Next morning, after breakfast Eleanora decided to walk around the mansion as it was a nice rainy day. She didn't wanted to remain locked inside those suffocating surroundings. She wanted out, to breathe in the refreshing air outside.

It was stupid to take her brothers' approval that Elijah informed her was very necessary. That was the another reason she wanted out from there at least for few hours.

Turned out that it was the most easiest thing to do because William was careless about it. He just didn't wanted her to go out the border of premises but she was to free to roam around anywhere inside as this all property was hers too. It felt strange hearing this when these words smoothly slipped out from his tongue.

Elijah was practically breathing on her neck. But at least he understand it himself after sometime later that Eleanora needed a little space between them. He slowed down to create a enough distance between them.

Eleanora looked around the beautiful garden in front of her. There was swings and water fountain too.

The scene of her giant brothers ever sitting on these small swings was hilarious in her mind. A small giggle managed to slip past her lips.

Elijah heard it perfectly but he didn't commented anything. It wasn't his job at all. He had observed that the little princess already looked pretty much stressed out with these sudden new changes of her life, she needed to loosen it up a bit.

Eleanora stared at the beautiful flowers with a wonder in her eyes. Suddenly a thought popped in her mind.

"Elijah..." She called his name after a little hesitation. He stepped towards her.

"Can I do a little gardening or something?" She asked softly.

"I don't think so!"

"Why? William said I can do anything I want."

"But this case is different. I highly doubt that your brother will approve this. Summer is already on its way and working here at such hot weather can give you some serious skin problems and can affect your health!" He told her in a robotic tone.

Her mood turned sour.

"But you can always tell the maids to do whatever you wish about gardening." He suggested immediately noticing her facial expressions.

"Let's go somewhere else." Nora said, her voice a little sad.

Elijah followed her out of the gardens without uttering a next word.

She walked more and more deeper inside the premises. Suddenly her breath hitched in her throat and her feet came to a halt.

Her eyes went wide in surprise.

"W-what is that place?" She asked in a shocked tone.

"Your family's old castle."

"Please tell me about it." She asked with a gaping mouth.

"It was built by your ancestors in 16th century when they ruled this country." Elijah replied shortly.

"Wow. You meant to say that this family is royal?"

"Yes! You are of royal bloodline."

"Something else should I know?" She asked curiously.

"It's not really my place to tell you everything. You can always read royal books in the mansion's library. It contains all information regarding your family." Nora nodded her head in understanding.

"Can we explore the castle?" Eleanora asked in a hopeful tone.

"Not right now. It's almost the time of your lunch. We shall head back now." As much as Nora didn't wanted to go, she forced herself to walk back to the mansion.

As they were coming back, they heard some familiar high pitched loud screams.

Her eyes went wide when she saw Damon himself dragging Rosetta out of the mansion, with his hand tightly wrapped around her wrist. She was screaming bloody murder telling him to 'believe her words. She wasn't lying.'

But he heard none of her pleads.

He released her wrist after shrugging her down on the ground like she was nothing but a dirt. Her body fell down on the ground with a loud thump.

"PLEASE DAMON! YOU CAN'T DO THIS! WILLIAM CAN'T DO THIS! IT'S HIS CHILD I SWEAR!" She begged screaming.

Nora's eyes went wide in shock.

Damon chuckled lowly and bitterly. He came down the steps of entrance again and harshly gripped her hair in his fist. He pulled a shiny, sharp knife out from his vest.

"Don't fucking try to lie again! We Crimson brothers are well aware about everything that happens in our surroundings. You should be glad and thankful to this 'Child' that William is even letting you leave, out of here in a single piece after you had tried to plot a death of our family member. If you ever show your face again here, I will personally cut the body of your loved ones into pieces by pieces with this knife and make you watch them all before burning you alive with their remains."

Eleanora shivered in fear as these words slipped out of his tongue in a amusing tone. His eyes showed fury and rage but his lips were wearing a devilish smile. The tip of his knife pressing against her big fish type swollen lips.

Nora felt her stomach churning in fear.

"STOP!" Nora shouted before she could even stop herself. Damon's movements stilled just for a slight second

"Don't forget what I said Rosetta!" He said one more time before taking few steps away from her.

"GUARDS! Take this trash and throw it out from the premises and yeah 'carefully'." He rolled his eyes whilst saying these sarcasm filled words.

Two guards that stood closer to them, approached Rosetta's shaking body and they began dragging her out of her there.

When they were about to pass Elijah and Nora, Rosetta forcefully dug her heels on the ground, refusing to move. She sent a nasty glare in Nora's direction.

Nora shivered in fear and unconsciously took two steps back. Elijah's tall frame immediately was in front of her protectively and blocking her from Rosetta's view.

"I suggest you to keep your eyes to yourself if you don't want your eyeballs to be pluck out, Miss Rosetta!" Elijah smiled slightly and said in a charming, cold tone.

"You all will regret this." Rosetta mumbled lowly but yelped when the guards forcefully pulled her arms almost tearing them out from her body.

Eleanora closed her eyes and sighed in relief. When in next second, she opened her eyes they met with Damon's blank ones. She didn't even noticed when he came to stand in front of her. His gaze held no gentle emotion like other times.

"You shouldn't be interfering in our matters like that!" He told her with a hidden warning in his cold tone.

"B-but you w-were going to kill her and s-she's pregnant." Nora replied back in a low tone, a little afraid of his emotionless stare.

"She also almost killed you." He replied whilst crossing his arms over his chest and now looking more intimidating. The tattoos on his throat that were crawling out of the collar of his shirt was making him look even more scarier.

"W-what do you mean?" She asked in surprise suddenly founding her head bowed down and her gaze connected with ground.

She wasn't able to make eye contact with this Damon. He was different, wholly different from the Damon she had known in this mansion.

"You were poisoned that day. It was her doing!"

"B-but why she did that?" She asked confused.

"Are you asking me that now? You should know who actually you are!"

His words only flew up her head. She wasn't able to understand the meaning.

Damon raised his brow after noticing her scrunched up eyebrows. His whole demeanour changed all of a sudden. He sighed lowly and brought his hand up to pat her head. Nora flinched at the contact but Damon didn't looked like he minded about it.

"That's why I say that what we do is not something you can handle. So stay out of our matters. You are still a little girl. A innocent one! I personally don't know about others but I don't want to taint you with our sins and corrupt you!" He murmured lowly.

"I am not a child. I am 15." She corrected him with a low mumble.

"Still does not make you different! Come let's have lunch together."
