After the introduction, it was so many of them. Some were nice while others was judging.

The maid had enter the room after introducing everyone, telling us that breakfast was ready.

It's now 8:40, we're all sitting at the large table, just silence filling the air.

Dad had told the maids that they could just leave instead of waiting on us to finish dinner like they usually do.

It was quiet, everyone was just glancing at one another across the table while spoon, knife, forks or whatever clicks on the glass plate. Eating sounds could be heard. It was starting to get irritating to me.

"So, how life been going when you was with your mother" Aunt Noelle said

Thank god she broke the silence but I wasn't okay with that question in a weird kinda way.

I continued eating eating my food, stuffing an egg in my mouth chewing very slowly.

"It was great there" Iris said with a smile on her face while I just rolled my eyes.

Of course she would say that.

"Oh that's nice. What about you Ivy" she said with smile on her face before turning towards me

"It was fine" I said with as tight smile

"Doesn't seems like it" alexandro said my way

Every since I got here, he always have a smart ass side comment to say

"Fuck you bitch"

"OK, that's enough. Alexandro don't get her started and Ivy lay low on the cursing words" dad said while alexandro ugly ass smirk at me

I could say we have this little bond where we assaulted each other but I really need to shorten his name because it's so motherfucking long.

Alexandro...alex for short most definitely

"He started—imma stuff yo face next time you insult me again"

"Is that a challenge" he said with a cocky smirk

"Most definitely is" I said with a smirk on my face

"Alexandro, I would not challenge her if I was you—I learn my lesson" Victor said

"It's a challenge now since you're scared" Alex said with a smirk

I rolled my eyes at him before continuing eating.

"So what do you girls like to do during your free time"

"I like to sing and go shopping"

"I don't really care what any of you say but I like to draw and do martial arts" I said

"Oh that's not lady like" my other auntie, Anne says. She have been on my back since we got here and was one of the people giving that judge mental look.

I rolled my eyes before saying, "It really don't matter what you say so I advised you to keep them opinions to yourself" I said while glaring at him

She looked at me shocked before scrunching her nose up, turning her head

"You said you love fighting" grandpa said with an interested look on his face while I nod, giving him confirmation.

"Yea right, I'll like to see her beat me" Rafael said with a smirk on his face.

"I could take that up for a challenge"

Everybody came and sat around while me and Rafael got ready in separate rooms that is located to get dress.

I stretch a little to get my body prepared—before going over and getting the gloves out the bucket.

"You need a little help—"

"Okkk, I guess I'll go back to my seat" Dad said while mumbling 'why did she need to learn that' under his breathe thinking I can't hear him

I rolled my eyes heavily before saying, " I can't put it on my right hand good, can you do it"

He put a smile on his face before wrapping my hand up carelessly.

I smile

He looked at me.

The gloves did feel a bit lose so I tighten it.

"I could have know that you knew how to do both of them" he said

"I could but you was being a crybaby about it"

"No I wasn't" he said denying it

"If I had a camera, I would have recorded your ass every chance I get" I said with a playful

"What I told you about your mouth"

"Ion think I remember but you could repeat that"

"Language anyway Rafael, he's a good fighter on what I have to say but just watch out" he said patting me back

"Thanks for the heads up old man" I said while he moves his arm around my shoulder as we walk out.

"I was thinking—" he said but I cut him off

"You know it's never good when you're thinking" I said with a smirk

He gave me a little tap on my head before scolding me, "Anyway as I was saying before you rudely interrupted me" he said directing that sentence towards me which made me roll my eyes.

"I was thinking we could spend some time together today" he said

"I mean I made plans with a friend earlier" I said

"Oh well—" he said a bit down but I cut him off

"But we could do something around 7 or 8" I said bringing his mood back up

"Ok, wait a friend"

"Yes" I said

"Girl or Boy" he said

"If I told you, you would go all protective father mode on me"

"I have a right to go that way if you're my daughter that I always love very much"

"And I also love you too, dad" I said as I thought over what I said before covering my mouth as I looked at him wide eyed and he does the same.

"You just said you love me and you called me dad" he said while I'm seeing a gigantic smile grow on his face

Victor came over interrupting the moment, "The funniest shit ever, what's wrong with y'all face" he said laughing with stuffing popcorn in his mouth

"Shut up dipshit and where you get popcorn from" dad ask

"Dad I have a name and it's not dipshit"

"Ok and" dad said

"Say my name. I swear Ivy changing you sometimes" he said getting ready to walk away

"Where you get the popcorn from" dad ask again

"GRANDMA" he yelled
