After everything that went down earlier I really didn't have anything to do.

The knives and guns did help me calm down a lil bit.

I've been cool for the next couple of hours.

I was just smoking a blunt letting time fly by while setting a schedule for my meetings with my clients.

I had to go to school today. My biological had already took us shopping. I had already graduated and got my degree but chose to stay since I don't have nothing better to do with my life.

They don't know about it tho...

It's 6:00am and I'm looking through my closet for an outfit.



I was wearing denim jeans with a white shirt which was tuck under and a sleeves.

I spray vanilla bath and body work perfume to get rid of the smoke smell.

The smell is amazing to me

(A/N- I actually do have some perfume like that and it smells amazing. )

I grabbed my phone off the plug stuffing it in my pocket before grabbing my backpack which only consist of a five star notebook and my accessories.

My knives where hidden away on my body which I had access to.

I walked out the room seeing Iris and Alex already ahead of me. I rolled my eyes before continuing behind them silently.

"Goodmorning Ivy, Iris, and Alex" Xavier said and they both replied cheerfully saying it back while I muttered it lowly.

I walked around them and sit in my seat from last time beside Victor.

Father came in once every one was seated looking chipper than ever.

He is smiling hard and what I meant by hard...NOTHING BUT TEETH IS SHOWING

I raised an eyebrow at this.

He went and kissed Iris forehead saying good morning before making his way towards me.

I look at him in disgraced as his lips was inches away from my head.

I quickly block his lips with my hands in disgust before saying, "I don't want your Saliva on me"

Xavier and Victor started laughing while Father strengthen himself out before looking at me, " I actually thought we was getting somewhere" he said

"You thought" I said back at him with a smirk on my face

He had a vicious smirk on his face that makes me very suspicious of him

He had a smirk on his face the entire time while looking up at me while I eyed him suspicious.

I took my last bite off my plate before I taking it towards the kitchen sink.

I came out the kitchen and return back in my seat before taking out my phone.

I saw father bent down whispering in Victor.

He isn't even saying anything...

The whole time he was whispering, he was just bringing up random stuff. I could hear him out of my ear but I still was suspicious of him.

Really into my phone, I felt a squishy wet on my forehead...

I wipe my head before...

"What the hell" I said looking up seeing Father already running off.

"Have a good day, I love y'all including you Ivy" he said while running and his voice echo.

I like being included and he is doing that. Making sure I don't. My heart warms when he kiss my forehead, I didn't have mother to give me this type of affection at all...

The fucker just fucking kiss my forehead and gon run off like a bitch.

Xavier was laugh including Victor and the rest of the brother and Iris.

I gave them a look before quickly getting out of my chair going after him.

"How the fuck are you even running like that" I ask.

"I hav–"he said before I heard a drop on my way towards him

I went towards him and started laughing. He looked at me before saying mostly to himself, "Why the fuck I thought it was a good idea to run like that"

"My back fucking hurt" he said as he has gotten up and was rubbing his sides.

I was still laughing before stopping.

"You should not laugh at something so cruel as this. You should at least help your father out" he said with a grin

"I'm not sorry. Your not even serious with that big ass grin on your face" I said still wondering if I should do this or not.

I was kinda nervous...

"I AM SERIOUS! L–wait what I told you about that language"

I rolled my eyes before quickly kissing his forehead and quickly walking off. I never done this before so I'm kinda embarrassed about it. I couldn't face him, this is so stupid.

"I LOVE YOU, IVY" he yelled as I was already leaving.

"YEAH, YEAH. BYE" I said. I was sure I wasn't ready to tell him I was ready yet.

I made my way toward the kitchen table telling them I'm leaving before getting on my motorcycle I had ship down here and drove off towards school.

CARLOS POV

My back is sore...

Why did I think it was a damn good idea to run. But that bad idea was a good idea to me after Ivy kissed my head.

My smile never dropped on my face.

I was happy that she was warming up to me and we have a bond. Even thought she didn't say I love you back, that kissed meant more to me just now.

The way she ranned off quick after that kiss onto my forehead, you could tell she was embarrassed.

I wanted to make her feel special...

I made my way towards my office drowning down a glass of vodka before looking through paper work as I sat down in my chair.

Few minutes into the paper work, Xavier came in with a stack of paper before placing them on my desk.

I still had a small smile on my face.

"You and Ivy seems to have an incredible bond going around"

"Yeah, I'm happy she's taking a step out from behind that wall. And she kiss me on my forehead." I said giddy

I know childish right but I can't help when one of my daughter that gave me a cold shoulder kiss me.

"My FOREHEAD" I said

"You smiling too much scaring the fuck out of me" he said while I gave him the look.

"Be quiet. I'm always smiling" I said

"No you don't, at least not like this" he said making hand gesture.

I gave him a glare before saying, "Get out my office, you is not ruining my mood"

He gave me a smirk before leaving while I got back to work.

I was happy that she took One Step Ahead and kiss me.
