Continuation:-

The grand temple was adorned with an array of precious jewels. Inside, well-organized seating arrangements had been prepared for the guests. The idols of the Trimurti and Tridevi—Brahma and Saraswati, Vishnu and Lakshmi, and Shiva and Parvati—were placed prominently. The havan kund, a sacred fire pit, was positioned in a circular manner. Maharishi Vashistha and Devi Arundhati were seated at the center of the kund, while the brothers and their wives occupied the surrounding seats, taking part in the havan and puja.

The proceedings continued smoothly. All the guests sat in a circular formation, participating in the havan. Subsequently, everyone had the opportunity to perform the Aarti. Prasad, blessed offerings, were distributed, and soon after, everyone made their way to enjoy lunch.

Meanwhile, Bhagwan Parshurama, Maharishi Vashistha, and Devi Arundhati departed soon after offering their respects during the puja.

After lunch, most of the guests departed to celebrate the festival of lights in their respective kingdoms. One by one, they bid their farewells. First, the grandparents of the brothers, as well as Ambalika, left. Then, Panchal Maharaja Drupad and his party departed, followed by Ashwathama and Guru Drona. Finally, the people from Hastinapur, including Shakuni, also took their leave. Gandhar raj was particularly relieved, as he had felt the watchful gaze of Parshurama throughout the entire puja.

Among the Dwarka guests, Vasudeva, Rohini, and Devaki departed, leaving the three siblings behind. Advika had asked them to stay, and Vasudev, unable to refuse his daughter's request, had agreed. Subhadra was also quite excited about staying.

All the guests were captivated by the beauty of the city. The elders were delighted and impressed by the brothers, except for Dhritarashtra and Shakuni. Among the younger attendees, most were awestruck, except for Krishna and Balrama, who were familiar with the splendor of Dwarka. Duryodhan and Dussashan, on the other hand, were consumed by jealousy and greed. They were far from pleased and were already plotting to expedite Duryodhan's coronation, having witnessed the success of the six brothers.

By evening, the entire palace was aglow with diyas, creating a stunning display of light. Rangolis adorned with diyas added to the festive atmosphere. Advika herself took the time to light several lamps, enhancing the palace's beauty.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

As the day had been filled with duties and managing the needs of the guests, everyone decided to reconvene in the common room in the evening for some relaxation and quality time together. They had barely had a moment to just be themselves. After the lamps were lit, everyone went to change into fresh attire before gathering in the common room.

Advika was already present in the room, having arranged snacks, sweets, and water for everyone. One by one, her sisters entered the room, accompanied by Subhadra.

"Bhabhishree, can we help with anything?" Vandita asked as they approached.

"No, dear. Everything is already taken care of. Let's sit and wait for the men to arrive," Advika replied.

"This is not fair, Jiji!" Subhadra protested.

"What's not fair, Subhadra?" Advika inquired as everyone settled into the comfortable chairs.

"They all left, saying that girls take a lot of time to get ready, and they wouldn't be late. Now look at them, who's late?" Subhadra complained.

"That's true, bhabhishree!" Kalyani added, pouting.

"Hmm... you know what, how about I tell you a funny and interesting story to pass the time?" Advika suggested.

"What story?" Draupadi inquired, her curiosity piqued.

"A story? Are you all listening to a story without me?" Balrama questioned as he entered.

"Well, Dau, if you're so interested, then come and sit. You'll enjoy this one," Advika replied, a mischievous twinkle in her eye. Balrama didn't seem to notice, but Kanha picked up on the fact that his sister was up to some mischief.

Kanha settled beside her, while Dau and Karna sat together. The other men sat with their wives, and Subhadra relaxed in her seat, eagerly anticipating a good, happy, and funny story.

"Mayuri, which story are you talking about?" Kanha whispered.

"Just listen! You'll find out everything!" Advika whispered back.

While this hushed conversation took place between the brother and sister, everyone else watched them, amused, unable to hear their exchange.

"Why do I have a feeling that I'm about to be the hero of this story?" Balrama mused to himself. Karna glanced at his wife, wondering what his wife and brother-in-law were plotting.

"Alright, let's start the story. No one is allowed to interrupt me!" Advika warned, her mischievous smile in full force as she began her tale.

Flashback Sequence started

On a sunny day in Dwarka, a grand wedding was being celebrated, and extensive preparations were underway. The bride, Mridulavati, affectionately known as Mridula, was the daughter of Rohini's brother.

Mridula was known for her self-centered nature, though she never openly displayed such behavior within her family after a certain incident. She had once attempted to speak rudely to Advika, trying to assert her status as a princess. However, when Vasudev and Balrama scolded her and informed her that Advika was the child of Goddess Prithvi and blessed by Mahadev and Mata Parvati, it filled her with fear of potential curses. This incident led to her being adopted into the family. Vasudeva declared her his daughter and the eldest princess of Dwarka.

Mridula also possessed a considerable amount of ego. Krishna took every opportunity to make snide comments in her presence, often making it difficult for Balrama and Advika to contain their laughter.

"She sounds like quite a handful, bhabhishree," Nakul commented, looking slightly disgruntled.

"Indeed, bhrata Nakul. I thought the same during her wedding. Thankfully, I wasn't there from the start!" Subhadra exclaimed, happily reminiscing.

"Why weren't you there, Subhadra?" Vritika asked, her curiosity piqued.

"Because, Vritika jiji, I went on vacation to Mathura! I arrived on the wedding day and managed to escape all the pre-wedding functions," Subhadra explained with a smile.

"Ohh!" Vritika replied.

"Was she really that bad?" Devanshi asked hesitantly.

"Yup!" Subhadra chirped.

"NO!" Balrama's voice suddenly startled them.

"She wasn't bad?" Draupadi asked, puzzled, blinking as she looked at Arjun, who merely shrugged.

"No, that's not what I meant. I meant Mayuri, don't you dare tell this story!" Balrama panicked.

"Why not, Dau? It's a very interesting story!" Advika said, wearing a sly smile.

"Don't you dare, Mayuri. Alright, fine, you can tell the story... but not that incident with that... scoundrel!" Balrama said, fuming as he thought of the scoundrel in question.

"But, Dau, that's precisely what makes the story interesting!" Kanha chimed in, sporting a mischievous smile.

"Nope... no, please... My brother and sister are evil! Pure evil, I tell you. Hey Narayan, help me!" Balrama exclaimed.

"Sorry, Dau. Narayan is having too much fun. He can't help you," Kanha thought, while Advika flashed an innocent smile. Balrama scowled at both Kanha and Advika, who appeared as twins with their matching "I am the most innocent person" smiles.

"Now I'm really intrigued... What could possibly make the invincible Shri Balrama so worried? Bhabhishree, please do continue!" Sahadev eagerly stated, rubbing his hands.

"Yes, Jiji, please do continue!" Subhadra urged, showing her keen interest. Everyone leaned in closer, eager to hear the story.

Flashback sequence continued:-

Mridula's wedding had been arranged with the Yuvraja of Anga, Dhaneshwar. As per Anga's customs, the pre-wedding rituals had specific rules: only the groom and two of his chosen friends or relatives were allowed to participate. Even the bride's brothers were not permitted until the main rituals. The only people allowed without restrictions were females.

Kanha and Balrama were not pleased with these sudden rules.

"Mata, how can this be a rule? We are the bride's brothers!" Kanha protested, though he was primarily interested in attending the functions for the fun and the extra makhan that would be prepared. He wasn't genuinely interested in the rituals.

"Indeed, Mata..." Balrama was about to add his thoughts when they heard a voice crying.

"Everyone seems to want to ensure I remain unmarried," Mridula fake cried. In reality, she didn't want them there because they would disrupt her functions, and she couldn't showcase her diamonds and jewels. She craved the spotlight, and the presence of Shri Balrama and Dwarkadeesh Krishna would divert attention away from her. Besides, she already had to contend with the demigoddess Advika, who was also attending the wedding as the first princess of Dwarka.

"Putri, why are you saying such things? You shouldn't make such comments, especially since your wedding is approaching!" Mrinalavati, Mridula's mother, scolded her.

Mrinalavati had always been a jealous and insecure person by nature. She harbored jealousy toward her sister-in-law, Rohini, for having not one but two sons. She envied the fame of the Dwarka duo, Dwarka's wealth and prestige, and many other aspects of their life. She was particularly envious of Advika's beauty and capabilities. However, she couldn't express her jealousy openly because she wanted the wedding to take place in Dwarka, and badmouthing Vasudev and Rohini's beloved daughter Advika wasn't a wise move.

"Don't worry, bhabhishree. We will follow Anga's customs. We are representing the bride's side, and it's our duty to ensure the groom's family is well taken care of. Kanha, Balrama, I don't want to discuss this matter any further. Let's go," Rohini said, gesturing for Mrinalavati and Mridula to follow her.

"This isn't fair!" Kanha exclaimed as he sat on the bed.

"Why are you so insistent on attending the pre-rituals? You'll be present for the main ceremonies anyway, Kanha," Advika questioned, puzzled by her brother's sudden decision to participate in these pre-wedding events.

"You're attending, so you won't understand my reasons," Kanha retorted as he began to pace the floor.

Advika raised an eyebrow, still confused. "I have no desire to attend. If I could, I'd send you as my representative. Who wants to spend time with such an egoistical woman?" She casually ate a sweet, not interested in the pre-wedding rituals herself.

"Oh, Mayuri, understand it... He wants the excess makhan, not to attend the rituals," Balrama explained as he watched Kanha pace back and forth.

"I see! Just say it directly then. Well, if that's the case, I'll sneak some for you!" Advika offered.

"What's the fun in that? When you steal makhan yourself and then eat it, it tastes even sweeter!" Kanha protested, pouting.

"I have an idea to help you with your dilemma," Advika said, getting up and standing in front of Kanha.

Flashback sequence interrupted

"Well, that's another type of woman. See, Sahadev, didn't I tell you to be careful with such women? They're very dangerous," Nakul warned.

"Why are you telling me this?" Sahadev asked, confused and annoyed.

"Well, you're the baby of the family, so it's our duty to inform you," Nakul replied.

"Maybe, Arya, you should protect yourself from such women first before advising Bhrata Sahadev!" Kalyani chimed in, her tone deceptively calm.

"Of course, dear!" Nakul hurriedly agreed.

"Well, you're right, Keshav! Stolen sweets are always the most delicious!" Karna admitted, his eyes twinkling.

"Wow, jyesht, have you ever done that?" Kanha teased.

"Jyesht?" came the shocked voices of Yudhishthir, Bhima, and Arjun.

Karna blushed, and Advika couldn't help but giggle. Balrama and the girls found the situation quite amusing.

"Wow, jyesht, you're like a hidden gem, and that too mischievous! Impressive!" Sahadev teased.

"He sure is. He would steal kheer when Radha Maa made it. Do you know who always got blamed for it?" Advika asked.

"Who?" everyone asked collectively.

"Adirath Pitashree! Radha Maa would be so furious with him. Poor Pitashree always got blamed when the kheer disappeared before night!" Advika chuckled.

Everyone either laughed or chuckled, and Karna smiled fondly.

"You could compete with Kanha, then!" Baldau teased.

"Nope, I don't think anyone can compete with Keshav!" Karna replied with a smile.

"Okay, enough! Jiji, please continue. What idea were you talking about?" Subhadra requested, eager to hear more. Everyone listened with great enthusiasm.

Flashback sequence continued

"What idea?" Kanha asked, curious.

Advika explained, "Well, males are not allowed at the pre-wedding rituals, but females are. So, why don't you two disguise yourselves as girls and attend?"

Kanha responded with a "Yes!" while Balrama immediately countered with a "No!"

Their simultaneous responses led to a series of questions and arguments. Kanha tried to persuade Balrama by saying, "Mayuri gave an amazing idea. We can have so much fun!"

Balrama, however, was resolute, saying, "No! Absolutely not! I am not going to dress as a female!"

Advika intervened, suggesting a compromise: "How about a deal, Dau? If you can prove that Mata Rohini cannot recognize you in any male disguise, then Kanha will drop the idea of dressing as a female. Do you agree?"

Balrama agreed to the deal and confidently stated, "I will prove to you that a female disguise won't be necessary. Maa won't recognize me at all!" With that, he left to put his plan into action.

Kanha and Advika shared a knowing look, their mischievous grins promising some exciting events to come. Kanha remarked, "Is it the same plan I'm thinking of?"

Advika nodded and replied, "Of course!"

"Then, Dau, get ready to lose!" Kanha declared as he and Advika exchanged a high-five.

Flashback sequence interrupted

"What happened? Why did you stop, sister?" Subhadra complained.

Advika pointed at Balrama, who was grumbling continuously under his breath.

"This brother of mine, he is the devil himself. He went and ratted me out. See if I ever help you escape from Mother again. And this Mayuri, she is no less. If anything, these two could probably appoint themselves as dictators of the world, and no one would even bat an eyelash! Who says 'no' to those innocent and beautiful faces? Hey Narayan, why must you trouble me?" Balrama grumbled.

"Because, dear brother, my job is to trouble you! What other work do I have?" Kanha replied in his mind.

"I made a mistake when I said I wanted to be born as your elder brother. I never troubled you as Lakshmana," Balrama continued his grumbling.

"That's your problem, dear brother! I'm having fun as the younger brother. When you had the chance, you should have had fun too! Who told you not to?" Kanha's inner thoughts teased.

Balrama scowled, while Advika giggled at their mental conversation.

"Brother, will you stop grumbling like an old man? I want to know what happened next!" Subhadra said, grumbling about what she considered their idiotic conversation.

Balrama pouted at his sister, and Subhadra rolled her eyes. Everyone watched, amused by the dynamic between the siblings.

"Yes, Subhadra is right! Bhabhishree, please continue," urged Bhima as he snacked on a laddoo.

Kanha nodded and continued, his eyes twinkling, while Balrama pouted even more, knowing what was coming.

Flashback sequence continued

Kanha had informed Rohini that Balrama might try to disrupt the ladies' work and create trouble as a prank.

"Mother, be very careful! Balrama can take on any disguise and come. He says you won't recognize him. Which mother doesn't recognize her child, even in disguise?" Kanha warned Rohini, who frowned.

"This boy! Despite having so much work for the wedding, he has a thousand ways to tease me. Let him come today; he will regret it!" Rohini muttered under her breath.

Kanha and Advika hid behind pillars and in the shrubbery, watching Balrama approach in the disguise of a beggar. He received a scolding from Rohini. Kanha and Advika giggled from their hidden spot.

Next, Balrama came disguised as a Brahmin, and he was hit by a fruit thrown by Rohini.

"Poor brother, now he should give up!" Advika whispered to Kanha.

"Wait, Mayuri, Balrama will try once more! But now, his fate is sealed," Kanha replied, his eyes twinkling at the amount of chaos he had caused.

Advika giggled as they both watched the drama unfold.

This time, Balrama approached in the disguise of a rich businessman, but Rohini caught him by the ear again. He received another scolding, and Rohini threw him out of the house.

"Balrama, listen to me carefully, and remember it well...now you will run straight to the wedding. If I see you again, I'll beat you so much that you won't be spared!" Rohini warned, furious.

Advika and Kanha were laughing heartily at the scene.

"Did you get beaten up, Dau? How was it? A loving scolding from mother?" teased Kanha, smirking.

"Okay, okay, I agree. You were right, and I was wrong. Happy now?" said Balrama, sulking. He had no idea that the twin devils had snitched on him, something he only found out after the wedding.

"Very! Now come on!" Kanha said, dragging Balrama along.

"Where to?" asked Balrama, confused.

"To become a girl!" came the immediate answer, and Balrama's face was purely resigned.

Advika laughed in the background at their antics.

Flashback sequence interrupted

"STOP!" said Balrama, sulking. Kanha stopped telling the story, his smile very mischievous. Advika was hiding her laughter, knowing what was coming.

"What's the matter, Dau? Why are you shouting?" said an irritated Subhadra. She was very annoyed at the frequent disturbance.

"Yes, dear Balrama, you don't have to listen...just don't disturb us. Let us enjoy the peace!" pouted Sahadev.

"Yes, I was so delighted!" exclaimed Kalyani as well.

"Kanha, Mayuri...after this, you won't say anything else! Is that clear?" said Balrama sternly, though internally he was wincing at the mere thought of the 'incident.'

"What do you mean they won't say anything else? Why shouldn't they continue with the story? Let's see who's going to stop them!" said Subhadra as she stood up, blocking Balrama. He looked at his sister's 'Maa Durga Avatar!' and decided to keep quiet.

"Look, Dau...you're going to sit here quietly...not utter a word... If you do, there will be no one worse for you than me...understood?" said Subhadra.

"She's talking like a mother!" whispered Advika, entertained. Her sweet sister could be ferocious.

"She's definitely our sister!" whispered Kanha, and both of them snickered at the scene.

Balrama nodded, placing a finger on his lips. His sister was scary when she wanted to be.

Subhadra smiled sweetly, then skipped back to her seat.

"Brother, please continue!" said Subhadra, smiling happily.

The men wondered if all their wives had so many mood swings. The brothers looked at each other and stayed quiet. As long as they weren't the ones targeted by their wives' anger, they were happy.

"Now all the respect and the healthy dose of fear people have for me...is definitely going down the drain," thought Baldau, glaring at his brother and sister, who totally ignored him.

Flashback sequence continued

Kanha and Dau dressed up as two girls, introduced by Advika as her friends Gopadevi and Baldevi. Rohini welcomed them with a smile and invited them to stay for the wedding festivities.

On the day of the Haldi ceremony, the haldi arrived from the groom's side, accompanied by two friends of the Yuvraja of Anga, named Dharmendra and Akshat.

Kanha easily won the hearts of everyone in his 'Gopadevi' disguise, as he was less likely to make mistakes. Advika kept a watchful eye on Baldau, who stood beside her. As they observed the two groomsmen being given their due respect, Kanha kept a close eye on them.

Akshat was particularly interested in Balrama's 'Baldevi' avatar, and Balrama, being a warrior, noticed how Akshat was gazing at him. He whispered to Advika, expressing his concerns.

"Mayuri, I don't like the way Akshat is behaving. He seems rather smitten with me," Baldau whispered to Advika.

"I know. I've noticed his intense interest in you. It seems like he has developed a fondness for you," whispered Advika, trying to hold back a laugh as she had seen Akshat's lovelorn expression.

"Is this a laughing matter?" panicked Balrama.

"Calm down, Dau! You should go inside," said Advika, her eyes twinkling. "Alright!" Balrama reluctantly made his way inside. Advika stifled her giggle as she observed the disappointed look on Akshat's face.

Meanwhile, Balrama unintentionally wandered into the kitchen where Mata Devaki was supervising the workers preparing food.

"Baldevi!" called Devaki.

Balrama stumbled but approached her with a forced smile.

"What dish do you like the most, Baldevi?" Devaki asked with a smile, curious about her daughter's friend's culinary preferences.

Balrama, his enthusiasm for food getting the better of him, said excitedly, "I like all dishes!"

"Wow! Then you must be quite skilled in cooking, as you seem to enjoy all of them. How about you make a simple dish today?" Devaki suggested.

Balrama, who was embodying the avatar of Anant Nag, the deity believed to bear the weight of the entire Earth, felt as if the heavens had collapsed on him. After a moment, he found himself seated on a stool with a knife in hand, surrounded by an assortment of vegetables.

"What strange times have befallen me! An incarnation of Anant Nag, and here I am, chopping vegetables!" he muttered to himself.

A voice chimed in, "That's quite a unique and interesting way to chop vegetables!"

Balrama looked up to see Akshat, who had taken a seat next to him. Balrama cringed inwardly at the unwanted company.

"Oh, I have a unique method, too! I'm quite unique," Balrama replied, his voice slightly trembling as he awaited a response.

"Indeed, you are! By the way, I'm Akshat. My father is the Prime Minister of the Anga kingdom!" Akshat introduced himself, gazing at Balrama with admiration.

"Uh, I see," squeaked Balrama, still trying to maintain his high-pitched voice and disguise.

"And how do you introduce yourself?" Akshat asked.

"I am Baldevi...I mean, I'm Mayuri, the companion of Princess Advika," said Balrama, cringing at the sound of his own voice.

"The princess standing beside you?" Akshat inquired.

"Yes," answered Balrama.

"She's very beautiful, your friend," Akshat complimented.

"What?" Balrama exclaimed, on the verge of defending his sister's beauty before quickly shifting to a cringing smile, remembering his disguise.

"But not as beautiful as you!" Akshat quickly amended when he noticed the disapproving expression on Baldevi's face, thinking that she was upset that he had praised another girl's beauty.

Balrama looked at him with a mixture of horror and pain, while offering a strained smile to the infatuated admirer.

"These two are the one pranking everyone, and I'm the one stuck in the middle of their schemes!" Balrama thought, keeping up his fake smile while feeling utterly cornered by the situation.

Unbeknownst to Balrama, his sister Mayuri, was secretly watching the entire scene while hiding behind a pillar. She had noticed Akshat slipping away and decided to follow to see if her brother needed any assistance. The situation was so comical that it was difficult for her to contain her laughter.

Just as she was about to burst into giggles, a hand gently tapped her shoulder from behind. She turned around to find Kanha standing there.

"Why are you watching in secret?" he whispered.

Advika gestured towards the scene in front of her, and Kanha leaned over her shoulder to watch.

"Is Balrama in a similar predicament? I thought this sort of thing only happened to me!" Kanha remarked in amusement.

"What do you mean?"

"Dharmendra was eyeing me!" Kanha complained, a hint of humor in his eyes.

"Well, first, we need to rescue Dau. Mother Devaki asked him to cook something!" Advika exclaimed.

"Cooking? Balrama? That's a disaster waiting to happen!" Kanha remarked.

"I know! Let's save Dau, and in the meantime, I'll take care of the cooking," Advika said as she hurried away.

Kanha approached Balrama and Akshat.

"Baldevi, where are you, sister?" Kanha called in a high-pitched voice.

"Right here, Gopa!" Baldau quickly responded.

Kanha managed to get Balrama out of that situation just in time, and Advika later joined them after completing the cooking.

"Dau, I've prepared some kheer...if anyone asks, tell them you made it, okay?" Advika instructed upon entering the room.

"Alright, today I've been saved! Kanha, how much longer do we have to continue with this act? I can't take it anymore!" Balrama exclaimed as he took a seat.

"Dau, sit gracefully. We're currently in disguise as girls, after all!" Kanha teased.

"Shut up!" was Balrama's immediate retort.

Advika burst into laughter as the playful banter continued between the three siblings.

Flashback sequence interrupted

Balrama was still grumbling within his mind.

" Brother, sister... you all always have fun... when I'm not there!!" complained Subhadra, cutely. Her eyes twinkled prettily as she spoke.

" By the way, Bhabhishri, Govind... is the story finished?" asked Draupadi, curiously.

" Nope... there's one more story left... right, Mayuri?" asked Kanha, winking at Advika.

" Yes, there is!" replied Advika, her eyes glinting mischievously.

Balrama simply sighed, resigned to the fact that they were going to tell the story anyway.

" Is there more to this story?" asked Vandita, her eyes wide with shock.

" Yup!" said Advika, emphasizing the "p."

" You tell this one! I've been talking for so long!" Kanha said, stretching his arms.

Advika nodded, and everyone leaned in, eager to hear the next part of the "incident."

Flashback sequence continued

The 'Incident' starts a day before the wedding. Akshat and Dharmendra had started to come and go after the Haldi ceremony. Both tried to corner Baldevi & Gopadevi... but Kanha, always witty, managed to extricate himself smoothly. Dau, on the other hand, panicked, and Advika would save him every time.

Balrama was in the garden this time. Kanha, always the mischievous one, had told Akshat where Baldevi was. Balrama, unaware of Akshat heading his way, was pacing, lost in his own thoughts of the upcoming relief, as after that day, he wouldn't have to disguise himself as a girl anymore.

" Baldevi!! Are you here?" Akshat called out.

Baldau was shocked, but before he could hide, Akshat stood in front of him.

" If you're here, you should've answered, right? Anyway, it happens sometimes!" said Akshat, standing way too close for comfort.

" Yes, you're here? How did you know I was here?" asked Baldau, trying to speak in a girl's voice.

" Well... your sister Gopadevi told me! I didn't know you loved gardens so much! My home also has a beautiful garden behind it. I'm sure you'd enjoy it!" said Akshat.

" What?" asked Baldau, cringing inside at the male in front of him.

" I have something to tell you!" said Akshat.

" What?"

Akshat blushed, and Baldau looked at him incredulously. He was about to speak when Akshat placed his fingers on his lips. Baldau stared at him, wide-eyed and cringing inside at what was happening.

Then he began to confess (Akshat), "I've fallen for you, Baldevi! Your beauty, your demeanor... everything fascinates me! So, I want to make you a permanent part of my life! Tell me, Baldevi, will you marry me? We can get married in the same wedding pavilion as the Yuvraja, tomorrow itself. Then it'll be you and me... forever and ever."

" What?!" exclaimed Baldau.

Kanha and Advika were eavesdropping on the conversation, hiding behind the large bushes and trees. Both were trying hard not to burst into audible laughter, but it was becoming increasingly difficult.

" Listen, m'lord! I wish to take Sanyas... and roam the world, serving mankind! I can't marry anyone!" said Balrama, irritated and a bit furious.

"Oh! Then in your grand endeavor, you'll need someone with you, right? I mean, I can accompany you," Akshat replied. Balrama gave a false smile.

" This boy is relentless, even after being rejected! What kind of a man is he?" thought Balrama.

"Dau seems to be in trouble. Let's go, Kanha!" whispered Advika, dragging Kanha away as he was busy laughing.

"Manyavaar!" called Advika, with Gopadevi beside her. Balrama sighed in relief.

"I heard your wedding proposal. I hope you didn't mind," said Advika sweetly.

"Ji, no...it's alright, Princess. I'll take my leave now," stuttered Akshat.

"What a strange boy!" commented Kanha.

"He must be embarrassed, Kanha! It happens," responded Advika, winking.

Balrama glared at both of them in response.

Flashback sequence completed

"Hey Narayan...your grace knows no bounds!" said Subhadra, gasping for breath. Her face was red.

"That's right...why, Kanha?" asked Advika.

"Yes, why not!" replied Kanha.

"This was so much fun! Do you have any more stories like this?" asked Devanshi, her smile bright and her face red from laughing.

"Yes, we do have more," started Advika, but stopped when Balrama glared at her.

"However, not today...or else, dear brother, we might just end up in trouble!" quickly amended Kanha.

Balrama continued to glare at them, with a bit of a pout.
