Chap 25

Wally opens his eyes and the orange sky welcome him.

He blinks and feels his body stiffening. He first check the man in his embrace and made a relief sighs. He hugs him as he stands up. Waking Geo up.

"Already?" Geo said rubbing his eyes.

Wally remove the twigs in Alli's hair and kiss his forehead. "I love you."

Geo smiles and pounce at Wally making him fall back to the rice field.

"I love you too,monster."

"Mon---"

"Hehehe. You are too naughty." Geo said kissing his mouth.

Wally laughs despite kissing him at the same time.

"You two are awake? Wally, you have to finish harvesting and you, hurry back to your home to help my wife take care of Leon." Marvin said frowning.

Geo stands up and smiles. "See you later." Geo said and giggling left.

Wally blushes and also stand up to continue what he is doing. Marvin looks at him.

".......You two are quite bold." He said without much explaining.

Wally blushes even more. But he didn't clarify who else know what happened in this very field.

Hannah is amaze how Geo easily clean and cook. She is not needed at all.

She smiles as she looks at Geo.

"Alli, I really misjudge you." Hannah said.

"Hmm?" Geo looks at Hannah while he is playing with the noisy Leon.

"You can do anything flawlessly and even cook so well. All the rumors about you are really harmful. And it is not even real." Hannah said. She is not close to Alli. She can only hear the rumor about him. She is also always in the house doing what her mother-in-law orders her to.

"It's all true." Geo said and carry Leon to the crib then make him milk.

"All true?"

"I just have a change of heart...Is what I want to call it. From now on, this is the me you will know." Alli said smiling.

Hannah rubs her tummy. "I...hope I can have a happy family too."

"Marvin does look like he cares about you." Geo said.

Hannah smiles bitterly. "He does...Just..."

"Is your mother-in-law still sick?" Geo realize the problem.

"She is getting worse. All the money is going to her medication. And she is very irritable. She always complain about so many things."

'Annoying,' He thought.

"Oh...That's very bad. Think she will survive long?" Geo asks straightforwardly.

Hannah is startled. She looks around and then look at Geo.

"You better not say that! Or you will be blame if something happen."

Geo chuckles. "Sorry."

Hannah stares at Geo's nonchalant expression and sigh.

"You are so carefree."

"Husband, I can't anymore." Geo said pushing Wally a bit.

Wally smirks and kisses his complaining mouth and they did it again.

After the did,Wally gave Alli a glass of water. He sits on the bed and stares at him.

Alli drinks all the water and stare at Wally.

He teasingly cover his bare chest. "Animal."

Wally extends his open palm so Geo crawl to the end of the bed to hugs Wally.

Wally satisfied and put him to his bare lap and stares at him. "Do we have to leave the village?" He said seriously.

"Why?" Alli asks. 'I'm still dripping wet down there.'

"Don't they pursue you?"

"I killed everyone who sees me in that place." Geo said.

Wally frowns. "Will they not be able to trace you?"

Alli shakes his head. "They won't be able to."

Wally made a heavy sigh. "If we have to leave, we will leave. We all leave together because we are family."

Geo giggles and kisses Wally. "Okay."

Wally happily rubs his back.

"Umm..." Geo feel ticklish.

Wally smiles. "You are so capable wife..."

"............You are so lewd..." Geo said accepting the seducing husband's initiative.

Like nothing happened, Geo is back to her daily life. Cleaning the house, washing the soiled clothes,feeding the critters, taking eggs and cooking.

What changes is Hannah's frequent visit.

Their family is now in the red due to her mother-in-law's medicine. And lately, she is getting even worst.

Hannah thicken her face and be Leon's nanny to ask for some few rice to come by.

They can just give them rice but William is a bit prideful.

"Ah, Like I said, you can leave most of the simple work to me." Hannah embarrassingly said. She is called a nanny but she only look after Leon for a couple of hours if Geo decided he wants to go out.

She seriously do nothing but eat in their house. Then when she went home, she has a lot of food taking from Wally's family. She is embarassed but has no choice.

"Don't say that. Come inside and eat breakfast." Geo said smiling at her.

Hannah shyly went inside.

Leon is standing on his crib again and being noisy with his intelligible making sound.

"Soon, he will be saying words." Hannah said.

Geo smiles. "I told Wally to make him a bamboo walker so he can practice walking too."

"Oh..That will help. He is so fat now. Last time he is like bones and skin." Hannah said then worriedly rubs her tummy.

"Don't think too much and just eat. I will be going to the mountain after I make lunch."

"Where is brother-in-law?"

"Went to harvest the rest of the rice field. I guess we won't be worrying for rice this year."

Hannah smiles. "Yes. I heard from Marvin that your field yeild a lot of rice grains."

"If I catch another critter in the mountain, I will give you some so you can cook them just don't expect too much." Geo said happily.

"Did you tell brother-in-law you are going? Last time, didn't you get punish for going without telling him?" Hannah said.

Geo smiles. "The punishment is quite thrilling so it's fine."

Hannah didn't asks what is that thrilling punishment base on the smile on Geo's lips.

"Okay. Tend the house while I am away." Geo said grinning.

Hannah, carrying Leon wave him a goodbye.

"Your Mom is amazing." Hannah said to Leon.

Leon happily smile.

Bam***

"Eh?" Hannah looks at Wally in a shock. "Brother-in-law?"

"Where is Alli?"

"Went to the forest........."

Wally angrily grabs his hair. "I told him not to go........I will punish him tonight!"

"Umm...I think....He is actually capable of going to the mountain. And I am sure he won't be going far or dangerous part." Hannah said. "I...I know I shouldn't meddle but...."

Wally shakes his head. "Ah..I know that."

Hannah looks confuse. "If you know then..........huh?"

Wally blushes and looks away.

"Can you tell me what happen here,Sir?" The official angrily said crying in front of the man in violet cloth.

They are looking at the rotten bodies of the people in an abandoned mansion of the noble's son.

The man in violet look at them. It's been too long when the incident occur and there are no more clue that can be retrive.

"We will find out what your son is doing before the incident. Don't worry. I will make the person who did this cruel thing to pay." The man in violet said as he open his fan and hide his smirking lips.
