Kingsley Creed

That very next day Royce kept his promise and attended Therapy with Kingsley. They sat in the office waiting for the Doctor to enter the room.

"You alright?" Royce asked as he watch her leg bounce non stop.

"Yea." She said. "Is this your therapist you talk to on the regular?"

"Yea, she's helped me get through a lot of things I thought I'll never open up about." He said grabbing her hand. There was a knock at the door before it opened.

Doctor Kipps walks catching their attention. "Good morning guys." She spoke with a calm tone. "Nice to see you back Royce. I see you've brought your wife."

Wife? Kingsley thought to herself. She tried her best not to side eye Royce. She just smiled and shook Doctors Kipps hand.

"So-" She said as she took a seat in her chair. "I didn't know you were married Royce. You never mentioned anyone in our sessions."

"Well you never asked." He said. "But I'm not here for a session today. This is her first time here. She wanted to try it out so I made her an appointment with you."

"Ok, we'll we can jump right into it. I'll start first, I'm Doctor Kipps, I'm from Manhattan New York and on my free time I like to stay home and read books. It bring me peace and comfort and I enjoy fiction novels." She said grabbed the notepad from her desk. "What is something you enjoy doing on your free time?"

"I sometimes meditate or I used to journal but I stopped." She told her.

Kipps nodded her head as she wrote on her notepad. "Why did you stop journaling?" Doctor Kipps asked.

"I don't know." Kingsley shrugged. "I might've grew tired of it."

"Journalism is also a good way to express yourself. Writing down what you feel at that moment is a great way to get things off your chest." She said. "So let's go back to your childhood. What was something you enjoyed doing as a kid."

"I loved to go outside. Being outside with other kids in the neighborhood was something I looked forward too. Plus I don't have any siblings so being outside riding bikes and play in my neighbors yard with other kids was fun to me." She said.

"How did that make you feel being the only child?" She asked as she write in the notepad.

"I liked it and hate it at times. I like being the only child when it came to the little things like gifts and being spoiled. I hate it when I felt lonely at times. The times I would be on punishment and couldn't go outside, I would be in the house bored. Nobody to talk too or play with." She said.

"So how would you describe your childhood? Was it good, bad or in the middle?" She asked.

Memories started to flood in her head. "I'll say it was good up until my teenage years." She said. "My teen years wasn't so good."

"Why you say that?" She asked.

"My mom and I didn't get along- well we still haven't gotten along." She said.

"You want to go into detail about that?" She asked. Kingsley immediately shook her head no. "It's ok, this is a safe spot. What's said in this room will not leave this room."

Royce grabbed her hand again and scoot close to her making her feel comfortable. "It started after my Mom and Dad got a divorce. My mom had an affair. When he left her I felt like he left me too."

"Are you mad at your Mom for the affair she had?" She asked.

"At the time yes." Kingsley sighed.

"So what happened after your Dad left? Is that when you and your Mom started having problems?" She asked.

Kingsley nodded her head. "Yea, when they were officially divorced my Mom started going out more than usual. It's nothing wrong with going out and having fun but there were days I woke up and she wasn't there. I started having behavioral problems in school. She put me on medication thinking it'll help but instead it causes me to have anxiety." She said

"Do you feel like things would've been better if your father was involved?" She asked.

"Yea in some ways." She said. Doctors Kipps grabbed the box of tissues off her desk seeing her eyes gloss and turn red. "I missed him so much."

She handed Kingsley the tissues and wrote down her thoughts on the notepad. "You can continue when you're ready." She said watching Kingsley wipe her eyes and nose.

"I felt like things would be better in some way if my Dad was with me but he wasn't. When I was 16 that's when she kicked me out. I felt like she was trying to impress her boyfriend to show she had some type of power over me. I got into a argument with her boyfriend. He would come home and leave his things around the house after I did my chores. One night I snapped and yelled at him. He told my Mom and she came to telling me how she was disappointed in me for talking back to and adult because she didn't raise me to be like that." Tears fell from her eyes.

"Do you still carry these feelings with you now?" She asked.

"Yea, especially when's she told me how disappointed she was of me. That still hurts me because she never tried to understand where I'm coming from." She wiped her eyes. "So I talk about my Mom I get emotional because at the beginning of my childhood I adored her so much. I wanted to be like my Mom but the older I get the more I realize how much I dislike her and never want to be around her and it hurts to even say that about her."

As the session goes on Royce sat there holding her hand listening to every detail. Once their session was up they got in Royce's all black Maybach. They sat in the car in silence.

Kingsley puts on her seat belt and palmed her face letting out a deep sigh.

"How you feel?" He asked.

"Upset but I feel better." She said. "Are my eyes still red?" She asked widening her eyes for him to examine.

"Yea a little." He chuckled. "It'll be ok, few more sessions you'll learn to heal from your trauma." He said. She nodded her head. "We should go somewhere tonight."

"Like?" She asked.

"Night club. I can call the guys, they bring their dates. We can all just go out." He said.

"Ok." She nodded her head.

Later that night Justin stood in the mirror in the corner of Kingsley room getting dressed. "When are you going back to Miami?" He asked.

"Sunday Morning." She told him.

"Damn, you can't stay longer?" He asked. "I actually fuck wit you."

"I know, but I'm am only supposed to stay for a week." She said. "Where you going?"

"With y'all." He said. "Y'all not leaving me out. I want to go to the club too."

"Is Royce going to let you go?" She chuckled.

"Girl I will put him in a head lock and choke the shit out of him." He rolled his eyes. "Plus I just put him an outfit together he better."

"You and him act like siblings." She shakes her head.

"We not siblings but I am his cousin." He said. "Big cousin at that."

"Make sense." She said. "That's why you know so much about him."

"Yea girl- Friend are you going to get ready?" He rolled his neck placing his hands on his hips. "I got your clothes laid on the chair. I need to see if the purse and stuff really match."

She got up from the bed walking over to the chair. She stripped out her clothes and immediately changed into the clothes laid on the chair

Justin helped fix her corset. "I do a damn good job." He said stepping back looking at his work.

"I guess." She joked.

"Don't get eat up." He told her as she laughed. "Alright I'm going to need you to suck it in because your corset is too far down. He grabbed the top. "Suck in that fupa."

"I don't have a fupa." She nudged him as she suck in her stomach. He pulled up her corset. "That feel better." She moved in out the mirror. "Ouuu." She turned to the side looking at her shape. "Justin you wish you was shape like this."

"A soda can? No ma'am." He said making her laugh

Kingsley grabbed her makeup bag and went in the bathroom to quickly do her makeup and hair. "What you want?" Justin said in the room.

"I didn't come in here for you." She heard Royce voice. He enters the bathroom. "I see you ready for the night."

"Yea I'm almost done." She said blending in her foundation. He stood behind her watching her pat makeup in her face. Her heart beat sped up as chills ran through her body. "What?" She asked.

"Nothing." He said.

"Oh and don't think I forgot about earlier. Why did you tell that lady I was your wife?" She made a face.

"I thought it was funny. She got a lil crush on me anyways." He said.

"Uh uh why you all up in her space like that." Justin enter the bathroom. He pushes Royce to the side. "Don't be all on her back like that."

"Keep your hands to yourself." Royce pushed him. "When you going home?"

"I'm going with y'all." He said. "Y'all always leave me out. I want to go party too."

"You can't ride with us, plus ain't nobody invite you." He said.

"Yes he can." She said. "I would like him to go." Justin gave him the middle finger as Kingsley shakes her head.

"I'll be downstairs waiting for you only." He said mushing Justin before walking out the bathroom.

"I'll beat that hoe ass." He said making her laugh. "He like you though."

"He just have a very flirty personality." She said. "Plus I wouldn't take him seriously."

"Friend trust me when I tell you he likes you. I'm seeing the way he look at you, taking you on hella dates throughout the day. He fucking with you." He said. "Plus you mentioned he took you to therapy this morning and stay with you the whole time."

"I wouldn't be able to take take him seriously." She chuckled. "First off he kidnaps women and make them strippers. If that ain't crazy I don't know what it is. Secondly doesn't he have a thing with Amber?"

"No he would bring her back to New York for business wise. Royce was trying to start a Doll Residency here in New York but he figured it would be too much to handle. Amber was just someone he needed to tag along with him and help him out."

"That's it?" She asked. He nodded his head. "Why everybody made it seem like they had a sexual relationship going on?"

"Because people go off based on what they hear." He said "Royce ain't never laid down with her. From what he tells me."

"I don't know Royce gives me sneaky but is a gentlemen to cover up him being sneaky." She said making him laugh. "You know? Like he puts on a front."

"Friend all jokes aside he like you. I wouldn't tell you wrong about him. Royce ain't like that. He is not the sneaky type. I've witnessed his past relationships. He's a good man Savannah."

"Get on." She laughed.

Later on that night everyone was in the club having fun. Royce got everyone in the VIP section. "We got to hang out more this is so fun!" Beverly yelled over the music. "I got to get your number."

Kingsley remembered she didn't have a phone and pretended as if she didn't hear Beverly. Kingsley's arm was grabbed by Royce, he turned her around and leaned down to her ear. "Take a shot." He said holding a bottle of Casamigo's.

She opens her mouth and tilted her head bed and he pour a shot. She made a sour face and swallowed the liquor.

Kingsley danced with Beverly and Queen. "We got to take a shot!" Drunk Fallen stumbles over to the group.

"I already took one I'm good!" Kingsley shakes her head.

"Wasn't taking to you!" Fallen rolled her eyes. "Wasn't nobody talking to her!"She said to Queen.

"You drunk Fallen!" Beverly said. "Maybe you need to sit down."

"Fuck that bitch I'm up." She danced with a bottle in the air. "Man watch out." She squeezed herself between Kingsley and Queen. Kingsley pushed her into Queen. Queen stumbled and caught herself and Fallen.

"Say excuse me bitch!" Kingsley frowned and walked away.

Meanwhile Royce was drinking Hennessy straight from the bottle. "Ight bruh chill." Taz told Royce as he watch Royce swaying from side to side. Royce side eye him and ignored him. Taz shrugged and decided to not say anything else to him.

As the night go on Kingsley sat down watch everyone dance and drink. Since Fallen ruined her mood she was ready to go.

It wasn't too long until Queen found Kingsley and sat with her. "You good?" She asked.

"Nah I'm not feeling her." She rolled her eyes. "I didn't mean to push her into you like that. My apologies."

"You straight. She drunk as hell and starting to do too much." She said. "Don't let her ruin your mood though. You still can have fun."

Kingsley shook her head knowing if Fallen came around her again she would loose her cool. "Nah it's ok." She said.

Queen nodded her head. "Are you driving back home?" She asked. Kingsley shook her head. "Well how are you and Royce going to get back home. He's drunk." She laughed.

"No he is not." She said. Justin danced his way over to Queen and Kingsley. He did his Shamar dance in front of them making them laugh.

"Why y'all sitting down! Y'all supposed to be lit!" He said.

"Friend Fallen pissed her off." Queen said.

Justin scoffed and rolled his eyes. "You want me to go say something to her before I go?" He said.

"No it's ok, you about to leave?" Kingsley asked.

Justin nodded his head. "Girl auntie cane be out too late. I'm about to Uber home. The guns and weirdos come out when it's late. Auntie about to go get in her bed. Bye y'all." He said. Just when he was about to walk away a crowd formed in the front of the VIP section.

"Oh yea bye." Justin put down his cup and left.

Queen and Kingsley stood up looking around until Taz came into their eyesight. "It's time to go." He said as the music cut off. All you heard was yelling and people chatting.

People started to exit the night club due to the small altercation in the VIP section.

Queen and Kingsley waited outside by Royce's car. "What the hell happened?" Kingsley asked.

"I don't even know." She said. "I know they better hurry up. I'm not trying to be caught up between any mess."

It wasn't too long until Taz and Rell came out the club with Royce who mad. "Give me my keys bruh." Royce demanded. "Where my phone- word to my mother everybody is about to blow me."

"Nah you need to get to ass in that passenger seat and chill out." Rell unlocked the car. "You shut down the club tonight. How you feel?"

"Good as hell." He said making Queen and Kingsley laugh.

"Y'all get home safe." Queen said before walking to her car. Rell walked over to Kingsley and gave her the keys.

"Ya boy trippin. Here's his phone and stuff." He gave her all of Royce belongings. "Drive safe." She nodded her head watching him walk away with Taz. She gets in the car and push the start button.

"You might as well let me drive." He slurred. "You don't even know where to go."

"Let me use your GPS ." She grabbed his phone. "Unlock it." He side eye her then snatched his phone. He typed in his address before giving her back the phone.

The drive back to Royce place was all giggles and laughs. Kingsley couldn't help but to laugh at his nonsense. Every time he spoke he would burp and change the subject mid sentence.

Once the arrived Kingsley got out the car and gave the keys to the Valet. She rushed the the other side and opened the door for Royce.

He got out the confidently then stumbled. She grabbed his phone and closed the door. "You don't need to drink no more. You too big to assist." She said.

"Big?" He scoffed. "Who big? I'm only 6'5."

"Exactly you too big." She said watching him not walk straight. She giggled as they walk in the building.

They went straight to the elevator. "Put in your code so we can go up." She told him.

He leaned over to closely looking at the numbers on the key pad before punching in the code. The elevator doors close and went up.

Royce continues to burp and cover his mouth. "You got to throw up turn the over way please." She said with all seriousness.

"I'm good." He waved her off. "Ain't nobody fucking with me." He said making her laugh. "What's funny?"

"That liquor is." she said. "You can't even walk straight." He shrugged his shoulder and leaned on the wall.

"I'm ready to go back outside." He fixed his shirt. "Where the bottles at?"

"No you got to lay down." She said as the elevator stopped. "Ain't no more drinking."

"Who? I'm ready." He sooth out his shirt. The elevator doors opens.

They stepped off the elevator, Kingsley took off her shoes watching him lay down on the floor. "But you ready to go back outside." She shakes her head.

"Yea I'm ready." He said. "Let me know."

She goes upstairs to the guest room and quickly unzipped out the corset finally being able to breathe. She threw on a T shirt. She goes back downstairs to Royce still on the floor.

"You going to sleep here?" She asked.

"I don't know." He as he got up from the floor. "Wait- I did not see you all night. Where you was at?"

"I was at the club with you. I was with Queen and Beverly." She said. He covered his mouth. "Go to the trash!" She yelled.

He burped then side eye her. "Who are you yelling at?" He walked towards the stairs.

He starts to walk normal up the stairs then he started to crawl. He stood up reaching the top of the staircase.

She followed him into his room. He goes to the bathroom and shuts the door. She giggled and sat on the bed with his phone in her hands she reads the notifications. Hearing the toilet flush and the sink turn on and she turned off his phone

Royce came out the bathroom wiping his hand on his jeans. He walked toward Kingsley and grabbed his phone out her hands. "You feel better?" She asked.

"I guess." He shrugged going through his notifications. "What you about to do?" He asked sitting his phone down on the night stand.

He stood over her. "I'm going to go to sleep. In the other room." She said.

"Sleep? It ain't time to go to sleep." He said. "Why you tryna leave me by myself?"

He leaned down to her kiss lips. "You're grown you can sleep by yourself." She said.

He climbed on top of her grabbing both her legs. "You can sleep in here with me." He kissed down her neck. "I want you to stay with me."
