(Sunday morning)

Valentina's POV:

I can't really remember what happened last night but I do know that Elijah tackled a guy that was trying to take me back to his place. He also dropped me off at my place, but that's about what I remember. I go get my coffee when my phone rings, it's the guy that gives me missions. "Ahhh... it's so early" I say as I pick up my phone.

"Hello Shadow. Your target is Hadrik Plov. He'll be at his place at seven tonight." He said and hung up. "Jesus, why do they keep hanging up without saying goodbye. It kinda hurts my feelings." I say drinking my coffee.

( Sunday 6:30pm )

I get out of my shower and dry off. I go straight to the armory even though I am still only wearing underwear because choosing weapons is way better than choosing clothes. "Alright, what should I have with me? A 9 mm will do." I say to myself. I put the silencer on and get a dagger just in case. Then I put my clothes on and head down to my work car. It's just because the car I use doesn't really say indiscreet. It's just a black Audi e-tron gt, so it's nothing that will attract any attention.

I get in my car and start driving to his house 10 minutes away from where I live. I get out of my car half a block away and start walking to the target's house. I hope there aren't too many guards. I'm kinda tired today. Right now I have to focus on the target. How will I kill him. I don't have to shoot him. You know what I'll just shoot him. I'm tired today. Let's get this over with.

I walk into the fancy reception and head straight for the elevator. I need a card to get up there. I'm glad my fake ID guy is good at making fake cards as well. I tap the card and start moving up to the 37th floor. I get my gun out and take off the safety. I can't leave anyone in there alive since then my cover would be blown.

35th.. 36th.. 37th... the doors start opening.
