Cole wonder; what is the best way to kill a demonic path cultivator?

Since this man use a terrifying means of turning his defeated opponents soul to become part of his army of ghosts, should he also kill him and refine his soul afterwards to become his very own weapon? He might not have the certain technique to do this kind of thing but he could acquire it easily by reading that guy's mind.

After some thinking, he thought that this method is not in line with his style. He might even turn into one of those people who he found their techniques very hateful.

What about making his very own summoned ghost to attack him? Although this thought sounds plausible but he have to make the other party desperate enough to summon a powerful ghost. He also have to make sure that the other party don't escape.

And before he could do any of that, he have to finish on refining this less than three hundred army of ghosts, which actually won't last for long.

As of now, the ghost army have turn more transparent and it should be not long before they will truly vanish. And the good news about this was his Soul Jade Bangle was almost created a vast sea inside due to rich amount of Soul-Energy it collected.

Perhaps that amount is enough for him to form upto sixteenth soul branch and he'll be finally enter the [Myriad Beasts Soul-branching] cultivation method and recieve another superb skill or ability like his [Soul Contract], [Soul Fruition], [Soul Communication], [Soul Sea] and [Soul Mimicry]. He can't help but anticipate his breakthrough.

Then finally, both Baldy and Virgo confirm to Cole that the stacked ghosts was finally refined and each and everyone of them was finally released from endless torture, set free from the shackles that bind them in this world and enter the afterlife. For those righteous cultivator, it was better to die with pride and dignity than to live in shame.

But for demonic cultivators, it was the other way around. They are ready to live a life full of shame than to die without value. It was better to escape if they can't win and come back for revenge later. If they can't escape, it was better to drag other in their graves. This is one of the reason why demonic path cultivators is more scary as they are not afraid of death and was even ready for it.

Should they encounter this demonic cultivator man who wields a Holy-Rank equipment, their survival will be almost nonexistent.

It was a little unfortunate that their location have only a little amount of trees since they were at the edge of dessert like environment. Otherwise, he could use the shadow of trees to move more quickly and escape more fastly.

Then, she started to fly towards the escaping man, chasing him. But while her speed is accelerating, changes happen on Celia's appearance; her pair of dragon horn sprouts from her human head, patches of her skin, including her face and body, grows a crystal white scales, and her nails have turn more sharper than sword.

Cole don't really know what is that form called but he'll currently call it demihuman form.

When her form change, her speed actually double. It seems that her dragon horn have the ability to remove air resistance when flying which increase her speed massively.

Celia's sudden changes was not seen by her escaping opponent as it was fully occupied on escaping.

Only, he don't have an ounce of idea that the one who's chasing him is not actually a human but dragon in human skin. What's more, since Celia is a dragonic beasts that excel with Soul Arts, his invisible state was just like Cole's [Unseen Hands Technique] but more powerful version. It was actually a state where he turns his body into soul body that's invisible to normal human eyes. This state is not something that could hide from Celia's eyes.

Both Cole and Celia were caught of guard.

Celia, the one on front and near the demonic cultivator instantly stop the moment the silhouette of haunted castle appear. She don't know what is that but she could feel its great threat. It was something she can't contend by now. Immediately, she started to flew backward and retreat, her form started to return being a pure human.

On the other hand, through his [Heavenly Eyes], Cole was not clueless about the capabilities of the Netherworld Ghost Flag. The moment the haunted looking castle appear, he immediately teleports besides Celia and teleport again twice to distance themselves from the forming city.

It wasn't long before a whole city finally form. With the castle as the center, many ancient and haunted looking houses and buildings, a towering walls as protection and a moat around it. The whole city has striking resemblance with feudal age.

Then, in the next second, a thick fog cover the whole kingdom and when it recedes, the blank kingdom suddenly infested with army of ghosts.

Outside of the walls, on the murky moat, countless amount of ghosts was submerged into it. Everyone of those submerged ghosts have pained expression, as though the water of that said moat contains a substance that specifically torture them.

Cole don't know if it was because on the pain and torture they were currently in, but most of those poor souls on the moat are currently attacking each other. The scene of being killed and vanishing, the winner devouring the defeated opponents and empower themselves, are very common sight.

If Cole wants to describe what he's currently seeing, it was a literal hell like people from Earth imagines. But in this case, they weren't being tortured by their sins but they were actually on the process of refining to be a powerful ghosts army.

And just like a kingdom, the nearer it was to the castle, the more powerful the malicious ghosts are. Mostly, those outside of the moat was those ghosts that have the strength of Tier-4 and below. Meanwhile, those who successfully reached Tier-5 after their long battle in the moat will be automatically lifted into the air and placed inside the castle walls where they will enter the lowest and bottom rank of the class.

By the time Cole's eyesight reach the center of the [Ghosts City], there's no information he could recieved and it was only a series of question marks. He knew that those creatures he can't received information was those beyond his knowledge and capabilities.

"I may not be able to command more powerful ghosts to attack you but inside this city, you won't be be able to hurt me too."

The demonic man cultivator smile sadistically to Cole before continuing, "Remember this name: Levi John! This is the name of your mortal enemy who will kill you in the future!" He look condemningly at Cole and Celia, sneer, before he retreated inside the Ghost Castle where the core and most secure place of the Ghost City.

Inside his head, he swear that in this lifetime, he won't rest until he killed those two people!
