Isabella's POV:

Shocked, furious, angry...These were only a few of the emotions I was feeling at the moment. There was no way that I won't punish Sandy and the other two for their actions. They decided without consulting me and didn't bother to inform me that my youngest cousin was being threatened. What the hell was happening? It was time I stopped giving so much freedom to Sandy. I needed to visit the base here. I take out my phone to message Sandy that I will be visiting the base soon. A moment later there was a knock on my door. Really?

" come in"

surprisingly it was Leonardo. what the hell was he here for? Oh, fuck the rest of my family has arrived.

" um... Bella our cousins and grandparents are downstairs waiting for you," he said nervously. sheesh, why so nervous I am not going to murder you, yet.

I silently get up and follow him downstairs. this is no problem you are just meeting the rest of the family. so many people the living room was truly full. Victor was waiting for us. I silently approached him. everyone looks at me as I enter the room and approach Vicor. the room was so quiet you could hear the sound of a pin dropping. Some people were looking at me with happiness while others with tears in their eyes. I wanted to turn invisible.

"This is..." Victor's authoritative sentence was cut short when two crying ladies hugged me. I mean squeezed the life out of me. As soon as I recovered from the shock I hugged them back awkwardly.

" you are so beautiful. You look just like your mom dear" I stiffen as soon as I hear her words. I had the misfortune to carry most of her genes.

"calm down love you are going to scare her really" A man said laughing.

" oh shut up, I am having a moment over here." The two of them said wiping their tears.

"I am your youngest aunt Sofia and she is Luna" They introduced themselves.

I only nod and give them a slight smile.

"come I will introduce you to everyone else" Victor said calmly.

"This is Uncle Lorenzo and Aunt Sophia, you met them when you were very young," he said pointing to a young-looking couple. they all looked like models.

" nice to meet you dear," They said smiling widely at me while Aunty Sophia winked at me.

I smiled and greeted them back.

these donkeys are your cousins and my sons" Uncle Lorenzo said pointing to 4 young boys.

"Dad, we aren't donkeys," said a man with hair just like Uncle Lorenzo.

"we will be the judge of that son and why are you just standing? introduce yourselves now " I fell in love with my aunts.

" I am Niccolo and am a lawyer," He said with the same emotionless face as Victor.

" Dante," said brother just extended his hands for a shake which I accepted.

"Enzo and this is my stupid twin Armando," Said another boy while pointing to his twin. they looked alike but not too much, you could easily differentiate them not like Maximo and Romeo.

"Welcome home my little.. very little sister," said Armando pulling my cheeks in happiness, while everyone else was laughing.

" thanks" I smiled.

" well moving on this is uncle leander and aunty luna and their sons" Victor said pointing to the second couple in the room.

" Finally why am I last?" said the man frowning while Victor just smiled and shook his head.

" I am your aunt Luna and this is your uncle leander and these are our sons who I feel are an insult to us" she said after giving me a flying kiss.

" nice to meet you dear, sadly I never got to meet you" uncle leander said with a soft smile.

"I am Antonio, the eldest" the eldest boy said in a very formal tone with a tiny almost invisible smile.

Daniel gave me the same greeting but with a glare.

I just glare back with 5 times more intensity surprising everyone else, and shocking him. I will not respect a person who will not respect me.

"don't I have 7 cousins," I said frowning at Victor who only started to look around along with all my cousins and Aunt Luna just laughs.

"He is behind me vic, don't search everywhere," Said aunty Luna and I spot a young boy hiding behind Aunty Luna with a cute look in his eyes. Oh, I have a younger Brother also. Why did no one tell me? I turn back and glare at my Two eldest brothers who just smile sheepishly at me.

I smile at him and extend my hand to him. He took it with a cute smile and I hug him.

"Finally a cute brother" I muttered under my breath forgetting that everyone in my family was superhuman and could hear everything and anything.

"Hey, we are cute and why did Edward get a hug?" Questioned Dante while frowning. So his name was Edward.

I look at my youngest brother ad smile at him before crouching down to his level.

" Who are you?" he asked in his extremely cute voice. However cruel and cold I was, I loved young children and this was my only younger brother.

" your only sister," I said with a smile.

"unwanted sister, you mean"

"Daniel!" Aunt Luna and uncle leander looked ashamed because of their son's words.

"I am sorry dear" I shake my head at uncle leander's apology.

" It's fine uncle I don't care," I said with a shrug.

A flying purse was flung at Daniel when his head was turned away and I caught the purse in a second and just before it hit Daniel.

"Who?" my sentence was cut short by Giovanni's squealing as he ran to hug the woman who threw the purse while everyone else exchanged looks with each other.

"where are your manners boy? She is your younger sister," The woman scored in a strict tone while Daniel visibly paled

" Grandma" he was quite scared of her it seems. So she was our grandmother and the man standing with her should be our grandfather. while our grandmother was frowning at Daniel our grandfather was busy staring at me with a cold and emotionless face.

" OH dear he is a fool ignore him" she told me.

" you have grown up so much dear," she said with tears and love in her eyes. She suddenly pulls me into a hug and I hug her back. A month ago I didn't even know that I had grandparents.

" why is she so thin don't you feed her Victor" she snapped after hugging me.

" of.. of course, I do," Victor said Stammering in fear. Victor is stammering, Man this is funny.

" love say something," Grandma said nudging her husband with a smile.

" I see Melaine has taught you some manners and you didn't turn out to be a spoiled brat. Surprising considering that she has affairs despite being married and running away with her lover. I thought she would have forgotten to teach you manners" He said arrogantly.

I just smile. I had expected this after all they would not exactly love Mom after everything that happened even though I didn't love her, man I hated her but I know I have to pretend to love her and go with Grandpa's plan.

Everyone was tensed and scared and Grandma and Victor shut their eyes in anticipation. it seemed as though they expected this. My brothers had an anxious look and were looking at me and Grandpa with fear. Aunties and uncles were nervously looking at Grandma.

"Grandpa I get it you don't like my mom heck you hate her, but We should not talk ill about the dead," I said firmly but still politely. I knew that he was testing me to understand my true colours. I guess I passed by the smile on his face.

"My dear I was just testing you". I knew that." I am proud of you" he said smiling. I couldn't help but notice that my grandfather was watching me closely. His eyes were cold and calculating, and I could tell that he was trying to read me. I tried to ignore him and focus on the rest of the family, but it was difficult to shake the feeling that he was analyzing my every move.

"Did Grandpa just smile and say that he was proud I think I have a fever check it Enzo."

"he really smiled," said Armando with an open mouth. Everyone looked like they had seen god.

" well stop standing here with open mouths. let's have dinner" Grandma commanded heading towards the dinner after dropping off the bags in front of Leo and Giovanni. "keep them upstairs. come Bella dear" she commanded before going.
