After few hours in the infirmary we were then immediately sent out to our quarters. Benina, on the other hand, is now awake and starts to bicker with Thadd who was half the century younger than her. The two were ahead of me and Keio while 006 was on far ahead of us.

"Why do you even declined to offer your hand to know which necklace was true? Keio was just a kid!" she hissed but Thadd just scoffed and puts his hands and leaned his head against Benina's petite figure.

"If you're on my shoe, you would even do as what I had done," he shot back. Of course, I saw how Thadd hid Keio behind his back just for 006 to not struck the tooth to their skins. But again, 006 had his ways, he can't prick his own skin as he is, well, a failed experiment.

Means, he is not a full human in most aspects. Worse, he will die.

The two continued bickering and I couldn't help but just shook my head in defeat. I couldn't stop the two unless 006 speaks.

"They're loud," Keio commented that I agreed.

"Aren't they gonna stop soon?"

I answered him, "Let them be for a while. They will be when they had nothing to talk about. Besides, this walk in this corridor to our quarter is achingly silent. It's a good entertainment to see this two bickering at each other."

He squinted his eyes but he just the chose to not utter more words. Maybe giving up with the noise coming from the two ahead of us. 006 was silent along the way. Like he's calculating everything in his mind.

"Is your body okay now? Your sweatshirt is soaked," he told me as he looked at my shirt with concern visible in his eyes. I just smiled and trifles his hair.

"Don't mind me, I'm recovering."

After that talk, we became silent once again. Except for Benina and Thadd who kept shooting back their bickers at each other. Their topics, of course, were all random and always wayward from what happened to us before we got in here.

They even argued which cake was better, gouache cakes or carrot cheesecakes.

Honestly, I don't know what kinds of cakes they were talking about. I just heard them how delicious those cakes are.

"... One day and we're given missions outside, I will immediately buy a cake!" Benina spat while her face turns red in furious. Thadd is now also same with the woman.

"Hah! I would love to see that! But to tell you, Carrot cheesecakes are better than that—that go-something cake!"

"They're childish," Keio whispered beside that made me sigh at his remarks.

"Hate to say I agree, kid," I answered.

In my 25 years living in this world, I had never encountered such people like these ones ahead of us. Zagreb and Vidalia were not like this. They both would argue but only academic or professional stuffs. When they talked about stuffs like cakes and whatnots, they would not say a word and would bake whatever they want since both can do it fo themselves.

In other words, we didn't experienced buying cakes from any shops even from our childhood.

When we reached our designated quarter, we saw a signage on the door.

Delta A - B - K - T - 006

I was about to speak about what the signage says, but I noticed that those letters were in order. That when I see that under the Delta sign was the initials of our names—exceptions for 006's for he has numbers as his name.

Now that it talks about that sign, I also noticed other doors with name initials under the name of their team. And like ours, their teams also had their mates with numbers as names.

When I opened the door because these people with me were awestruck with the signage—or hence 006 was too lazy to open such door when he was the nearest, I shot my brows up at what I first saw.

A condominium-like interior. It also had stairs that leads to the second floor.

"Wow," Keio expressed as he saw the interior of our quarter. Benina and Thadd were again awestruck with what they saw while 006 was just silent. Like he was programming himself to not utter for long time. If I would be like him, maybe I can't stand being mute for several hours or what.

I can tell that we are expecting a small room with five beds and a bathroom, but only get surprised with a place like this. It's much luxurious than my house from the outskirts of the city.

Keio then immediately ran upstairs to see what the second floor has for us.

"Hey, take a look here!" the kid shouted that made us go up. Well, Thadd goes first as he was ecstatic as well like Keio's.

"Woah, sick!" the teen spat as he saw the second floor.

When me, Benina, and 006 were next to enter the second floor, I can tell that it's much better in here. The second floor was not the typical floor where rooms were located. It's actually a meeting room with wide-sized big glass screen in the middle of the table, there are also chairs but they're all... Transparent-colored.

The lights are in color blue due to the big glass screen's light. Beside the table were our separated rooms.

"Sick indeed," Benina uttered when she saw our quarter's meeting area.

006 was the first to go to the table and clicked the screen where a man showed up. His body actually was showed, his head was hidden from the camera.

"Welcome, team Delta, to your quarters. I will serve as your mentor in in this organization. In a span of a week, all of you will be undergoing intensive trainings with your expertise. The first floor will serve as a disguise for your quarter's original place. Inside your designated rooms are the things that will help you through the trainings. After a week, we will give you your first mission outside the organization walls. Expect your training instructor tomorrow. For now, please feel at home." The screen then turned off and the normal fluorescent lights replaced the blue lights. Now we can see clearly the interior of the second floor.

I love the color in here, it's beige with brown paints on the edges.

"Welp, dinner everyone!" Benina clapped her hands then went down first so we could have dinner before we could go to our rooms.

* * *

After dinner that was served by Benina, we then go back to the second floor to find our rooms. But we didn't had the hard time to find them since every room doors have names plastered in them when we hold the doorknobs, and only a person with designated name on the door are the only person to open the door. Thadd again, utters his teenage millennial expressions. Of course, all of us wants to see each other's rooms, so we went to every rooms.

Benina's room has classical touch, which she very much loves. Keio's were filled with aeronautical stuffs. I can tell he loves airplanes and skies based on the glistening of his eyes when he saw his room. Thadd's room, on the other note, is very simple and clean, much to his great taste of cleanliness. I also noticed the interior of his room was like the ones I saw from those anime movies that I had watched. Next was my room, when I opened my door, I gasped at what I saw. It had the same structure of how the room I had in my house. It's clean, intricate and very much describes my personality.

"Aside from Thadd's room, yours is also clean and spacious," 006 commented when he saw my room. I gave him my beam while the three were venturing through the stuffs of my room. Under my bed were drawers where there are baseball bats and stuffs for defense. Exactly alike from my things in my house.

"Wow guys, look!" Benina shouted as she held a chessboard.

"Well?" Thadd asked as his head turned towards me.

I just sighed and chuckled, "Sure. The one who loses the game will cook breakfast tomorrow." Thadd and Benina cheered as Keio and 006 watched us play the chess.

After several hourse of playing the game...

"This is the third time I lost! I can't accept this!" Thadd hissed as we ladies laughed at him. Of course, we already know who cooks for breakfast tomorrow.
