'Ah...so that boy is Shinra's little brother? He really is under the Evangelist huh?' Shin thought as he observed the boy carefully.

This made Sho turn his attention to him.

'So that's him...Shinsuke Hitoka. The Evangelist's number 1 assassination target. I wonder what makes him so special that even the Evangelist was so focused on his extermination.' Sho suddenly jumped towards Shinra, who had suddenly froze up.

"Eh? Shinra?" Shin felt the sudden decrease in heat at the area Shinra was in.

'Ah... Don't tell me...'

Before Sho could hurt Shinra, Shin quickly interfered, stopping the sword before it had made contact with Shinra's body.

"You...You stop time using heat?" Shin asked the boy, making Sho widen his eyes in surprise, quickly jumping back.

"How are you not affected by my 'severed universe'?" Sho warily pointed his sword at Shin, now extra cautious of the young man.

"Nothing affects me, including heat. If you stop time by decreasing the heat around the area, then it will never affect me, as nothing passes through my barrier." Shin lazily explained, rubbing the back of his head.

'I see, so he's a monster.' Sho thought to himself, understanding why the Evangelist was so scared of him. 'So not even the Adolla Burst has any effect on him... this may be a problem.'

'Man... This guy's ability is strong. I can't even put a barrier around Shinra since he's already been affected by his ability.' Shin groaned, folding his arms as he looked at the boy.

"Shinra! Shin!" Suddenly, Arthur had arrived with his excalibur, about to strike Sho. Before Sho could hurt Arthur, Shin yet again stopped him.

"Dammit... Do you just attack anyone you see?" Shin sighed. He really didn't want to hurt Sho, since he is Shinra's brother and all, so he will let him off with a warning.

"You really are annoying." Sho said calmly, sheathing his sword as he began to walk away."Get the Adolla Burst, dispose of the rest."

"Yes." The two said.

"Did you get the item?" Sho asked, which Dr. Giovanni had affirmed.

'Eh? What item?' Shin tried to hear what was going on, but he was too busy holding back the now released Shinra, who was screaming Sho's name the entire time. 'Damn it, my ears.'

Suddenly, there was smoke everywhere, and the sound of a speeding vehicle.

"Shinra,Shin, Arthur! Get in!" Vulcan screamed from the truck, wuickly grabbing the three swiftly.

"Yo, seems like you guys were in a pickle." Viktor joked, making Shin look at him with a glare.

'Why me? I'm the one who saved everyone's ass. (Shinra and Arthur)' Shin complained in his head.

"Lisa, come on!" Vulcan extended his arm to reach Lisa's, but Lisa had retracted her arm back to her sides before that could happen, making his efforts futile.

Suddenly, Sho had appeared infront of the truck, surprising Viktor. "He's fast. How did he do that?"

"You're not getting away. Leave the man with the Adolla Burst." Sho said, already unsheathing his sword to prepare an attack. Though before that could happen, Joker had intervened.

"Sho! I swear I'll come back for you! I'll swear it!" Shinra exclaimed from the back of the truck that was now slowly leaving the scene.

'That's right, that is his goal. I should not interfere like I did just now.' Shin reminded himself, staring at the clouds in the sky.

Now, everyone including Vulcan, was at the dining room of Company 8. Shin was too busy stuffing his face to care about what had just happened.

'If there are more White-clads just as or even stronger than Sho, I'll beat them up.' Was all that was in Shin's mind.

"Hey Shin... At that time, why is it that you were beside me so suddenly? I didn't even see you anywhere before." Shinra asked, still stuffing his face with food.

"Ah...I dunno. All I did was walk up to you." Shin lied. There was no way he could tell Shinra that his brother was about to hurt both him and his friend.

Shinra, as well as everyone else, gave a confused look towards the boy who was still casually enjoying his meal.

By now, more conversations were started, like about Vulcan's recruitment into the 8th. Though Shin wasn't in any of them, as he was close to dosing off from the well known 'food coma'

Just like that, the chaotic day was over, full of anticipation as to what the White-clad's next move was. -----------------------------------------------------------
