Leila and Antonio safely arrived in the basement.
"There is no security." Leila was confused. She could not believe they managed to find basement without running into any trouble.
Antonio snorted.
"You are really naive." He remarked.
It did not hold the usual malice of Antonio, so she relaxed and only looked at him in confusion.
"He is watching our every move." Antonio pointed at one of the animal skull decoration on the wall. Leila did not find anything unusual but again she was not skilled like Antonio and second, her body hurt all over. She could not pay attention even if she wanted to.
"This is a game that he intends to play with us." Leila listened to him silently and followed him.
Both siblings paused in front of the wolves cage. Leila shivered in fear looking at the saliva that dripped down their mouths as they hungrily snarled at them and she clutched Antonio's arm in death grip.
All of a sudden, many footsteps resounded in their ears. They looked behind to see several men entering in the hall. Antonio pushed Leila behind him and counted. There were 20 of them. All dressed in dull black colored uniform with a same color mask on their faces.
"Leila! Go free him." He said silently and took a step forward.
Leila did not know whether to protest or comply as in the next moment, two of them rushed towards Antonio with their special weapons.
"Careful!" She managed to yell as in the blur their body dropped.
She gasped in bewilderment.
Her eyes fell on the sharp blood dripping blades that Antonio held in his each hand. When did he attack them? She could not even see.
"Go! They are not really that great fighters. I will be behind you." Antonio said in a calmer tone as all 18 of them came forward to attack him.
Leila trusted his words, so she turned her back to him and ran deeper into the dark hallway, ignoring the pain in her body.
By the time she reached a familiar cell, blood was dripping down her back. Her vision spun and her body almost fell forward as a sudden dizziness hit her. She gritted her teeth with her eyes closed and straightened herself while grabbing the bars.
"D-dad?" She called.
There was no response. She opened her eyes and looked inside.
There was no trace of her father.
Leila tried to search in the nearby cells but to no avail. He was not here. The thought made her want to cry.
"DAD!" She screamed but he never responded.
Hearing her scream, Antonio rushed in her direction. He had just finished 20 of them.
"What's the matter?" He asked and grabbed her by her arms, seeing that she was almost falling.
"H-he's not h-here. A-Antonio, trust m-me. I'm not l-lying. He was h-here." She was scared that he would not trust her.
"It's ok. If you are saying, he must be here. But right now, I need to get you out of here...Like I originally planned."
There was no given that he would be able to find Lucifer while also keeping Leila out of danger. Her kidnapper was toying with them, so this was sure, he would not let them both reunite with Lucifer so easily.
"B-bu--"
They heard a noise behind them.
Their eyes fell on a person, dressed in the same uniform as the men earlier. He trembled seeing Antonio's dark gaze falling on him.
Leila looked at him and the cage of hungry wolves behind him. Her face paled. He had unlocked the cage.
"Alexander?" She whispered in shock.
Alexander felt goosebumps all over his skin. Even with the mask, she had recognized him.
He hurriedly pushed the door open and ran out of there, while almost falling in between.
"LEILA! RUN!" Antonio pushed her towards the hallway back as the pack of wolves sprinted towards them with unbelievable speed.
Alexander stumbled up towards the stairs and pushed the door open. His heart dropped when he could not open it, even with using all of his force.
"OPEN IT!" He screamed but to not avail.
He helplessly pounded at the closed door and fell down on his knees with tears in his eyes.
No matter how much he banged, no response came from other side.
Leila cried out hearing gunshots and growls. She covered her ears with her hands while letting a scream out. But a sudden thought buzzed in her mind and it made her pause.
'Antonio will die! He can't fight so many of them.'
Her feet bumped into the body on the floor and she fell down. Her hands touched the unfamiliar sharp weapons and she hissed, withdrawing her hand away hurriedly as the slight touch of the blade managed to cut her skin.
"I have to help him!" With this, she picked up the weapon and ran back to Antonio.

"Aww how sweet." He mocked out laughing like there was no tomorrow. He glanced at the barely conscious Lucifer who was lying near his feet. Dante was visibly uncomfortable and frowning at the scene in front of him.
"Your son and daughter's bond is really strong. But this will be the cause of their deaths today, Father!"
