In brahamnagri, the day Karna and others left. There was a young man who was returning to the borders of Brahamnagri, he entered the border pretty easily. After entering the Kingdom he on his horse proceeded towards the palace of the Kingdom. He was none other than Vrishasena who returned to Brahamnagri after completing his education. He was seven when he went away but it's been nearly two decades since he left. He was twenty five now and had a well built body showcasing he was a well trained warrior. He has a handsome face but with one look he was a very intelligent and knowledgeable person. He paced towards the palace and reached there. Upon reaching there he told the guard to inform his family of his arrival, in a matter of minutes the entire family of Brahamnagri with Draupadi and Sahdev came to the entrance to greet him. They were not unaware of prince and knew he had gone to bhagwaan parshuram to attain his education and niw Parshuram shisya has came back.

Vrishasena saw them and was surprised to find the new addition there because not even Lakshman or Abhimanyu has told him about it but now was time for this, he stepped up. Vrushali did his aarti and after that he touched the feet of everyone known to him teraful and happy reunion happened between them. After greetings his mother, he went to his teacher, then grand parents and then he came to Draupadi.

Vrushali : Putra, this your maa, first wife of your father. Panchal kumari Draupadi, take her blessings.

This information is enough to deduce very many things for Vrishsena because of his intelligence but still he can't make any theory. He wasn't unaware of the infamous Dyut Sabha. He let go of this for now and touched her feet for blessings.

Vrishasena : Bless me Badi maa, I am Vrushali nandan Vrishasena.

Draupadi can see the respect in him, seeing him she remembers her children, her five sons. They must have grown up now like him, not before they fought a war though defeated they were safe and it was enough for her. She wanted to meet him but Devi Radha has stopped her but their agyat vas has few days left and then no one can stop her while lost in her thoughts she felt hands touching her feet and a face expecting her blessings.she gently placed hands on his head,

Draupadi : Aayushman bhavan, Kirtiman Bhava. Putra call me Mata as well.

Vrishsena : As you wish Mata.

Hearing the words Mata plucked several strings inside her. Her face had a smile but there were tears in her eyes, all she could do was nod while cupping his face. Then he came to hidimba and got her blessings while his elder brother Ghatotkach engulfed him in a hug.

Vrishasena : Mata, where are Pitashree and others.

Vrushali : They have gone to Hastinapur.

Vrishasena : Oh!!

He understands everything, though he was very excited to meet them but circumstances are not such. He was introduced to rest, especially Sahdev who among Pandavas had a good impression on Vrishasena because in the least he tried. He seeked his blessings and afterwards everyone came inside. They all went to the chamber of Vrishasena.

Radha : Putra, vrish. How was your gurukul son.

Vrish : It was great Pitamahi. Gurudev and gurumata were strict as teachers otherwise they were pretty much like grandparents.

Vrushali : Hope you had learnt seriously what they had to teach.

Vrish : Of course Mata.

Adhiratha : Where are others? I know Putra Lakshman is in Hastinapur but what about Putra Abhimanyu?

Draupadi and Sahadev : Abhimanyu???

Hidimba : Oh! You don't know. Yes, he is who you are thinking about. Abhimanyu is the student of Bharata Karna himself.

Draupadi : How???

Vrushali : He came here asking to be a student of Radhey in alms and Radhey accepted him as his disciple but he is more like a son to everyone. Leave this Putra where is he?

Draupadi and Sahadev knew there is more to it but now was not the time to discuss everything.

Vrish : He has gone to Dwarka?

Occupants of the room can understand the rest. They spent the time asking vrish about other things and refreshments were brought out. Then time of sabha came so everyone git ready for it. In absence of Karna, Vrushali and Draupadi were on the throne overlooking brahamnagri. Before the Sabha can begin, Vishnupant addressed the Sabha and told everyone the return of Prince of Brahamnagri from his gurukul. Vrishasena came and greeted everyone, a seat was arranged for him too but no other announcements were made. The Sabha went on as usual and at the end a huge charity event was organised in celebration of the return of Vrishasena. Like this the day went on in brahamnagri.

Next day afternoon,

Karna who had left Hastinapur after sabha there recalled his fastest chariots to reach Brahamnagri as fast as possible. He saw the changes in Hastinapur and was very impressed by Duryodhana. His valour was not something anyone could be unaware of but his thoughts impressed him very much. The changes he saw in both Hastinapur and him were enough for him to respect the man especially as king. He has made mistakes in his life but now he changed and worked for the betterment of his kingdom. He knew upon his return everyone would be very much inquisitive, especially his wife Draupadi. He didn't know how he would tell her this without praising one among others responsible for her trauma. He knew she forgave him but one can't forget such atrocities. He reached his kingdom and went directly to the palace. Upon coming there his family was already there to welcome him and he got to know his son also returned. He was welcomed with tradition and then he spent time with his family as Sabha was taken care of. He informed them about everything that happened in Hastinapur. The reaction of their arrival and from then on everything he witnessed. Others were concerned because of the treatment Kauravas showed but they knew it was something Bheeshma, Ghandhari Bhanumati and Dhushala themselves had to face. All they can do is pray for them but everything was not bad at least children were accepted pretty easily so everything would be fine. After this he became busy in his duties, there is an overall change happened in entire Aaryavrat the political climate was not very stable, he know the kings didn't came to ask help due to their ego but they would never shy away from blaming or accusing him as he is emperor and his kingdom has done Digvijaya meaning his involvement would definitely be there. It was the reason he stayed hidden during Sabha to know the decision of Duryodhana, whether he would proceed ashvamedha yagna now or will stop further bloodshed.

In the night, he entered the chamber of Draupadi for two reasons: first it was her turn and other was to talk to her. Upon entering the room he saw his wife there waiting for him.

Karna : Panchali.

Draupadi : Yes, Aarya.

Karna : How are you? I know everything is not easy for you. Talk to me as your friend dear.

Draupadi : It is hard, Radhey. I have no problem with Pitamah, Mata Ghandhari, bhanumati or Dushala but Hastinapur is still a sore topic for me.

Karna once again saw a fragile Draupadi who always showed a strong front to and for others. He knew for others Draupadi supported his decision of going to Hastinapur but was really not affected? How could that be possible? It's this quality of her that he admires very much. He came beside her and hugged her, she too needed that embrace.

Karna : Speak whatever you wish, Panchali. Share your thoughts with me.

Draupadi : I don't why Aarya, though I have repeatedly told myself to forget everything, I can't. That day, that Sabha is imprinted on me and believe me I tried very hard to move on but when everytime mention of Duryodhana came I…i….

Karna : Shssss….. it's okay. I believe you. I can't say I understand but l am with you in all your decisions.

He hugged her more tightly for reassurance
