Eli came to my side, and smiled, nodding her head. "Perfect. Knew I could count on you, Al." My cheeks darkened. "It was nothing."

Hearing a loud ruckus and something being dragged, I snapped awake and looked out through the cell bars.

After a while, there was two man dragging a woman and tossed her into the cell across from me. Then slammed the door behind her and locked it.

Leaving, I studied the woman as she slowly sat herself up. Her clothes were ragged and dirty, the smell of pain was coming from her, and her white hair hid her face.

There was a scene of familiarity when looking closer at this woman but I can't place it. Do I know her?

She turned to face the door and pushed her hair out of her face. Her expression was annoyed and angry while she grumbled under her breath.

She finally noticed me across from her after a moment and her eyes widened. "Alexandra?"
