Follow your heart, it always chooses right!

The following morning brought feelings of anxiety and nervousness in two souls. While all the others were in a joyous mood. The birds chirping in the gardens of the palace and the trees gently swaying magnified the happy mood for the inhabitants.

Shakuni strode through the majestic hallways of the vibrant palace of Hastinapur. The entire palace was decorated like a beautiful princess, as if the wedding was today itself. Shakuni gritted his teeth and clenched his jaw, his aura terrifying. He could not belief his ears when he had heard the upcoming alliance of marriage between Rajkumar Karna and Advika, the Prithvi kumari. This made the Pandavas even more stronger. First, they got an elder brother, who was very powerful, and secondly, they managed to gain another powerful female as their sister-in-law. He had tried to dissuade Maharaja Dritharashtra, wanting that female on the Kauravas side, but his fool of a brother-in-law, could not do anything.

The soldiers shared uneasy looks behind Shakuni's back, wondering what had the GandhaRaj in such a foul mood. They simply bowed when he passed and went out of their way, not wanting to invite their wrath.

Shakuni did not give heed to anyone. He entered the outer Chamber, of his brother-in-law's room, to find the blind king sitting on a chair, as his help Sanjay, explained something to him.

"Pranipat Jijashree! " greeted Shakuni.

"Pranipat Shakuni! Is there something you needed?" asked Dritharashtra.

"Nehi nehi! I just heard that Rajkumar Karna's marriage was fixed with the Prithvi kumari. I just came to verify the news, from a reliable source " said Shakuni.

"Yes, tatshree agreed to the marriage between both, when Kunti proposed it. Anyway their marriage will be a profitable alliance, and the Kuru vansh will get a able kulavadu." said Dritharashtra.

"Yes, yes, of course. I was just thinking, why the sudden decision of marriage? Perhaps, thereis some reason behind it? I mean the girl may not be chaste, I hope you get my meaning, jijashree." said Shakuni, trying to ignite doubts.

Before Dritharashtra could even reply or think about the statements clearly, a sharp and angry voice rang out in the chamber,

"Shakuni, maun raho! The girl you are trying to discredit is the would be daughter-in-law of this lineage. How dare you speak such words against the daughter of Devi Prithvi? Have you no shame?" asked Bhishma, his voice furious.

Bhishma had come in to see Dritharashtra, to speak with him on some Kingdom works, when he heard such poisonous words, spoken by Shakuni.

Shakuni winced at the interruption by his most hated enemy, Bhishma. This Bhishma was destroying his plot one by one. The Pandavas were growing too powerful, with Advika joining their side now.

While Dritharashtra stayed silent in front of his Uncle's anger. He knew if he spoke, he would be in great trouble with his tatshree, and not to mention the pandavas would be furious too. He did not wish to invite their anger. All of Kunti's sons were majestic warriors, from Karna to Sahadev.

"I was just expressing my doubts, Mahamahim. She is just a commoner, after all." said Shakuni.

"Your doubts have been heard and dismissed. You can leave, now. I have some kingdom related work to discuss!" said Bhishma, his voice tightly controlled to not show his anger .

"Ji Mahamahim." said Shakuni, with his gritted teeth. He felt his anger at Bhishma increase. Bhishma knew he had to get Shakuni out of Hastinapur, for a while. He also knew that this sly cunning fox would do his best to not let any function in the palace go peacefully. He would try to create discord as much as possible. Shakuni's enmity was with him, not his descendants. As it is he managed to corrupt Duryodhan, to the point of no return, he wont allow him to touch the six brother's reputation. As Shakuni was about to leave, Bhishma called to him.

"Shakuni, this letter came from Gandhar, a week ago. I had forgotten to give it to you. Please take it, before you go!" said Bhishma.

Shakuni took the letter with a confused expression and left the chamber. Dritharashtra was a spectator to the scene. He turned to Bhishma, as they conversed about the various needs of the Kingdom. While Shakuni wondered about the urgent summons from Gandhar, due to some emergency.

Karna was anxious and absolutely nervous. He had not been able to sleep the entire night. He had tossed and turned the entire night away. He was pacing in his room from left to right. He was very guilt ridden. He had not spoken to Advika for a complete day. He had no idea what she was thinking right now. And he had not apologized too. And on top of that, this marriage proposal. He did not know what was going to happen. It was not that he wasn't happy about the proposal, but he was very anxious. He wanted to speak with her before this marriage. He bit the inside of his cheek, wondering how to speak with her.

Yuddhisthir, Bhima, Arjun and Sahadev had went to see how their elder brother was fairing only to find him prowling the room, up & down. He was so deep in his thoughts that he did not even register their presence.

"Looks like jyesht is very excited, that he can't even sit still." said Arjun, teasing. Karna looked at them wide eyed, finally noticing that he was not alone in his room.

"Jyesht, you have seen us before. No need to stare so widely. They reminds me of modaks!" said Bhima, as he ate the laddoos in his hand.

Karna smiled amused.

"I am not excited,I am rather worried!" said Karna.

"Worried, kyu? " asked Yuddhisthir, his brow furrowing.

"Jyesht, if you are thinking weather jiji will say yes or no...I am sure she will agree to the

proposal!" said Sahadev, assuring Karna.

"That's not the reason, I am worried about Sahadev!" said Karna, his voice had a worried tinge to it.

"Jyesht, is there some kind of problem?" asked Bhima cautiously.

"Sort off! Advika and I had a fight, the previous morning..It's mostly my fault..I did not even get to apologize, so I am a bit worried!" explained Karna, leaving much details out. The four looked among each other.

"Jyesht, it's such a small problem!" said Bhima, going back to eating his laddoos.

"How is it such a small problem, bhrata Bhima? What if jiji says no?" said Sahadev, distraught.

"Yes, jyesht, you should not have fought with jiji!" said Arjun, agreeing with Sahadev. Karna and Yuddhisthir looked at each other distraught.

"Offo! You two, why are you giving jyesht a headache? Jiji and Jyesht had known each other for so long. A small fight is not going to break their long relationship!" said Bhima, slapping both his brothers head. Said brothers clutched their head as if they had been hit by a rock, than a hand.

"True! Jiji will forgive you, don't worry jyesht! Why don't you write a letter to her? We will pass it on to her!" said Yuddhisthir. Karna nodded and went to get his writing utensils. Sahadev and Arjun peaked to see from behind, only to find the letter written in code, which they had no idea about!

"Kya jyesht? You spoiled all our fun!" said Arjun, whining.

"Who told you to become the world's most annoying little brothers, then?" said Karna, his voice light with teasing, as he pulled Sahadev's nose and ruffled Arjun's hair.

Yuddhisthir and Bhima laughed at the disgruntled looks of their younger brothers, who were rubbing his nose and settling his hair back, respectively.

"By the way, why can't jyesht come with us?" asked Sahadev curiously.

"Because there is a rule that says the groom and the bride cant meet before marriage." said Yuddhisthir.

"Why? What's the use of this rule?" asked Bhima.

"No idea!" replied Yuddhisthir.

"Wow! Everyone remember this moment! Our Dharma following, all-knowing brother has no answer to a question!" exclaimed Arjun, while Sahadev laughed.

Bhima snickered while Karna was amused at the youngsters antics. Yuddhisthir was flushed red.

"Ab Yuddhisthir ko pareshan karna bandh karo! Here, the letter." said Karna, as he handed the letter to Yuddhisthir.

"I will make sure jiji gets it!" replied Yuddhisthir, as he smiled gratefully. Karna nodded and smiled at him response.

Kunti and Gandhari was in the main hall of the palace, supervising what to take and what not to take.

"Sab tyaari ho gyi, bhabhishree? " asked Vidur, as he came towards them.

"Haa Vidur! Now we are only waiting for Raj purohit to join us!" said Gandhari, as Kunti smiled at Vidur nodding positively.

"Who are accompanying you, putri Gandhari, putri Kunti?" asked Bhishma, as he joined as well.

"Tatshree..I think us two, Raj purohit ji and Vidur here. No one else." replied Gandhari.

"Hum bhi chalenge! " came a chorus reply. Everyone turned to find the five brothers and Subhadra had spoken, while Karna was smiling fondly.

" You six? All of you?" asked Kunti, shocked.

" Not me, maa! This six." clarified Karna. Kunti nodded.

" Haa bua! I have not met Advika jiji since yesterday. I am dying to meet her, so I will come along." said Subhadra.

Kunti nodded at her, then towards her younger five sons.

"Maa, we wanted to meet jiji too!" said Nakul. Kunti sighed at their eager expressions.

"Kunti let them come! The more the merrier!" said Gandhari, cheerfully.

"Where is Madhav? Should he not join as well?" asked Arjun.

"Bhratashree and Dau left long back, though to where I have no idea!" said Subhadra. Arjun nodded.

This was the first wedding of the family, everyone was excited. Kunti nodded in assent. The six youngsters nodded among each other, happy they were being allowed to go. Kunti smiled at them and went towards Karna. She cupped his cheeks and pressed a kiss on his forehead.

"We will be leaving immediately. I am very happy, putra! It's been years since I have been this happy. I promise to bring back good news." whispered Kunti, as she hugged her eldest child. Karna simply smiled and hugged her back.

Gandhari came towards him too. She extended her hand, which Karna grasped firmly. She also cupped his face and blessed him.

"Putra! Your arrival has bought happiness to this palace in waves. It seems your arrival and you yourself is the lucky charm of the family. I wanted to gift you something, but cannot think of anything you may want. I can only give you my blessings and hope that is enough. Kalyan ho putra! " said Gandhari, with tears in her voice.

"You should not say such things Badi maa. I have also got my family back, and for that I am thankful. This small amount of happiness does not amount to what you have given me, a family. Your blessings are the only gift I will ever ask for. Material things hardly matters in the end." said Karna, his voice soft and sincere.

Gandhari smiled at Kunti's eldest. He was truly an eloquent speaker. But she could hear his sincerity as well. Kunti was blessed to have such six marvelous sons.

In a non-descriptive street, two females were whispering among each other. One was wearing red and the other blue.

" Why do we have to go like this?" said blue one, annoyance present in the voice.

"This is the only way!" replied the red one.

"We could have gone as ourselves! If you wanted to go in disguise, why cant we choose a different one?" said the blue one.

"Yes, because her family will allow two males to meet with her, while the alliance is coming today. You have gone crazy!" said the red one with sarcasm.

"Parantu.." trailed off the blue one.

"Come on, we don't have time!" said the red one, as the red one dragged the blue one by the hand, to the corner street.

***************************

Advika was feeling very down from the morning. She had no idea, how everything will go forward today. Her brother had become scarce from the morning. He had not even told her, what the plan was. She is so worried. Her mind was replaying everything from yesterday. The fight, her grandmother's words and finally her brother's words.

She did not want to marry at all. She wanted to explore her feelings that was growing within her for her dearest sakha. She wanted to see if he felt the same. She wanted to bask in love, before marrying the person she fell for. But, all her dreams got dashed by her grandmother's scheme.

While she loved her independence, her freedom to do as she wished, she loved her mother too. Aaratrika might not have given birth to her, but she had nourished her. She had created the base, the values in her, on which she had build the building, called character. She did not wish to create problems for her.

Her mother was a gentle soul, with a spine of steel. She would take every word spoken by her mother-in-law and husband, with a grain of salt. But Advika could also see her mother breaking, as her own family belittle her everyday. Advika and Avinash had wanted to speak out, but Aaratrika's pleas had stopped them. Her mother did not want the family to break. Avinash had gritted his teeth, and accepted his mother's pleas. He always runs interference within the house, keeping peace in it. Advika did not wish to upset the balance, which would simply harm her mother in the long run.

She could have talked back to her grandmother and left the house immediately. But she knew her action would have consequence. The consequences will fall on her mother. She did not care about family reputation or her grandmother. But the society will ultimately blame her mother, that is something neither Advika nor Avinash will allow to happen. She prayed whatever solution Kanha had, was taken with all these factors in mind.

She heard a commotion in the inner courtyard, to see Avinash standing with two weird looking females. She blinked as her face immediately pulled into a beautiful smile. Advika came downstairs swiftly. She smile at the females, knowing exactly who they are.

"Gopadevi, Baldevi, aap dono yeha! " asked Advika, laughter and delight dancing in her eyes.

"Arey priye sakhi, we came to know your, marriage will be fixed today, how can we stay away?" said Kanha, in a very scratchy girly voice.

Avinash looked like he wanted to burst out in laughter, but could not do so.

"Who are you two?" asked a nasally old voice of Sunaina.

"We are Advika's friends..Pranipat devi! " said Balrama, his voice high pitched. He was making a bad imitation of a girl's voice.

Advika pressed her lips together, while Avinash hand turned into a fist, trying very hard to stop laughing.

"How did you three meet? You did not look like you are from here!" asked Sunaina, her voice suspicious.

"We are not, devi. My sister Baldevi and myself Gopadevi are from Mathura. Our father is a big and rich businessman." said Kanha, making sure to keep his hands which had heavy bangles on, and various jewels adorned his body, was on display. Balrama was doing the same.

Sunaina greedy mind took the bait. Her eyes looked at all those beautiful jewels, and she gulped. Avinash veiled a glare at his grandmother.

"Okay..you two can stay. You have the duty to ready Advika. Advika, take your sakhis to your room." said Sunaina, in a sugary sweet voice, that hurt to even hear.

Advika nodded and gestured them to follow. She closed the door after they all entered the room.

"Dau, Kanha! " said Advika, as she immediately hugged them. They hugged her back. Her tears soaked their clothes.

"Arey ashroo kyu? Don't cry. Everything will be alright. We cant say. Plausible deniability and all that!"said Balrama, wiping Advika's tears.

"Kya Mayuri? Your letter gave a heart attack to jyesht. He looked like he wanted to come and murder your grandmother." said Kanha.

"Kya!! Is he alright? Oh no! he must not have slept the entire night. He does that when he is stressed. Tell me,he is alright?" asked Advika, worry seeping from her voice.

"Ye dekh lijiye dau! You were worried that she would be worrying about the alliance, here she is already getting worried about jyesht!" said Kanha, his tone was full of mock repentance's.

"Haa dikh raha hai! I don't think the alliance will be a problem!" said Balrama, his voice amused and light.

"Kya tatpariye hai aap dono ka? Why will I not be worried about the alliance? That is the first reason why I wrote that letter?"said Advika, her tone panicked.

Balrama held her shoulders and made her sit on the bed. Kanha sat beside her while Balrama took the other side.

"Sun puri baat pehle, thik hai? " asked Balrama. Advika nodded her head obediently.

"Kanha suggested that with keeping all factors in mind, the only way out was bringing a wedding proposal, better than the one your grandmother has planned. A wedding proposal about a prince. Of Karna." said Balrama slowly.

"What? Karna agreed to marry me?" asked Advika, her voice a mere whisper. Advika might be falling in love with him, but that does not mean, he could show pity on her. She did not want that. What if he did not love her? He was angry on her before, and now he agreed to marry her, so that she could get out of this marriage. What was he thinking? Their life could get destroyed! Marriage was not a joke.

" Don't think too much! He is truly worried for you and no he is not pitying you. I believe you two will make an attractive couple. Think of it as an arrange marriage, if you don't love him!" said Kanha, as if plucking her thoughts from her mind and answering them.

"If you still wished to not let either of the marriage happen, then all you have to do is say!" said Balrama, giving his sister another option.

"Nehi! Wo baat nehi hai! Just..that I don't want anyone to take a decision they don't want to!" said Advika, her voice soft.

"Jyesht agreed immediately, he was rather worried about your choice! But if you don't love him, then we can change the groom again I am sure." said Kanha. His tone teasing at the end.

"No no..It is not the matter of love, but rather our choice!" said Advika, a slight pink dusted on her cheekbones.

"Isn't love a choice?" asked Kanha, his voice playful.

" It is!" agreed Advika.

"Tum dono ka ho gaya? Yea aur kuch baaki hai? Prem ke visshai me charcha karne hum yeha nehi aye hai, Kanha, Mayuri! Mayuri is it a yes? Will you say yes to the proposal?" asked Balrama.

"Yess!" said Advika, a shy and soft smile on her face. Both Kanha and Balrama smiled at each other and at her.

"Chalo phir kanha! Our work here is completed! We should leave." said Balrama.

"Nehi dau! I am not leaving now. Pata hai Mayuri, when we were on our way here, a lot of males were making eyes at dau. If we go now, I fear we will be hounded. I am not going now. You can leave dau, if you want to. "

"That will happen, obviously. Kanha, you are such a idiot. Don't you know, our dau as a male makes the women fall head over heals on him, while in a female disguise the males are effected!" said Advika said, giggling.

"Haa, our dau the most beautiful women in the world!" said Kanha dramatically. While both Advika and Kanha were laughing, Balrama dau thought from which planet had these two come from. In this moment Avinash opened the door.

"Jiji, that Ishaan and his family are here, get ready fast, grandmother will come upstairs in a few minutes!" said Avinash. Advika nodded and left to get changed.

"I hope they are on there way?" asked Avinash, nervously.

"They are!" replied Kanha. Avinash nodded. Advika arrived after a few moments, dressed beautifully.

"Jiji, you stay here with them, I will try to stall, before your real groom's family arrives!" saying that Avinash closed the door.

"I hope everything goes well" said Advika. Krishna and Balrama smiled reassuringly at her.

******************************

Srihar and his family arrived. His wife Nidhi, his son Ishaan and his daughter Ila, were all seated along side him.

Srihar had wanted his friend's daughter Advika, to marry his son. That way, he could join their family together. He knew the girl was too independent, but she would learn true manners, after she marries his son. So when Devi Sunaina, had proposed the alliance, he had agreed. He knew devi Sunaina wanted to get rid of the girl and if he gains the girl, then his prestige and reputation will rise. After all Advika, was very beautiful after all. She would be his Kulavadu. Seriously, he was doing a favor on them, by getting his son married to the girl. After all who would marry such a independent and unmannerly girl.

Ishaan had heard that, the girl was a beauty. He wanted a beautiful girl to look pretty beside him as his first wife. He will marry again after all. So, when his father told him about the marriage , he agreed, immediately.

Now they all sat, in the inner courtyard along with Devdutt and Devi Sunaina and Aaratrika. But...before they can even start the topic of marriage, a dwarpal came inside.

"Maharani Gandhari, Rajmata Kunti, Mahamantri Vidur sahit paanch Rajkumaro aur Yadavkumari Subhadra, padhar rahe hai! " announced the dwarpal. All present there's eyes widened, except Avinash, who was smiling and laughing inside his head. They all looked at each other, fear in their faces. They also wondered why the royal family was in their house all of a sudden.

From the upper portion of the house, Advika, Kanha and Balrama watched. Advika and Kanha were giggling while Balrama smiled at the expressions of Advika's family.

Kunti glided in. Her eyes roamed the entire house, when her eyes fell on the window, Advika was standing behind. She blinked her eyes at her, trying to assure everything will be fine. Advika gave a small smile back. Kunti wondered who those females were, who looked so weird?

"Ji humare liye kya agya hai Maharani, Rajmata? " asked Devdutt, with his hands folded. Srihar followed.

"Pranipat! We wanted to meet with Devi Aaratrika! Can you call her?" asked Gandhari, as she sat regally on the chair, that Srihar had vacated. Kunti and Vidur followed, sitting beside her, on a chair. The five princes spread around them in a half-circle, while Subhadra, looked here and there.

"Ji, this is my Kulavadu Aaratrika!" introduced Sunaina, immediately. Fear grasped her mind wondering what sort of degradation will they face. The entire society must know, by now, that the royals has come.

Aaratrika came forward confused, but folded her hands in respect.

"Pranipat! " she said softly.

"Pranipat devi! I am Kunti! I believe you know that my eldest son Karna and your daughter Advika, had been friends since their childhood." said Kunti. This information caused everyone to gasp, except Aaratrika and Avinash. The information that Karna, was the eldest of the Kurus was told yesterday at midday to the people of Hastinapur.

The people's reaction had been very positive as they have watched him in the Kala pradarshan. Those that did not go were regaled with tales of the abilities and capabilities of the eldest of the pandavas. Advika did not know this, since she was caged in the house since the morning, and Avinash had not mention it, as he did not find it important.

"We wish to ask your daughter's hand for the eldest son of our esteemed Kuruvansh. I hope you won't say no!" asked Gandhari, taking Aaratrika's hand in her own.

"KYA!! " came the simultaneous reply from the Devdutt, Devi Sunaina, and Srihar's family. Avinash could not keep his laugh inside, he let out an audible chuckle, which no one payed attention to thankfully. Ila simply giggled and went straight towards Avinash and stood beside him, watching the entire show. From above Kanha and Balrama winced at the volume. Advika simply giggled at their response.

"Thora aur jor se chilla dete, pura Hastinapur bhi anand lete tumhare awaz ki! Why are they getting deprived to hear your beautiful voices." muttered Balrama, under his breath, which caused Kanha and Advika too burst into giggles. Downstairs, Sunaina had opened her mouth.

"Parantu...For the crown prince shouldn't a princess be much more appropriate?" said Sunaina.

"Are you telling me whom I should choose for my son?" asked Kunti, her voice cold. Sunaina paled and shook her head furiously. Srihar tried to handle the situation.

" She meant to say that the girl is not appropriate for such an esteemed clan as the Kurus. She is merely the daughter of a normal man.We did not even know where she was all these past years." said Srihar, trying to tell them how unworthy Advika was, while buttering them up as well.

Srihar's eyes widened when all the five princes suddenly had weapons in their hand, and was glaring at him furiously.

"How dare you speak about Advika jiji in such a manner! We do not need your permission. We simply need jiji and her mother's consent. The rest of you are insignificant." roared Bhima, anger in his voice.

"Shant putra! Shriman Srihar, please keep your opinions to yourself. None of us asked for it. But if you are curious, then I know very well where Advika was these 15 years. You need not trouble yourself with the royal family matters. I trust my putri, far more than I trust people like you." said Kunti, her voice cold. She spoke like as if other than Aaratrika, Avinash and Advika, all of them were under feet.

For someone like Srihar, who took Patriarchy very seriously, being talked by a woman who thought you deserved to be on her feet, was like taking a huge blow on the ego. He could not say anything either, this was the Rajmata of the Kingdom after all. Ishaan stood fuming at the side, seeing all these proceedings.

"Devi, do you mind?" asked Gandhari after a few moments.

"No, Maharani. The fact that my daughter has such a fate amazes me sometimes." said Aaratrika, her voice clogged with tears.

"I am glad. Kunti please go speak with Advika, as well!" said Gandhari.

"Ji jiji! " replied Kunti. She took the scroll Yuddhisthir forwarded and went upstairs with Subhadra.

"I hope she answers positively." muttered Yuddhisthir. His four younger brothers nodded in agreement.

*****************************

Kunti entered the room Advika was in. Advika turned to take her blessings.

"Kalyan ho, putri! " said Kunti. She looked towards the weirdly dressed females.

"They are my friends, mata! " said Advika, knowing her brothers did not want to be found. Kunti smiled. Subhadra looked at her and moved to hug her. Advika hugged her back.

"I know you heard us. Take this letter. Karna had written it. If even after this your heart says no, then I promise that no one will force you!" said Kunti, as she smiled and caressed Advika's hair.

Advika's heart thundered as her she took the letter. She did not know Karna would write her a letter. Her hands shook slightly as she panicked a bit. Her eyes strayed towards her brothers in all but blood. They gave her a soft smile and nodded encouragingly. She went towards the window, and turned her back on the three. She opened the letter with shaking hands.

It read:-

Dear Advika,

First and foremost let me apologize. I wanted to apologize yesterday, but you were caged in that house. I am sorry, I took my anger out on you. I should not have done so. Please, forgive me?

Secondly, I heard the letter you wrote. Vasudeva read it aloud to all of us. I am so worried, Advika. How are you? I hope you are well.

Thirdly, I am sure by now you know already about the marriage proposal, as you are reading this letter right now. Advika, I am not doing this, because I pity you or because we are friends. I wish to tell you my reason, when we are face to face. Do you think that the relationship, the friendship we had for the last 15-17 years was that weak? You are my best friend, you will remain so even if you become my wife. It will never change.

And the last of all, the decision to marry you, was my own. No external forces forced me. You will not be forced either. I will never force you in a relationship. Simply, know that I would cherish you the rest of our life together, if you do say yes.

Yours, Karna.

P.S. Don't think I don't know about your inner fear. I promise to follow ekpatnivrata dharma, for the rest of our life, if we do marry!

Advika's heart thundered and heart beat increased as she read his letter. He surely knew how to melt her heart. How can he not, they had know each other for years. A shy smile appeared on her face, making her face glow.

"Putri? What is your answer?" asked Kunti as she came in front of her. Advika nodded her head positively, her eyes downcast. A shy and small smile played on her lips. Kunti and Subhadra hugged her thrilled while the Dwarka duo smiled from behind Kunti.

*****************************

They all came downstairs including Advika and the female disguised brothers. Aaratrika went straight towards her daughter.

"Putri??" asked Aaratrika. Before Advika can say anything, Kunti opened her mouth.

" Devi, I have always wanted a daughter, and with Narayan's blessings I got one as well. " said Kunti, a happy and ecstatic smile on her face. Aaratrika smiled and hugged Advika tightly.

"That is good news. Raj purohitji please tell us the nearest date for the wedding!" said Gandhari, a huge smile on her face.

"Ji Maharani! " said Raj purohitji. He looked at the birth charts and hummed and muttered, before smiling.

"Maharani, Rajmata, the nearest auspicious date is 2 weeks from now." said Raj purohitji, a small smile on his face. The brothers smiled and their eyes lit up at that. Subhadra side hugged Advika, while she had a shy smile on her face.

"2 weeks! Good for jyesht, he does not have to wait for long." murmured Arjun.

"That is such a good news! I am so happy." said Gandhari, as she got up and hugged Kunti. Kunti returned the hug.

"We must leave now. Everyone is waiting at the palace for the news." said Kunti as she came forward to hug Aaratrika and placed a kiss on top of Advika's forehead.

"Bua, I am staying here! This news have to be sent to Dwarka. Our parents will join. They consider jiji as their eldest daughter after all. I will leave with jiji when she leaves for Dwarka, the wedding will happen in Dwarka." said Subhadra, her smile bright.

"Of course, putri!" said Gandhari. They all left, while Advika's adopted family watched, with a gobsmacked face. Subhadra, Kanha, Avinash and Ila tried hard to to laugh at those expression. Balrama and Advika looked very amused. None of them knew what to say, with Subhadra there, they cant say whatever they want.

"Putri! I am very happy!" said Aaratrika as she again hugged her child.

"Haa maa, dikh raha hai apki prasannata!" said Avinash, his face had wide grin.

"Mera kya hoga? " asked Ishaan, his voice was so sudden, that everyone remembered that Srihar and his family was still there! Srihar slapped his own forehead.

"I was supposed to marry her! But she is marrying someone else, now! Who am I supposed to marry, now?" asked Ishaan, in a whining tone.

"Shut up, you fool! scolded Srihar. Kanha, Advika and Subhadra were standing with their hands holding each others so they don't laugh. Balrama, Avinash, Ila and Aaratrika had their lips tightly pressed, so they don't start laughing. Sunaina and Devdutt had a lost look on them.

"How about I marry the blue one?" asked Ishaan, perking up considerably from his whining mood. Balrama had horror written upon his face. Before he can utter a word, Ishaan spoke.

"What is your name, priye? " asked Ishaan, in a besotted tone.

"Baldevi! " yelled out Balrama, in a scratchy voice.

"Such a beautiful name! What about yours sundari? " said Ishaan asked now circling around Kanha. Kanha had the looked of absolute horror on his face, while Balrama sighed in relief.

"Uhh...Gopadevi." said Kanha, in his high pitched girly voice.

"Such beautiful names! Are you sisters perhaps?" asked Ishaan, in his besotted voice.

"Yes!" said Kanha, darting over to Balrama. Both looked at each other, wondering what mess did they got stuck into. Subhadra, Advika and Avinash were all trying hard not to laugh. Subhadra had known those two were her brothers, the moment she had seen them.

"Bacha bhi lete hai ab inn dono ko, jiji! " said Subhadra, her voice was filled with laughter.

"Haa, they did help me with these mess! My poor bhabhis!" said Advika, a soft and bright smile on her face. Subhadra muffled her laughter.

"Pitashree, I wish to marry them!" said Ishaan, pointing at Kanha and Balrama.

"Kya!! " yelled both the brothers, their eyes wide. Subhadra and Advika stifled their laughter, before Advika intervened.

"Shriman, kshama kijiye! Parantu...aap inse vivah nehi kar sakte! They are married!" said Advika.

"KYA? Kyu? " asked Ishaan, despair clear in his voice.

"We are married! What do you mean by why we are married?" said Balrama, in his scratchy voice as he glared at

"Why does everyone I like get married? This one was supposed to get married to me! But no! she got engaged to another. And these two are already married!" said Ishaan, mopping.

"We are leaving, Pranipat! Come you fool!" said Srihar, as he swiftly left along with his family.

"Hume bhi chalna chahiye! " said Balrama, in his girly voice, as he folded his hands, the bangles dangling prettily.

"Ji, you came here, and was there with my daughter, dhanyavad! " said Aaratrika, her hands folded.

"She is our sister! We would have come nonetheless!" said Kanha, as he lovingly kissed Advika forehead, and gave a hug to Subhadra. Balrama followed with the same gestures. They left the house, with Advika standing in the middle, Avinash and Subhadra, in either sideof her!

The trio had soft smile on their faces.

"Chaliye jiji, this mess got over finally. Such a tiring day! But the entertainment was good." said Avinash, with laughter in his voice.

Advika and Subhadra laughed at his words.
