The City Lord lost his consciousness.

Cole instantly let him go and teleport himself beside his mother Mira and brother Cold. Instantly, he uses his most powerful healing abilities, [Time Heal].

Fortunately, the injuries of his sister was just inflicted not long ago, reverting her back to full health is easy.

But despite saving the life of his sister, Gino, the Fajardo Family's Second Young Master, still look at him apprehensively. If he didn't see how Cole defeats the City Lord so easily, he might have attack him.

However, instead of feeling annoyed, Cole appreciated him because he could see that Gino do really have genuine feelings for his sister. And most likely, this is not fake since his sister was a lowly servant before. If Gino's feeling is not true, then he won't go as far as saving his sister with his life.

As miraculous as before, his sister was healed in a matter of seconds. However, she didn't wake up but Cole could see that she's alright and just passed out due to fatigue.

After that, his mother, brother and including him sigh in relief and smile trace back into their face. All is well that she's out of peril now.

To dispel the misunderstandings between them, Cole said, "We are Dawn's family. I'm her little brother, she's her mother and also her big brother." He introduced his group.

Gino turn stiff in surprise. It was only then he saw the similarities of Dawn to this group. He could even see the mature appearance of Dawn to her mother. Without a doubt, they're not lying.

As for Mira and Cold, they smile at Gino as acknowledgement. They clearly saw and heard what he did just to protect their daughter and sister, this man is very appropriate for her.

The two look back to Dawn's sleeping figure. Mira asked worriedly, "Why is she not awake?"

"Don't worry, her body is alright. She's just recovering from spirit fatigue." He reassured.

[Time Heal] is a very powerful recovery technique that turn back time of the target to their perfect state. However, it was apparent that although his sister was in the perfect state before, she's mentally fatigued.

When the time turned back, her mental health didn't turn healthy because in the first place, it was already tired. If Cole want to recover her spirit state too, he have to continue using [Time Heal] for the long time, which is not cost effective, after all, recovery of mental fatigue was as simple as sleeping.

Mira sigh with great relief. Even now, she still can't believe what's happening and great part of her told that everything was just a dream. However, even if he pinch herself to death, she can't wake up from this beautiful dream. This only means that everything is real, that her youngest son truly turn incredible and make their family one again...

It was only a pity that her husband can't see all of this anymore...

Mira smile genuinely but her eyes looks very deep, sad...

"That's good," she said as she hold her daughter tightly.

Cole smile widely before he look at Gino who also have various degree of injuries. He simply casted Bell's [Heal Pulse] to heal him.

He also gave a casual glance the Patriarch of Fajardo Family and the Elders.

He then look at the City Lord's charred body. Beside him was his wife who's currently attending him, feeding him recovery pills and added a simple clothe as the one he worn was fried to dust.

Cole could see that she did all this with trembling hands.

As for their third daughter, she was currently behind his mother, trying to make herself as small as possible.

When they enter, they did not brought any guards with them. This just means that with just the City Lord himself, there will be no problem even if he destroyed the Fajardo Family to the last dog. It was very apparent that they were all very confident.

However, the appearance of Cole destroyed their perfect momentum. He even defeated the City Lord very easily.

And since no guards even try to enter the scene, the City Lord's wife already knew that they were already subdued.

When she heard that Cole was actually the Fajardo Family's Second Young Master's concubine's little brother, her whole existence trembled with fear. She exploited all the buffer time to nurse his husband back to health in hopes of possible retreat. However, eventhough she fed him the most high-grade pills among her hands, her husband didn't recover fast enough.

"W-What are y-you goi-ing to d-do?" She stammered in fear. She gulp and clear hee throat and exclaimed, "My husband was appointed personally by Red Tree Kingdom's King as Plain Tree City Lord! Prepare for the Royal Family's wrath if you kill us!" Her confidence returned for a little bit when she remember this certain fact.

Cole just lool at her with deadpan face, not even an ounce intimidated by her threats.

Instead, he look at Gino and ask, "Brother-in-law, what should we do with them?"

Gino's back straighten, not because Cole ask for his opinion but because he call him brother-in-law! This means that he was accepted by his wife's family!

Before, his wife's identity and background was very inferior which leads to their current situation, however, just one show of her little brother was enough to turn to whole thing around! Now, it was not her who needs the approval but him!

But seconds later, ruthlessness flash in his eyes. In must be known that just moments ago, the City Lord have the intention to kill him and his wife, so what's brewing inside his mind was very sinister!

However, he can't help but hesitate. No matter how powerful Cole is, he still can't bear the retaliation of whole Red Tree Kingdom.

Cole, seeing the hesitation to Gino's eyes, added immediately, "Oh, don't worry about their retaliation. I'm a Core Disple of Five Element Sect from Eastern Continent, let me see if the Red Tree Kingdom will try to avenge them." He said deliberately loudly.

As expected, the City Lord's wife trembled even more. She even visibly wilted. Compare to him, their 'backer' was nothing but fart! In fact, if their backer learned that the one they offend were someone from Eastern Continent, they'll be toss aside instantly!

While she's falling deeply with her assumptions, she eventually pass out. She fall beside her husband who's currently trembling too. Without a doubt, the City Lord have already recover a little with the pills fed to him by his wife, however, he remain on his position and didn't open his eyes, pretending.

On the other side, Gino stopped after he heard that his brother-in-law is actually from Eastern Continent. Five Element Sect was very well known in the whole Heavenly Fire Empire. Although they were weak currently, no powerhouse even try to attack the sect because of its backer that was from Eastern Continent. To think that the Five Element Sect here was just a branch!

After that, Gino's hesitation vanish instantly and the ruthlessness in his appear once again. It must be known that there's no innocent cultivator, everyone have already stained their hands with blood. Gino was no exception! If cultivator wants to progress, one must be ruthless!

Gino then look at his mother-in-law.

"Hmph! Be his servant? Not only you can keep your life, you can even hug his thigh!" It was one of the Elders of Fajardo Family said this.

It was normal for cultivators to have faithful servants or slave and it was mostly beast and some were like the City Lord, submitting to the opponent who defeat them. However, most of the time, cultivators choose death than being someone's servant. Those who choose to be a servant was those who's afraid of death.

When the master reach a higher level, there were pills, weapons or natural treasures that don't have use for them, normally, it will be given to the servants for their own use. The City Lord felt frantic. When he said that he could be his servant, he don't have this kind of idea, what he just want is to keep his life.

Though they may not kill the family with their own hands, with their influence, they could make the family die with their words.

"I will not kill you but..." He pause as he through for a second, "You have to protect the Fajardo Family. In addition to that, you will also help them and give them resources. If you can accept this, I won't kill you."

Without hesitation, the City Lord answered, "Yes, I will accept it." He gritted his teeth inside.

Although it might impedes his family's growth, it will still be alright as long as he's alive. If he's killed, the enemies he made in this life will swarm his family like a locust. Then complete annihilation will come to them.

A cultivator made enemies in his path. They won't come out normally, as though they vanished in the face of the world but if you're weakened, they will suddenly appear out of nowhere like a mushrooms.

The City Lord, as though his butt is on fire, immediately scramble to get outside while carrying his wife. As for his third daughter, she was left to herself. In any case, she's still the main wife of Fajardo Family's Second Young Master, the family won't kill her lest they want their reputation down to drain.

Cole didn't pay them mind anymore as he face his family with smiling face and drop the bomb, "Let's bring sister and her baby to much more comfortable bed."
