"There! I see them again"

The afternoon sun cast dappled patterns through the canopy of the dense forest as Bheem, Arjun, and Chitrangada cautiously followed the trail of peculiar footprints. The forest seemed to hold its breath, as if it knew the secret the footprints held.

Bheem, a seasoned tracker, furrowed his brow as he examined the unusual marks in the soft earth.

Bheem :- These footprints are like none I've ever seen before, they seem to disappear and reappear at random intervals.

He said, his voice tinged with curiosity and concern.

Arjun :- You're right, bhrata. They vanish as if the creature could fly or disappear into thin air.

Chitrangada :- This one sure is a long trail, seems like it's leading somewhere.

They glanced at each other before nodding in agreement and following it.

Their hearts pounded as they weighed the risks of venturing into the unknown, but their shared thirst for knowledge and bravery propelled them forward.

As Bheem, Arjun, and Chitrangada ventured deeper into the dense forest, an eerie stillness settled around them. The normally vibrant and lively woods now seemed haunted by an unspoken fear, as if nature itself held its breath in anticipation. Shafts of sunlight struggled to pierce the thick canopy, casting long, sinister shadows on the forest floor.

Occasionally, eerie sounds echoed through the dense woods - the hoot of an owl, the rustle of unseen creatures, and the haunting call of a distant predator. Their nerves were on edge, but the trio pressed on, undeterred.

The trail of peculiar footprints was like a puzzle that refused to be solved, leading them deeper into the heart of the forest, where ancient trees stood tall and imposing, their gnarled roots seeming to grasp at any intruders who dared to trespass. The air grew colder, and an inexplicable sense of being watched sent shivers down their spines.

Occasionally, the rustling of leaves and the distant calls of unseen creatures made them jump. The ominous silence was broken only by the occasional haunting hoot of an owl, echoing through the trees like a foreboding warning.

As they followed the trail, the forest became a maze of thick undergrowth, making each step a struggle. The footprints led them over fallen logs, through muddy patches, and across small streams, as if the creature they pursued had the ability to effortlessly navigate the treacherous terrain.

The sunlight, once their only source of comfort, now seemed to mock them as it played tricks with the shadows, creating twisted and distorted shapes that seemed to move on their own. The forest's canopy, so dense that even midday felt like twilight, added to the mounting suspense, leaving them with a constant sense of uncertainty.

Unseen eyes seemed to peer out from the darkness, and a low, haunting hum resonated in the air.

As they moved deeper into the forest, they encountered strange rock formations that appeared almost like ancient altars, remnants of a forgotten past. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and decaying vegetation, hinting at the passage of time that the forest had witnessed.

The trail of footprints eventually led them to the mouth of the mysterious underground cave. It yawned before them like the gaping maw of a monstrous creature, inviting them to enter its depths, yet warning them of the dangers that lay within.

They exchanged anxious glances, the weight of the unknown bearing down on them. Their breaths were visible in the chilled air, adding to the atmosphere of suspense that surrounded them.

Chitrangada :- So it a cave, could whatever made these prints be hiding inside ?

Bheem :- Let's find out.

And he entered the cave first. Inside the cave's mouth, the darkness enveloped them like a heavy cloak. Bheem struck a torch, illuminating the cave's interior with flickering light. The walls seemed to close in on them, and the air felt heavy with anticipation.

Arjun :- We should proceed with caution.

He advised, his hand resting on his bow, ready to draw an arrow if needed.

As they ventured deeper into the cave, they noticed strange markings on the walls - ancient symbols and drawings they couldn't decipher. The cave seemed to be a relic of a forgotten time, holding secrets beyond their understanding.

The faint echoes of dripping water and the distant sounds of unknown creatures reverberated through the cave, heightening their senses. The air was thick and heavy, carrying an ancient energy that seemed to press upon them from all sides.

Their footfalls echoed, creating an unsettling symphony that seemed to blend with the cave's mysterious aura.

In this haunting setting, they pressed on, knowing that whatever secrets the cave held could forever change their lives. The suspense hung in the air like a palpable force, urging them onward, deeper into the enigmatic heart of the forest and the unknown wonders that awaited them.

A soft glow emanated from the depths of the cave, drawing them further in. It was then they spotted a glimmering pool of water reflecting the cave's glow. Bheem crouched beside it, examining the water's surface.

Bheem :- These footprints continue into the water, it seems this cave holds more mysteries than we anticipated.

Chitrangada leaned over Bheem's shoulder, peering into the water.

Chitrangada :- Could there be an underwater passage leading to another chamber ?

The trio exchanged curious glances, and without a second thought, they waded into the pool, following the elusive footprints into the unknown depths.

As they swam through the dark waters, they felt an otherworldly presence surround them, a sensation they couldn't quite comprehend. The journey through the submerged passage felt like an eternity, but eventually, the trio emerged from the dark waters, their clothes clinging to their bodies, their breaths heavy with the anticipation of what lay ahead. The underground chamber greeted them with its mesmerizing bioluminescent plants, casting an eerie glow on the walls that seemed to dance with life.

As they marveled at the strange beauty of the chamber, the sound of water splashing drew their attention to a figure sitting at a distance. A chill ran down their spines as they saw a four-armed demon, its back turned to them, relishing a piece of meat with grotesque delight.

Bheem tightened his grip on his mace, his heart pounding with a mixture of fear and determination. The demon, unaware of their presence, took a few moments before sensing intruders in its domain. Slowly, it turned to face them, its malevolent eyes locking onto theirs.

Demon :- Who dares disturb my feast ?

Demon growled, its voice a guttural and sinister. Bheem stepped forward, his mace raised in defiance.

Bheem :- We seek answers and will not be intimidated by your darkness.

He declared, his voice steady despite the fear that gnawed at him.

The demon let out a sinister laugh, its multiple arms flexing with unnatural strength.

Demon :- Answers, you say ? I have none for you, mortals. Leave this place or face your doom!

But Bheem, Arjun, and Chitrangada stood their ground, knowing that they couldn't turn back now. The eerie symbols on the walls seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy, urging them to fight on.

With a thunderous battle cry, Bheem charged at the demon, his mace crashing against one of the demon's arms. The fight was fierce, a dance of shadow and light as Bheem's mace and the demon's four arms clashed with deadly force.

As Bheem stepped forward to face the demon, a charged silence fell upon the chamber. His grip on the mace tightened, and his eyes locked onto the malevolent creature before him. Arjun and Chitrangada stood ready, arrows notched and blades drawn, ready to aid him if needed.

The demon met his attack head-on, its four arms moving with blinding speed to counter Bheem's strikes. The clash of their weapons echoed through the chamber, a symphony of violence that sent tremors through the very walls.

Bheem's muscles strained as he pushed back against the demon's immense strength. Each blow from the mace was met with a bone-rattling parry from the demon's arms, causing sparks to fly in every direction. The fight seemed like an impossible feat, a contest between human resilience and supernatural malevolence.

Despite the odds, Bheem's determination burned like a raging fire. He focused his mind, tapping into the strength that had earned him his reputation as a mighty warrior. With a burst of raw power, he forced the demon to take a step back.

The tide of the battle began to turn in Bheem's favor. He attacked with relentless fury, his mace finding gaps in the demon's defense, landing heavy blows that rattled its monstrous form. Each strike brought them closer to victory, but the demon was not about to submit easily.

With a sinister grin, the demon unleashed a barrage of attacks, its arms moving in a whirlwind of motion. Bheem defended himself with skill and grace, his reflexes honed from years of battles. His muscles ached, and beads of sweat dripped down his forehead, but he pushed on, refusing to yield.

As the fight reached its climax, Bheem saw an opening. He swung his mace with all his might, catching the demon off guard. The mace connected with its torso, and a deafening crack reverberated through the chamber. The demon stumbled backward, its malevolent grin faltering for a moment.

Bheem seized the opportunity, charging at the demon with renewed vigor. He landed a series of brutal blows, weakening the creature with each strike. With one final, mighty swing, he struck the demon's legs, sending it crashing to the ground.

The chamber trembled as the demon let out a howl of pain and fury. Bheem, fueled by determination and adrenaline, saw his chance to end the battle. With a primal roar, he delivered the decisive blow, smashing the mace into the demon's head with bone-crushing force.

The demon's form convulsed, and its life slowly faded away. Bheem's heart pounded as he stood over the defeated creature, its once fierce eyes now dim and lifeless.

As the trio caught their breath, they turned their attention to the strange symbols on the chamber walls. The symbols seemed to shift and change, as if alive with an ancient energy. They couldn't decipher their meaning, but they felt a profound sense of reverence and mystery surrounding them.

Chitrangada :- This place holds secrets beyond our understanding.

Chitrangada whispered, her voice tinged with awe, Arjun nodded in agreement.

Arjun :- Indeed. These symbols seem to be a key to the secrets hidden in this forest.

But their moment of contemplation was interrupted as the sound of water splashing caught their attention once more, a familiar humanly voice echoed through the air.

"Now slowly step out and don't even think of trying something stupid, my arrow is 1000 times faster than your feet"

They turned towards the source of the voice, their eyes wide with trepidation. But the sudden darkness engulfed the chamber, hiding the speaker's identity. Their hearts pounded, and a new sense of uncertainty gripped them.

Amrit followed the trail of strange footprints, each step a careful dance between curiosity and caution. The forest seemed to shift around him, its vibrant hues muted by an eerie mist that clung to the ancient trees like a ghostly shroud. The air felt charged with an otherworldly energy, and the rustling of leaves seemed like whispers from the hidden guardians of the woods.

His keen eyes scanned the undergrowth, searching for any sign that would lead him to the magical herb. The footprints were his only guide, and he trusted their enigmatic path to guide him toward his goal.

As he ventured deeper, the forest's canopy thickened, casting a twilight gloom that obscured the trail ahead. Shafts of pale sunlight struggled to penetrate the dense foliage, painting the forest floor with patches of light and shadow.

Amrit's senses heightened as he felt a subtle change in the air. The footprints had disappeared, but he noticed something peculiar - three fresh human footprints going along the same trail. It was as if fate had intervened, revealing the presence of others who had walked this path before him.

The trail led him further into the heart of the forest, where ancient trees loomed like sentinels, their twisted roots intertwining with the forest floor. The air grew colder, and the sounds of nature seemed to hush, creating an atmosphere of suspense that sent shivers down his spine.

Amrit encountered obstacles along the way - treacherous terrains, fallen branches, and tangled vines that tested his resilience.

Amidst the dense vegetation, he occasionally glimpsed strange flickers of light - fleeting glimpses of the bioluminescent plants that adorned the forest like stars in the night sky. The ethereal glow added to the sense of wonder and danger that permeated the woods.

Amrit stood at the mouth of the underground cave, his breaths shallow and heart pounding with anticipation. His mission was clear - to find the elusive magical herb hidden deep within this mysterious forest. The trail of strange footprints had led him this far, but the darkness that veiled the cave's entrance sent a shiver down his spine.

He stepped into the cave, a torch in hand to illuminate the mysterious depths. The walls bore the same enigmatic symbols he had encountered before, their intricate carvings pulsating with an energy that seemed to mirror the forest's heartbeat.

As he ventured further, the sound of water splashing echoed through the chamber. It caught his attention, urging him to follow its call. The sudden darkness engulfed the cave, but Amrit's instincts kept him alert, bow drawn and senses on high alert.

He raised the string of his bow upto his ear, aiming the arrow in front of him, ready to attack at the slightest moment.

Amrit :- Whoever is hiding there, and I know you are there, so don't pretend like you can get away. And don't even think of trying something stupid, my arrow is a thousand times quicker than your feet.

"I've waited for this moment... for so long"

Just when he was about to release his arrow into the darkness, a figure emerged - a warrior carrying a blood-stained mace on his shoulder. The dim light revealed the face of Bheem, the legendary hero whose tales had reached Amrit's ears.

Amrit found himself at a crossroads, his journey intertwining with those of Bheem and the mysterious voice that awaited them in the shadows.

Amrit :- What are you doing here ?

He held his hands strong and ready.

Bheem :- I could ask the same question, what are you! doing here.

Amrit :- But I asked first, so answer, or else...

Before he could complete, another set of footsteps approached them.

"But the fact is, we arrived here before you, so we should be the one to ask questions first"

Arjun stepped out, holding his bow high aimed at Amrit, though both of them knew the arrows won't be going loose. Bheem put his mace down, folding his arms.

Bheem :- And we have uncovered some dark activities going on here, in which, we now assume you have a part.

Amrit :- What's going on ? What activities ?

Bheem :- Nope, you answer our question, what is going on and what are you doing here ?

Amrit :- How can I know that ? I stepped in here for the first time.

"Who gave you information about this place, you can't be happening to pass by and thought to have a visit"

Another voice spoke to him from the darkness, this time, it was a feminine voice as he heard another set of footsteps come towards him.

Chitrangada finally came out, she didn't felt the need to raise her sword as the atmosphere seemed familiar between the men.

Amrit :- How many of you are here ? Can't you show yourselves all at once.

Arjun :- If you wanna keep ignoring our questions, fine, but you won't get any answers before you respond to our queries.

Amrit :- I've been told that at this place, a magical herb is kept hidden by asurs.

Chitrangada :- We can also talk after lowering our weapons. Unless you're both planning to kill each other.

Bheem :- I'd love to.

Amrit glared at him before releasing a heavy sigh and put his arrow back in his quiver.

Arjun :- So, what about that magical herb you were saying.

As he spoke, Amrit noticed something peculiar. The strange symbols etched on the walls, which had been enigmatic to Bheem and his companions, held a certain familiarity to him. A sense of clarity washed over him as he gazed at the symbols. It was as if he could understand their ancient language, a skill he didn't know he possessed.

Amrit :- I can read these symbols, my teacher had taught me about them, but I never realized I had the ability to understand their meaning until now.

Bheem and the others exchanged curious glances, intrigued by Amrit's revelation.

Chitrangada :- What do they say ?

She asked, her curiosity piqued.

Amrit focused his attention on the carvings, his eyes scanning the intricate patterns.

Amrit :- These symbols narrate a tale of a great war fought between the Devs and Asurs. The Gods held the upper hand, and the Asurs faced defeat. In their desperation, Asurguru Sukracharya produced these magical herbs to heal and strengthen the Asurs, preparing them for war once more.

He paused, and the gravity of the story weighed on the warriors.

Amrit :- After the war ended and peace was established, Asurguru hid the last piece of the magical herb here in this very cave, so that it wouldn't fall into the hands of Devs. Over the centuries, the herb may have lost much of its potency, but it still holds ancient power.

Bheem :- Why do you need that herb ?

Chitrangada :- And who sent you here ?

Amrit :- It has nothing to do with you, I was just told to bring it and that's it, I don't know anything else.

Amrit's arrogant reply raised suspicions among the trio, and Chitrangada's question about who sent him and why he needed the magical herb hung in the air like a silent challenge.

And when he tried to proceed ahead, Arjun held him arm, daring his to move.

Amrit :- I don't know who she is or what her motives are.

He said with a hint of annoyance.

Amrit :- She just told me to find the magical herb and bring it to her in Hastinapur.

Bheem :- She ? Who is this 'she' ?

Amrit tried to free his arm but Arjun's grip on his arm tightened, and his steely gaze bore into the other warrior's eyes.

Arjun :- We won't let you take the herb until you reveal everything. The forest's secrets demand truth, not deceit.

Amrit sighed, realizing that he couldn't escape their scrutiny.

Amrit :- A guest has arrived in Hastinapur, a relative of Gandhar Raj Shakuni. She claims her brother is suffering from a rare disease, and she needs this herb to cure him.

Chitrangada :- And is this guest an Asur? This herb was meant to aid them in war.

Amrit's expression remained impassive, he did his best to portray himself clueless.

Amrit :- I gave you all the information I have. I don't know anything else.

Amrit freed his arm and resumed his search for the magical herb, determined to fulfill his mission despite the tense atmosphere. The trio glanced at each other, unsure of what to make of the situation, but they decided to follow Amrit, vigilant and cautious

Deeper into the cave, they reached a dark chamber that seemed to be the end of their journey. A soft, ethereal glow emanated from a radiant magical herb, nestled amidst the shadows. Its aura held a mesmerizing allure, like a beacon of hope in the darkness.

Amrit's eyes widened with awe as he approached the herb. Its beauty and power were beyond his expectations, and he reached out to touch it.

It began to glow even more as if this was the touch it waited for so long. He plucked all the leaves carefully and put them in a bag he had tied to his waist.

Arjun :- You still sure you don't know anything about the guest in Hastinapur.

Amrit :- I already told you all I know, if you want more information, go and talk to her yourself.

He said and left the chamber, ignoring others' gazes and exited the cave, the trio behind him.

As they emerged from the cave and back into the daylight, the mysteries of the forest remained unresolved, leaving them with more questions than answers.

In the distance, Hastinapur awaited them, and with it, the strange guest whose intentions remained shrouded in uncertainty. The magical herb glowed with a promise of hope and healing, but the true test of its power and purpose had only just begun.

Sahdev sat on a sturdy wooden chair perched atop a grassy hill, the sprawling landscape stretching out before him. Under the comforting shade of an ancient banyan tree, he observed the relentless construction of the dam. Over a thousand workers toiled diligently, their voices mingling with the rhythmic sounds of hammers, chisels, and other tools. Each worker played a crucial role in turning the vision of the dam into reality, but it was Sahdev's responsibility to oversee the grand undertaking.

Gazing up at the sky, Sahdev saw the signs of the approaching monsoon season. Dense clouds gathered, carried by the cool monsoon winds, and he could feel the moisture in the air. A few days ago, the heavens had graced the land with rain, rejuvenating the parched earth. Now, the weather threatened to turn again, though the occasional sun rays fought to break through the veil of clouds.

As Sahdev sighed, a mixture of contentment and worry filled his heart. The dam construction had been progressing well, but the unpredictable monsoon loomed over the kingdom like an unpredictable adversary. The rains could bring blessings, but they could also wreak havoc with floods if not controlled.

He watched the workers, their faces lined with sweat and determination, making sure they were safe and adequately supplied. The responsibilities weighed heavily on his shoulders, as he understood that the welfare of his people depended on the successful completion of the dam.

Sahdev considered possible scenarios thoughtfully. Halting the construction might be prudent, but it would delay the completion of the dam, leaving the kingdom vulnerable to potential flooding. He couldn't afford to compromise his people's safety.

He returned his gaze to the horizon, his mind a whirlwind of thoughts and plans. The dam was crucial for the prosperity of his kingdom, but nature's unpredictability was a formidable force.

The cool monsoon winds caressed his face, bringing a sense of tranquility amidst the storm of concerns in his mind. Despite the looming challenges, Sahdev found solace in knowing that he was doing his best for his people.

As the sun intermittently played hide-and-seek with the clouds, fatigue began to catch up with Sahdev. The rhythmic sounds of construction and the cool breeze lulled him into a state of drowsiness. His eyelids grew heavy, and before he knew it, he had dozed off, his worries momentarily forgotten as he sought respite in a short, well-deserved rest under the watchful eyes of the banyan tree.

Flashback =>

"The same story is there too, missing people, no clue, everyone is frightened to go in the woods and all that crap..."

Arjun said as he leaned back on his chair, folding his arms. Other four brothers, who sat around a circular table, sighed, this isn't what they expected to hear from each other. But Draupadi had different thoughts, she kinda felt pity for the people as to how poorly these kingdoms were managed and were barely surviving, with a threat of war always looming over. Pallavi kept observing their expressions, concluding that none of them had any idea about how to proceed further.

Draupadi :- If that is the case...

She said, garnering everyone's attention.

Draupadi :- We can't fully trust them to complete the investigation and report to us. We'll have to do it ourselves.

Devika, who sat silently untill now, decided to speak.

Devika :- But that will be like interfering with their personal matters and their way of doing things, won't it seem as if we're stepping out of line.

Pallavi :- Yeah, it will, atleast to some extent.

Draupadi :- We'll just do what's required and leave the rest upto them. If there's really something wrong with that forest, bhrata Bheem, bhrata Arjun, do you mind going there and checking it out.

Arjun :- Not at all.

Bheem :- I'd mind if I didn't went there to investigate.

Draupadi :- Good, then, bhrata Nakul and bhrata Sahdev will have to leave for Anga and supervise the work for dam and check for the medicines being imported. You won't be taking any other job than this, and when done, return here at the earliest.

Though her idea seemed reasonable, it did take quite a long discussion for all of them to feel convinced agreeing to it.

Flashback ends.

Sahdev's eyes fluttered open at the sound of a gentle voice calling his name. There stood Princess Pristi, concern etched on her face as she had come to check on him. She expressed her worry, suggesting that he should have rested in the palace chamber if he felt tired. A grateful smile tugged at the corners of Sahdev's lips.

Sahdev :- I appreciate your concern, Pristi, but I found solace in this tranquil place. The pleasant nature and cool weather have a way of easing one's worries.

The princess nodded, accepting his explanation, and then extended an invitation.

Pristi :- Well, in that case, why don't you accompany me for some tea ? I'm sure it will be refreshing after a day of overseeing the construction.

Sahdev couldn't resist her genuine offer, and he found himself walking alongside her back towards the palace. The awkward silence that followed was soon broken by Sahdev inquiring about her brother's health. She shared that his fever had subsided, but he still needed ample rest as the wounds on his knees would take time to heal.

As they strolled through the picturesque surroundings, a certain warmth filled the air between them. Sahdev found himself drawn to Pristi's kind and caring nature, and she, in turn, felt a sense of ease and comfort in his presence. They exchanged casual banter, trying to divert their thoughts from the newfound connection they felt.

After a few moments of playful teasing, Sahdev mustered the courage to broach a more delicate topic.

Sahdev :- Pristi, are you sure you will be okay ? You don't have to bear everything on your own. If you ever feel like talking or need a friend to lean on, I'll always be here for you.

The princess met his gaze with a soft smile, her eyes revealing a glimmer of gratitude.

Pristi :- Thank you, Sahdev. Your offer means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate your support. I know it will take time, but I'll manage somehow.

Unbeknownst to both of them, the connection they shared was growing stronger with each passing moment. The beauty of nature surrounding them seemed to echo the burgeoning feelings in their hearts, as if the world itself approved of the love story that was slowly unfolding.

As they continued their walk, the enchanting landscape seemed to bloom with happiness, matching the emotions within them. The wind carried whispers of romance, and the rustling leaves seemed to dance with joy, bearing witness to the unspoken bond between the two.

With every step they took, the walls around their hearts crumbled, making way for a connection that neither Sahdev nor Pristi could ignore. Though unspoken, the mutual understanding and affection were palpable, and they found solace in each other's presence.

Under the sprawling canopy of a majestic Banyan tree, nestled deep within the heart of the forest, a figure sat in profound meditation. The man's handsome features were complemented by an aura that spoke of strength and valor rather than the serenity expected of a sage. Upon closer observation, it became evident that this was Karn.

The cold weather was quiet bearable for him, as he had spent many years enduring harsher conditions on battlefields and during his rigorous training. The forest's dense canopy normally blocked the cold winds, but today, even the slightest breeze seemed to pass through. It was as if nature itself wanted to test the endurance of this mighty warrior.

But Karn did not flinch; his unwavering focus remained fixed on his devotion. Perhaps the occasional rays of sun that fell on him when the leaves swayed in the breeze provided him with enough warmth, or maybe his warrior physique was simply accustomed to such weather deviations.

As the sun dipped lower in the sky, casting a golden hue over the forest, the symphony of nature played its evening melody. Birds serenaded the setting sun with their sweet melodies, while squirrels chased each other playfully among the branches. The soft rustling of leaves served as a soothing backdrop to Karn's meditation, creating an ambiance of serenity that belied the warrior's reputation.

As the day transitioned to night, the last rays of sunlight bathed the scene in a warm glow. Slowly, Karn opened his eyes, his gaze encompassing the beauty of the forest around him. The chill in the air intensified, but the warrior's body was attuned to enduring harsher conditions.

Rising gracefully, stretching his well-toned limbs, Karn reached for his bag, which leaned against the tree next to his trusty bow and quiver. To his surprise, he found a small offering of neatly washed berries carefully placed on a leaf near his belongings. It was no accident; someone had left this thoughtful gift for him. He couldn't help but chuckle as he recognized the touch of mischief in this thoughtful gesture.

The tiny footprints near the berries provided all the clues he needed. They belonged to none other than Mira. The little girl who he had met a day before when he went to fetch water from a nearby river.

Karn settled down beside the berries, a glimmer of happiness dancing in his eyes. He allowed himself to bask in the warmth of the affectionate gesture.

In a world defined by battles and conquests, Karn found solace in these small acts of kindness, a reminder of the harmony that could exist between man and nature.

As he prepared to leave the sacred space beneath the Banyan tree, Karn couldn't help but feel a sense of peace and rejuvenation. The moon's silvery light bathed the forest floor, casting ethereal shadows among the trees. With each step he took, the symphony of nature accompanied him, guiding his path through the wilderness.

As he ventured deeper into the forest, the stars began to twinkle above him, and a crescent moon adorned the night sky. The sounds of nature accompanied him on his journey, guiding him through the wilderness with an aura of peace and protection.

And so, Karn's connection with the forest and its mystical inhabitants continued.

In the fading light of the evening, Princess Awantika sat in her chamber, reading the letter from Nakul. The news of Karn's exile weighed heavily on her heart.

" My Dearest Awantika,

As I sit here, penning down these words, I find my heart heavy with the news I must share with you. My elder brother, Karn, has been exiled from Indraprasth due to unforeseen circumstances that I wish I could explain to you in person. A letter feels inadequate to convey the complexities of the situation.

I must express my deepest apologies for the postponement of our marriage. I understand how eagerly we both looked forward to this union, but circumstances beyond our control have intervened. Please believe me when I say that my love and commitment to you remain unwavering.

Awantika, you are the beacon of light in my life, and your strength and understanding will guide us through this challenging time. I know that you will bear this burden with grace, just as you have always carried yourself with dignity.

Until the day we can meet and discuss everything face to face, I will cherish the memories we shared and find solace in the thought of our future together. I am counting the days until we can be reunited.

I pray for your well-being and happiness. If there is anything you need or if you wish to share your thoughts with me, please know that I am here, even if we are physically apart.

With all my love and longing,

Nakul. " Maharani Sanjana entered and placed a comforting hand on her daughter's shoulder.

Sanjana :- My dear, how do you feel about this situation? Your marriage with Prince Nakul will have to be postponed due to his brother's exile.

Awantika :- Mata, I know it's difficult, but I believe things will eventually be fine. Nakul has always been composed in difficult times. We can wait.

As the orange glow from the sunset touched her face, Awantika walked towards the window, taking a deep breath of the fresh evening air.

Sanjana :- What do you wish to do next, my child ?

Awantika :- I want to visit the temple of Goddess Chamunda in the nearby village and seek her blessings during these trying times.

Sanjana granted her permission and inquired about informing her father about the situation.

Awantika :- I'd rather you do it, Mother. I don't feel up for any confrontation now.

Sanjana left the chamber after embracing her daughter tightly. Awantika watched her leave and as the door closed, a tear rolled down her cheek, her gaze turning towards the sky.
