'I wonder what I should do..'

I walked out of the institute and it took me 4 minutes to reach the best street of the town where most vendors, stalls and stores were.

"Milady! please buy a hair piece, I'll sell it to you for free~" The kind lady offered. I walk towards her stall and looked over the items she was selling.

They were all really pretty, I've been meaning to buy myself one.

"This would suit you well." I turned around and saw that it was the male representative from Whytemoon. He was pointing at a beautiful cherry blossom hair piece set.



"Hmm..how so?" I poked.

"It compliments your hair and eyes perfectly." He said, I wasn't expecting him to reach for it and place it on my hair.

He then grabs a mirror and shows me, "See?"

I stare at myself and boy was he right, it looked beautiful. He then paid the lady before I could.

"You didn't really need to pay for it but, Thank you uh.."

"Oh just call me...Callahan." He paused before he told me his name. His hair is an eye catching Ash blonde and his crimson red eyes were even more captivating.

"My name is Euphemia, you can just call me Euphie if you'd like." I smiled.

"Euphemia..so you are the princess?"

"Ah, *nervous laughter* yeah that's me. I promise I've changed though. A few months ago I lost my memories so here I am." I stated. I don't mind telling people that, eventually everyone will know I'm Euphemia anyways...

Also it's not like he's one of my fiancé's right? I plan that if they don't send me a divorce letter then I would show up looking like how they know how I looked like.

I'm just a little nervous about the backlash I'd receive since Euphemia was kinda sorta an idiotic b*tch.

His unrelenting stare probed into me, I sighed. 'I knew it, ha...just what dumb stunts did Euphemia do?? geeze.'

"I-I'm sorry, I'll just go." I was going to walk away when he grasped my wrist.

His eyes squinted in confusion and then my bracelet alerted.

"Are you trying to read my mind? I really am not lying, look." I removed my bracelet.

"..You really are Euphemia.."

'but how?? no way..could it be?!' (Euphie can't hear him but these are his thoughts)

"mhm, I'll just go now. Thank you really, the hair piece set is truly beautiful." I bowed and left.

I could be the new era ninja cause I disappeared faster than a second. Tomorrow we will be finding out our results so for now I'll enjoy the rest of my time~

"Miss! um..miss!" I turned to my left and saw a cute little girl.

"Yes?" I smiled.

"A-are you..Iris-sama??" I stared at her, her eyes were glistening with hope.

"Mhm, yes I am. Hi there little cutie~" I crouched down a little bit to match her height.

"Oh my! Mom! It really is her! I told you!" She started jumping in joy.

'Oh sweet sugarplums' I thought, I was soon swarmed by the townspeople.

"Ah! Iris-sama! please take a picture with me!"

"Iris-sama!! Oh my God she look's even prettier up close!"

"Please be my Mother, Iris-sama!!!" 'Woah what did he say?'

I flopped on the bed, so I'm sleeping her for the night..My eyes were getting heavier and heavier but then there was a loud knock on my door.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

I begrudgingly got up and about to open the door, I could hear metal clinking of that of a knight so I thought it was quite odd.

"Who is it?" I asked from the door.

"I am the Imperial Red Knights' 1st Commander, Angus Blinthe. I was asked to escort your imperial princess to the palace by the Emperor." The man said.

'Oh Frick!' I hurriedly casted a spell on my body using Imagery magic. My appearance reverted to how my body constitution was when I first woke up but cleaner and more presentable.

I got out of the room, luckily this was booked for myself only. I reluctantly followed them to the imperial palace, I wasn't looking forward to it I mean, how did they found out I'm here?? I don't see the Callahan as the type to tell anyone.

Well I'm just happy I'll see Perse again, I can't begin to explain how broken I was to have to separate from my sister. I- I've always wanted a family and my sister was all I had and when I found out she had cancer, my world shattered.

I gladly exchanged my life for her, I absolutely value family more than anything, more than my life. Perse filled up the gap that was hurting when I felt alone, he was someone I could truly call family like my sister.

I don't know why but whenever I think of Euphemia's biological family, it hurts my heart..I feel so sad to the point I want to cry and I can't figure out why..The same goes for my fiancé's, I wonder if Euphemia's emotions are still here?

But what's evident here are the memories, most of the memories and the faces are still hazy but I can see some of those painful memories..

"Brother Aries! Look at this, I embroidered you a handkerchi-" I was excited to show Brother Aries what I made but he cut me off.

"Euphemia go away! don't you see I'm playing with Rhosyn??" He glared at me with Rhosyn clutching his sleeve.

'But..you used to play with me..'

I ran with cookies at my hand, Lorcan Onii-chan always enjoyed my cookies. I made these especially for him. A few days ago mama and papa adopted another little girl like me but I don't know why. I thought she looked nice but she glared at me.

*knock knock*

"Brother~ Brother Lorcan ~ Mia has cookies that she baked for you~" I referred to myself in third person using the nickname he always used on me.

I saw Brother Lorcan beside Rhosyn and he was eating a cookie she baked. I walked up to him, "Brother?" he ignored me, maybe he didn't hear me. "Brother? Brootherrr, Brother-"

"Geeze are you stupid?! I thought you would get it if someone ignores you then that means that they don't want to talk to you. Get out Euphemia." He shoved me, I dropped my cookies.

"B-but, I just wanted to give you some of my cookies? Mia knows you love Mia's cookies so-"

"That? Blech! Disgusting!" He got up and stomped on it. "Now go away." my eyes widen, Rhosyn was at the back smiling..why?? but just a few days ago he-..

Everyone's acting so mean to me. I know! Brother Leandré always know what to do. Brother Leandré loves Mia very much, I'm sure he'll help me find out why Brother Aries and Brother Lorcan were acting weird.

I opened the door to his room and I couldn't find him, where could he be? I searched and searched but I couldn't find him. I finally saw him at the garden picking my favorite flowers, Blue Iris.

I smiled and approached him, "Brother Leandré, guess what Brother Arie-"

"Ugh, stop being so annoying Euphemia. The others have been telling me how much of a nuisance you have been lately. Will you stop?"

"Eh? but I was only just-"

I saw Rhosyn, Brother Aries and Brother Lorcan walking near us. Rhosyn was skipping and stood infront of Brother Leandré.

"Brother, those are soo pretty!"

"I was planning on giving them to you." He smiled at her.

"Brother? b-but those are my favorite flowers"

"Stop being so greedy Euphemia!" He yelled at me, I was stricken aback, he never yelled at me.

..Mama, Papa please come back..there's something wrong with brothers..

I walked aimlessly back inside the palace, to Perse's play room. He's just three and turning four, he doesn't talk much but I love just being in the same room as him, even if he doesn't pay me any attention since he's too distracted at his toys..

It's my joy.
