As we started to walk inside this forest dome, all I hear was the rustling sounds of our steps and our heavy breathing. We didn't talked to each other while journing ahead.

It's as if we all were trying to feel each other's guts along the way.

After a few moments more of walking, 006 stopped his pace and raised his hand. Then he pointed the right side where Thadd and Keio would go and signaled them to go, the two followed his instructions and headed to the right side. He then faced me and Benina who was waiting for his signal.

"Don't talk to anyone aside from each other. I sensed other people in here. Once you found the necklace, put it inside Ami's bag. Use my dagger for defense," he reminded again before signaling us to the left side before he continued to walk ahead. I looked at Benina and nodded at her before we walked through the left side of this forest.

And as we were walking, my mind was off to think about the two guys and the kid that were separated from us.

"Don't worry about them, Ami. We need to move without thinking of other things," She whispered as we continued to pace ahead.

Before I could utter, I noticed something from far right side of where walked. I tapped Benina and signaled her to stop and look at the side where I noticed a movement behind those tall grasses. She then took out her bow and an arrow to prepare for aim. And as for me, I immediately took out the dagger from the pocket of my bag.

We kept our paces slow and as silence as possible to not catch the attention of something that moved behind these grasses.

As we are approaching the thing that was moving behind the tall grasses, she signaled her hand to keep quite and slowly moved the grass using her arrow. Only to see a distinguish deer who was struggling to get out from a trap.

We both looked at each other with confusions plastered in our faces. Not knowing how come a deer was stuck in here and why they was a trap. I wanna move and help the deer, but Benina stopped me and tried to shoot the rope that was tied unto the ground to cut it loose.

But instead of cutting the rope, a net showed up and trapped the deer even more. A thing that made me and Benina gasped in soft tones.

"The traps..."

"They do it to eliminate whoever gets trapped, we must be careful now," I continued her words before picking up the pebbles under our feet.

"What's with the pebbles for, Ami?" she asked me.

"To test some waters, Benina, we need to be cautious in here," I answered her and after I've picked up a good heaping of pebbles to my bag, we then continued to walk passed the trapped deer. But before we get passed through it, Benina tried to shoot again the ropes that were tied to the traps, making the deer to fall down from hanging.

After a few moments more, she then grabbed my bag to hide ourselves unto the back of a tree. I was about to complain but she covered my mouth using her arrow. It shook me to the core but chose to be silent as we hear a couple of voices coming from ahead of us.

"I heard our traps were cut loose, there were some people in here now."

"We must find the necklace first before they could reach us."

I looked at who were the owner of those voices and saw a pair of two men wearing black tuxedos while carrying heavy loaded guns.

My grip to 006's dagger was slowly faltering its strength, causing me to drastically move so I couldn't be caught by the poison from its blades. Benina then creased her brows to look at me in annoyance. She doesn't want us to be caught by those men or both of us will die immediately. Our arrows and dagger can't go against the heavy-loaded firearms from the enemies against us.

I looked at the two before placing the dagger back to my pocket and starting to assemble my gun. I saw that there was a silencer inside my bag so I took it and assembled it to my gun before aiming to one of those men.

I then saw from my peripheral vision that Benina was also aiming her arrow to the other man.

I breathed heavily and focused my aim to this man and without exhaling enough air, I shot the man.

One down.

"Dude, Fuck—"

I was about to shoot the other but he was down as well.

I shot my gaze up to my partner and saw that she was also looking at me. She then smiled and signaled to walk near thos men if they were dead.

That was the first time I used my gun and also first time to kill a man in my hands.

They didn't noticed us behind them, unaware of our presence. That is why they never expected our moves against them.

As we continued to look for that necklace, what we found along the way were not what we expected.

A ring that had red stone in it, a resin dagger inside its leather bag, and a whip from the stingray's tail. And honestly, it was making a huge add to the weight of my bag. The guns, bullets, and bombs were heavy enough, the pebbles I picked and these new things we found made it heavier.

"You sure you can still carry it? Sure those things we're seriously heavy," Benina uttered as she sees my state, carrying my bag that almost weighs as mine.

I tugged up a gleam on her and spoke, "Don't mind me, I can still carry it." then Hoisted up my bag a bit.

"I don't know, but you don't looked well. Give me your bag," she said while holding out her hand but I shook my head.

"Nope, we need to move on." I fastened my steps to go ahead of her. Then hear her sighed a bit before giving up her little offer. Sure I would tempt to ask for her help but I still didn't know her enough, yet I have to be at least be careful.

Or I don't know. This is just my instinct.
