Sakura P.O.V

The next couple of days, I was helping with Uncle Pigsy's shop as usual, and I noticed MK and Mei watching TV

"Once a year, this city becomes more than a city... Once a year, these streets become more than streets... This year, the winner will become... Immortal!" The MC said

'Oh! The Great Wall Race! I totally forgot about it' I thought to myself

"The Peach of Immortality!" MK said as his eyes went wide with excitement along with Mei

"The Peach of what now?" Uncle Pigsy looked confused, and that resulted to MK and Mei looking at Uncle Pigsy with a shocked look

"GASP!" They both gasped and they started to shout at him. Then they settled down when they heard Uncle Tang clearing his throat

"If you allow me" Uncle Tang pushed his glasses up and started to explain about the Peach of Immortality "Legends says there was a sacred field of trees that grows in the heavenly realm, protected by the gods themselves. Every few thousand years, these trees bring forth the peaches of immortality. Against the wishes of the heavenly host, the Monkey King took them all, making himself immortal" Uncle Tang finished the story, and of course MK and Mei are amazed about the story

"Hold up. I thought Monkey King is already immortal" Uncle Pigsy said

"Piggy! You're missing the point! Whoever wins this race will live forever!" Mei said

I chuckled at Mei's and MK's excitement 'My life would be pretty boring if MK and Mei weren't here. I'm happy to have them on my life' I thought, and I glanced at the TV 'I wonder... Should I...?"

After work No one P.O.V

MK and Mei were outside of the noodle shop, Mei was polishing her motorbike

"This is huge! The other racers won't stand a chance!" MK said

"Right? I know the track at the back of my hand! The back alleys, the front alleys, and the sideways alleys. All the alleys! I was made for this!" Mei said with excitement

"Yep, I'm totally gonna win this thing" MK said bringing down Mei's excitement

"Wait what? You're not racing, I'm racing. You've been watching me train for months! This shouldn't be a surprise." Mei said looking upset at MK

"Oh, yeah. Uh... I just thought you've been doing that stuff for me" MK said and smiled, but that made Mei angry that her dragon appeared and that scared MK "But upon reflection, it doesn't make much sense" MK said and played possum

"How you even?!" Mei was so angry that she couldn't form a sentence right, then she calmed down a little "There's no way you can beat me" Mei said as she turned her back away from MK

"Uh... I so to can beat you! I'm a deliver boy! Pretty sure I know how to drive good" MK said, and they heard Tang walking out of the shop with 2 small flags

"Mr. Tang, who's a better driver? Mei or Me?" MK asked and he saw a small flag with Mei's head on it and saw another small flag with a cherry blossom flower on it

"This is very uncomfortable" Tang said as he tried to run away, but MK grabbed his shoulder

"Mr. Tang, who else are you cheering for?" MK asked as he pointed at the small flag

"Oh yeah, I didn't notice that. Who else are you cheering for?" Mei asked, and Tang felt nervous

"Uh... Hey look! It's a flying bowl of noodles!" Tang yelled, MK and Mei turned around to see, and Tang ran away

"I don't see any flying noodles" MK said as turned back around and noticed he was gone

"Ugh! I can't believe we fell for that!" Mei shouted

'But... that doesn't explain who else is he gonna for too?' MK thought to himself

Race Starting Line

"We're now minutes away for the start of the race! The drivers will make their final preparations!" The MC said in the intercom

Mei was testing her engine, but failed to notice the noodle cart trying to get over the wall, then a second later Mei heard the other racers screams from behind and saw MK driving the noodle cart

"Oh, hi Mei. Didn't see you there" MK said

"You're really gonna do this? You're really gonna try and race me?" Mei asked

"Yeah! And so are we!" Mei and MK turned around and saw the 2 demons Jin and Yin

"Monkie Kid! It's your worst enemies! Jin!"

"And Yin!"

"The Gold and Silver demons!" Jin and Yin said together, but MK and Mei weren't paying attention

"You don't even know the track!" Mei argued to MK

"Well, I got Monkey King powers! I think I'll be fine!" MK argued back, and they another engine

"Can you peasants be quiet! I'm trying to get into the zone!" Red Son said

MK and Mei were gonna ask why he's here but they another engine, but it was a motorcycle engine. MK, Mei and Red Son looked behind and saw someone driving close, they saw another racer, the mysterious racer is wearing a jumpsuit with the top half pink with a cherry blossom flower printed on the suit and the bottom half is black, they also wear a white helmet with cat ears, their hair in a low ponytail, and their motorcycle is pink and silver colors



When MK and Mei saw the print on the mysterious person suit, that's when they knew, the other racer that Tang's cheering for. Before they could talk to the person, everyone heard a giant sound of a engine, everyone turned around and saw DBK along with his wife Princess Iron Fan. Most of the racers ran away including the Jin and Yin, the 2 demons went to where the MC used to be and became the new MCs

"Oh! It looks like we have some last-minute scratchers as DBK and Iron Fan and the mystery racer has joined the race!" Yin said in the intercom

"Yeah! Totally unrelated, we're the new commentators! And to spice things up, we've ahead gone and changed the racetrack!" Jin said shocking both Mei and MK

"That's right! Here's the start line and your finish line!" Yin showed a map of the track and the finish line is far "Get there any way you like!" Yin said

"On your marks..."

"Hold on!" Mei shouted

"Get set..."

"Wait what?" Red Son looked confused

"GO!" Jin and Yin said together, and the race has begun, and DBK had already left ahead including the mystery person

"Sorry darling! We'll meet you at the finish line! Ahahaha!" Princess Iron Fan laughed, but they didn't notice that the mysterious person has already passed them

"Yeah! We'll see at the finish line! Ahahaha!" MK said as he tried to copy Princess Iron Fan's laugh

Mei started her motorcycle and drove, with Red Son starting last. Everyone who are watching the race knew it's gonna be intense

Mei and Red Son are catching up, they passed DBK, with MK trying to drive steady

"Hey! How did they get so far ahead already?!" MK shouted as he pointed at the mystery racer

"I have no idea, but I'm not gonna lose!" Mei declared and raved up her engine

"Same here!" Red Son as he did the same thing

"And it's become immediately apparent, that some drivers are better than others" Yin said

"And in the lead is the mystery racer!" Jin said as they saw the mysterious racer did a sharp turn at a sharp corner along with MK and Mei

"Oh! That is a very sharp corner!" Jin said sounding very excited

Red Son has also made a sharp turn, but DBK drove straight through the mountain causing everyone to jump and fall to the ground

"Ooo! They're literally driving through the mountain! It's a bold move!" Jin said as he lifted himself up from floor

"Very ambitus. So, I guess we'll catch up with them... on the other side of the mountain" Yin said as he got up from the floor and sat back on the chair

The race continues with the mystery racer still in the lead, MK, Mei and Red Son tried to pass them, but failed

"Get out of my way Noodle Boy! If anyone is gonna pass that person, it's gonna be me!" Red Son shouted

"Never!" MK shouted back; Mei used the opportunity to try to pass the person, Red Son followed after her leaving MK behind

"Hey! No fair! Here... Comes... Monkie Kid!" MK said, but the cart broke down "I'm so stupid! 'Oh, I got Monkey King's powers! I think I'll be fine!' " MK said looking upset and he remembered his staff, MK used his staff to get ahead

The mystery racer is still in the lead, then they looked at the mirror and saw Mei, Mei managed to get pass them including Red Son

"Ha! Hope you like losing peasant! Hahahaha!" Red Son laughed as he drove ahead, now trying to get passed Mei

"Well, will you look at that! It seems dragon girl has gotten passed the mystery racer and is now in the lead!" Jin said "And at this point, the only way Mei is not gonna win is if some flying fool will crash into her from above"

With that said, MK crashed into Mei, resulting both vehicles to be out of commission

"Ooo. Yep, like I said. That is really, really unlucky" Jin said

Red Son drove passed them "Victory is mine peasants! Ahahahaha!"

Driving passed them, is the mystery racer

Small timeskip~

With Red Son in the lead, he doesn't need to worry about anything, but he looked in his rear-view mirror and saw the mystery racer catching up along with MK and Mei, so he decided to play dirty. He pressed a button, and spilled oil on the street

"Good luck on NOT trying to slip and fall peasants!" Red Son shouted as he drove fast

"I don't think so~" The Mystery racer said as they also pressed a button, and their tires changed making them immune to the oil, which also resulted making them even faster, they drove passed Red Son and passed the finished line, making them the winner

"It is all over!" Yin said

"The mystery racer wins!" Jin said as they showed the headshot of their head

"No way! We lost!" MK and Mei cried, and Red Son getting angry

The mystery racer held up the golden peach as they stand on the first-place panel with fireworks in the background

"You! Peasant! That peach should be mine!" Red Son shouted as flames bursted out of him

"Yeah! What he said! Just who are you anyway?!" MK shouted, making the mystery racer laugh

"Hahaha! You guys still have no idea who I am?" They asked as they placed the peach down, and removed their helmet, revealing who they are

"Gasp! No way!" Mei gasped

"SAKURA?!?!?!?!" Everyone yelled



"Hey guys! That was an awesome race!" Sakura said with a bright smile

"No way! You entered the race too?!" Mei asked

"Yep! I was also training for months, but I didn't expect the whole racetrack change though. I still had fun!" Sakura said and she looked at MK and Red Son, their faces were bright red, and blood was coming out from their noses

"Um... Are you guys okay?" Sakura asked as she gave MK and Red Son each a tissue, and they finally snapped out of it

"Y-Y-Yeah! W-W-We're okay!" MK said who was stuttering, while Red Son was sulking on the ground

"I can't believe I called her a peasant... I'M THE WORST!!!!" Red Son yelled, making the trio jump, Red Son turned to Sakura with his eyes full of tears "My cherry blossom, I'm so sorry for how I acted! If I have known, who you were, I wouldn't have called you a peasant!" Red Son cried, and Sakura patted his back to help him calm down

"It's alright Red Son. Besides, if you guys knew who I was, then you guys would've gone easy on me" Sakura said, MK was about to say something but stopped himself because he knew he would go easy on her

"Yeah, your right. But that was an amazing race though" Mei said as she tackled Sakura for a hug

"Also, before I forget, the peach is a trophy not the actual Peach of Immortality" Sakura pointed out, and that shocked MK and Red Son, they pulled out the poster for the race "By becoming immortal, it means getting your picture projected on the Great Wall" Sakura said as the projector show a picture of Sakura with her helmet off

Oh... So, it's a metaphor...?" MK said with his red from embarrassment

"I-I knew that..." Red Son said with his also red "I'll see you next time Sakura" Red Son disappeared in his vortex of flames

"Then where is the real peach?" MK asked, Mei and Sakura shrugged their shoulders because they have no idea

"Well, since the race is done, let's go eat some noodles" Sakura said as she held the peach trophy, MK and Mei agreed, and they started to walk to Pigsy's noodles
