My head was throbbing….My eyes were heavy….My lips were dry….My mind said it was real… My heart begged it to be a nightmare….My body quivered for Jake’s warm embracement…..My fingers tried to find Jake’s finger to be interwined as a symbol of love……Tears rolled down my cheeks as I realized it was impossible.
