"Wake up sleepy head!" Hailey shouts to me as I slowly wake up feeling tired. "Stop shouting jeez" I reply with a morning voice.

"Stop complaining get up it's time for your sweet revenge Maeve" Hailey said which made the memories of last night rush back to the surface although I didn't feel sad when I thought about Jeremiah, I just wanted revenge for everything I guess.

"Okay" I said as I got up and followed Hailey into my closet where the outfit I was going to wear today was hanging up. "Right let's get you into this and then down for breakfast" Hailey said with enthusiasm. "What time is it?" I asked still feeling a bit tired.

"8am and breakfast is at 8:45am so we need to rush" Hailey said which confused me as that was 45mins away. But I couldn't be bothered to ask her why we were getting up early . "Alright!" I said as Hailey left to got get ready and let me to do the same.

"Ooo who looks glamorous!" Hailey said walking into my closet as I turned to see her stood in a denim button up summer dress. "First of all it's cold as I'm literally wearing nothing on the top half and second I look out of place!" I said like a child. "You look great now work it!" Hailey replied making me giggle.

"Anyway let's get your makeup and hair done and we'll be on time for breakfast!" Hailey said sounding excited. "Alright" I said looking at myself in the mirror and noticing my messy hair and unattractive face.

It took about 30mins for Hailey to complete my makeup and hair. I glanced in the vanity mirror and appreciated my now wavy blonde hair with my natural makeup and lip gloss.

"Thanks" I said to Hailey while picking up my perfume and spraying myself down with it. "Your welcome now let's get a move on it's 8:45am already!" Hailey said to me and we walked out my bedroom door.

I was a little nervous not only because I knew Jeremiah was going to hate seeing me where this outfit but also because of I didn't know any of the men accept from Grayson and the two others who grabbed me the night I was kidnapped but I still didn't know their names.

Me and Hailey walked down the stairs hearing conversation going on in the dinning room which I assumed was the men.

The minute I walked into the dining room the room went silent as i felt many eyes scanning my body, I looked around trying not to catch contact with Jeremiah's eyes as I knew they were giving me death stares.

"Sit with the guy you find most attractive other than Jeremiah and flirt" Hailey whispered in my ear which made me smirk. I glanced round the room avoiding the end of the table were Jeremiah was sat with an empty seat I assume for me.

Hailey was right in saying most the men in this room were attractive accept from the men who were older than the others. While I was scanning the room I caught eyes with a pair of green ones and I instantly started to blush as he winked at me.

I walked round the table noticing Jeremiah as he was tightening his jaw in anger, but ignored him as he tried to grab hold of my hand but failing as I dodged it. I connected eyes back with the green eyes taking in his body, noticing his chiselled jaw line and dark brown hair which only complimented his body as you could see the muscles through his white shirt.

The man beside moved over one seat while I sat next to "green eyes" the men all started talking again as the attractive man turned to face me. "What your name gorgeous?" He's said while winking at me but other than Jeremiah I had to force myself to blush as I didn't feel the way I felt when I was around Jeremiah. "Maeve, what yours?" I asked him attempting to flirt. "Jacob nice to meet you" he said while winking again which to be honest was starting to piss me off, I mean can he doing anything other?

But I just went along with it through dinner, I noticed whenever I glanced at Jeremiah he would either be staring at me I assume trying to get me attention which I ignored or he would be talking to Grayson and Hailey.

After breakfast all the men got up to leave including me, Jacob also had to leave. "Goodbye beautiful" he said surprising me with a kiss on the cheek but I would class it more on the lips as he was right beside them. I mean Jacob is fit and all but his nicknames are cringey.

As I was about to head upstairs a hand grabbed onto mine, as I looked up I noticed a familiar face belonging to Jeremiah instantly I rolled my eyes trying to loosen the grip. "My office now!" He whispered into my ear which put a shiver down my spine.

"No, now let go of my arm!" I said angrily to him. "Follow me" Jeremiah said while letting go of my hand, I wanted to look unaffected by his words the other night so I just followed him out of the dining room and to his office.

When we reached it, he closed the door behind filling the room with silence until he broke it. "What the hell are you wearing!?" He said making me angry, i mean after everything this is the last thing I thought he would say. "And flirting in front of my men your lucky i didn't shoot Jacob right then and there!" He said which I rolled my eyes too.

"If your done, then I'm going to leave" I said turning around before his hand grabbed my waist making me turn. "I'm sorr-" is all he managed to get out before I interrupted "no your not now let go of me!" I said grabbing his hands that were tied round my waist.

I fought for a moment until suddenly his started kissing me which I would of been happy to accept but this wasn't a nice kiss this was forceful, he pushed his tongue inside of my mouth while I tried to push him away.

After a few more seconds I was really angry. I slapped him automatically making him stop although his head didn't even jolt when I slapped him. I could see the anger now pulsing through him as he slammed me against the nearest wall.

I thought he was going to slap me until his faces turned calm once again. "Did you really think I was going to hurt you?" He said sort of sadly. "I wouldn't have been surprised!" I said as tears were now flooding my face.

He pulled away leaving a bigger gap between us and with the time I had I opened the door and walked back to my room composing myself as I remembered the plan I had for this evening, to my surprise I didn't even hear a yell of my name through his office only the sound of glass breaking which I assumed was him letting his anger out.

Hailey and Grayson decided to go shopping for baby clothes, they did offer for me to go but I thought it was something they would of wanted to do by themselves so I left them to do it.

It's now 5pm and I decided not to tell Hailey what happened as I don't want to seem like I can't do anything my self, anyway, we heard a few of the men leave including Jeremiah and Grayson and we chose to have a snack instead of eat dinner so we could get ready and have more time at the club, I was nervous but I mean I trust Hailey so it's fine.

"So you know I went shopping with Grayson" Hailey said making me intrigued "Yes" "Well I made a quick stop and bought us some dresses, I mean your closet didn't really have anything revealing for you" Hailey said making me nervous as I knew it was going to be realllyyyy revealing. "This is yours.." Maeve's dress



I was shocked as this dress was beautiful but i mean it was very revealing! "Do you really think I can go out wearing this!!" I said to Hailey as more of a statement "No you ain't backing out now, you'll look stunning in this dress now let me show you mine" Hailey's dress



"That's really cute why didn't you just get me one like yours?" I said as Hailey dangled the dress to show me. "Exactly this is cute but we don't want cute for you we want sexy! Now stop complaining and get that dress on otherwise we won't have time to go clubbing!" Hailey said passing the black dress to me.

After getting dressed Hailey re-curled my hair making is wavy again while she put hers in a cute low bun. "Ready?" Hailey shouted to me as I was grabbing a purse. After all this time I still haven't got my phone as Jeremiah took it the night he kidnapped me, so I didn't really have much to put in my purse.

"Ready!" I shouted carefully running out in my black heels, "Good follow me and take your heels off" Hailey said which confused me a little, I mean aren't we supposed to be going out? "Why should I take my heels off?" "Because we'll sound like a pack of elephants otherwise!" Hailey said while opening the door and looking left and right while I removed my heels and put them in my hands.

"Come on let's go" Hailey said while leaving the room while I follow after. We walked down a few hallways until we stopped at a small corner. "Okay we're here" Hailey said while putting her finger on a small fingerprint scanner. The door quietly opened a few seconds later, while Hailey and me walked out into a quiet area.

"Okay we need to be quiet, although we're basically already out of the house and land the guards might see us just follow me" I nodded to Hailey's statement and followed her while observing the area around me, I haven't been out since the night I was kidnapped so it felt great being out of the house.

Without realisation we were already quite far away from the house. "You can put your heels on now Maeve" Hailey said which brought me back from my thoughts "oh yeah are we near the club?" I said to Hailey and we put our heels on.

"Yeah the closest one to us is right around the corner" Hailey said pointing to the building just across from us. We walked for about 10 minutes and in that time I wondered whether Ivy and the other girls were even looking for me? I mean I don't know if Hailey knows but I can ask.

"Hailey do you know if my friends are looking for me?" While I said that Hailey stopped in her tracks and turned to face me. "I only just found out as Grayson told me earlier but apparently Jeremiah had a note written explaining that you didn't really want the life you were living and moved to Canada" Hailey said. "What! Wait we are in LA right?" I asked as to be honest I wouldn't even be surprised if we weren't.

"Yes we are however we're in a different part from your friends, I'm sorry for not telling you but I didn't want to give the wrong information" Hailey said while we carried on walking. "It's not your fault I mean at least you told me when I asked" I said, I do truly trust Hailey more than the others.

Without noticing we were filled with night life all around us, "okay we're here babe! Let's party!" Hailey shouted while I smiled "But no drinking for you" I said to her as we chuckled.

When we walked in instantly the sound of music filled the club. "Let's go get drinks" I shouted over the music for Hailey to hear. "Sure!" She said back.

At the bar I ordered a straight Vodka I know it doesn't taste nice but it gets you drunk quick and I hadn't drank in ages so I needed it. "What are you ordering?" I shouted while drinking my Vodka "probably just a coke" Hailey said back.

After a few more vodka's and other alcoholic drinks I was very drunk, Hailey seemed to be having the time of her life even though she wasn't drinking.

Jeremiah's POV:

Me and Grayson finished work early so we planned to go out and eat with Hailey and Maeve just the four of us as the girls haven't been out much lately.

When we pulled up at the driveway their seemed to be a commotion going on. "What's going on?" I said I a serious tone expecting to here something like the men were play fighting and smashed a window. "Uhhh s-sir uh-" "What's going on!" I shouted a bit louder at the guard.

Grayson was now stood with me and was as angry as I was. "It seems that Maeve and Hailey aren't in the house" this made my blood boil as I wanted to know why the fuck they would have left. "What do you mean they just left? How the fuck did you manage to let my fiancé and Maeve get past you!" Grayson shouted.

I could tell he was feeling the same amount of anger that I was. All I wanted to know is if they were ok. After a few minutes of the guards telling us what happened Grayson got a call so he went over to take it while another came up and told me that one of my enemies had decided to attack my club.

However I wasn't to fussed at the moment all I wanted was Maeve safe and sound. "What! Slow down" I heard Grayson shout from afar so I followed over to him.

"What the hell is going on!?" I said in confusion. "The girls, their at your club and it's being attacked!" Grayson shouted, the minute I heard this my blood went cold, they must've known Maeve was close to me. "Pass the phone to me!" I said to Grayson as he handed it over.

"What's going on!?" I said as I heard Hailey crying over the phone. "I went to the b-bathroom and heard gunshots. Maeve's still out their" she said crying. "Stay in the bathroom we're coming over now" "No" Hailey shouted over the phone. "They want you to come it's a set up!" She added however I wasn't bothered as all I cared about was getting Maeve back.

I threw the phone to Grayson as I started to speak to the men.

Maeve's POV (back to where we left)

Hailey told me she needed the bathroom so I decided to go dancing in the mean time, while I was dancing a man stood behind me grabbing me closer to him so I could feel his chest on my back. And to be honest I liked it I was drunk enough to let him continue.

That was until gun shots went off in the room, immediately I went to get down however the man stood behind me grabbed my neck and waist holding me at gun point. For some reason I wasn't scared but I wanted to know if Hailey was okay.

"What the hell are you doing get off of me!" I shouted to the man stood behind me. "Watch what you say, you wouldn't want a bullet through that head of yours" he said calmly making me anxious. Is it weird to say I wish Jeremiah was here. Why can't I just get my revenge.

All the people who were once dancing had ran out which I was confused why they were letting them out but I assumed it was because they knew about me and Jeremiah.

"You see l don't want to hurt you but I do want to hurt your pretty little boyfriend of yours" the boss of them all said in front of me while I was still kept at gun point.

"I see why Jeremiah picked you, you are very beautiful I wouldn't mind having you all for myself" the "boss" said caressing my cheek. I spat in his face making his face grow angry "you'll never have me!" I said while he stood their with anger.

"Teach her a lesson" he said to the man stood behind me which confused me as I didn't know what he wanted however he then pointed the gun at my stomach and before I could say anything he shot my stomach making me fall and groan while I bled out.

"That should teach you!" The man said while smiling down at me.

I looked down at my stomach while the blood poured out of it. All I hoped was that Hailey and the baby was okay. I laid on the floor with a hand to my wound while the pain became numb.

All of a sudden the door broke down while many men came charging in, i saw as Jeremiah came in angrily until he connected eyes with me. The men around were busy fighting so Jeremiah and Grayson rushed over "Maeve it's going to be okay" Jeremiah said in panic while Grayson pushed on my stomach to stop the blood loss.

"Find Hailey" I said out in a whisper full of gun shots to Grayson while Jeremiah's hands replaced Grayson's.

After awhile i could hear more men outside so after Jeremiah's men had defeated most of the other men they left to go against the others leaving us with the other men.

"You know I never thought that I would see Jeremiah helplessly falling for another, so when I found out I just had to stop this as you remember when you shot my brother dead!" The man said making Jeremiah turn to him.

"I killed your brother because he was going to kill a group of innocent people on the streets!" Jeremiah shouted while I just laid there going more pale by the second.

"You know originally I was just going to kill this bitch" he said pointing to me. "But I mean she's already going to die anyway so I may as well kill you too" he added speaking to Jeremiah. At this point I was holding Jeremiah's hand as I assumed this was the end for me. Cringey right.

The man got his gun out aiming it at Jeremiah's heart. "Please don't do this!" I was screaming on repeat while crying. Jeremiah was staring at me like he usually would not like he is about to be shot dead.

I heard the safety turn off as Jeremiah closed his eyes while I was still screaming. In a matter of a few seconds the gun went off. But it didn't hit were the man was planning for it to as Grayson tackled the man to the ground while Jeremiah's other men shout the others dead.

Jeremiah's arm was bleeding from being shot but somehow all his attention was focused on me. I felt as my breath was shortening and the pain was becoming known once again. Jeremiah was once again pressing down on my stomach as Hailey came running over crying while Grayson had knocked the other man out letting Jeremiah's men take him.

I'm dying but I feel more alive than ever. I finally felt as if I was happy. Jeremiah was letting slow tears fall from his face compared to Hailey who was balling out crying as Grayson was stood in shock.

"Your going to be fine Maeve just stay with us" I hear Jeremiah say as I wipe a tear away from his face.

Doctors came rushing in and I just hoped they would be able to save me as tiredness over came me.
