Greyson was staring at me.

Holy mother of gods.

Do not forget to breath, Isabella, do not forget to breath. Okay okay, I can do this.

Greyson was still staring at me, talking to Rio while keeping his eyes focused on mine. He was the first one to broke our little moment when Rodrigo slapped his cheek. Ugh, not the righy time bro

I decided to try ignore him and I walked to the girls.

"Girls, this is Isabella, newest member and captain!" Coach said happily.

"How do we even know she's good enough to be captain?" A red haired girl asked. She wasn't saying it like an insult, but more like an actual question.

"After training we'll discuss if you all think she is fit to be captian. Now I want two teams, lil Castillo team one, Anderson team two!"

{A/N Anderson is the last name of Victoria, I forgot to mention that :)}

A lot of girls wanted to play against me, so they could test me but some girls wanted to play with me, seeing how I would hand the leadership. Eventually Victoria had to send a few girls in my team and I started to notice that some girl's attention was on my brothers and their friends. Ugh horny teenagers.

I whistled on my fingers to gather my team's attention and signed to stand in a circle. I saw in the corner that I also gather the attention of my brothers and I had to held back a chuckle at their idiotic faces. We laid our arms at each other's shoulders and our head pointed forward.

"Okay, I know you we don't know each other that well so I need a fast round of names." They all nod.

"Brooke." A tall girl with two long black braids said.

"Sam." A short brunette said.

"Sky." A girl with pink hair said.

"Nicole."

"Daisy."

"Terry."

"Bianca."

"Ariel."

I made mental notes and repeated their names until I knew them by heart.

"Okay, do we have one of every position here?"

"Yes." They all told me their posistions and I told them I would first watch so I could see who what can do and can't do. They agreed and we faced Victoria's team. Coach whistled and the game started. Vitoria was immediately on the lead and passed the ball constantly around. I backed away and watched the others play.

Sky's good at dodging but needs more speed

Sam is fast as fuck but isn't good in defence

Brooke is amazing in defence but needs work on her dodging

I've seen enough.

Victoria managed to score and I heard crowd cheer. Since when were there so many people watching us?

I looked behind me and saw almost every senior was watching us play. I looked at Riccardo and he winked at me. I smiled at him and gave him a quick nod.

"Alright Isabella! Your turn now!" Sky yelled. I ran to the centre and took in my position.

"Sky, Brooke, Sam, stay close to me." I whispered and Victoria passed the ball. I ran up to a brunentte and just like I expected they passed the ball to her. I managed to take the ball and immediately started running the other way. Sky, Sam and Brooke running close behind me. Victoria started to yell orders and her defence came at me.

"Sky, take over! Brooke defence with me!" I yelled and passed the ball to Sky. Me and Brooke took care of defence and I saw that Sky was losing concentration and she was about to lose the ball to Victoria.

"Sam, step in! Get ready for handover!" Sam started to sprint and I turned around.

"Nicole, Daisy, Ariel, back up the others and stay in the centre!" With that being said I started to sprint to Sam. When I was in the clear she passed the ball, I sprinted to the goal and yelled Sam signed Sam to do a double pass.

Just when I was about to score, I passed the ball to Sam and she passed it right back what made it easier to score. I didn't hesitate and kicked the ball right in the goal and my team started to cheer.

This went on and on and the final stand was 2-3 for us. My team forced me into a group hug and they all high fived me. I jogged over to Victoria and we shook hands and smiled at each other.

"Nice game Bella. You're going to do amazing as captain and the team loves you!" We gave each other a bro hug before walking to coach.

"That was amazing lil Castillo. I see that your brothers invited the whole senior year, that's good for the audience." She smiled kindly to me.

"Wait, you're a Castillo?" Sky asked me.

"Well someone needs to be able to slap them without getting hurt." I shrugged and everyone chuckled.

"I like her." Sky tells no one in particular.

"So, is lil Castillo allowed to be captain?" Coach asked them.

"Hell yeah!."

"Is that even a question?"

"Duhh."

"Wasn't that already obvious?"

I couldn't help but smile and side hugged Victoria. I whispered a small 'thank you for everything' and she whispered a 'always' back.

"Alright, Isabella, I saw you look at everyone in the beginning, I also saw your pretty little head thinking. Mind to tell us your ideas?"

"Sky needs to work on her speed even the she's amazing at dodging. Sam can help her with her speed while Sam needs more training in defence. I think Brooke will do the job and Sky needs to help Brooke with dodging. The teamwork is great, amazing even, I think you need to focus on individually skills."

"It's just a suggestion, I mean Daisy could work on her passes and Terry needs to be more confident. Then everything will fall in place in the matches."

"I thinks that's an amazing idea." Everyone agreed.

"Also, I had this idea for code language, in that case the other team won't know our next move and we have the element of surprise."

"I think that's amazing! I'll work in the individual shemes, you and the rest of the team make a code language. Make more than one so you can switch sometimes." And with that being said the training was done and we all headed to the changing rooms.

"You rock on the fields Isabella!" Brooke said excited.

"And your ideas are fire!" Daisy said excited.

"Would you like to sit with us tomorrow at lunch?" Sky asked. "It's kinda the 'girls soccer team table'."

"Well, I usualy sit with Katie-"

"Bring her along! We don't mind." Victoria said and everyone hummed in response.

"If she says yes, I would love to. Now let's shower because we stink ladies." Laughter was all over the place and we all took a shower after I was done I said goodbye and walked to my brothers.

" 'Sup Isabella." Rio greeted me. I smiled at him.

"How did it go?" Riccardo asked.

"Perfect, thet team likes me." I couldn't stop smiling and I heard a low chuckle.

"I could see that. You're a good leader Isabella, you're going to do amazing." Please don't tell me this was a dream. Did Greyson really just said that to me? Kill me before I embarrase myself.

We locked eyes and I swear time stood still. I couldn't look away and neither could he.

"Anyways, we need to go home. See you guys tomorrow." Riccardo annouced as we broke the eye contact. We said our goodbyes and made our way to the car. The training was absolutely perfect.

I came home and went to my room. Only me and the twins were home as Emilio, Matteo and Lorenzo are going to work until late. I dropped my bag and took a long, hot shower. After I sat on my bed and started doing my homework. After I was done I talked to Katie and told her about the training.

This day was absolutely perfect and I couldn't imagine it any other way. I was practicually smiling from ear to ear. I got up to put my phone in the charger and when I turned back to go back into my bed, a loud gasp left my mouth.

There was blood on my bed.

A lot of blood.

Holy shit, I just had my first period.

Fuck, what am I suppose to do? I never had this talk with my mother! I don't even know where the stuff to fix this lays! How long does it even last? Does it hurt-

Right on that time, cramps took over my stomache and I almost fell to the ground from the pain. I managed to get up and I started panicking.

Their expensive covers are ruined because of me. I hope they won't be mad, they'll understand right?

I started to look for Riccardo but I couldn't find him anywhere. Rodrigo was also gone and panic started to take over more and more my thoughts.

Lorenzo

My eyes went open and I ran as fast as I could with these cramps and looked for my phone. I was crying due all the panic, worry and pain I was in. I finally got to my room and took my phone. With shaky hands I dailed in Lorenzo's number.

Pick up, pick up, pick up.

"Isabella, are you okay?" Thank the freaking gods.

"Lo-lore-lorenzo, the twins g-gone, bl-blood I and cramps" I couldn't even form a sentence and was stuttering the whole time.

"Isabella, take a deep breath for me. Now explain slowly what's going on." his voice was sweet and caring, trying to be patient with me.

"I-I think I j-just got m-my first pe-period. T-the tw-twins are g-gone." I started to cry more as the words left my mouth.

"Mierda, stay where you are cariño, I'm coming to you as fast as possible. Don't worry, we'll find your brothers." I took a deep breath and said a small 'okay'

"I need you to be brave cariño, I need you to stay calm until I'm home, can you do that for me?" He asked and I heard keys and a door close in the background.

"I'll t-try."

"That's all I'm asking, I'll be there with you shortly, I promise." And with that he hang up and I froze in y place.

I need to get the blood out of the sheets before he'll be mad at me. I wanted to look for washing products but my cramps stopped me. I grabbed my stomache in a reflex and took a deep breath.

You can do this Isabella, every woman needs to deal with this.

I ignored the pain and started to look for wash products. After a good five minutes I finally found them and I sprinted back to my room and started to scrub.

It's not coming of.

Frustration turned into tears and I started to sob uncontrollably. I scrubbed and cried but the pain did not go away, neither did the blood.

I heard my door open but I didn't dare to look in Lorenzo's eyes.

"Isabella-. fuck"

"I swear I didn't mean to ruin them! I'll pay them back, I promise please don't be mad at me, I-"

"Shhh, it's okay cariño, they're just sheets." He slowly walks to me, trying not to scare me. When he was close enough he wrapped his arms around me and I started to cry again.

"Come on, let's get you cleaned up." He whiped away my tears and gave me a small smile. He then kissed my forehead and lifted me up in his arms. We walked to the bathroom and he placed me on the counter. He walked out of the room and came back with fresh, black clothes.

He went back out of the room and held out a bag.

"I stopped to buy these, I'll try to explain how to use them, okay?" He said softly while placing a kiss on my forehead again.

"How do you all know this?" I asked with a shaky voice.

"I might have watched a few youtube videos on my way here." He chuckled awkward.

"You drove the wheel and watched your phone?! Lorenzo!" I started to get angry fast.

"Relax cariño, I didn't drive. My driver did."

"Why doesn't it surprise me that you have a driver." I shook my head and he chuckled.

"So what next?" I asked him.

"Well, that's the point, I didn't understand a thing they said.-" He gave me an apologizing smile. "-but Matteo knows everything about this topic as he is a doctor. He's on his way but got stuck in the trafic so you have to so it with me. Give me one second."

He took out his phone and did something on it. the next thing I knew we were both watching a video about periods. They talked about food cravings, mood swings and cramps. They also explained how to use tampons and pads and I think I understand it.

"I'll let you change into your fresh clothes and place a pad in your underwear. Place your dirty clothes in the tub and call me when you're ready, okay?"

"Okay." He walked to the door and before he left I stopped. "Lorenzo?"

"Yes darling?"

"Thank you." I smiled softly at him.

"Always cariño." He gave me a beautiful smile and walked out of the door. I took of my clothes and my pants and underwear were both covered in blood. My blood.

I placed them into the tub and changed into fresh clothes and placed a pad into my underwear. Okay, this feels kinda weird.

I washed my hands as there was period blood on them. I splashed some water in my face and looked in the mirror. My eyes were red from crying and looked exhausted. The cramps started to appear again and I clunched in pain.

"I'm done." I yelled with pain in my voice. Lorenzo ran into the room and as soon as he saw me, he lifted me up and I wrapped my legs around his torse.

"Cramps?"

"Yes." I said in pain and I could feel him rub my back with his hands. "Where are the twins? are they okay?" I asked with a tired voice.

"They're fine. They sneaked out to a party." I sighed in dissapointment.

"Oh." Dissapointment also in my voice and Lorenzo started to rock me like a baby.

It always worked to get me calm and that was exactly what was happening now. I closed my eyes and tried to ignore the awful cramps.

Lorenzo started to walk out of the room and he took some things with him while walking downstairs.

He placed a blancket on the sofa and placed me on it. He turned to the kitchen and made some hot chocolate with giant marshmellows. He took another fluffy blacket and laid it over the both of us. He took me and placed me on his lap and started to rub my belly.

"I read that it helped." He said when I looked up.

"It kinda does." I smiled and snuggled closer to him. He gave me my hot chocolate and turned on Netflix. He clicked on friend and then on 'the one where everybody finds out'

"I was so scared Lorenzo." I said after a while. He looked at me confused.

"Why?"

"I thought you were going to be so mad for ruining those beautiful sheets and when I couldn't find the twins I started to panic and I couldn't stop bad thoughts coming in my mind and-"

He started to hug me closer.

"There's this thing that you have Isabella, it makes it impossible to be angry with you. You, Isabella Gabriella Castillo are everything to me." He placed a soft kiss on my head and that's when the door opened.

We both looked at Matteo who was catching his breath.

"I... came... as soon... as possible." he breathed out.

"I can't believe my little sister is all growing up and... getting her first period!" He whiped away.

"I think you have a lot of questions, and I'll answer all of them. I've been preparing for this moment for years! Cuddling together, watching sad, romance movies with tons of food, making sure you're okay, listening to your mood swings, making sure you don't have too much pain, making hot choclates, sleeping besides you. God I waited so long!" He said like a little baby.

That's one way to see it...

"I bought all the chocolate flavors, I also bought a secret safe so you can hide all those snacks from the twins, a calander so I can see when you're starting, I bought a warm chocolate family pack, waffle mix, pads, tampons, a mood change stuffed animal, fluffy blanckets, onesies, hoodies all the good stuff!"

I swear this guy is more excited for my period than me for food.

"Now, back to the serious side of the case, ask me anything." He sat besides me and started to rub my stomache together with Lorenzo.

"Does it really helps when someone else is rubbing my stomache?"

"Most of the time, yeah."

"How long will this last?"

"It depends from girl to girl. It can be between the three to seven days."

Jeez, how do woman deal with this shit without others knowing?

"How heavy will this be?"

"It also depends from girl to girl. You have girls who bleed heavy, some bleed lighty. Same with the cramps."

"Fantastic." Lorenzo and Matteo chuckled. I'm glad my pain is amusing, gentlemen.

"On a scale of one to ten, how bad are the cramps?"

"I would say a good 8,7" I closed my eyes as a new wave of cramps slam into me like a wrecking ball.

Maybe wrencking ball from Miley Cyrus isn't about love but about period cramps...

"Oh koala, you poor cute little thing." He got up from his seat and ran upstairs. After a few minutes he came back with a... hot towel?

"It could help against the cramps." He smiled soflty as he lifted my shirt and placed it on my belly.

"You need to relax during these days. you're going to feel emotionally unstable and you need to tell us if something's wrong, anything at all, okay?"

"Okay." I smield softly and he returned the smile. I looked back at the television as the best part of the episode started to play.

"You?! An-and you?!" Joey asked shocked

"Yes, but you can't tell anyone, no one knows!" Monica tells him

"How? When?" Joey asked, still in shock

"It happened in London." Chandler said softly.

"IN LONDON?!" Joey's voice was full of shock and I couldn't help but laugh.

The door opens again and Emilio walks in.

"Is it true? Does my baby sis has her first period. Oh my god this is too emotion. Emilio out." He started to walk back to the door when Lorenzo stopped him.

"So you're going to let Isabella suffer all alone without her big brother Emilio. That's fine, more Isabella for us." He smirked knowing that was Emilio's weakness.

"Oh hell naw! ISABELLA! BIG BROTHER EMILIO TO THE RESCUE!" He ran towards me and jumped right besides me. I couldn't help but laugh at his silliness.

"I made her laugh, I'm awesome." He dusted off some imaginary dust what made me laugh louder.

"I got you loads of food and I even made you a period emmergency purse." He took out a bag and showed it off with pride and I happily took it.

"How do you feel loca?" He wrapped an arm around me and pressed his lips to my forehead.

"I've been better." I sighed.

"I swear I will hurt the one who thought it was a good idea to give my baby loca period cramps." He cracked his knuckles and I laughed at his cute attempt to be scary.

"You can try to be scary all you want Emilio, but you're the cutest of them all." His face was in a disgusted expression and he stayed shocked.

"Excuse me? The cutest? What about me?" Matteo pouted and I llet out a small chuckle.

"I told you, you give the best hugs." His pout immediately dissapeared and a large smile came instead.

"What about me?" Lorenzo whispered in my ear.

"You're my favourite." I whispered back and a small smile was on his lips. I snuggled closer into his chest and watched the episode again.

"Do you know something?" Joey asks

"Do you know something?" Rachel asnwers

"I might know something." Joey siad.

"I might know something too." Rachel said.

"What's the thing you know?" Joey asks.

"Oh no, I can't tell you and you tell me what you know." Rachel said fast.

"I can't tell you what I know." Joey shrugged.

"Well then I can't tell you what I know." Rachel shrugged back.

"Okay fine."

...

awkward silence

...

"You don't know..." Joey said with narrowing eyes

"Alright! I will go over there and I will walk into Chandler's bedroom and I will see the thing that I think that I know is actually the thing that I think that I know!"

"GASP YOU KNOW!" Joey raised from his chair.

"And you know!" Rachel yelled.

"Yeah I know!" Joes said.

"Chandler and Monica, oh this is unbelievable!" Rachel exclaimed and we were all laughing to this point.

The door went open again-

Seriously what is it with doors and this episode?

The twins stepped in and I could feel Lorenzo turn from relaxed to mad.

"Matteo, Emilio, take Isabella to her room." He didn't face me and I felt a wave of sadness wash over me.

Those damn hormones.

"I'll come by later, I promise." He kissed my cheeck and signed the twins to follow him to his office.

Emilio lifted me in his arms and Matteo gathered all the gifts I got from my brothers.

"I'm afraid the safe I bought you is too small." He said with a little pout.

"Let's refresh you pad, brush your teeth, change into a new pyjama and we'll tug you in bed okay?" Emilio said. I whispered a small okay and went to the bathroom with a new pyjama. (media)

After a few minutes I had done everything and walked back into the room. I only noticed now that my sheets were replaced and I made a mental note to thank Lorenzo. They tugged me in bed. The both of them said goodnight in their own way and kissed my forehead. I hugged them both and Matteo gave me a fresh warm towel for the cramps. I smiled warmly at him and he returned it.

"You have no idea how happy I am that you're back Isabella." He whispered and I started to tear up.

"Matteo you fool! What did you do?!" Emilio whispered yelled.

"He did nothing, it's just does freaking hormones." I sniffed

"I hate this already." I mumbled and they both laughed.

"Goodnight loca, call us when you need something, even in the middle of the night." They waved goodbye and quietly left the room.

Not even five minutes later, Lorenzo came in.

"You awake?" He quietly asked. if I wasn't awake, I would have never heard it.

"Yes."

"Good, before you close those eyes, I want you to give something." He pushed a huge bear from the hall into my room and pushed it further until it was besides me.

"I know you like stuffed animals and I waited for the perfect time to give you this. It's from father and me."

"What?"

"Me and father went shopping while we were in Italy a few days before you were kidnapped and we saw this one and immediately bought it. Father wanted it to give it to you when he returned home but he never could..." My eyes started to water and Lorenzo sat next to me.

He whiped away my tears and kissed my head.

"You can hug him tomorrow, right now you need some sleep."

"Stay with me?" I asked in a tired voice.

"Of course." I moved so he could lay next to me and he wrapped his arm around me.

"Tell me everything about your first training tomorrow okay? Emilio and Matteo have been dying to know." We both chuckled lightly.

"Sounds good to me."

"Now sleep cariño. Tomorrow is an important day."

"Why?"

"The whole family is coming..."

I wrote my ass of to give you guys this one. The finals are around the corner and I've been really busy so I won't be updating so much anymore. I'll try once or twice a week but I can't promise anything!
