Luca rubbed my back, tugging the blanket closer around me. He kissed my head softly. "Piccola " I nodded my head slightly, I wanted the world to swallow me whole. "Me and your brothers have talked about some things and thought it might be best to ask you" he stayed silent for a bit before continuing "how bad did they hurt you?" I look over at James, who stayed quiet for once "I don't wanna talk about it" I left them in that godforsaken town and I didn't want to go back.

"Sabs, please" Luca whispered, giving me a kiss on my forehead. They knew in a way, maybe I should tell them. "Don't hate me after, pinkie promise?" I looked up at him, holding my pinkie out for him. He chuckled softly, curling his pinkie in mine "I promise piccola" Ace gave me a small smile, which I returned. I curled the pink blanket in one of my fists while the other held Bunny tightly. "Mom was lovely.." I looked over at Arthur whose gaze softened. "I enjoyed spending time with her, but-t then she got with Evan.." I let out a short breath "he was nice at first, baked with me and tucked me into bed when I was younger. But when I turned 8 he went out and got drunk. At first, mom tried to stop him and help with his addiction, it turned worse and she drank with him" some tears left my face and I was being picked up by Theo who curled me into his chest "it's alright cece, you can tell us. Mhm". I nodded softly before continuing "they would get home late, I learned how to cook in that period. I burned myself once actually, but it was an experience" I softly chuckled at the memory but stopped when I remembered what followed "I was nine and got the flour all over the place" James started to grin at that "hey at least you got my amazing cooking skills" Ace gave him a glare "what" James muttered.

"They got angry for the first time and beat me up over it" Arthur's face turned angry before he stormed out of the room "I'm sorry" my eyes watered again, stupid Sabrina stupid stupid. "Hey, hey Sabs, look at me" Theo turned my face to his "Arthur has some anger issues, he's not mad at you. He's just mad at your mom and Evan alright?" I nodded wrapping my arms around his torso, cuddling him tightly.

"I'm happy you told us piccola, if you need help or maybe a therapist. Please tell us, we will always help you" Luca told me, his eyes raked over my body in concern. I gave him a small smile "soooo I'm actually very hungry and the pizza place is still open.. who's in for a pizza night" James grinned from ear to ear, silly. "James can you for once think about anything else but your stomach? I would love pepperoni tho" I felt Theo's chest rumble from the chuckles he let out. James laughed before his eyes turned to me "Sabs?" He asked "you can pick for me, but please not anything big" I rushed out the last part, he nodded before turning to Luca "Quattro Stagioni, add diavola for Arthur. He'll come down when it's food" I turned my face into Theo's chest again "sleepy huh?" I moved my head up and down letting out a small sigh "Napoli per me Jamie" Ace said in Italian.

Jamie left to call the pizzeria, while Luca went to get some drinks.

The room was warm, filled with the quiet hum of the television playing some show in the background. Theo's arms stayed wrapped around me, his steady breathing comforting. Luca returned with drinks and placed them on the table, then sat beside me, rubbing small circles on my knee. "We'll always be here for you, piccola. You're safe now." I nodded against Theo's chest, my exhaustion catching up to me.

After a few minutes, James waltzed back in. "Pizza's on the way!" He plopped down onto the armchair, stretching his legs out. "Also, I may or may not have bribed the delivery guy to get here faster."

Luca groaned. "James..."

"What? Food is important!" he defended with a dramatic huff, making me giggle softly.

Arthur walked back in then, his face calmer but his fists still slightly clenched. He didn't say anything at first, just sat down next to me and Theo, placing a firm hand on my foot over the blanket. "Sorry," he murmured, not looking at me directly. "Not mad at you, just them."

I reached out, grabbing his sleeve gently. "I know."

Silence settled in for a few moments, the tension fading into something more comfortable. James started rambling about a movie he wanted to watch, Theo absentmindedly played with the hem of my sleeve, and Luca scrolled through his phone. It wasn't perfect, but it was safe. And for now, that was enough. The doorbell rang, breaking the quiet. "Pizza's here!" James practically leaped from his seat, rushing to get it. Luca shook his head with a small smile. "Let's eat, piccola. Then we'll find something fun to watch together."

I nodded, squeezing Bunny close. For the first time in a long time, I felt okay.
