I knocked on the door to Yui's room. Yui should be done any moment now. The concert will be starting soon, so she better be ready. The door opened, revealing Yui in a sparkly pink dress and a pink heart painted onto her left cheek.

"Oh~? You couldn't wait until the concert would start to see me, hm~?" She teased.

I chopped her on the head. "It's my job as your bodyguard, idiot." I sighed.

Yui didn't retort like I expected her too. Looking at her, she was dead silent, her eyes unfocused as she stared into the distance.

"Hey...you okay?" I asked, waving my hand in front of her face. What's with this strange reaction? A bad memory?

"Do that again." She said.

"What?" I asked, confused. "Do what again?"

"Hit me." She answered, looking up at me.

"...eh?" My voice slipped out, even more confused.

"Hit me." She decided.

"No! Why the hell would I hit you!" I argued.

"Do it." She demanded.

"No." I denied.

"Do it." She ordered.

"You're not going to give up, are you?" I sighed.

She shook her head.

I lightly chopped the top of her head.

"Harder." She said.

I don't like where this is going...

I hit her slightly harder on the head. She held her head with one hand, before lightly giggling.

"What a strange feeling..." She muttered to herself.

Strange feeling-?

Oh god no! What the fuck?! Is she a masochist?!How come this kink wasn't revealed in the anime?!

Wait! It must be because Eric is the "goody-two-shoes" dense harem protagonist who wouldn't even think about hitting a friend, even if it was a joke.

Therefore Yui never discovered her kink. But now I've helped her discover it, and she already had an interest in me...

Fuck. This all started when I saved her, didn't it?

I've just dug myself into a bigger hole. Irene, Iris, Erica, and then Yui. That makes four now, doesn't it?

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck...

Think on the bright side, Ken. At least I'll have a healer by my side...

"Hey, your concert is starting soon." I stated. "You should go."

"Alright." Yui sighed. She started to leave, before suddenly turning around and coming back.

"What is it-" I started to say before I was cut off.

She got on her top of her toes, moving her face upwards onto my cheek. Planting a light kiss, she then backed up.

I numbly placed a hand to my cheek, surprised.

"Be a good boy and you'll get something even better later~" She teased as she ran off.

...she's totally an S.

Shaking my head, I took out all of my jumbled thoughts. Right now I have to make sure that Yui doesn't die, because I am completely sure that there will be an attempt on her life.

That's how it happens in the anime, and it made sense. This would be the perfect time to strike if you wanted to create as much chaos as possible.

And that's exactly the Demon King's plan.

I tapped my ear, making sure that the earpiece was still there. This earpiece gave me a way to talk to all of the other guards and listen to their conversations.

"Ken!" I heard someone yell, running up to me.

Turning around, I saw Erica running up to me. She wore a suit and tie, just like me. The suit and tie I wore was the same from when I was the bodyguard for Irene. Erica's was just like mine, except fitted to her sizes.

In her ear, she wore an earpiece just like I did.

"What is it?" I asked. "You know you could have just contacted me through the earpiece, right?"

"I could have. But then everyone else would hear." Erica replied, pouting. "Irene, Iris, and Lily are in the crowd."

"All right." I nodded. "Let them know that I'm pretty sure that there will be an attack."

"Okay." Erica nodded. She pulled out her phone, quickly typing a message before sending it. "What's the plan?" She asked.

"You keep an eye on Yui at all times. Make sure nobody tries to attack her. I'll be looking around for any suspicious activity." I explained.

"Okay." Erica nodded. She then started to fidget, obviously wanting to say something.

"What is it?" I asked her.

She quickly pecked my cheek, before backing up. "Be safe, okay?"

"...alright." I slowly replied.

Erica smiled, before rushing off.

...I cannot let Irene know that both of them kissed me on my cheek.

Never thought I'd be this popular. At the same time, not exactly sure I want to be. Yandere women will never cheat on you and will love you for all of eternity, but...

Well, they're called crazy for a reason. Honestly, don't hate them. Yet I keep running away...

I shook myself out of my confusing thoughts. I'd be stuck in those for hours, going round in a circle that would seemingly never end.

I tapped my earpiece, letting my voice resonate to every guard at the stage. "Has anyone seen anything suspicious yet?"

"No sir." A man stated through the com. "The stands are filled with fans, but every one that has entered hasn't had anything dangerous on them. The front is clear for now."

"The back stage is clear, sir." A woman stated. "And we haven't lost contact with any security guards."

"Alright." I nodded. "Inform me if anything suspicious happens. Even if it's the tiniest thing that seems insignificant."

"Yes sir!" Multiple voices resonated through the coms.

I don't know why these guys are calling me "sir" when they really don't need to. I don't think they were ordered to call me it either.

I exited the back of the stage, looking at the huge amount of fans sat in the seats. They were all sat in front of a huge stage where Yui would be performing.

I scanned the crowd, looking for anything that seemed off. However, nothing felt wrong. It felt normal.

It's unsettling. In the original anime the attackers snuck in despite the tight security. They went to attack Yui on the stage shortly after she had started to perform, but luckily Eric had stopped them from killing her.

All of the lights suddenly turned off, as one big spotlight shone on a hole in the middle of the stage. The floor started to rise up, revealing Yui from the floor and into the spotlight.

"Hello everyone!" She happily greeted. "How are all of you?"

The people in the crowd cheered at the arrival of their idol, yelling many different things.

"I'm good!"

"Hello!"

"Step on me!"

"I love you!"

"You're awesome!"

"You're the cutest!"

"Marry me!"

Yui cutely giggled. "I see you all are doing good! I'm so glad that all of you could make it! But sorry, i can't marry you! I now have a darling~"

MOTHER FUCKER!!!!

The crowd erupted in a mixture of sadness and happiness. Should I be more worried about the yanderes, or the fans?

"I still love you!" Someone yelled.

"And I love you too, random fan!" Yui giggled. "So, are all of you ready?"

"YEAH!!!" Everyone collectively yelled.

"Alright! Let's start with one of your favorites, Starfield!" Yui decided.

Yui then started to sing. I had heard this before in the anime, but hearing it in person was completely different. It was...beautiful...

It was hard to put into words just how good her singing was, but it was obvious that she was incredibly skilled despite being only sixteen.

She had only started her career a year ago, and yet she had become incredibly popular, and now I could see why. It was no exaggeration when they called her the most famous idol.

She definitely deserves that title.

And then two, glowing pink butterfly like wings appeared from her back. She started to fly in the air while continuing to sing.

I completely forgot that Yui is a fairy!

She finished her song, slowly floating back down to the ground. The audience cheered, completely in love with her performance. And this was only the first song!

Unfortunately it seemed the performance would be cut short.

A man jumped onto the stage in an incredible feat of strength. Shadowy claws covered both his feet and his hands.

It felt like time slowed down as everything seemed to go quiet.

With a vicious grin, he lunged towards Yui. I started to dash onto the stage, but I wouldn't make it from where I was.

Erica quickly appeared from the backstage, summoning her legendary Excalibur in her hand and blocking the claws of the attacker.

The man jumped back, growling in anger. No wonder they were able to sneak in! They had Arcana's!

Multiple more people jumped onto the stage as chaos erupted. Civilians started to rush out of their seats, desperately trying to get away.

A few people didn't however, being ones I recognized.

I made it to Yui and Erica as the people continued to surround us. "Are you alright?!" I asked both of them.

"I-I'm fine." Yui shakily nodded, affected by the fact someone just tried to take her life.

"So am I." Erica added.

I looked back at the attackers, all who summoned different types of Arcana's into their hands. This fight would be a little more difficult.

But I didn't recognize them, which meant they were likely not that strong. Not strong enough to impact the story greatly. They expected a quick assassination, and not for it to be stopped by Erica.

Which means they're likely low tiered and low ranked. Canon fodder.

"Let's do this." I grinned.
