I was talking over the phone about business, walking along the corridor at the top floor of the resort. I love the view from here. Calm and chill. Whenever I come to Malta for work and any other purpose, staying in my resort I only loved being in this place. This place seems really relaxing to me and the view from here has it's own beauty and calmness itself

I knew their function was happening in that club just at the end of this corridor.

I actually thought after I finish talking, I'll enter the function take a glance and leave. Maybe I wanted to see her after a long time though I had no intention to face her tonight. I was just supposed to take a glance and leave

The call was longer than I thought. Due to my absence in New York, I have to do this kinda long business talks as some issues are occurring in business in New York since some days

I ended the call after almost 1 hour. It's been a tiring and exhausting day anyway. I was about to leave but stopped when I saw her

Leera!

She was leaning against the glass wall window like she couldn't hold her ownself

I took steps towards her and when I reached near her I stood just behind her. She didn't even notice

My arms themselves wrapped around her waist before I could think anything. She stunned and turned back. She stumbled at her own feet as she looked straight in my eyes. She stopped her breathing for a few moments

Like always she was looking beautiful. But now after such a long time I was even more stunned when I saw her. She looked much more stunning and ravishing than before. The silk black dress looked elegant on her. Her red lips and open hair. Everything was so alluring

She was literally standing with the help of my hands on her waists. She was too close to me. She smelled just like before. Smell like lavender was emerging from her.. filling my heart with that scent

"Aze" she muttered under her breath starring deep in my eyes and I startled as I heard my name coming out from her mouth. Her hazel brown eyes against mine. Her eyes seemed small like she was dizzy and could fall any second. She seemed like she wasn't in her senses. She kinda looked drank to me

She held her hand up and it was about to touch my face. Before she could touch I removed one hand from her waist and held her hand. I tried to maintain some distance as she isn't in her senses though I didn't want to

"Leera" I heard someone calling her name as well as taking footsteps towards us. Before anyone came I left her and went to the corner concealing myself. She touched her head and leaned against the glass window again.

Then I saw a guy approaching her. I watched him as he placed his hand on her shoulder.

"I came some moments before and was looking for Aria and you at the function... and someone said you guys left, so I thought I'll-" he stopped talking as Leera made a sound of pain touching her head again "ahhh"

"Hey what happened? Leera, are you okay??" He asked her with a worried tone, and then I got to know who was he as memory hit me. Levi... her fucking lover Levi! Who she betrayed me for!

Now she literally couldn't hold herself and she let her body fell against him. His hands made their way around her body. They were literally hugging infront of my fucking eyes

I couldn't hold this. My nerves filled with anger and my hands clenched as fury consumed me, my eyes only held rage. I closed my eyes and took steps back. I left that place the next second... If I didn't maybe I would have just ended up killing that fucking bastard

I made my way towards the resort bar. Controlling myself was the toughest thing for me to do. I sat on a barstool after entering the bar. The bartender already knew what kinda drink I usually drink, so he gave the same.

I tightly secured my fingers around the glass... almost breaking the glass... took large gulps of that drink finishing it in less than 3 seconds as he gave me more glasses. My head was only filled with rage and fury. I fucking needed to let that out or it's going to make me insane

"Leera! Just wait and watch! Soon you will be in my hands... and you fucking won't be able to do anything. Soon mine! Only mine!" I murmured taking more glasses of drink

I felt a hand caress my back. I saw a blond giving me that seductive look as her hand travelled their way down my chest touching my bare chest through the first few open buttons. I clearly knew what she wanted from me. Every girl is a fucking whore. I threw the glass that I was holding on the floor with a loud thrust. That whore stared at me with astonishing eyes. Everybody at the bar was now starring at me in a shocked way.

"Room 201 within 10 minutes" I said to that whore with a cold and harsh tone which was only audible to her and left the bar

I needed to get my anger and fury out on someone... in any way. Even if that includes fucking a whore, I definitely would like I always did before

LEERA POV

I opened my eyes slowly and slowly got up leaning against the headboard of the bed.

"Hey, you woke up? Feeling better?" Aria asked taking steps towards me

"Yeah I guess. I'm okay... but a little headache" I told her slightly touching my head as it was paining a bit

Then she handed me a glass of water and a medicine indicating me to have it. I took the glass and the medicine. Then gulped the medicine along with the water

I closed my eyes.... 'Aze'.....those grey mesmerising eyes

I opened my eyes as fast as I could. I took a deep breath... was that really true?... did it really happen? Or is it just my imagination? I was utterly confused and shocked at the same moment

"Aria, what exactly happened last night.. I mean after I wasn't feeling well and was about to comeback to the room??" I asked her with a hint of confusion as I clearly not remember what happened just a few events are flashing in my head.. tho I had no idea if that's the truth or not

"Leera, I think someone spiked your drink or something else.... and that's why you weren't feeling well and moreover maybe that's the reason behind your headache" she said sitting on the bed beside me

"Why would anyone do that?" I murmured as I kept my eyes low starring at my hands

"No idea... I'm not sure.. but maybe it could be like that. Or maybe it's just some kind of illness and headache. And yess, nothing much happened after that. We were coming back to the room but I couldn't find the key card so I had to look for it for some moments and when I came back to you I saw you were with Levi and you seemed too unwell. Then Levi and I carried you here... that's all happened I guess" she said standing up and then she went to the washroom

"Was it really him or my imagination?" I murmured under my breath. If it was him I'm basically drowned. Will he really come back in my life? No, why would he. Afterall why would he want to face the past again. Why would he want me after all that.

It's happening again. I thought if I get away from New York I'll feel better... but the strange horrifying incidents are occurring again.. even here! Who could possibly spike my food or drink and what I saw last night was literally the reality or just an imagination!?

I couldn't help but get scared again... What is going to happen if that was actually the reality not any imagination or something? What will he do to me? And are those strange and terrifying incidents happening in my life for months were just a trailer before the real pain and affliction came?

"Aze" I muttered in a very low tone. I somehow felt those moments at night were real not any imagination but couldn't convince my own brain.

I can't help but think about him and those grey eyes all again.........

*Flashback*

We were watching my favourite movie after we just finished playing his fav video game.

I was in his arms as we were watching TV in the living room in his house. It was kinda like a small date at home. Recently most of the time he has been busy in his work, so I thought it would be great if we spend time together and some of our fav things together and relax

The movie was playing but I wasn't paying any attention to that. I looked at his face, he looked exhausted, his eyes were fixed on the tv screen.

His eyes.... His eyes were the most beautiful, mesmerising and alluring feature in him. I could stare at those eyes forever. His grey eyes were indeed something really unique and rare. Moreover the emotions he shows me through those eyes manipulates my heart

"Amore, what are you starring at?" He said with a small laugh after shifting his gaze from TV to me breaking my thoughts

"Ahh nothing, let's watch the movie" I said after realizing I was literally starring at his eyes for a long time

"Love, it's fine if you want to do something else rather than watching TV. We can do whatever you want. Just say it" he said with a shameless smirk and I knew at the moment what was he talking about

"Shutup Aze! Let's just watch the movie" I said shifting my gaze towards the TV. He chuckled and I knew this time he was starring at me the whole time.

"Leera, I must admit I love your hazel brown eyes so fucking much" he said all of a sudden. I looked at him. His eyes were showing a lot of emotions at the moment he said that. I thought how are our thoughts so same? 2 minutes ago I was lost in the thoughts of his eyes lmao

"But not more than I love your eyes" I said with a small smile and noticed he was still starring deep in me as his hands travelled to the back of my head caressing my hair

He moved closer holding the nape of my neck and then our lips met. That kiss felt like it held so many emotions and feelings. A soft and gentle kiss

I would never stop admiring all his features and emotions that he shows me. His love was something I never want to let go and I had that trust in him that he would never betray or leave me. I love him with every bit of my heart. I smiled against his lips at my thoughts while our kiss deepened

*End of flashback*

But he did! He broke all my trust and love for him. He betrayed me...........
