Me, Conan, Ran and Oji-san are all in the bullet train heading to one of Oji-san's friend's wedding. Me and Conan are sitting side to side in one seat while Ran sit side to side with Oji-san, who is shaving his beard with an electric shaver while holding a small square mirror in front of him. Conan is eating his bento Ran pack for him.

Ran : I don't think there is anyone who would shave on the train on the day of his friend's wedding.

Kogorou : I can't help it, right? I overslept because I was up late last night at a meeting with a client.

Ran : You always say that! And you were passed out at the door.

Ran said as me and Ran look at Oji-san sceptical. Oji-san sweat drop a bit with a hue of pink on his cheeks from embarrassment before turning his head away from us with a huff while pouting.

Kogorou : And to think I let you come along because you were bugging me!

Oji-san said as he tied his neck tie struggling a bit. While I was looking at Oji-san and Ran, a small chunk of rice with a bit of meat and vegetables come into my view as it is hold by chopsticks. I look to my side seeing Conan holding out his hand with the chopsticks and signal me to eat. I took a bite of it and he then continue to it while occasionally feeding me.

Ran : But the wedding ceremony is in Kyoto, right? Don't you want to go, Conan-kun, Erena-chan?

I turn my head to Ran in the middle of Conan feeding me as Conan did the same and look at her too. Me and Conan then both nod at her before continue eating.

Kogorou : Hey! And why is he coming too?

Ran : Well, we can't just leave him behind, can we?

Conan then take the last bite of his bento that he shares with me and close the lid then putting it aside. Suddenly, a loud laughter of children's can be heard throughout the train car we're in. I turn to the walkway to see Ayumi, Mitsuhiko and Genta come running to their seats after having their walk*run* around another train car.

Kogorou : But, why do these kids have to come with us too?

Ran : It doesn't matter. Their parents have paid their fee for this trip.

Ran said as he *accidently* tighten the tie around Oji-san neck. After Ran let go of his tie, Oji-san quickly loose it.

Kogorou : What really got into parents nowadays?

Ayumi : Conan-kun, let's go for an adventure!

Ayumi then said as she come from behind us so suddenly making me startle a bit. Without waiting for our answer, the trio then quickly run to the door separating our train car with another train car.

Mitsuhiko : That looks interesting!

Genta : Let's go!

Ayumi & Mitsuhiko : HAIII!

Kogorou : Those kids' parents really have problems, but these kids' parents are even stranger. Not even a phone call has been made.

Erena : That's bad.

I then feel a hand grip my hand and pulling me out of my seat and away from Ran and Oji-san. I look to see that Conan have pull me out.

Conan : I am going to toilet.

Erena : Me too.

Conan keep pulling me and stop as we reach the train car door. We wait for the door to open. I then look at Conan.

Erena : Hey, Conan-kun, I don't feel really good about this trip....

Conan : Huh?

Erena : Well, I have been getting this bad feeling since this morning and this one feels different.

Conan : It's okay. It's just you feeling that way. Maybe there is nothing of it. Don't worry, kay?

I then nod towards him feeling a tad bit better than before, but it still lingers in the pit of my gut. Once the door open, me and Conan wanted to walk through it but stop in our track as we see to pair of legs wearing a black leather loose pants with black leather shoes in front of us. We look up only to have our eyes wide open as we look at the two figures in front of us.

THE MEN IN BLACK!

They look down at us making me flinch from the cold gaze the one with long blonde hair gave us. I unconsciously move behind Conan as he hold out his hand in front of me protectively. Then one of then, the one wearing sunglasses talk to us.

Vodka : Oy, move! Get outa the way!! Tch stupid brat....

They then proceed on walking past us, but I can still feel the cold-icy gaze still linger on me for another few seconds before it is gone. Once I didn't feel the gaze on me anymore, I can feel my legs go jelly and I lose balance making me stumble forward, but before anything could happen, Conan hold me up. I look up at him to see him looking at me worriedly.

Conan : Erena, are you okay? Do you want to get back to your seat?

He asks me and I can hear from his voice that he is really, really worried about me. I then shook my head.

Erena : No, I'm okay.... Just take me to the toilet so I can wash my face to refresh myself.

He then nods to me before he gently helps me to the toilet with my head resting on his shoulder and his arm wrap around my body from the side.



Little does you know, Gin is still looking at your way secretly as he sees you and Conan walk past the door with Conan helping you. Even after you and Conan are out of his sight, he is still looking at the close door while his mind keep on thinking of where have he seen you as you look oddly familiar to him. After a while, he just brushes it off and focus back on his purpose of being on this train.

After a few minute of you and Conan being at the toilet, you and Conan then went back to your seat seeing that the men in black sit just s few metre away ahead of you and Conan's seat.

You take out a book you brought with you from your small backpack and start to read it trying to take your mind of the men in black since you don't want to start panicking or remember anything from your painful past with them. Conan on the other hand sneakily peek at the men in black to see what they wanted to do.

Conan : Anyways, what are they doing here?

Conan then see the men in black stand from their seat and walk to the opposite direction of your seat. After seeing the men in black are a bit far from him, he jumps out of his seat to follow them quietly as not to arouse suspicion from the men in black.

He keeps on following them until they arrive at the dining car. The men in black take their seat a few tables away from the door and Conan take the chance as he sneakily hides at the table near the door.

Conan : They have a meeting with someone?

Conan then get out of the dining room since he can't really hear what they are talking about. So, he takes the chance to plant a spy microphone at the man in black seat. He takes out a gum and chew on it until it is soft enough to stick. Then he takes off his glasses that Agasa have improve and take off the spy microphone from it.

He then wraps the spy microphone in the gum and then went to the men in black seat. He then crouches down in an attempt to stick the gum under their seat, but before he could do it, you stop him and take out a piece of a small paper and take the gum from his hand and wrap it in the paper. You then put the wrapped gum in the ashtray. You then take out a handkerchief and clean your hands with it.

After that, you put away your handkerchief and grab his hand leading him back to you and Conan's seat. You both take your seat and wait for the men in black to come back from their trip to the dining room with their clients.

After sometime waiting, the men in black come back to their seat. Conan then activated his glasses so that he can hear what they're talking about. You lean closer to him making Conan go stiff and his face to warm up a bit not that you realise it tho, as he can feel your breath on the nape of his neck.

He ignores the butterfly in his stomach and take a deep breath. You just look at him quizzically, but didn't mention it. Once he feels relax enough, he focusses back to the conversation of the men in black while you listen to it too.

Vodka : Wheww. Finally I can take a smoke!!

Conan : I can hear them!

Vodka : Hmm? There's something in here....

Gin : What?!

Conan : Ah, crap!!

Vodka : Gum, it's gum.... Last person must have leave it in there.

Conan : That was too close....

Conan thought as he glances at you to see that you also glance at him. You guys glance at each other before bursting in chuckle. You guys then calm down and Conan take a peek at the men in black. He then sees that the bag they have is not the same with the one the carry to the dining room.

Conan : Hm, that's odd. When they went to the dining car, I could have sworn they had a black attached case. They don't have it now. Instead they have a large suitcase. Does that mean....?

Conan thought. You notice him deep in his thought so you shake him a little successfully getting his attention on you. You look at him questioningly. You then ask him in whisper which he replied in the same tone.

Erena : What is it?

Conan : It just that, the have a different bag with them right now. Before going to the dining room, I could have sworn that they have a black attached case, but now, they have a large suitcase....

Vodka : Pretty slick transaction, eh, Aniki?

Gin : Shh! You're too loud, Vodka!

Vodka : Nahh, no one listening. Hahaha, careful as always, eh Gin?

Erena & Conan : Gin and Vodka! So, those are your code names?!

Vodka : 400 million just for returning that black case. What the heck was in that thing?

Gin : Information about gold....

Vodka : G-gold....

Gin : If it gets used well, the 400 million isn't anything....

Vodka : I see. That would explain the excitement then.

Gin : Yes. They're probably back at their seat(s) checking out the view laughing to themselves. Their last view.

Vodka : Their 'last'?

Gin: I mean the organisation has no more use for them. The case we return is packed with explosives. If it's bumps hard enough, it'll set off a bomb.

Vodka : Yeah, but what if they drop it or something?

Gin : Don't worry. It's extremely important information received at great cost. They wouldn't do anything as careless as that. And besides, the bomb is set to go off at 3.00anyways.

Vodka : It's a time bomb?!

Gin : Nah. But that's when they're going to accidently set it off themselves. Heheheh, and the trigger is last 10 seconds. Afterwards, their body and then the train, will be blown to smithereens!!

Gin said making Conan panic and almost yell out, but being stop by you, who put your palm on his mouth shutting him up even tho you yourself almost yell it out too. Conan look at you gratefully because if not, everyone in the train would be in danger. Your hand on his mouth can be seen shaking a bit which make Conan pry your hand away from his mouth after he manage to calm himself down then he squeezes your hand gently.

Conan : Don't worry. We will find it before the time's up.... Okay....?

You just nod not believing your voice on this. Conan then shut off his glasses since the men in black have stop talking. You then excuse yourself to the restroom since you can feel your bladder is screaming at you.

You run down the aisle to the restroom. Without you realizing, Gin have been looking at you since you jump out of your seat. After you're gone from his sight behind the train car door, he soon follows you which Vodka just look at him weirdly.

Vodka : Aniki, where are you going?

Gin : Toilet.

Vodka then just let him do whatever he wants as he looks out the window. Seeing Vodka doesn't question him any further, he then walks out of the train car in search for you. You were oblivious to the fact that you have taken Gin interest.

After you have done with your business in the restroom, you unlock the restroom door and open it up only to be block by Gin looking down on you. You look up to him and once your eyes meet his, you stiffen.

You and Gin keep on staring at each other not noticing how long you guys have been standing there until Gin snap out of it and push you aside with his leg making you stumble a bit and luckily not falling. He got into the restroom and close the door, locking it.

Hearing the lock of the restroom door, you feel relax a bit and then without wasting anytime, you run back to your seat. Sitting in your seat beside Conan, you then quickly hug him and burying your face in his chest. He looks at you confuse at first, but soon turn into panic as he feels your little body shaking a bit.

He then hugs you back as he rubs your back soothingly while whispering sweet things to you. Ran and Kogorou look at you both dumfounded since they don't know what to do because they don't know what happen to you. Conan however can actually guess what happen to you since when Gin stood up from his seat just now, his eyes have been following the man. He blames himself for not going with you just now.

After a few minutes, you have calm down and is already asleep in his chest. He then helps to correct your posture on your seat so that you are leaning your head to the window with his jacket that he folded as your pillow. He then looks at Kogorou making the older man to flinch unknowingly as he asked the older male to take off his suit jacket gently. Kogorou take it off and hand it to him which Conan use it to cover you.

Conan : Sorry, Oji-san, but let Erena use your jacket for a while.

Kogorou, seeing that he only asks his jacket to cover Erena look at him before sighing and looking at the sleeping you with a small smile on his face saying that it is fine.

After half an hour of you just sleeping and the other just minding their own business you woke up still a bit drowsy as you rub your eyes to chase away the sleep with Kogorou jacket suit around your little body. You then get out of your seat intending to walk to the restroom to freshen up when Conan grab your hand making you turn to him still feeling a bit drowsy.

Conan : Where are you going, Erena?

Erena : Restroom. Freshen up....

You said as a small yawn escape your lips which you covered with your hand. Conan then get down from his seat, takes Kogorou suit jacket away and giving it back to Kogorou then hold your hand gently, leading you to where the restroom is. You just follow him without complain since you are still feeling drowsy.

Once the two of you made it to the restroom, he motions you to get inside while he just waits for you outside. You went inside the restroom and get on the stool prepared for kids near the sink and open the tab. You then wash your face with the water a few times chasing and regaining your conscious back. After you've done freshen up and closing the tab, you grab a piece of tissue and dried your face with it then throwing it away once you feel your face are dried enough.

You then walk out of the restroom seeing Conan being held by Ran as he keep on struggling to be let go. You see that the train have arrive at Nagoya which is not your stop. The train door then close as Conan just look at the close door dejectedly.

Ran : Take my eyes of you for one second and this is what happened!

Ran said as she let Conan go. You walk up to him then hold his hand making him look at you. you can see that he is disappointed, but you reassure him by giving him a small smile. Ran was looking at the both of you silently with a small smile on her face then turn around and walk back to her seat leaving you and Conan alone. In seeing that Ran is not around you and Conan anymore, you then turn to Conan.

Erena : What is it that makes you so upset and anxious?

Conan : They have gotten off the train already. I still have things to ask them....

Hearing what Conan thought off, you can't help the small smile creeping up to your face. You brought your fist to his head and bonk his head gently not hurting him at all, but still startled him a bit as he covers the place you bonk him with his hand.

Erena : Baka. They can wait. I believe that this would not be the last time we will cross path with them. Plus, we still have a matter at hand about. Remember what they're talking just now. We still need to find their trading partner. I believe that he or she is still on this train.

Conan : Hmm, you're right.

Erena : I am always right didn't I?

You said as you grin mischievously. Hearing your reply, Conan can't help but let out a small chuckle as he looks at his watch.

Conan : Yeah, yeah, you are. There's only 40 minutes left before the bomb ignites. We have to hurry up and find that person.

Erena : But how? The bullet train has a few hundreds of passengers. How to isolate a single person?

Conan : We should think from the beginning. I remember that one of those men in black said that they can finally smoke after they get back to their seat. But the dinner car is not a non-smoking car which means that the person they are trading with doesn't like the smoke. So, that person doesn't smoke. This means that he is sitting on a non-smoking car. Hmm, how many non-smoking cars are there on this train?

Conan said as he starts to think when suddenly a voice can be heard from behind you and Conan followed by other voices which startle you and Conan. You and Conan then look behind you both to see the trio there.

Mitsuhiko : There are eight cars.

Ayumi : What? What?

Genta : It's a riddle?

Conan then thought for a while before he started to speak again while you just observe him.

Conan : Where can a person see scenery outside the window?

Mitsuhiko : From the second floor of the Green cars!

Conan : Eh? There are three Green cars, right? Among them, which ones are non-smoking cars?

Mitsuhiko : That should be, car no. 7.

Ayumi : What is there?

Genta : What is over there that I don't know? Anyways, let's go!

Conan : Eh, that is.... It's dangerous over there.

The Trio : Detective Boys-....

Erena : Don't you guys dare think to get involve in this matter, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko, Genta.

You said in a motherly tone. Which make them flinch even Conan as the four of them turn to look at you sweating and scared. They once again flinch as they saw your ever so calm smile that always manage to scare them.

Erena : You guys are not going anywhere, so get back to your seat. And don't ever open your mouth to anyone even Oji-san and Ran-niichan, understood?

The trio just hang their head low not answering to you while Conan just look at the scene in front of him a bit scared himself, but he can't help to think how would you look in this situation in your real body. He was so lost in his thought that makes him flinch even harder when he heard your voice that is dripping so much pressure.

Erena : I said, do you understood?

The Trio : Yes, Erena-chan....

Erena : Good. Now go back to your seat and try to distract Ran and Oji-san from looking for us. That would be your mission okay. That way, it can help giving me and Conan some time.

You said making the trios head to whip up to you as a big smile quickly make their way to their faces. You just chuckle seeing their reactions.

Erena : What? You thought I would just ask you to go back to your seat and do nothing. At least me and Conan need your help in distracting Ran and Oji-san from looking for us while we wander around looking for more clues.

The trio smile only grew bigger as they nod their heads happily and run back to their seat and talk to Ran about random things they could think off. You and Conan still stand where you were while Conan was looking at you and you were looking at the trio happily chatting with Ran.

Erena : What is it?

You ask Conan making him to snap out of his trance. He looks at you for a moment then to the trio before chuckling.

Conan : You really do know how to control them, huh?

Erena : Well, I learn from experience.

You said as you look at him with a grin which he didn't notice yet.

Conan : What do you mean by th-....

Conan said as he turns to look at you seeing you grinning at him. It takes him a while before he understands what you're trying to say which makes him go beet red from embarrassment and annoyed. You giggle making him turn his head away from you while pouting when an idea suddenly came to his mind.

He then moves closer to the your oblivious-giggling self. He stops in front of your face making you stop giggling as you feel his breath near your face making you blush a little which doesn't help seeing how close the two of you are.

Conan : Well, at least, I can assume that I am a special case compare to them is it, (Y/N)?

Conan said as he whispers your name into your ears making you explode with your face going really red like a tomato. Seeing that he got his revenge, he just let out a chuckle while you just stood there flabbergasted.
