LEERA POV

I started coughing loudly the moment my eyes blinked opened maybe after many chest compressions. My chest was paining so bad as well as my whole body.

A lot of salty water came out of my stomach. I vomited everything out of my stomach as well as some blood came out of my mouth. I couldn't help myself. My chest is throbbing and hurting too much. I still couldn't breath properly.

After a while I realized someone was beside me holding my hand giving me support. I couldn't keep myself in a position, so I let myself fell on that person. Closed my eyes. My whole body hurts

How am I still surviving? Still alive? Are these real?

"Hey! Are you okay miss?? Are you listening?" I heard him say and my eyes slowly opened again, I starred at him for a second and again closed them as I felt too weak.

I felt him carrying me in bridal style. I couldn't even open my mouth to speak. Still trying to breath and taking loud gulps of air. After a few moments I felt myself giving up and let the unconsciousness take me again.

I tried opening my eyes slowly, I felt myself above something really soft. When I opened my eyes fully I saw I was in a room and laying on a bed! Who's room? Who's bed!?

I tried getting up and I heard someone say "Don't get up! Keep yourself on the bed" my eyes flew to the person standing near the door

He looked handsome, tall and his sharp look and face made him more attractive and kinda intimidating

"Who are you? Why am I here??" I murmured starring at him as he took steps towards me

"First say are you okay?? Are you feeling good now?" He asked

"Yeah.. I guess.. feeling a little weak but I'm okk. What am I doing here!? Who are you? Did you save me?" I asked getting of the bed. My whole body was aching though

"Calm down. The doctor visited you a while ago. He said you should take some rest and take medicine" he uttered in a soft voice

"And yes I'm your savior, Louis Acardo. Right now we're in my villa. You fainted again after getting your consciousness so I had to take you here with me finding no option" he said in a chilled tone

"Whooo changed my clothes!???" I asked stunned when I realized I wasn't in my clothes probably in a guy's tshirt and pant

"I did... who would else. I couldn't let you wet my bed too like you did my car" he muttered with a serious look in his face

"Whattt?" I asked surprised

"Come on... ofcourse not me lol. A maid did" he said with a small laugh

"I want to go back now... I'm fine now I guess" i told him

"Ooh okk! I'll drop you wherever you came from. Where do you live by the way? Doesn't seem like you reside here" he said sitting on the couch near the bed

"I'm from New York. I came here on a university trip..." I stopped when I remembered we were supposed to leave for New York tonight!

"Ooh shit! My flight is at 10.00 PM... what will I do now! We were supposed to leave for the airport before 9. What is the time now!??" I said anxiously

"It's 9 I guess" he said checking his phone

"Ahh! What am I going to do now! Can you please give me your phone... I need to make a call" I asked him with pleading eyes

"Sure. Here you go" he said as he forwarded his phone

Who am I going to call!? I can't call mom or dad. I don't even remember anyone else's number. Levi! I can call Levi maybe... I remember his number. I dialed his number and called him. Hoping he receives it. After a few moments he received it

"Levi, forward any professor's number here in this number fast" I uttered as fast as I can

"Leera who's number is this?" He asked

"Levi fast. I'll explain it all later. Please send fast" I told him hastily

He said "ok" and forwarded the number. I quickly called in that number

"Sirr, I'm Leera... I came up with an accident and I couldn't come back in the resort at time. Did you guys leave for the airport??" I asked him worriedly

"Leera! Where are you now? Everyone is searching for you! Your number was unreachable too. We all got so tensed. Come fast!" He almost shouted

"Yes, sirr" I said and hanged up the call. Handing the phone back to him

"Please, can you drop me at the resort near the beach where you took me from?." I asked him

"Yeah sure. Let's go" he said and took me out of the villa. We got in his car and he started the car.

"You still didn't tell me your name although I heard it from the phone lol" he said looking forward while driving

"Ooh sorry... I'm Leera Ellis Reilly" I uttered hesitantly

"Leera, we would be there in time. Relax and moreover the doctor told you to take some rest too... will you be able to travel" he uttered

"I know! But I'm getting really late. We have our flight back to New York at exactly 10 tonight. I don't know if I would be able to get there in time. And I'm absolutely fine, I can travel I guess" I said looking at my hands although I knew very well how sick I'm feeling but still I want to go back. Don't want to stay here anymore.

"It's okay... I can send you to New York tomorrow if you want after you get some rest" he uttered

"What do you mean?" I asked starring at him

"Ah I mean I can tell my men to send you back to New York or maybe I can myself send you back. You don't have to worry about anything, I have my personal jet" he said in a relaxed tone

"Noo.. no need! I'll go back myself" I said. Still my body felt so weak and I wasn't feeling really well.

"So.... do you have a boyfriend?" He asked suddenly leaving me amazed

"Excuse me?" I asked in a stunned tone

"No I mean... if you're single or not.. maybe not ofcourse why would such a beautiful girl like you stay single" he muttered

"I have a boyfriend or not is absolutely none of your concern" I uttered in a harsh tone

"Oh my goodness... I saved you from a disaster.. saved you from dying and here your being that rude to me! You should be thankful. You didn't even thank me before. So ungrateful" he said in a mocking way

"Thankyou. Please drive fast for God's sake" I told him pleading

"I don't believe in god. But if you say then ok" he said in a teasing tone again and I remained silent

"Soo... what's your type? He asked breaking the silence again

"What do you mean by that?" I asked him

"I mean what kinda guys do you like?" He asked

"What does it has to do with you and why are you asking that?" I uttered in a cold tone. What is he probably trying to do? Flirt with me huh? Why does it has to concern him what kinda guys I'm interested in. He saved me but it doesn't mean he can say whatever he want

"Just curious...." he muttered and I kept that silence among us again

"By the way why were you so much interested to end your life. Even if you wanted to do that, drowning in water isn't a good option dude! You could possibly choose any other way to die. Drowning in water is too fucking painful" he said in a sarcastic tone

"Why would I try to suicide! Who the hell said that to you? I never wished to end my life. Never ever gave that a thought even" I said in a loud voice

"I guessed... or what else would you be doing there all alone moreover in the water at such a time when you don't even know swimming" he said taking a glance at me and looked forward again

"I don't think I need to share everything with you. I'm thankful to you because you saved me but you don't have the right to know about my personal stuffs" I said

"Oohhooo woman.. chill... I just asked. Anyway we are almost here" he said and after a while stopped the car

"Thanks a lot" saying that I was about to come out of the car when he said "Don't you want my number?"

"Why would I need that?" I asked

"No... you should atleast give me your number. I saved you from such a disaster. We are friends by now I guess" he uttered with a chuckle

"I don't think we're friends. Neither I think I need your number nor I even think I should give you my one. I'm going byee" I said coming out the car

"LEERA" I starred back when I heard him calling me

"It was nice meeting you. Hope we will meet again" he said with a smile on his face

"Goodbye" I muttered and left running towards the resort. I don't want to meet him again anyway. Such an awkward and flirt. But still I was really thankful to him. He is maybe a nice person actually or why would he trouble saving me and also took care of me. Probably I didn't even got to properly thank and show my gratefulness to him.

Now I just hope... still there is time left for the flight. And hoped they are waiting for me......
