Few days later every king returned to their kingdom and results of war spread throughout the Aryavart. There were no words to describe the shock people felt knowing the result of battle. To think all rathi, atirathi and Maharathi lost to three warrior of Aaryavrat. The most shocking information were that Vrushali herself alone fought and defeated all atirathi her in one day too and Karna defeated 7 Maharathi. The Maharathi were not simple terms to describe the might warrior but it was softer terms of calling someone army killer. One atirathi is enough to cement the kingdom as superior Kingdom and Maharathi was equal to 12 atirathi. To think Karna alone battled and defeated 7 of them. No wonder both of them called Samrat and samragi. They are truly deserving the title being such warrior themselves. Karna was now called atimaharathi in entire Aaryavrat. The war has shook the foundation of Aaryavrat. The common people were happy because they consider Karna as one among them while kshatriya and brahman who were worried because they till now possess as superior or supreme but now a Suta couple has proved other wise.

None were more ashamed of this defeat than Pandavas. The war proved fatal for four of elder Pandavas. Their ego and pride was so bruised that they became even more rigid. They can't forget the scene where Yudhishthir took off his crown to place in feet of Karna. To think the son of Yamdev and jyeshtha of Pandavas was going to place his honour and dignity in feet of Suta. To think they Devputra got their own hard earned (according to them) tittle of Samrat in charity from Suta. Yudhishthir couldn't sleep his mind was filled with anger and humiliation. He can't think of any other moment. The image was stilled in his mind. Bheem never felt so helpless in his entire life, in his anger he has destroyed everything present in his room. Arjun was most distraught after returning he couldn't believe after going through so much his fight with his archenemy Karna still exact replica of how he was defeated seven years ago. He was so out of mind that after returning when he saw Subhadra he lashed out on her for Krishna siding with Karna. The fight was so big that Subhara left Indraprastha crying her eyes out. Nakul was also like Karna seven years of his constant practice but still he pathetically lost to Vrushali and what shamed him the most Vrushali beat him most viciously among other atirathi. Sahdev was only one who has graciously accepted his defeat but he was still worried because since announcement of war his astrology has told him hardship and humiliation of his family has only started and it will continue for long time, what scared h the most was the conclusion of war was not the worst they will face. He still remembers the curse Pandavas and Kunti got from Radha and he can feel the time of it being true. It was said before misery struck there will be changes in human behaviour and he can clearly see the changes in his brothers.

Draupadi was another person whose world turned upside down after the war when she get to know not only her mighty husband were defeated but title of Samragi was give to her in charity by one person she consider the sole reason of her misery. She couldn't believe that alone Karna defeated seven Maharathi. His fight with Bheeshma was now popular in entire Aaryavrat. When her husband returned she thought they came after destroying Karna's kingdom and has proven their might to entire Aaryavrat but when she saw their bowed head, helplessness and anger in their eyes she immediately guessed her previous thoughts were proven wrong. When her four husbands shared with her what happened, the distraught in their voice was enough for her to completely grasp their inner turmoil. After hearing everything her hate to Karna and Vrushali increased to unprecedented height.

The war has changed everything in Indraprastha but it was not good change. Pandavas in their anger became adamant in proving themselves. They became overbearing to anyone and everyone. Yudhishthir became the unforgiving samrat he was borderline of being cruel, he stated to follow his dharm religiously not even thinking about other thing. Bheem and Arjun were relentlessly training themselves and army. Nakul became irritated by slightest mistake or if things didn't go according to him. Seeing the changes in his brothers Sahdev indulged in books as it was his only escape from everything happening around him. Draupadi became cautious because the volatile temper of her husbands. Her life became miserable after that.

Like entire Aaryavrat Hastinapur too was facing the aftermath of war. But there no changes as such. Bheeshma was sad by his loss but instead he was happy to see the might of eldest kaunteya. He knew Karna was still not in his best form as he could be as he still couldn't force him to summon Vijaya bow. He was proud what Karna was able of and pleased that now whole Aaryavrat know of his strength and valour. On the other hand he was extremely worried about Pandavas, he has seen what loosing the war has changed them into. His spies from Indraprastha were sending him various information that began to worry him. He has hoped atleast this war could be wake up call for them but he was dead wrong. The outcome of war seemed to pushed them further in wrong direction. He was worried for them. Like him Kunti too was worried for her children, being raised by herself no one understood the Pandavas better than her. She knew how fragile their sons were and what loosing to someone who they consider inferior would have done to them. Even though Karna was her son too but Nakul and Sahdev were more closer to her than him. So her care for her legitimate children was greater. Initially she was confused who should she pray for but in her moh of Pandavas she was biased towards them. She wanted to go to Indraprastha but being the daughter in law of Hastinapur and volatile times in Aaryavrat she couldn't go there. Vidhur was another Pandavas well wishers was also worried but not only for Pandavas but he was worried that the results of this war has shook the foundation of Hastinapur. With Vanquisher of the evil commoner have already stopped coming to royal court for justice and now they are clearly showing inclination towards learning weapons or othe knowledge which will disturb Varna vayvastha. He was worried that if something couldn't be done then rebellion would happen here. Ashwatthama has left for his kingdom but Dronacharya was still at Hastinapur, this war has left nothing but bitterness in him. Being cursed he already knew that he has lost his brahmatva but still he was a Maharathi inspite of not being as powerful as before. He too was student of Bhagwan Parshuram it wasn't wrong to say that he too was of similar calibre of Bheeshma and wouldn't be defeated so pathetically. His pride of warrior was shattered in the war after his defeat. With this he has left with nothing but bitterness. To think him the son of Saint Bhardwaj would loose to petty suta, though his pride was shattered but arrogance and disgust were still strong as ever. There were few people for whom the war or its results were inconsequential as karna returned everything. They were none other than Dhritarashtra, Shakuni and Kauravas. Dhritrashtra was happy that he can still be the king and with his his eldest will be next king of Hastinapur. Duryodhana was infact happy because Pandavas lost the war. He never wanted to participate but because of his friend he had too. For him loosing to a warrior of Karna calibre was not an insult but expected result. He was busy with something else, Duryodhana never forgot his humiliation at Indraprastha. How Yudhishthir on Draupadi's insistence took his weapon and when he fell in the water how everyone laughed at him, especially the laughter of Draupadi was struck in his mind. His Mamashree has promised him to avenge his insults, he promised him that he will not only strip yudhishthir of his tittle but Draupadi too has to pay. According to him keeping tittle of Samrat with Yudhishthir was biggest revenge now, seeing the arrogant Yudhishthir to took off his crown was greatest pleasure to him after marriage and having children. Still he would snatch him that in such a way that instead of relief he will face even more misery. Shakuni was also happy by outcome of war, he knew his chance have come to take a big step towards fulfilling his vow. Like Bheeshma he too has spies in Indraprastha so he was very well aware of everything happening there seeing Pandavas mentality he knew all his paws are where he exactly want. Now his master plan would begin and Kuruvansh will surely fall. Bheeshma will shed tears and will see his loved one die as he has watched death of his father, mother and Brothers. For his revenge he never cared how many lives he has to destroy and with the last remains of his father he will start the downfall of his criminals.

Few months later.

Entire Aaryavrat has calmed down and discussion about Brahmnagri or Karna has died down and every thing returned to as normal and peaceful as it could be still commoner sudden interest became cause of worry to every royals. Brahmnagri who was in middle of recent storm of Aaryavrat was still as peaceful as it was before. This war brought them nothing but fame and special status in entire Aaryavrat. Even if their King refused the tittle of Samrat, for everyone in entire Aaryavrat he was Samrat and their queen was Samragi. The entire Aaryavrat still miss their prince but addition of new disciple of their King has filled some gaps.

Abhimanyu who was a child quickly made his place in heart of everyone in Brahmnagri because they can similarity in him and vrishsen. Not only the subjects but he also made his place in heart of everyone in palace. They have accepted him, Hidimba, Eklavya and Ghatotkach didn't want to but Karna said that no child should suffer because who his parents are. It will like what society has done to him. Thinking about it Eklavya found truth in that, Hidimba and Ghatotkach remembered they too were related to Pandavas but Karna have accepted them so why can't they do same with Abhimanyu. Radha and Adhiratha didn't need persuasion, they were parents of Karna they are one who taught morals to him. Vrushali who know about the entire truth of Karna has no problems in accepting him. Infact she was happy in this Karna will spend time with two of his nephew. Seeing Abhimanyu she too remembered vrishsen so her motherhood was already oozing. She knew Karna very well for him there is no difference between vrishsen and ghatotkach so Abhimanyu wouldn't be any different. Slowly Abhimanyu warmed everyone's heart and made his place in there.

Abhimanyu was living happily in Brahmnagri, to teach him further karna had him first learn at gurukul for basic knowledge, Karna didn't want just to make him warrior but a king. He told so to Abhimanyu and also told him for that first he has to be with common people and understand them. A ruler or warrior who didn't understand that would never be successful and it was his test to see whether Abhimanyu was truly worthy to be trained by him. Karna has another motive he wanted him to enjoy little more child and learn equality in gurukul. Abhimanyu lived in the palace only. He was free to do whatever he wants after gurukul there were no restriction, Karna even let him accompany him. Abhimanyu was happily living in Brahmnagri for him it was lot like living in dwarka. He was pampered by everyone here he got everything that he has in dwarka two uncle who not only guide him but shower him with fatherly affection, he has two mata who cooks and feed him, he has an elder brother who plays with him. He doesn't know that how right he was. He also has one Pitamah who loves him and Pitamahi who tells him stories.

Today was special day as Abhimanyu has completed his basic education at gurukul, he too wasn't ordinary child being son of his parents and brought up by narayan and shesnag he was also very intelligent child. Karna has promised him to be his teacher but also told him his teachings will be harsh and relentless but Abhimanyu said he was ready for it. Karna was going to promise him to teach from tomorrow but suddenly an messenger bird suddenly came and sat on his shoulder. There was message tied on its feet. Karna frowned as it was not his usual messenger bird he called soldiers and told him bring some grains and water for bird. Soldiers did so and after feeding the bird he took the note from its feet and was shocked to see it was message of Bheeshma to him. In letter Bheeshma explained how Shakuni, Dhritrashtra and Duryodhana has called Pandavas and Draupadi for dyut sabha and inspite of his and Vidhur's warning Pandavas has came to Hastinapur. Bheeshma has suspicions that something big and bad is going to happen, he also wrote in letter maybe being tied to throne he may not able to stop it. So he pleaded Karna to arrive as soon as possible. Reading this Karna too was shocked he of course knew about dyut sabha but never paid much attention to it as he considers gambling wrong. Dyut was Kala invented by Mahadev himself so he doesn't know why kings has made pure game made for enjoyment into gambling. He may have not paid attention to it before but the foreboding that Bheeshma was telling wasn't something he can ignore. So he first told Abhimanyu that he will start his training later when he will return as he urgently need to go somewhere. Karna just chanted his manta and his chariot appeared before him before leaving he called a dasi and gave the letter to her and told her to give to Vrushali and also it was confidential. He then called few soldier and told them to inform Vishnupant, Sahdeva, Eklavya and others to take care of Brahmnagri on behalf of him. Karna then reigned the horses and with unprecedented speed he went towards Hastinapur.
