Heya guys. Okay, so before we get to the story, I wanted to say about MIB 1 and MIB 2 that you will see in this story.

MIB 1 = Vodka

MIB 2 = Gin

I bet you guys know what MIB mean and if you don't then, MIB stand for 'Man In Black'. Now that you know this, let's move on to the stories.

Conan : Why were two people both searching for Hirota Kenzou at the same time....? And why was Hirota-san killed....? And on top of that, of those two who were searching for Hirota-san, one is dead and one is missing. And these empty cases were left here. But, the key to unlocking this mystery is these cases.... Nor that I know they had no blood relations, there doesn't seem to be any connection between the three at first glance. But, if the latest events are applied to the case, the riddles can be solved!! The three involved in the one billion yen robbery!! Looking at the size of the size of these cases, they probably held the stole one billion yen. Therefore, Hirota-san's everyday taxi route could be explained as practice for the heist. The plan was successful, but afterwards, Hirota-san took the money for himself and ran, back-stabbing his two partners!! The other two rushed to chase down Hirota-san by making up their names and background and using separate detectives. Then, once they knew of his whereabouts, Hirota-san was killed. From looking at the large handprints around his throat, as Inspector Megure said, the one who killed him was probably the giant. But, then the giant died on this room, no was killed.... She was the one who carried away the contents of the cases.... Her, the one who said she was Hirota-san's daughter.... That woman....

The Detective : M-Mouri-san.... What are we going to do now....?

Kogorou : A body has surfaced.... We've got no choice but to wait for the police to show up right?

Ran : I just can't believe it. How could Masami-san not be Hirota-san's daughter....?

Kogorou : The police looked it up, so it must be true!

Ran : But....

As Ran and old man were talking about Masami-san, I went up to the body and put my hand near the throat/chest area.

Conan : The body's still warm.... The blood's still drying too. She must be carrying the one billion yen. So, she can't have gotten too far away....!? Oh yeah, the woman we passed near the elevator!! Her hairstyle and manner were different, but her shape and the sizes of her cases were the same! Maybe it was her!! I need to tell Erena!

I turn around looking for Erena as she always beside me whenever we are in a case, but to my surprise, she is nowhere. I look for her around the room and started to get worried as I didn't see her anywhere. I then tried to recall back when was the last time I see her.

Conan : Goddamnit Erena! Where are you? Ah.... The elevator!! No, don't tell me that she.... GODDAMNIT!!

I turn and run towards the door quickly. Ran notice me and follow behind me, asking.

Ran : C-Conan-kun?! Wait, where are you going?

Conan : I FOUND HER!! MASAMI-SAN!! I can't tell her that Erena is trailing Masami-san.

Ran : Eh!!



Me and Ran ran out of the hotel and see Masami-san's boarding a taxi and left. It was really loud outside.

Ran : She left....

I see a taxi nearby with a man wanting to get in, but I cut him and quickly run there and claim the taxi. I then call out for Ran to get in the taxi.

Conan : Onee-chan, hurry, hurry!!

Ran look at me and walk to the taxi. I then feel myself being lift up away from the ground. I then turn to see a man lifting me.

Stranger : HEY KID!! YOU TRYING TO CUT IN LINE?!

The stranger scolded me. Ran came up to me and the stranger and then snatch me away gently from the man into her embrace. She then looks at the man and yell.

Ran : MY FATHER'S CUT TO PIECES, BEING BURIED ALIVE ON A SNOWY MOUNTAIN AND IF I DON'T GET THERE QUICKLY I WON'T BE IN TIME!!!

Stranger : P-please go ahead....

Me and Ran then get in the car quickly with Ran in the front seat and I am in the backseat.

Ran : FOLLOW THE CAR AHEAD OF US!!

Taxi Driver : What about the snowy mountains?

We ignore him and the taxi driver take it as a cue to follow the taxi ahead of us.

Conan : That's it!! The reason why she seems different the 2nd time we met, was because she was in such a rush after getting the sudden report of Hirota-san's discovery that she couldn't make her disguise perfect. Also, that expression Hirota-san had on his face when he met her.... He wasn't shock because his daughter found him. He was scared because he had been found by the partners he had back-stabbed. Shit, why? Why didn't I notice earlier?! And how? How can I forget about Erena? She is alone, tailing Masami-san. Please be safe, Erena!!



I have been hiding in the trunk ever since at the hotel when I felt that the taxi has come to a halt. I wait for the Masami-san to walk away and look around through the crack. After confirming that it is safe, I went out of the trunk and quickly tail Masami-san.

I look around to see that we are at the dock with a lot of cargo around us. Masami-san walk through the lots and come to a halt as a voice sounded. I hid behind a cargo not far from them where I can still hear their conversation.

I take a peep from where I am hiding to see them. The one that make me tremble in fear and enveloping me in my dark past, my trauma. It's the two men in black from the Tropical Land.

In the darkness of the night with only the moon as the source of light, his blonde hair was shining as the moon shine on it, the same blonde hair I see that night. That from years ago. The night I lost everything dear to me.

Erena : It's him.... Those eyes.... Those blonde long hair.... I am not mistaken went we were at Tropical Land. It's him....

I was trembling so hard, but still manage myself to hold my whimper down the throat as to not alarm them. I was cupping my mouth as tears running down my cheek. I then push everything that came through my mind and focus back on Masami-san and those men in black.

MIB 2 : I appreciate your effort, your efforts, Hirota Masami.... No, Miyano Akemi....

Masami-san or Miyano-san take out a small bottle and show it to the men in black.

Miyano : May I ask you one thing? You gave me these sleeping pills to put the giant to sleep. The moment he drank it, he started coughing up blood and couldn't move. What's the meaning of that?

MIB 2 : Heh, those are out ways.... So, let's see the money then....

As the men in black mention of the money, something clicks in me.

Erena : Those three big suitcases. If I am correct, those suitcases are used to store the money and judging from its size, it can fit a huge amount of money. Isn't there's a newest case of the bank robbery. The case of the one billion yen robbery. If it's really it, then it explains Hirota-san weird driving pattern and how the two of them are looking for Hirota-san. Hirota-san must have back-stabbed them. That's explained everything.

I was lost in thought until Mas- no Miyano-san's voice brought me back.

Miyano : It isn't here.... I've left it somewhere....

MIB 1 : WHAT?!

The man in sunglasses tried to go to Miyano-san but being stop by the other one who blocked him with his arm.

Miyano : Before that, my younger sister! You made a promise! You said you'd let me and my sister out of the organisation when this job was over. If you bring her here, I'll tell you where the money is....

MIB 2 : Heh, that is not possible. She's one of the top brains in our organisation.... Unlike you, she is indispensable member....

Miyano : From the beginning, you....

The men in black with long hair take out a gun and point it to Miyano-san.

MIB 2 : This is your last chance.... Tell me where the money is....

Miyano : You're naive. If you kill me, you'll never know.

MIB 2 : You're the naive one. Our guesses are getting close to the mark.... I told you once, didn't? That was your last chance....

The man then pulled the trigger and shot Miyano-san in the abdomen. They the quickly left the place. Once I am sure they are gone, I run up to Miyano-san who was still standing there.

Erena : Mas- Miyano-san!!

I call out to her. Once I stood in front of her worried covering my face, she fall on her knees and then to the floor, but before her head could touch the ground, I support her. The tears that I held back before came pouring out again. Blood from her wound is pooling under her as some come out of her mouth.

Conan : ERENA!!

Ran : MA-MASAMI-SAN?!

I look up to see Conan and Ran. Conan came and crouch down beside me and look at me then spotted the gun behind us. I was putting pressure on Miyano-san wound to prevent blood loss, but it was all to vain.

Ran : WHAT HAPPENED MASAMI-SAN?! HANG IN THERE!!

Conan : RAN-NEECHAN, HURRY UP AND CALL THE AMBULANCE!! AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE!!

Ran : Alright, I understand!!

Miyano : It won't do any good.... It's too late for me....

Conan : DON'T SPEAK!! If you say anything your wound will....

Miyano-san the grain in pain and coughing up blood making me panick even more.

Miyano : You guys are that boy and girl.... From the agency right....? How did you know I was here?

Conan : The transmitter.... When we first met at the agency, I accidently stuck it on your watch. I got to the hotel by following it and we ran across you there. I saw you carrying those big cases and I knew you had stolen one billion yen in them....

Miyano-san then look at me and Conan shock, wide eyes. She was in a panting mess now as she tried to catch her breath.

Miyano : WHO-WHO ARE YOU?!

Conan : Edogawa.... No, Kudou Shinichi. Detective!

Miyano : Detective....? And you put that thing on my watch....

Conan : But it was actually the giant's watch, wasn't it?

Miyano : No. When he went overboard and killed Hirota-san, his watch got knocked off in the struggle, so I gave him mine. Haha.... The plan was perfect, but everyone died. Hirota-san whom I hired for his driving skills and the man who I let into our party because of his strength. And then I, at the hand of the organisation.

Conan : Organisation?

Miyano : A large organisation wrapped in secrecy. I'm at the very top of the organisation so all I know is that its colour is black.

Conan : BLACK?!

Miyano : Yes.... They like to wear black. Black clothes that make them look like crows....

Miyano-san then look at me letting Conan lost in his thought.

Miyano : I still.... Don't get your name....?

Erena : (L-L/N)(Y/N)....

Miyano : Your name.... You're the daughter of (L/N)(Y/M/N) right? Aren't you supposed to be a teenager by now?

Erena : I am, but those men in black make us take a drug that make us like this.... You-you know my mother?

Miyano : Yes I know her. She's the one who save me and took care of me. I am in debt with her. Only I knew about.... your existence. No one in the.... Organisation other than me know about you. I have been.... Searching for you as to care for you hoping I could pay the debt, but I guess I can't do it.

She then holds my wrist and stare straight into my eyes.

Miyano : Will you listen.... To the last thing I have to say....? I left the cases with the billion in them at the desk of the hotel.... And.... I want you to find it before they do.... I don't want them to use it.... I-I'm sorry.... I beg of you.... Little detec....tives....



As soon as Miyano finish her last word, her hold on your wrist loosen and her hand fall to the ground. As Ran, Kogorou, the medics and the police officers reach there, it was already too late.

You were crying in Conan embrace as he holds you tight a solemn look on his face. Ran also was crying silently.

Conan then tell them about Miyano last wish to the others and as she said, the one billion yen had been left at the front desk of the hotel. The number of bills added up to equal the stolen money and the dead trio's crime had been made clear.

The gun found near her body was found to have her fingerprints on it.... She was said to killed herself in guilt over the crime and the case was close.

Conan : However, the real ringleaders behind the crime, had vanished into the darkness. But someday.... Someday, I will pull them out of that darkness!!

I will give you a brief of how they know each other. So, went Miyano-san was a teenager, she lives in the street with her sister as you know who that is. And your mother takes them in, bought an apartment and support them until they can be independent. So that's what happen. I know that is not true, but I change the plot to be fitting enough with you.

Anyway, your mother is actually a government agent that have been assigned to the organisation as a fake member in it. And that is also why she hid your identity from everyone in the organisation. But Miyano accidently know about it from the picture she saw your mother always carried and have promise not to tell anyone to you mother.
