Sakura P.O.V On the train

I looked out the window and saw Lantern city being covered in ice. I can somehow hear the cries of the citizens, trying to run away but they too were covered in ice. I couldn't bear to look anymore; I turned my head away and sat back down on the seat. Then I felt something wrapped around my arm, I looked and saw it was Macaque's tail

"Don't worry, blossom. Everything will soon be over" Macaque said trying to make me feel better, I smiled

"Thank you, Macaque" I said

"Um..." I heard Uncle Tang starting to talk "So, Mr. King, sir? I don't want to rush you or anything but..."

"I'm okay with rushing him!" MK said, cutting off Uncle Tang "What's the plan Monkey King? We got all three rings of Samadhi! So, how do we use them to make the Lady Bone Demon go boom?" MK asked but ended up falling to the ground due to the ice on the tracks. I was looking at MK and Uncle Tang, who also fell on the ground, and I felt eyes on me. I turned to the direction of the one looking at me and it was Monkey King, when our eyes met, he quickly looked away

"It's a bit more complicated than that. In order to reforge the Samadhi Fire, we'll need to reach the summit of that mountain" Monkey King said, I looked out the window to see the mountain, and my eyes widen

'That's the same mountain I keep seeing in my dreams!' I thought to myself, and I snapped out of it when I heard Uncle Pigsy talking

"And that's where we'll find the fourth ring, huh? Ain't that right, Monkey King?" Uncle Pigsy said

'Fourth ring? What is Uncle Pigsy talking about?' I thought and I noticed how both Kyubi and Macaque are glaring at him 'Just what happened when we were separated?'

"Fourth ring? What fourth ring?" MK asked

"Oh, Pigsy. I think you're confused. Monkey King said they split the Samadhi Fire into three rings. Three rings hidden by the three great warriors. Monkey King, the Demon Bul King, and..." Uncle Tang was about to say the last name of the great warrior, but the train was hit by something. We all looked out the window and saw hover mech

"Uh... Who dat?" MK asked as the mech went in front of the train, and split apart, making the train hit the brakes

"What's happening?" I asked as I held Kyubi in my arms and then Monkey King yelled

"Everyone, get back!" Monkey King said and then something cut through the train and the tracks. Monkey King grabbed everyone, and Macaque opened a shadow portal for the people, so they can go somewhere safe. Once the people were evacuated, someone landed

"Sun Wukong! Finally!" I felt my eyes when I saw him

"Nezha?" I called out his name, and he looked at me with a surprised look

"Sakura?! What are you doing here!?" Nezha asked

"So... You're really the Lotus Prince?" Before Nezha could say anything, Monkey King spoke

"Nezha! My old friend. Don't tell me you tracked all the way out here to hang out with little old me?" Monkey King said and Nezha looked at Monkey King with an angry look

"You know exactly why I'm here!" Nezha stabbed the ground with his spear "I will not let you reforge the Samadhi Fire and doom this world!" Nezha said as he and Monkey King glared at each other, then Uncle Tang went up to Nezha with an excited look

"I can't believe it's really you! The legendary 3rd Lotus Prince Nezha! I must be the luckiest Tang in the world!" Uncle Tang said, and before Nezha could do anything, I grabbed Uncle Tang by his ear and dragged him away

"Uncle Tang, save your fan boy when were not in a dangerous situation!" I said, everyone sweat dropped at what just happened

"How did you find us?" Monkey King asked gaining everyone's attention back

"With all the destruction that we leave behind, who wouldn't follow that?" Macaque said with a deadpan look, and Monkey King flinched like he felt an arrow hit him

"He's not wrong" Kyubi said, and once Monkey regained his composure

"As I was saying... You took a sneaky peek at the map while you were supposed to be guarding it. Now who's untrustworthy" Monkey King said

"I didn't have to. I knew the ring I had been tasked to hide was safe in Chang'e's care, until you stole it!" Nezha said as he pointed at Monkey King

"Actually, she gave it us, saying it's her way of saying thanks for keeping her company" I said, making Nezha look at me with a surprised look and making Monkey King give Nezha a smug look. And Nezha cleared his throat

"I had a feeling the Demon Bull King would've kept his instead of hiding it as instructed. No surprises there" Nezha said

"Yeah, I think we all saw that one coming" Monkey King said

"Which brings me to your ring... Worst kept secret ever!" Nezha yelled

"To be honest, Nezha isn't wrong" I said, making Monkey King fall to the ground like he was defeated, and now it was Nezha's turn to give him a smug look

"This is exactly why the ring of Samadhi should've been entrusted to me alone!" Nezha shouted as he started charging toward MK, but I blocked his path by standing in front of him

"Sakura! Why are you...?" Nezha asked, halting himself

"Nezha... I have no idea what's gonna happen, but I want to stop the Lady Bone Demon no matter what! So please, leave us be!" I yelled and before Nezha could say anything, Monkey King punched Nezha in the stomach, sending him flying through the roof

"That's not gonna stop Nezha for long. Go! You have to get to the mountain, now!" Monkey King said to us

"And then what?" MK asked

"Just wait for me there. I'll explain everything" Monkey King said "Including you Sakura"

"Huh? Is there something more about myself?" I asked and he nodded

"Then, I'll stay here and help Wukong. Fox, watch over blossom for me" Macaque said to Kyubi

"You don't have to tell me twice" Kyubi said as he changed into his true form "I'll make sure she's safe"

"I'll help too!" MK said

"No! There's no time bud. The fake mayor could be here any second" Monkey King said, making MK feel hesitant "Go!" With that said, we all agreed to meet up with both Monkey King and Macaque at the summit

Before I left, I looked at both Monkey King and Macaque

"You guys, please be careful" I said

"Don't worry, Sakura. We promise to come back and whatever happens, please don't hold a grudge against me" Monkey King said, making me look at him with a confused look "You better start following the others. Hurry!" Then I left the train to catch up with my uncles and my friends

No One P.O.V

When Nezha recovered from the punch to the gut, he looked down at the train and saw Sakura along with her uncles and friends jumping off the tracks, then he looked at both Monkey King and Macaque, he saw Monkey King putting the rings in his shirt and summoned his cloud and took off

"You're not getting away this time!" Nezha started to pursue the two simians, once he caught up with them, Nezha started to fight against them

When both Monkey King and Macaque crashed into the mountain, Monkey King went to check if he has the rings, but they weren't in his shirt where he left them. He was frequently searching for the rings, while Macaque sighed. Then Nezha landed between the two

"You might hit hard, but I'm still faster" Nezha said as he pulled out the three rings, then Monkey King smirked

"And dumber" Monkey King said



That made Nezha even more mad

"Why can you never just let me have the last word!?" Nezha yelled and he looked at Macaque, who was sighing "And why are you helping him? Isn't he your enemy?"

"Let's just say I'm paying off a debt I have for my blossom" Macaque said showing him the dark colored circlet on his head, and suddenly, they heard an explosion. They turned to see, but they saw a blast of ice heading towards them

"Not good" Monkey King said as the ice hit all three of them, making them trapped in the ice. They tried to break free, when they heard the sound of clapping and an eerie chuckle

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" The fake mayor appeared before them, with his eyes glowing blue

With Sakura and the others - At the summit

The group were reaching their limit after climbing up all the stairs, Sandy was the first one to make it to the top, feeling tired along with Sakura and Mei, who ended falling to the ground due to exhaustion

"Kyubi, you're lucky that you don't have to walk on these stairs" MK said while trying to catch his breath

"I apologize" Kyubi said and everyone heard Sandy talking

"Whoa. What is this place?" Sandy asked

"I think... I think this is where they originally split the Samadhi Fire" Tang said

Then everyone looked around the ritual site, with amazement in their eyes

"Does anyone else feel like..." Mei trailed off in her sentence

"We've been here before? Yeah, that's weird, right? But I know I haven't" Sandy said

"Me neither, and yet this place feels so familiar" Tang said

"That's because your ancestors have been here before, even Konohana herself helped with the ritual" Kyubi said with his arms crossed "Meaning, you all have inherited your ancestors' senses, or in similar terms as you humans call it, Deja vu"

"This is the same mountain I keep seeing in my dreams before I wake up" Sakura said as she walked around, lost in her thoughts. Kyubi floated towards Sakura to keep her company

While Pigsy was looking at the site, MK grabbed both of his shoulders and scared him

"Hey, Pigsy!"

"Hey, could you not" Pigsy pushed MK away from him

"Earlier you said something about a fourth ring, but that was an accident, right? Just a slip of the old tongue?" MK asked

"Uh... Maybe?" Pigsy sounded unsure

"Maybe? What's maybe supposed to mean?" MK asked, making Pigsy sigh

"Maybe Monkey King's not as trustworthy as you think MK" Pigsy said

"What? What do you mean?" MK asked again

"Think about it. He told us he had a plan, but we don't know what it is. He told us there were three rings, but maybe there's a fourth. He told us that map was so important, but it hasn't been useful once this whole trip" Pigsy said, making everyone including Sakura who was no longer lost in thought look at him

"Yeah. We did basically find all the rings without it" MK said, and Sakura saw her uncle on a pedestal with the map in hand, she went towards him

"Yeah, not gonna lie. I thought it was gonna be more important than this" Tang spread the map across the pedestal to see if there was something missing "It has to be, right?" All of the sudden, both the map and the pedestal started to glow, freaking Tang out, then everything started to glow and making the torches light up

"Okay. Yep, looks like it's definitely important" MK said

"Tang! What did you do!?" Pigsy yelled at Tang

"Me?! I didn't do anything!" Tang yelled back

"Oh? So, a piece of paper just magically made a bunch of lights?!" Pigsy yelled again

"That's exactly what happened, and you know it!" Tang yelled, and the center of the ritual started to glow. The rings that MK has started to react, when the rings got to the center, a beam of light was shotted out. Then, Sakura felt a sudden pain in her chest

"Ah!" Sakura screamed in pain

"Sakura!" Tang rushed towards her side "Are you okay?"

"Uncle Tang... What is this sudden pain I feel in my chest?" Sakura asked she held her chest, Tang helped her up and she felt the same pain again but stronger "Ugh!"

"What are we gonna do?! Sakura is in pain!" Tang said as Kyubi picked up Sakura

"My lady, what's wrong?" Kyubi asked with a worried tone

"My chest... It... hurts so much...." Sakura managed to say

"Don't worry, guys. I'm sure both Monkey King and Macaque are on their way" MK said, trying to keep everyone calm, and they heard a familiar eerie chuckle

"I'm sorry to say, but I believe both of those simians won't be here for a while" The fake mayor appeared behind Kyubi, kicking him and making Kyubi let go of Sakura. As Sakura was falling, the fake mayor grabbed her by the neck, Kyubi was about to save her, but he was covered in ice. MK noticed how all of his friends except Tang were covered in ice. MK was about to fight, but stopped himself

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" The fake mayor turned his arm into sharp ice, and it was pointed at Sakura's neck. MK gritted his teeth and glared at the fake mayor "That's a good monkey boy. Scholar, I want you to finish the ritual" The fake mayor said as he went towards the center where the rings are

"No! I won't do it!" Tang shouted

"I believe you don't have a choice. Either you finish the ritual or say goodbye to your friends and niece!" The fake mayor said as the ice was few inches closer to Sakura's neck and while Mei, Pigsy, Sandy, Mo, and Kyubi were struggling from the ice. Tang looked with tears in his eyes

"All right. You win" Tang said
